Absolutely awful - sour rice, boiled chicked with tons of an overspiced and equally tasteless sauce. Avoid at all costs, this place is truly disgusting.

First they gave us fried re Frye’s old stale chips , chicken was old smelling off what a disgusting pl as to eat I will be calling environmental Health and report them ! How can u serve food that’s old ! Also manger would not listen when we called them how can they serve people food that’s not even fresh !

I'm not sure why so many individuals are complaining about missing purchases or receiving incorrect orders. They might all be true, as it is a reoccurring theme, and I have personally experienced it, but it is due to the entire menu being so inexpensive. As a result, there is often a great deal of misunderstanding. Regarding the quality of the food, I don't think it's bad or amazing, but it's a decent average type of meal, especially the two chicken burger fillets and two fries for £2.50, compared to any other chicken shops I've been to where the prices are ridiculous, ranging from £5.50 for a small portion and ridiculous quality of taste, I believe this is a nice site to visit. Which Is why I have given it a three star as they need to improve their customer service by writing or memorising people's orders rather than having the consumer repeat himself a dozen times before they get it right.

I didn't recommend anyone from this place I got wrong order and it made me some health issue. So please avoid this place only for your health and safety

I always order grilled corn in this place, but this time every corn tastes like sour, which means it has gone bad for a while! I do not recommend this place whatsoever if you fancy your health…pic shows I took one bite of each then it disgusted me! This shop needs food hygiene and safety inspection for sure !

Ussually our go to chicken place but the service has just gone to shame. Wrong orders, missing food and unfresh hard chicken on top of a real lack of customer service and care. Lost our business for sure, never again.

Used to be good, lately the food is disgusting, using old burger buns, smaller portions and almost none vegetables for higher prices.

I ordered grilled BBQ chicken instead I was given some rock hard stuff that my system can't digest. Will reporting to trading standards this is an acceptable you pay for food not ricks .

The food quality is really really poor, I can't believe the fact that this place is still even open, the hygiene is ridiculous, I ordered my food and as I was waiting I and few other customers saw a rat running around the tables! The council seriously need to come down to this place and shut it down before some gets I'll or dies from this horrible chicken Dungeon!

AVOID! Hygiene here is terrible food is below par the chicken burgers tend to be dry and rock solid sauces are watered down to last longer.

Been to a few of these chicken shops and all the staff are poorly trained and give terrible customer service. Even regularly keeping my change! Greasy chicken too! Yuck!!!

Bought some bbq wings and a chicken burger and was super disappointed. The wings were old and rubbery they should nevrr have been sold, the burger was also dry and lacked in mayo whcih didn't help. Explains why it was so quiet in the middle of the day

Food we ordered was acceptable. Quick service. Nice large seating area. Plenty of sauces available all the time. Busy place in the evenings.

The food is totally rubbish. Gave me food poisoning, was hospitalised for 5 days. After I called to inform and complain they didn’t even care and instead of apologising they were rude to me and said don’t buy from here anymore if you don’t like it, go somewhere else. Very disappointed😔. Would never order from here again. Please avoid buying from here go to some other chicken or pizza shop. Go to New Jersey or the opposite one which is Chicken and Pizza they are perfect, way better food, hygiene and customer service.

Cheap and cheerful , would of been 4 stars but got my order wrong despite repeatedly asking if it’s all there in the bag. They did offer replacement for the missing item with I phoned up later.

I don't even know where it is but if I stopped the car next to them to light up a cigarette or something then it counts like I was there I suppose. Nevermind, five stars for managing to exist in the current economic climate.

Very very disappointed the night staff are very rude they sent me wrong order I called them up to say I don't need refund or replacement am just letting you guys know you sent me wrong order and the guy I spoke to said even if wrong order has been sent that's not there problem and I should not even expect anything I said atleast you can say sorry for sending something that I didn't ask for he said no I can not say that you just have to eat what you have or order something else if you don't like and check before you pay next time. Very pathetic!! Never ordering from them again no manners or sense of talking on phone with customers!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. NIGHT STAFFS ARE VERY RUDE, AND NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL. Ordered the food at 23:00, at 23:45, the food still did not come, even thought we are approximately about a mile away. When i called them after 45 minutes, the staff told me you have to wait for longer and could not give estimation time. At the end I had to cancel the order The food that ordered was not even big order. Relay disappointed with them and will not use them due to lack of basic customer services. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN.

Nice Peri Peri chicken, good value. You need to allow 15-20 minutes cooking time when you order Peri Peri grilled chicken as it is cooked to order, it is definitely worth the wait. You can also tell them how spicy you want your chicken to be when ordering. Good value when ordering family platter, definitely enough for two Adults and two kids. Parking available on single yellow lights lines on main road when there are no restrictions (usually ok between 10am-4pm and after 7pm) but double check. Overall good value and quick service.

Exquisite chicken, tender Peri Peri. Having that first bite not only aroused a smile from my face, but aroused something else, haha. The staff who was serving me was amazingly quick, his big manly arms tossing the fries made me imagine how good he would be at tossing salad. Finally, when I asked the fine gentleman to squirt hot chilli sauce all over my fries he did it without any hesitance, the way in which he squeezed the chilli sauce bottle with all his might and jerked it up and down, goodness me! Amazing Service HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The Staff's name was Gokulan, amazing customer service by him xx

I ordered a peri peri chicken wrap which cost £2.50, but as soon as I ask for it to be delivered, they increase the price.. I wasn't happy but consented: only to have 4 wraps delivered which gave my family & I food poisoning which landed us all in A&E. Will NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a chicken burger as a meal and ordered a pizza after I've been to the pub. The food was not at all tasty and the place wasn't really clean either. I only realised the food hygiene of the place after I ordered the food which was 1/5. Good luck to me tomorrow morning because I know for a fact that I'm going to poo like a tap 😓.

The pfc/grill section is amazing. We order from there every time we hit cloud 9. The arabian section is nasty mate. What is the number of this place. Doesn't show up

I have regularly used Zams over the past year and love the taste of their food. Very recently I actually realised how unhygienic the place actually is! Most of the staff do not use gloves at all but I watched a gentleman wipe his nose with his hands and then handle food without washing his hands. Similarly, the staff are extremely rude! They do not want to listen to you at all even when they are in the wrong. Previously a young gentleman did work there who I think was a manager and he was absolutely amazing. Lovely guy and provided excellent customer service. Once he left, the other staff are disgusting! I have had many rude encounters and arguments with them! I also suggest trading standards look into the hygiene of the place because im sure the coleslaw is months old and is turning mouldy!

Great food wraps kebabs ,coffee ,shakes all freshly made. Very good service too if only he took over the whole shop.
