Me encanta cómo el sushi se ha enfrentado a los cambios. Pides tu comida en línea una vez que te registras (toma 10 segundos).La comida finalmente aparece en la cinta transportadora y simplemente se detiene en su mesa. También pides tus salsas y palitos para que no quede nada en la mesa.La comida estaba buenísima, como siempre. No tengo ninguna queja sobre la comida o el servicio. Los baños aún podrían mejorar, han estado un poco rotos por un tiempo, pero aparte de eso, es un lugar fabuloso.

I love to visit Yo, its my 6 years olds favorite place for our "date night". We tend to visit twice a month so I am in a good position to review. Unfortunately its still a bit hit or miss, some visits go without any issues or concerns, others show a huge lack of organisation, hygiene and clear operational issuesMy latest visit was better than the previous ones and so I thought it best to take an overall view on things when rating.I am shocked that there are so many negative reviews and reports and yet there seems to be no intervention from Yo HQ.

The worst experience!The Yo Sushi I remmeber was not like this!The food is disgusting for the following reasonsFirst,the yakisoba!The noodle has too much sauce,which makes it too sour and sweet!The noodle was clearly cooked many hours ago and left there,which has changed clour and tastes like vomit. Also,the chicken looks white:clearly put into boiled water and out. No flavour at all!Not made to order!How can the company allows its restaurant to simplify everything to this stage?Why not fire everyone and hire a robot instead?This is not even food,and it's worse than prepared food. Second, the squid is too too salty,unbearable. The katsu curry is clearly like it's been cooked many hours ago. The breded cover fall before eating,same as the squid.Third!The sushi!You don't deserve to serve sushi!That's just rice and fish,without actual pressing as a finish!Everything is pre-cooked,worse than fast food chainThe moment I want to provide some advice,the waitress just walked away. No one asked if the food is good.Everthing was bad!

We are regulars there and recently we seem to have to wait for ages when there are plenty of places at the bar and tables that just need to be cleaned. Either the staff aren’t doing their jobs properly or they are understaffed. The place is disgustingly dirty and needs a thorough clean as there is spilled food on the conveyor belt that has been there for weeks. The toilets are really bad and the fans in the roof are hanging with gunk. It’s a pity the Bon Accord Yo shut as it was far better.

Esta fue la última vez que visito este desastre de un lugar. No hay absolutamente ninguna administración y el personal hace lo que quiere. Hubo un q 20 de profundidad todos quejándose! ! ! . Esta es la décima vez que he estado aquí cuando mi hija quiere ir. NUNCA MÁS, las últimas 3 o 4 visitas han sido iguales. El lugar necesita una buena reorganización con capacitación y liderazgo del personal. El nivel de limpieza también está muy por debajo de la media y una rápida sacudida en el piso con la comida es inaceptable en el mundo de hoy. La comida en sí está bien cuando finalmente la obtienes, ya que tratar de ordenar y obtener el pedido es una maratón de tareas. En general, este lugar va de mal en peor en los últimos meses y puedo verlo eventualmente si esto continúa por los comentarios que he recibido de amigos y otras personas dentro del q, la sensación es definitivamente general entre muchos. Great selection of food. You can choose from the cold options on the conveyer belt or order hot dishes. My daughter loves this experience and the food. The quality and presentation of the food was good and it was tasty. Service was very slow. At one point all tables in our row had their red lights on waiting for service or food. Staff were pleasant - just not enough of them.

Such a shame. We used to go all the time, get great service and good fresh sushi. Today, rude staff, non existent service. Waited for over 10 minutes with light on for order to be placed, then when it came the curry was cold and the sushi was warm. Missed an item from the order too. Selections on belt passed their time, just not good enough. Try one of the independent sushi restaurants in Aberdeen, Yo have clearly lost their minds.

The last few times that I’ve visited the Union Square outlet, I’ve said never again. But it’s convenient so today I gave it another shot. NEVER AGAIN. Not enough staff, hardly any sushi on the belt, A/C not working so that food that should have been cold was actually lukewarm and worst of all, out-of-date food circulating on the belt. When I raised this with the waitress I was first told “it’s not 3pm yet” and had to point out that today was Saturday not Friday!! Then I was told that these plates had been “mislabelled” - really?!? Certainly the aubergine dish that I ate (before noticing the date unfortunately!) was dried up and unappetising. It’s not cheap to eat here so my advice is save your money and go elsewhere. There are several excellent, good value sushi alternatives in Aberdeen.

