not had my order I rang twice to say I choose to collect but needed delivery to be told that's fine but still no food?

Pizza was cold and order was late

Ordered a takeaway again, warned them that the last time the chicken was greasy and oily.....their reply " we'll try our best" Arrived again tonight, chicken awful, burger like rubber, chips cold....rang to complain, didn't care less....last time we will use this place, sadly gone done the toilet.......j

Delivery was late! So by time food came was stone cold! And soggy! Chips weren’t cooked enough had to put them in the air frier not great

Disappointed this time. Late delivery actually an hour later than the original stated time so like 90minutes after we ordered we received it. I wouldn’t have ordered from here had I have known it would take so long. But was at least 30minutes later than the correct delivery time also! Food was okay but soggy so had to re heat my experience using this place before was much better than this time and has really put me off ordering from here again

Kebab was good - Wrap was good and the Chicken Nuggets were good but unfortunately the fries on both meals were really soggy so we couldn't eat them !

I had a shish and chicken kebab that was very tasty and plenty big enough for myself. My wife had a deluxe meal deal that she enjoyed aswell. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the food and delivery.

I'm currently hugging the bin in my bathroom while I evacuate out of both ends. It was so nice eating it but not worth the next day.... its a good job I'm not on a water meter.

Order was late and when it come it was freezing cold and wet

Delivered quick which is impressive. Food arrived cold and donnor kebab was hard. Felt sick and vomited after I eaten it. I wouldn’t recommend donnor kebab The rest such as chips and chicken was good.

All good was greasy and cold so all fatty it was inedible I would like to request a refund

Worst takeaway I’ve had in a long time and I really ain’t a fussy eater. The shish was over cooked had a rubbery texture to it. Chips seemed like they had been reheated: rubbery and pizza was dreadful. Not sure how you get a pizza wrong but will not be getting my custom again for sure.

Nearly 2 hours I waited for my food. It came cold and stale. The kebabs where soggy, the chips tasted stale like they’d been heated up. After waiting so long, we didn’t even eat it! Not happy

Probably the best kebab I’ve ever had. Collection time was a lot earlier than expected too and they was nice about me swapping the Pepsi for lemonade instead. Will definitely be buying again.

Another fantastic takeaway from Zorbas!! Delicious pizza and garlic bread. Nice and hot and very fresh. Lovely crisp onion rings too. We will definitely be ordering again!! Fast delivery time and a really nice polite driver. Great food and great service.

Prawn cocktail was 50% cucumber 30% lettuce and 20% prawns Chip where stone cold and burger was burnt on a soggy bun!! First and last time ordering from here it’s rubbish!!

Honestly the worst food I've had for a long time.

Do order from here!!!! Take your money, order is over an hour late, called many times to see what was happening as to were told it’s on its way repeatedly and that it was a new delivery drive. Arrived cold so refused the order, delivery driver was rude and aggressive. On the phone was told we could have a refund but are now refusing to give us our money back!!!!! Scammers stay clear! Also you have to try a continuously to get through on the phone. They don’t like to answer.

Rejected the food as was over an hour past estimated delivery time, rang a number of time and struggled to get through. The guy at the take away was pleasant enough but the delivery driver was rude and decided to try and have an argument with us when we just said we no longer wanted the order due to it getting late, food would be cold and it taking so long. Delivery driver was just full of excuses. Don’t take orders if you can’t cater to them would be my suggestion.

I ordered 2x pizza's which to be honest were the worst pizza's ive ever tasted...and cold. I ordered 2x chips which were hard/ stale and cold and a portion of donor meat which was cut so thin it was transparent

Lovely food as always! The kebabs are banging! Massive aswel, good prices also not like half the other takeaways that take the mick.

Chips seem to have been cooked 2 or 3 times. Onion Badji's were floppy Burger was fine as was my pizza. I have ordered previously and it has been great this time was very mediocre, can only assume it was very busy.

Ordering over £20 worth of food with the website CLEARLY stating all food orders over £18 received a free bottle of pepsi or garlic bread. Simply leave your preference in the comments. So we did. But the delivery driver turned up without our garlic bread and said "it's an old offer". Staff when I phoned said the same. If it's an "OLD OFFER" remove it from your offers. Or at least honour those that order and quote it. If we'd have known we wouldn't get one, we'd have ordered it as we really look forward to a garlic bread with our takeaway. Reported to trading standards for false advertising. Don't bother arguing, I have the screenshots.

Had food from here a few times now, always been fab but this delivery was awful - chips were hard and stone cold, kebab was stone cold too. Spring rolls were piping hot so it can't have been a problem with how long delivery took. Gutted thought I'd found somewhere reliable

Was charged £16 for just 2 Shish kebab pittas, couldn’t believe the amount of gristle between the 2 of them. Had heard great things but found ourselves really disappointed. Chewy as leather, very spicy. Filling though. Photo showing some of gristle from 1 as friend had thrown theirs away not wanting me to see & hide their disappointment until they saw me photographing mine, then we chatted about it. They had twice as much gristle as me & there were huge chunks of it. I think it’s a shame, a regular pitta Shish is listed at £6.40-ish each.. would rather have a small but quality meat without the extra charge for a bigger portion of inedible cartilage. Cannot recommend their Shish kebabs at all but have no other experience of other items on the menu which is why I gave 2 & because the staff were cheerful. Will not be returning or suggesting the place to anyone we know sadly.
