Delicious takeaway. Massive portions, clean and quick, very impressed. Pizzas burgers kebabs and extras

On A Saturday night, In my household is common to have a takeaway just as many others do. After ordering from Zazz a few times previously, as a family we decided to order from here. Other than the Pricing of the food, we had enjoyed the food from here before with no complaints what-so-ever. We placed the order through the official website, Ordering quite a few things. A Vegetarian pizza, Char mix kebab on garlic naan bread, A grilled chicken filet burger meal, some chips and a Southern fried chicken burger meal. We were told to wait an hour which we did thinking it was busy being Saturday night. And Came to collect our food at that time. When picking up the food, I had expected it to be ready seeing as we were told to wait an hour already, However I had clearly set my expectations too high as I saw our pizza just being put in! Without complaining I further waited twenty more minutes for our food. Finally, they gave us our food, and I had spent around £35-£40 meaning I could claim the promotion in which was ongoing ( If you spend £25 or more, you receive a free 1.5 L bottle of Pepsi, 12" Garlic bread ir Cheesy chips. ).Keep in mind I had already told them I wanted a 12" Garlic bread they hadn't even cooked that! I instead took Pepsi bottle, though I had already a few drinks with the .burgers. Just as I had arrived home, I realized they had forgotten the drinks. I rang up and they said I would have to claim the drinks the next time round, and I still have to do so, though I highly doubt I'll ever return. With the slightest hope the food would be nice considering we had waited so long, The pizza was entirely covered in olives, which was defiantly NOT mentioned in the menu nor had I requested them. I had simply left this though I was raging, And proceeded to open the rest of the food. My daughter, who had ordered the grilled chicken burger was left with a burger with no sauce, though I had requested it on the burger and chips, a dry piece of chicken and a burger which had effortlessly been thrown together. The Southern fried burger was decent, but the Char mix was nowhere near good. Instead of both chicken and lamb, only 2 pieces of chicken were received and so much chewy lamb. We didn't bother even ringing them back so simply left the food and went to enjoy a few mc Flurries. Absolutely appalling, unprofessional behaviour and disgusting tasting food. Please save yourself some money and time and order from somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Ordered food from here to be delivered they said be with you within the hour 2 hours later after couple off phone calls sayin 10 min 10 min be we you. Got told I don’t want and to take food back bad service

I ordered the chicken burger with chips and the quality was spot on ! I tried the zazzilicious kebabs and I must say they were the best I’d ever had !

Rubbish food that you could pick up in any Blackburn takeaway for half the price . The one star is because when I Made a complaint , the restaurant did listen and delivered fresh food , however the Fresh food was no better than the original delivery. What an absolute shame.

Tried Zazz for a change and won't be rushing back in a hurry. The food was ok but nothing special, it was slightly over priced compared to simular shops but the speed of the service was very slow. Better options avalible locally

This is our local, all the family love all their food... the unfortunate thing is their delivery time, sometimes weve decided against ordering due to the delivery time, takeaways on the other side of Blackburn have bought the food quicker. Wouldnt look to order anywhere else if the time was less for the food. Thanks

Ordered a takeaway for the first time and was delighted with the obvious quality and freshness of the ingredients. I myself have been cooking for over 30 years and frankly only order a takeaway on rare occasions being a single dad and sometimes a bit tied up. The burgers we ordered and pizza and kebab all arrived well packaged and hot and had obviously been prepared to order. One tiny moan is that we did have to chase the delivery which as always was 'in transit' but it was only a 15 min delay and well worth the wait.

Got a leaflet through the door so thought we'd give it a try. 2 chicken kebabs, these were fine. Ordered Hawaiian pizza for our son, spicy beef arrived. No freebie despite being advertised on leaflet and bill coming to a hefty £21.85. Wont return, overall a tad steep for what we got.

Myself and partner ordered chicken and chips with salad chilli and garlic and a side of mozzarella sticks. The order arrived and it was £17! I was shocked at the price, there wasn’t any chilli sauce and very few pieces of chicken. I rang them to query the price and was told I have been charged for a chicken kebab and chips which i explained I didn’t receive a chicken kebab I received chicken pieces on chips and was also told I didn’t ask for chilli sauce (which I did). The customer service I received was awful and I was told that’s the portion they give. So for £7 a portion I got 8 small pieces of chicken with chips. I’m shocked at the way I was spoken to on the phone and I won’t be ordering from here again.

We have ordered from here a few times and every meal has been excellent. The veggie burgers are really tasty, as are the pizza's and garlic bread with cheese! The food is always ready/delivered on time, really tasty, not over-greasy and in average price range.

I can't fault the food, the takeaways we've got have always been great. The only let down to Zazz's is the delivery time. It takes too long to come, everytime we order it takes at least 2hours to come. It's too long to wait. We have many friends who have said the same about Zazz's, they love it but it takes too long to be delivered. There have been a few occasions where have decided to order elsewhere purely just so then we don't have to wait 2 hours. Other than that the food is great.

You need to make your toppings on the pizza smaller... no actually why don't you liquidize the toppings. You might aswell they so small. Very annoyed and becoming very put off with bad quality food. Toppings cubed so small not worth what you charge. All I could take on the veggie pizza was peppers. Mushrooms cut so small its pathetic.