I used to love Yo Sushi but it feels like it's got steadily worse over the years. Was hard to get an order in as the floor staff were hard to find (not their fault, I don't think there is enough of them) , prices are really high for the quality of the food (in my opinion), chicken yakisoba was inedible and was put back (the old recipe was so much better), floor was greasy and made my shoes slippy even after leaving the restaurant, but worse off all the chef making sushi rolls blew on the nori sheets to separate them (which was absolutely disgusting).

There is a casual dining crisis in Britain. Chains are closing left right and centre so you would think that the remaining ones would up their game. On the basis of tonight's visit this clearly isn't the case. Normally I would frequent a local establishment, but on a spur of the moment pre cinema meal we chose Yo Sushi (encouraged by the 25 percent discount available with the cineworld unlimited card). What we experienced was non existent service, uninterested "chefs" who were more interested in talking to each other and texting than making sushi. The conveyer belt hardly had any fish based sushi, but instead dry and not very fresh chicken sushi which was dissapointing. Not once did we see ANY standard sushi rolls (or any of the cheaper plates of sushi) and to add insult to injury our hot food order was wrong. We couldn't manage to bring this to anyone's attention due to the lack of interested staff with then preferring all to hang out at the far side of the room where there was no customers. The saving grace was the bao bun with chicken but at 30 pounds (AFTER our discount) we felt distinctly short changed. Bad service, bad attitude and bad food. I won't be back.

Seated quickly, then made to wait 10 minutes to place order. Our light was on and the lady who I assume was a supervisor walked passed us several times and ignored. She finally appeared and said oh sorry for your wait. First dish I picked they had ran out of and also advised that the Diet Coke was not cold. First impressions are everything and this was not a good start. Several dishes were ordered including miso soup........still waiting for the soup! All the food we did have was great and tasty but we did witness a chef ‘sniff’ her cutting board after cutting up salmon which does not seem hygienic and very off putting. Once we asked for the bill we noticed the miso soup had been added. When we pointed out we didn’t receive it, it was removed from the bill. This is my second time to this specific restaurant and the second time I’ve not received the the soup!. One day I might get to try the soup but sadly not at this branch as the service is to big a let down.

No me gusta dar malas críticas, pero creo que esta fue la peor experiencia de sushi en la que he estado. Mirando las reseñas de antemano, pensé que las daría en beneficio de la duda, pero desearía no haberlas hecho. La higiene básica era deficiente cuando vi a uno de los chefs detener su preparación de comida para acercarse y estrechar la mano de alguien, luego volvió a manejar mi hamburguesa de pollo sin lavarse las manos. Me doy cuenta de que esto no molestaría a algunas personas, pero nunca se sabe dónde han estado. La selección que se ofrecía en el cinturón también era deficiente, ya que los mismos platos daban vueltas y más vueltas y mi tataki de ternera favorito era tan fuerte que no podía masticarlo. El olor a aceite era tan malo que cuando nos fuimos podías olerlo en nuestra ropa. No es la mejor experiencia. La próxima vez pasaremos por alto tu sushi para ir a Wagamama.

Monday is a date day for me and my wife. We eat in Yo Sushi and then go to the cinema, which we have been doing for the last 4 months. Unfortunately the meal in Yo Sushi today was terrible. The miso soup tasted like dishwater, the choice of food was poor and the quality of food that was served was poor. They had no crab, no duck and no tempura. The teriyaki beef was caked in sauce which spoilt the taste. The prawn katsu my wife ordered was over cooked.

Family meal for 5 people at yo! Sushi, service was poor, they were busy with not enought staff, dishes were not clean when brought to table, we asked for clean but the girl argued that they were clean, when it was obvious they were not. To Yo Sushi before the panto today. It turned out they had a new menu. Some good new items, but mainly a removal of old favourites. What’s worse, the portions seem smaller, the plates more expensive and any flexibility seems gone (no more design your own hand rolls). It is a bit too much standardised and money focussed. Not what it was.

