Pizzas are very nice but last 2 orders chips have been missing from my order

Ordered food at 16.40 and didn’t arrive until 18.10. Food nice although it’s cold. Wouldn’t have delivery again

It was once a more common occurance to order from yummies in tumble however, their prices have increased, for quality it doesn't match. Now if were to buy take out we buy from a different place in crosshands.

Portions have gotten smaller. On our last order the kebabs were cold despite living only two miles away. There was a piece of plastic in the coleslaw and the cookies were not cooked. Just 4 slices of raw cookie dough.

Second time pizza has been delivered cold, added mozarella for £1.50 but no mozarella on the Pizza. Real shame as the delivery used to be good! I will probably not go back.

Ordered chicken strips, they are put into a plastic container which melts around the food, this has happend a few times, after complaining they were very rude, i will not be using them again, which is a shame as i have used them for years.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over £70 of food to a simple address (sat back takes you straight to the door). Driver called up and said he was falling behind and couldn't find the address so call the shop for a refund. Called today and the shop owner angrily shouted down the phone that the driver although we never got our food, we still have to pay as they cooked it. Currently going through a bank chargeback just to get the money back. Absolutely disgusting service, and awful customer service. Don't get this with Yummies in Bridgend.

This is the 3rd time in a row now that I've had the wrong order! You charged £18.90 for a burnt garlic bread, and 2 portions of the same thing when I never ordered it

Let's be honest, I've lived in Tumble a good few years, always ordered from Yummies. Sadly, my last visit wasn't great. Not only did the guy behind the till not fully understand my order, but when he asked me to pay, he told me they don't take card. What kind of place in 2022 doesn't accept card transactions? I then said to him "Ohh no I asked for a chips on the kebab instead of the pita bread pal" and he asked me for more money for my medium chips. I'll order from Yummies again, but not for a long while.

As one of my go to takeaways for a chilled night I can say the food is always tasty and definitely always cooked right... But.. when it comes to what you've ordered and what you get delivered could be completely different - Ordered today and got chilli bites instead of mozzarella sticks 🤦‍♀️

Yummies Tumblel - Nice pizza if you're happy to wait for a three hour cold pizza...They used to have good delivery times but now they prioritise walk-ins apparently.

Possibly the worse chicken donner kebab I have ever had, everything tasted of water, to the extent of my nan bread was like a mush and a good vet would have brought the chicken back to life

Ordered home delivery from here and always hot food top quality and always on time... Bbq chicken kebab my fave has been for few years now haha love it...

So we ordered at approx 20:10, and estimated delivery was around 21:00 which is alright, at around 21:40 we phoned and a lady answered saying our delivery was on the way and it will be with us really soon, at 22:30 we phoned again and they lost my ticket... which obviously means they lied about the delivery being sent out, very poor service with the cheek to lie to customers

Awful service, never gets orders right. They never listen to what you'd like to order. Also workers are arrogant. Not even worth the 1 star

Awful service, and food is as bad as service. Had delivery of food. Chips turned up and was soggy. Straight in the bin. They offer delivery. But then want to charge more as they don't deliver that far. Yet they advertise they cover the area. When asked about food allergies and what was in there food they didn't have a clue. Not helpful at all.

Not bad but not as good as some other Yummies in the area.think the choices have reduced but would need to check out the other branch menus.

Well cooked mixed doner kebab. Hate it when kebab shops only half cook the meat, this kebab was well cooked and the chips were not soggy either. The chilli sauce needs improving though as not hot enough, add some trinidad scorpion moruga's ;)

The food is great but they almost always mess up the orders. When you get what you’ve ordered is stunning and it’s always quick delivery. Maybe they should take a few extra minutes to make sure they have read the order and understood what’s on it. Seems like they just throw random stuff in a bag and that’s what you get

For example, I ordered one burger with mayonnaise with no salad and I received a burger with no mayonnaise, salad and cheese (and I ordered the food via the online system where I could double check what I wrote to make sure there were no errors!) When I ordered chicken kebab meat, they gave me two large chunks of crispy southern fried chicken in a plain wrap. They also mixed up the drinks order. The final nail in the coffin was when they tried to charge me more than what the final price I had confirmed when I ordered the food and they wouldn't wait for me to open the food (to make sure everything was okay) before driving off. Really? This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, and this isn't the first time they've made mistakes with my order (not normally so many mistakes at once, mind!). I kept telling myself that it was just a fluke or maybe they misheard what I said. But this time not only did they have my order clearly in writing but the attitude they gave me was horrid. Had the worst takeaway experience of my life. Rude, almost threatening man serving this evening. Didn't get what we ordered, was stone cold when we got it home. Phoned to complain and he started threatening my husband on the phone. Paid £5 for the privilege. If the owner is reading this, you want to consider who you are employing. DISGRACEFUL!!

