The best restaurants in East of England

We visited on Saturday evening and pre booked. The restaurant is lovely inside, and the menu has lots of choices, and as a vegetarian, I was spoilt. The service was excellent and food was first class. We would definitely recommend and return. The lady was very good when we went to leave a tip and she pointed out its a 12.5 % service charge.

Excellent, tender lamb, lovely service.

This gorgeous setting is well matched by the friendly and efficient service and really great food. The baked Camembert was a lovely starter, the beef and the sea bass were great mains. I can’t wait to go back in the evening to see it all lit up and to feel the evening atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Good value for money, especially the Aperito offer. They also have a deli corner now, after they close Mercato, which was locate inside the Grafton Shopping Mall. They sell nice Italian products, some as well from Greece and Spain. While for drinking and eating is great, the deli is a bit over priced.

Had a lovely meal, good as always, my favourite Indian restaurant in Peterborough, never fails to please their customers and has a good selection of ciders to appreciate.

Asked for 2 take out coffees 1 vanilla oatmilk latte and 1 regular latte.Repeated my order 3 times to the staff member. Waited was put in non take out mugs.Asked for them to be in take out cups(since I repeated my order 3 times) staff not amused not sure why.One was handed too me the other was hidden near the syrup dispensers nobody told me it was mine.poor communication When we finally got them they were not hot and we were dissapointed 3 staff working couldn't get 2 coffee orders correct. Sorry Bewitched

Used to be a pub, no trace of the original atmosphere. A really quite garish interior decoration, bit like a nightclub, as was the intrusive background music. Food OK, nothing special, but small starter and rice portions, certainly not great value for the price. Staff however, very friendly and pleasant, with a good sense of humour.
