Yum Sing in Hillingdon

Sweet and sour chicken was 2/3 hard, tough and unfortunately inedible. Disappointed

Restaurant got my order wrong, but sent the correct order without delay and within 20 minutes 👍🏾

Order placed at 18:35. Website said food delivered between 19:10 - 19:30. Website said food arrived at 19:30. Called the restaurant who said to keep waiting. Cold food actually arrived at 20:00

The food was yummy and I ordered again from them. The food arrived hot and on time.

Nearly cancelled my order as there were no updates until 2 minutes before the order was delivered.

The food wasnt tasty at all. Just regular fried rice wirh chicken in it.

Amazing tasty food, great quality but delivery took far too long due to mother’s day traffic.

I have been ordering from Yum Sing for a while now, their food is tasty and of good quality.

Special fried rice and Singapore rice noodles were great, chicken and green pepper in black bean sauce was good but a bit watery and sweet and sour chicken was alright but a bit over done. Would definitely order again.

Was not the best. Chicken and beef doshes been tossed around and half sauce was in the bag rather than in the container. Also we always used to get prawn crackers on orders over £35-40, now all of a sudden it’s only after over £45, and my order was £41,82. If you’d state these rules clearly i would’ve ordered them as extra as i’ve got family members only eating them and looking forward. Instead i was told “you should’ve asked us to put them” nah that doesn’t work this way mate as never had to ask before. Especially as i heard discussion of lady who answered the phone whin someone else aboht the matter …… used to be my go to place but probably not anymore

The noodles we ordered were soggy and the duck pancakes were so dry, the cake really dry too.

Food was cold and missing items

Really lovely veg fried rice, and at last somewhere that does mxd starters for one! I also had Tom Yum stir-fry chicken, which was delicious but would have preferred soupy to gloopy (it was more like loose sweet and sour texture) but personal preference.

Very nice food, didn't realise the distance from the restaurant so 5min late is good.

Chow was awfully oily. Portion of soup was size of coffe cup and it tasted and smelled... old? Delivery was late. I won't be ordering again.

This orders was a bit disappointing. Crispy chilly beef was very sharp and over saucy and really dry beef. The mixed starter used to be bigger and ultimately taste better. Might have been an off day. But today it didn’t hit the spot

Waste money and time. 4 hrs waited for my food

Food was decent but was about an hour and a half later than initially said and when calling to ask for an update was told it would be 15 mins for it then to be a further hour

Food came late and was cold. Drinks missing. Shouldn't have accepted the order if you couldn't adequately fulfil it. Now I have to await an unnecessary refund. Trash restaurant. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a vegetable chow mein and there was a prawn in it! I couldn't believe it, couldn't eat any more of the food. Didn't think that for a vegetarian dish I'd have to specify no meat or fish. Utterly disappointing

They took forever to deliver my food, that I had to call them up twice! When the food finally arrived, it was the WRONG ORDER!!!! When I rang them up, they blocked my call!!! I had to put in a dispute, to get my money back!

Not only was the order late. But the curry sauce was missing. When I rang to complain I was cut off so on 2nd call she offered to send the sauce but our food was nearly eaten. So I asked for the money off my next order

I received chicken noodle soup instead of the chicken & sweetcorn that I always order. Disappointing but everything else was on point

Driver left my drink in shop, took over and hour to wait for a new drink. Staff initiated a discount instead of offering to drop my drink. Still no drink has arrived.

They've never been late before but at least they did let me know through a message. As usual lovely enjoyable Lotus Seed Buns! but sauce was falling on it and I cut those's parts of the buns because I didn't like the sauce plus I don't normally eat them with sauce. I only needed to cut off a tiny bit so thank goodness for that!

The food quality was good but food quantity was not too good.

I am a diabetic and time my meals, this is the 2nd time delivery was late. My previous order the starter was only half cooked. I didnt want to complain and this time it was cold and soggy prawns. Will not be ordering from Yum Sing again

The food tasted burnt and there was a charred smell to it, it didn't taste nice at all.

I was expecting order to be cancelled due to the late hour, but it turned up. Wish I could charge more tips, driver went above and beyond.

The food was full oil and was tasteless. Will not be ordering from them again. It came so quickly, that you cant tell the food was not fresh.

There was no label on the food as some of us only eat vegetarian food. As there was no label on the food, one of my family who is pure vegetarian end up having chicken before they realised it wasn’t mock chicken(vegetarian). She was very upset about that and it spoiled our family get together meal

I usually do not like to leave a negative review for any company but I was so disappointed with the quality of food I got for quite an higher price compare to other shops. The only good thing was was early delivery. And the chilli oil was a joke for over £2.

Despite being late the food was still delicious

The black bean chicken wasn't good, chicken seemed like the frozen kind, long block like pieces. The black bean sauce itself was decent but the chicken let it down. The fried rice wasn't great either. The duck pancakes and prawn toast, however, were quite good. They forgot my prawn crackers.

Food still to come yet. The restaurant has phone the driver after I called them twice. Driver said 7-10 minutes away. Is now 15 mins and still not showing up. Had the restaurant sending me a text "enjoy your food" an hour ago and still no food

The service used to be good but this is the second time the app said enjoy your food and when I phoned them to say I haven’t even got it yet, I was met with its just leaving now, so arrived an hour and a half after ordering it. Also they only put one Sui Mai in instead of two, and they put in oyster sauce despite me phoning them after I made the order to say only chilli oil and no oyster sauce! The service has gotten abysmal of late so I won’t be ordering from them again 🤬🤬
