Zaza Pizza in Derby

Got stuff that we didn’t order, chips and nuggets come smothered in bbq sauce when it states separate dip! Chips and beans came covered in cheese when cheese wasn’t ordered on them, Wrong drinks put in the bag and the pizza was average, so overall disappointing

I’m sat here eating the famous sizzler with stuffed crust thinking these guys don’t get enough recognition for there pizzas I would just like to add I have no affiliation to this place I don’t know any of them on a personal level just a genuine happy customer if you’ve not tried there pizzas yet get on it trust me and if anyone from zaza reads this just keep doing what your doing never cut corners on the food quality it’s what puts you in your own league and you’ve got it nailed

I have ordered food a few times and every time the food has arrived it has been warm and very delicious, I honestly can’t recommend any other takeaway service, if you try the food you will not go elsewere. The service is very friendly, who have never disappointed me in each order. Please continue this high service and freshness to your products.

It’s a fact the pizzas are in a league of there own you will find a lot of pizzas accross derby are flavourless BUT not with these guys zaza makes the best pizzas around full of flavour. Keep up the great work also for anyone reading this if you haven’t tried the sizzler with a stuffed crust your missing out

Food was a long wait but that just shows how good the food is. Food was hot and tasty as usual. Stu called to say he’d arrive shortly. Nice polite delivery driver and delicious food

Had pizzas, fries and a chip naan. All of it was delicious, hot and quickly delivered and for a really reasonable price. I use zaza’s regularly and they never let me down. Definitely recommend, so much better than their high street competition!

Ordered a couple of times from here. Got delivered on time and hot too. Tried the vegetarian pizza as well as the tandoori chicken one. Both were quite good.

great service and chicken kebab was great but donner meat was chewy and not enough cheese on kebab, this must of been a one off as normally it's perfect

I would give them lower stars if I could. The food was awful. It was all greasy, old and and bland. Which really surprised me, based on the ratings. My dog wouldn't even eat it and my dog eats everything!

My so called mega meatball sub had 4 tiny meatballs on it. Hardly mega! Delivery was late, for the third time, (I have ordered 3 times). Will not be ordering again

HORRIBLE greasy chips 2 bags thrown in bin TASTELESS x3 Donor kebabs with greasy nans, how can you get the bread greasy ?? well binned too pfffff !! whatever happened to QUALITY ?

Food very late, calzone base too thick and over cooked naan on kebab undercooked chicken done well but overall very unimpressed

absolutely rubbish! £3.99 for a wrap with no fries or drink?! ... also the wrap only contained 4 small bits of chicken!... Total waste of money

Been a loyal customer for a while absolutely love your food but the amount of times you have forgotten my order is unreal , gotten to the point I'm looking for somewhere else to order from.. abit of a shame.

Decided to order from here based on reviews but felt disappointed the garlic bread was dry, chips soggy and pizza was just adverage. Would not order again and the food was 15 mins late, so took 1 hour.

Driver had some small issues with finding our address but he was very sweet and he delivered us some really great food which we thank him and zaza pizza very much for. Excellent overall

This is the first time we have used Zara pizza. We enjoyed the food, lovely and delivered hot. We will definitely use Zara pizza again.

Have ordered before from here and it was good but this time, didn't find my address, had to call to chase the order, were 20 mins late overall and most of the food was luke warm. Disappointed this time.

Food was bang average, ordered cheesy curly fries and they must of forgot the cheese. Also forgot our dips so phoned up and they sent the delivery driver back out with them. Overall I wish I stuck a Lidl pizza in, would of saved me a lot of money and saved my taste buds

Amazing as always,ordered from here so many times and never really had a problem.Always swap normal fries for curly fries when i ask every time for no extra cost too! One of the best takeaways in derby

When the delivery driver turn up smoking I have reservations immediately, are they also smoking whilst handling the food? Pizzas were too salty and super greasy, the cheese just slid off when you picked up a slice! Chicken was disgustingly slimey. How on earth this place has good reviews is beyond me. They also came 30 mins early, which you then worry if the food is cooked properly. As you can guess, I will not be trying these again.

The food was absolutely awful, the pizza was burnt, the onion rings were uncooked and I asked for white cookie dough sandwich and it was chocolate. Will be sure to never order from their again

It was our first time ordering with them and we were thoroughly underwhelmed. We had cold, soggy chips, over cooked chicken and cold onions rings. The food arriving 20 minutes early was the only silver lining, but even then that is earlier than you would like

very disappointed. have been ordering from here for a while and never had food arrive in such a way from anywhere. food arrived on time, but when I opened the pizza box the entire pizza was squashed to one side, the lid of the box was stuck down. the pizza was still edible, but as I wasn't about to wait 40 mins for another pizza I decided to try and reshape it. will definitely be thinking twice the next time I order

Food was really good as usual. Delivery driver was clueless and couldn't really speak English to understand anything about location/directions. we had to wait over 45 min for another delivery driver to bring the food to us.

brilliant, was ordering for my son who lives with his mum and accidentally ordered for where I live. A quick phone call and all was resolved with no problems. He loved the food and was delivered on time. thank you zaza

Mixed up the order, they rectified it quickly and professionally which meant we ended up getting more food (no complaints) food was only 5 minutes past the approximate time and was tasty. (Dont know if my previous attempt at the review worked :p)

Driver went to wron address and was very blunt and quite rude when i was calling him back to help him find it. Also paid £1.50 for stuffed crust and didnt get it

They got my order wrong and got it wrong again a second time. Sat at home waiting for a replacement for my cookie dough and they said they didn't have the one I had asked for. When I said oh well I don't want the one I have then. I was then told oh we do have a replacement for you. Liars food was awful and I will never ever order from here again

The pizza was enjoyable. But the SFC chicken was not nice at all! It was over done crispie. But the. Under neath was soggy and the chicken was rubbery! Will not order from here again!!!