As per title. Yummies is a solid go to for a good value and good quality take out meal. Have skimmed thru’ pretty much then majority of the menu and it’s all great. The Meal deals are a steal. Both collection and delivery times are great. Their own app is a breeze to use and such a convenience too. Staff are always polite and cheery. Premises looks clean and tidy always. Chilli sauce is a winner if you like it hot hot!!

Always a friendly welcome. The food can be hit and miss. The amount of salad served and the standard of cooking can vary. Also noticed the portion sizes have reduced and priced have increased.

Love a good kebab or pizza and this place certainly has it. Great deals on during the week, like buy one get one free so you can't go wrong. We definitely recommend it to anyone

First time to try this place tonight. Placed the order over the phone for collection and the food was ready right on time. Myself and husband ordered the Mega pack 1 “2 small kebabs, 2 regular fries and 2 cans of soft drink” I was amazed as to how much meat and salad had been packed into our kebabs, absolutely gorgeous and probably the best kebabs we have had. The portions are great sizes! My daughter had a BBQ pizza and said it was the nicest pizza she had tasted. Really good value for money and tasty food “Yummies”. We will defiantly come back.

After waiting for an hour for my order to be delivered, when it was delivered the food was cold and not what I expected it to be. The kebab meat was full of fatty lumps which I couldn't chew properly and the chicken nuggets tasted as though they had been cooked a long while ago. I am very unsatisfied with this service and feel as though I have wasted money on this order tonight as it ended up in the bin.

Food is okay but service is poor. We waited over an hour for our order to be delivered and when it arrived it was wrong. I wasn't surprised as the man on the phone could barley speak English and we had to keep repeating what we wanted because he couldn't understand us.

Doner kebab xl. Pitta bread done ok, chilli sauce was lovely, coleslaw was nice. The meat was dry dry and dry!!!!!!! Anyone who wants a doner want the greasy juices flowing down their chin. I've seen more juice in a box weetabix. Cmon mun I've had good ones from you in the past but it will be a dark day in hell before I return!!!!! It's not brain surgery gents!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

Love the menu. Service is great. But...the toppings in the pizza has been changed from chargrilled chicken to reformed/reconstituted tiny chicken cubes. Yuck! The menu states "Our toppings are made from the finest fresh ingredients we can find" I don't think so! Such a shame as we have been regular customers for the pizza for quite some time. This will no longer be the case unless the chicken is changed back to actual chargrilled chicken.

Great choice of food, plenty of variation on the menu. Food is also cooked fresh but very quickly, we've never waited more than 15 mins even on a busy Sat night!! Staff are GREAT! Always so friendly and chatty. They make a good effort with their customers. Food is always amazing, portions are big too. Great quality and quantity!

The meat must of been fresh last week... Not sure what was colder the chicken meat or the coleslaw!! And to top it off the delivery driver tried short changing me not once but twice!!! Be aware!!!

Myself and my family normally have a yummies on a Saturday and sometimes during the week, it's only up the road from us so it's easy just to pick up the phone and have it delivered within 30 minutes! We've been having food from here for years and have met several owners and they have all been helpful. We did have a few hiccups a couple of months back by not having everything we've ordered but since they told us about ordering online we rarely have any hiccups and they are always eager to fix the mistake. Nice food and well worth the money.

Always order food to collect. Never been disappointed. Food can be delivered but it is only up the road so it is not really an issue. Staff are friendly.

Whilst I had a complimentary phone call to say they had recieved our order which was nice, the food took over an hour to arrive, was cold and there were items missing. Very dissapointed.

The delivery was approximate 25mins late, the girl on the phone had the nerve to say that he had left 25mins ago then said he had been stick in traffic and then changes it to was stuck in traffic prior to picking up the order.