As my plane was cancelled and I had six hours to spare I thought I’d come to the city of Aberdeen as I’d never been here before. I was quite hungry and car across a Yo Sushi restaurant and as I love their food it was an easy decision for me to get a bite to eat here. To say I was disappointed is a bit of an understatement. The food escalator was almost empty and I’m left there waiting for something fresh to appear but instead I watched the same little coloured dishes go round and round. I had a couple of dishes from there but had to send the one straight back as it was drenched in Soy Sauce and far to salty! There was quite a tall chap, who was obviously eastern european doing the cooking and I witnessed him spill some Katsu curry over the dish he was about to hand to a customer and then proceeded to spoon it back in the dish with his finger (no gloves) and then just wiped his fingers on his trousers! I watched him for somewhat 30 minutes putting his fingers into various foods never washing them once. When he and another chap had a quiet 20 minutes they just chatted taking no notice of the 20% food occupied circulating food escalator. I wanted more to spend my hard earned money but there wasn’t anything to tempt me from the revolving table.

Fui con mi hija a almorzar ya que le encanta el lugar y la comida. He estado en numerosas ocasiones sin falta, sin embargo, las últimas veces me ha decepcionado. La espera es ridícula considerando que hay muchas mesas pero no hay suficiente personal para despejar. Alrededor de 20 personas se quedaron de pie esperando y todas dijeron lo mismo; al menos la mitad se retiró debido al tiempo necesario para sentarse. Este no fue un momento de mucho trabajo, se debió únicamente a la falta de personal. La comida también en mis últimas visitas ha ido cuesta abajo con la mayoría de las opciones no disponibles o "agotadas", lo que para una cadena grande como esta simplemente no es un buen negocio. Lo intentaré de nuevo, pero si sigue siendo el mismo estándar, probablemente será el último.

I love eating at the Yo! sushi restaurants. The food at this particular restaurant was delicious and fresh, and the staff was more attentive than the staff members at other Yo! restaurants. My questions were answered quickly and kindly. They were quick to procure the cheesecake soufflé that I wanted. Une chaîne de restaurant de sushi pratiquant des prix très élevé au Royaume Uni pour une qualité et une quantité très faible. On se retrouve très vite à débourser plus de 15€ pour 6 ou 7 makis. Les produits semblent recherchés mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Malheureusement l'une des seules possibilité pour manger des sushis à Aberdeen.

I had never tried this type of restaurant before but my Wife and Granddaughter told me to give it a go. I was really impressed with the service and the food was excellent. Just loved everything about it. I will definitely be going back

Attended with mum in law and it was her first visit. Both enjoyed the food. Ordered a few at the table and staff got the food there swiftly! All freshly made in front of us. No signs of flies as in previous reviews and hygiene seemed fine. Good selection for vegetarians (i'm veggie). Staff really friendly and helpful. Plus unlimited free water from the taps on each table. Ordered a sprite first which came in a chilled glass bottle and then we just stuck to the water which was also chilled. Would both go back!

Ate here while waiting for a bus to Dyce. I am not exactly a sushi fan but I really enjoyed my food. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Busy place but the service was fast. Great find for a hungry tourist.

Preferred one of the cooked street food starters over the sushi, the conveyor belt is a neat gimmick but it's easy to spend a lot if you pick a handful of items. Grey items are the most expensive and I mistook it for the black label(Cheapest, there's like one black label item and it's the miso soup that's not on the belt?). I don't actually remember when I visited March is just an estimate.

I have visited this place four times. I enjoyed my food and the server was nice. The food was slow to come. Dome if the plates on the conveyor didn't have lids. I watched one of the chefs wash his hands, only with water, and then dry them on his apron. Very very poor practice and frankly disgusting. The kitchen looks shambolic at best. I was going to complain but my kids get embarrassed when I do.

My friends and I went to Yo Sushi for dinner as we wanted to try something new. Everything we ate that evening was absolutely delicious and generously priced. Such a good concept for a sushi resultant. The sushi was great, the desserts were great, the staff we very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

The food was good, the tuna sashimi was very good. But the gnat / flies that were swirling about the restaurant were well out of order. It was the same the last time I ventured there about 2 months ago. Time for an exterminator. Shame on you, without even going into the reasons as to why vermin exist in your restaurant.

I had hoisin duck and salmon California roll. I had t wait for a long time since even though I took from the train as I could tell by looking at it that the food was old. The duck was hard and the salmon tasted old. I would not be back which is sad since I regularly eat at Gatwick yo sushi and also the one in Bahrain and have ALWAYS been really impressed by the high quality of food. The customer service was good in Aberdeen the girls were very attentive. the tea came in a plastic cup which is not really the authentic japanese experience I was after.