Food arrived really quickly & it was the best yet, didn't think it could get any better. It's definitely better paying a bit more for this food, absolutely delicious

Wow cant fault this place at all. Had food from here a good few times now. Same great food every time. Getting lamb chops on a kebeb is icing on the cake

Disappointing meal this time Chips were floppy, rubbery and cold, not sure if you have changed suppliers if so you need to revert back! Most of the Chicken In the kebab was dry and chewy Pizza Mexicano was ok but Nothing special taste wise...

Food was ok but like always delays in delivery, app said delivered 15minutes before food actually arrived - guy on otherside of the phone blamed just eat app. when i questioned how long my food was going to be, he replied to say its on its way then said it hasnt left yet ?! Damn dude time management skills required!!!!

Food is excellent, tasty, but delivery time is the worst ive come across.

Odered large kebab and it was no bigger than a small ! Phoned and complained about this and got another sent but again this was tiny. Would not order again, value for money is awful

The food was lovely and arrived hot, unfortunately it took over 2 hours and a couple of phone calls before it arrived. The gentlemen that answered the phone and delivered the food were polite and apologetic and I appreciate that it was busy, but because of the delivery time I will think twice about ordering from here in the future, which is a shame as it's the first time I've ordered and the food was great.

Have used Zazz on a couple of occasions and both times delivery has been well over an hours wait. Not bad food but seriously need to sort out their delivery times and we live just round the corner. Ring to ask where takeaway is and get told three different variations, being packed, being delivery and then not even ready. Won't be using again, listen to customers please don't argue with them and give excuses.

Fui con mi familia, en realidad esta es mi tercera visita. Su comida para llevar ubicado en la zona de beardwood Blackburn. Hay asientos para aproximadamente 8 personas, pero básicamente es una comida para llevar. Siempre nos hemos comido la comida allí, y nunca he pedido para llevar. El pan de ajo es diría excelente y las pizzas, me encanta la base finas. Las hamburguesas y kebabs son también muy buenas. Normalmente no come carne donner, pero no comer en este lugar, de calidad. Para mí es uno de esos lugares que no te puedes equivocar.

Excellent food, but an hour and 20 mins for delivery was a bit to long to wait. Would still recommend though, because the food is great.

Usually nice food but I was left really disappointed this time. Chicken on the kebab was burnt and naan bread was soggy. The chips were cold and had hardly any sauce when I specifically asked for lots. I won't be ordering again

I can't rate the food as it hasn't arrived yet! Although delivery service is atrocious, we have been waiting now for 2 hours and 15 mins and still no sign! I have 2 children waiting to go to bed! This isn't acceptable and needs sorting otherwise you'll Have no customers left

Very disappointed! Description of the burger is premium but actually very poor quality. Frozen burger and processed which isn't premium as stated. First and last time for My custom! Don't normally write reviews but had to with this one.

Ordered a grill mix, menu states chicken and shish with a few slices of donner. It had 1 piece of shish, loaded with donner to compensate. Wont be ordering again.

Delivery time spot on to the minute. Food the best in the business, please try the zazzalicious kebab you won't be disappointed. Well done chaps 👍🏻

Overpriced and underwhelmed. 1 and a half hour delivery, food just warm, no courtesy call from the restaurant, driver insisted on keeping me at the door for 5 mins trying to direct me to their site direct and not just eat...............Buyer beware. I also had to leave 1 star in service and delivery, should read 0's

Food was lovely, although I'm very disappointed if you spend £20 or more you get a free 12" garlic bread so after spending over £20 and waiting 1 hour and 15 mins for my food! The delivery person charged me another £1.50 because I asked for a little cheese on my garlic bread! I think a message or a phone call explaining the extra charge would have helped instead of just expecting us to pay the extra money! I'd originally paid by card on just eat!

As usual, excellent. I really can recommend the Delhi burger - it's so tasty, especially with caramelised onions and mushrooms and a cheese slice.

Best kebabs we've ever had, well worth the wait and the delivery man was really nice and polite. Will order from here again.

Almost 2 hour delivery and food botnup to the usual high standard...disappointing

The food cannot be faulted and is excellent, but it is very slow delivery. I understand it is freshly cooked which is wonderful. Our order was placed at 7pm for 8.05pm delivery, but arrived at close to 9pm.

My regular chicken kebab was a lot smaller than all my other orders hardly any salad at all especially lettuce just a few strands and the chicken was poor tasting different from other orders. Not sure if portion sizes or recipes have changed but didn't enjoy this at all from my usual favourite takeaway.

Excellent burger, great mozzarella sticks and lovely sauce for a great price. Friendly, speedy delivery service. Only criticism was that some of the chips weren't great. Fantastic value though

Regularmente tienen comprada y rara vez de Zazz decepcionado. Sabe la comida de muy buena calidad, lo que hace un cambio de otros locales de comida para llevar! I was told order had been canceld then it turned up an hour late due to just eat o had to get a taxi home And my kebab when tin the bin as when I got back home it was cold. So I payed almost ten pound to put it into the bin So due to just eat have lost ten pound. & had othing to eat last night as by the time I got home it was to late

After a hour and ten minutesi rang to see how long, the food hadn't started to be cooked. We was promised a quick service, free dessert and food we received none if these. 2 hours to come and no free food. The food I must say was nice though