Situated in a modern mall, it’s the usual Yo Sushi set up around a conveyor belt. The service was welcoming and the food tasted ok but there were unhygienic fruit flies in evidence. For this reason I won’t be back.

My first visit to Yo Sushi and I loved the concept!! Initially I was impressed and discussing a future visit with my child, I’m sure he would love it! However there were a couple of flies going about round the food which was a little off putting. Then I actually watched the staff preparing the food in the open kitchen in the middle. There were no gloves being used, no attention to using different chopping boards for cooked or raw meat and I watched one man prepare plates of chicken with his bare hands going first to get the chicken , then salad from a separate container. This place must be a real hazard for anyone with allergies and certainly my husband has a severe allergy to prawns and could not eat here for risk of cross contamination. I also saw a frozen pack of chicken fillets being put in the deep fat fryer which in all honesty looked like icelands budget range - at best.

I’ve eaten here a few times, it can be quite expensive. Sometimes you can spend £50-80 for 2-3 people and come out hungry so I’d say it is more of a lunch kind of eating place. I’ve been on blue Monday before where they have 30 or do dishes on blue plates for £2.80 each instead of their normal £3-5 mark up and throughout January on week days they’re doing a similar kind of thing. So my sister, niece and myself went in for lunch. It was my nieces first time so we had a variety of dishes so she could try things. Some cooked and some from the belt. We ordered 5 or 6 cooked dishes and they came across to us quite quickly. We were served by polite staff also. Our bill came to £48 for about 14 dishes so the value for money was alright but this was only due to the blue Monday style promotion. I’ve only given 4 stars because the water from the tap is vile and how they can charge you for it is ridiculous and the drinks we did order weren’t chilled very well. Otherwise a good experience.

Don’t eat sushi, but always order hot food, as usual food was hot and tasty, great promotion with a big selection of dishes at £2.80, some off them originally costing up to £6 on the standard menu, only issue was the price of the mango ice cream rice balls been high and only getting 2 that were rock solid, so had to wait for them to thaw.

Entered the restaurant in union square to place a take away order. Was told it would take 5 minutes to prepare. After waiting 15 minutes a member of staff approached me and told me it would be two more minutes. At the 25 minute mark the same member of staff approached me and apologised telling me it still wasn't ready. No refund was offered I had to ask. Very dispointed. Place wasn't overly busy every party that arrived after me was seated with no wait. Very dispointed with over all service.

It does work out to be expensive per portion, but the dining experience is different and fun. The waiting staff were very helpful and knowledgable and the food from the conveyor belt was great. We ordered a couple dished to be cooked fresh too and these were delicious. Would recommend.

I’ve managed to visit Yo Sushi in Union Square twice this time I were in Aberdeen. First I managed to visit the blue Monday. Had forgotten how popular that day is. Even though there was some cue, they managed to get through quite a lot of guests. Worked nicely sitting with the “bar” alone as well. I had a nice food experience, both when I went alone and with a friend. The chefs works fast and it is joyful watching them preparing the food. I had friendly staff both evenings, and will certainly visit again later.

I was walking around the mall before taking the overnight ferry, looking for a snack, came across this place, there were some specials and the price looked right. You sit and order your drink, and as you want to order more you press the light in front of you, lots of fun! The more interesting choices are on the menu, don't expect the full selection on the moving track.you can tell the price of the item by the color of the plate.

I had lunch with some of friends and we ordered two Udon with noodles, the first thing we noticed was that there was out of date sushi on the belt and, when the food arrived, my meal did not include any of the noodles which were specified on the menu. When we eventually got the waitress' attention, we told them "that we did not get what we ordered and what was specified on the menu". Then they took it back to the kitchen, mixed the two bowls together, put some noodles in and mixed it all together. When she came back she proceeded to splash Udon on to my phone and in my bag!!! They did not do anything about it and never came back to the table to ask if everything with the food was better now. We then proceeded to pay the bill and I asked to speak to the manager. We told him what had happened and he said "He was not made aware of what happened in the restaurant" and he did not take responsibility for the mistakes his staff made - he said nothing happened. When I got home I then proceeded to write an e-mail to the manager explaining the situation. I was e-mailed back with a very defensive and patronising response which did not help at all. The manager basically said nothing like this had happened and that "this is out of character for his staff". I do not feel I have been treated fairly and my complaint was not dealt with seriously.
