Still not received the order - no apologies and when I rang to query delivery time the girl on the phone thought it was funny- wont use them again

If I could give them less than one star I would. I said I would never order from them again, and yet I did. Food took nearly 1.5 hours with no explanation. When I called the restaurant they didn't care to help. Please remove them Just-Eat.

Not only was the food 35 minutes late, the driver was rude and tried to charge us extra for delivery! Food was pretty horrible, cold and stale. Thai green curry was just greasy curry with a bit of sugar. Avoid at all cost!

What happened? Usually ok, not today. Lids were off, food went everywhere & no prawn crackers. Called to say food was spilled everywhere in the bag and the woman was very rude then hung up on me. The food that was there was too greasy to eat and the spring rolls were also watery and tasteless. Won't be ordering from here again, they've lost a few customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The food arrived 30mins after the scheduled delivery time. It came in unsuitable polystyrene boxes so the sauces where able to easily leak out and the food was very salty and overlooked.

Was delivered 1hr45mins after I placed the order on the website and then asked for a hidden delivery charge. Very poor service and food quality not worth it for the inconvenience caused.

There's no customer support. I waited for my food over two hours at which point I called and asked to get my money back and they refused. I think after 30 minutes of waiting for food, without the restaurant informing me of any delays, they should take responsibility and compensate the customer.

Had a call when my food was due to be delivered saying I had not paid my delivery fee and would need to do so upon delivery. I told the very rude woman that it had not been added onto my total at checkout and thus they needed to review their payment methods and I would not be paying any fee. I was told it was my fault because I had not looked properly, but that my food was on its way. 20 minutes after it was meant to be delivered, my food arrived, and I proceeded to have an argument on my doorstep with the delivery man over the delivery charge. I again stated that if they want people to pay delivery, they need to add this on at checkout and cannot blame their customers (I pointed out they had several reviews stating this problem already). He told me it was my fault for not 'looking properly'. I explained that if he went onto any other food delivery service, he would see that once you input your postcode, your delivery fee is worked out for you. I also pointed out that they prompted a free delivery for orders over £15, which mine was. He did not reply to this and simply dumped my food in my hand. Not only did all of this happen, but the food was absolutely terrible. The presentation was awful and I had about 6 pieces of my sweet and sour chicken, my father having even less of his king prawns. Never had such an awful Chinese meal and never had such awful service. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Over time 40 min all together about 1 hour 20 min . Food was fresh but not seasoned at all.

The dumplings and vegetable fried rice were very good but the Thai mixed seafood wasn't as good as it was before. There was a lot of imitation crab and not much other seafood.

They tried charging me a delivery fee that was not listed upon my order, AFTER delivering the food 20 minutes passed the estimated time (1:20 from order time until delivery). I even called the restaurant when I was waiting who offered zero support. Extremely unimpressed. Very disappointing.

Ordered Kung Po squid, my favorite and boiled rice. Food was half the size you get in the shop orders...and since the rice(side order) and the squid came in 1 box, the rice was 75% of the order. Very unsatisfied!!!

Delivery was 20minutes late, 30minutes if you count the extended time. The dumplings were overdone, the meal deal had way too much rice to sweet and sour that I bought. At the time it should have been delivered, the app told me it was delivered when it wasn't. After 15 minutes I called them and they said in a rude tone that the delivery guy was just leaving and they won't charge the £3 they would have normally charged for delivery which was not informed of at time of purchase. Food finally arrived 35 minutes late. Salt and pepper mushrooms / shredded chicken was good, but was disappointed with the chicken / tofu with green peppers and black bean sauce was very disappointing.

Bit disapointed, the Special fried rice had no tast, very bland not fragrant and seasoned like some others and chicken chow main used cheaper cuts of thighs and were more like slices then strips, and was also very bland, if it wasnt for the very mild curry sauce and spicy prawn crackers may not have tasted it!! Shame as It looked lovely also waited 1hour and 15min from the time i ordered it on the app!!

We have ordered several times and have never been disappointed, Salt and Pepper King Prawns are fab!

The food was Ok, ho fan and chow mein were quite disappointing it needed more wok heat. But the crispy shredded beef was very tasty even my 4 yr old son loved it, salt pepper quid could've done with more spice. Overall quite good value and generous portions.

Were told to pay £2.40 for delivery after ordering so had no choice. Didn't give us the correct amount of food and very small portions.

this really wasnt nice very dry and the beef was very very chewy but worst of all the container it comes in the ones they use for kebabs and chips not ideal for chinese at least use proper tin foil ones or plastic tubs like all restaurants do

We really liked it, Next time we'd appreciate the vegetarian hot and sour soup be labelled to distinguish it from the Szechaun hot and Sour soup. otherwise very good, and fast service, 30 minutes sooner than stated!

Took a while for delivery despite only being 0.5miles away on a Tuesday evening! Packaging was strange as came in kebab boxes meaning most of the sauce had run out into the bag upon delivery. Food was average if best, not impressed with vegetarian option either!

We waited quite a long time. The driver was so rude woke up 2 of my neighbours because he said I didn't give him the flat number which was written on the ticket. The food wasn't great either. The duck was extremely dry , stir fry lacked in taste and generally everything was low quality. I wouldn't recommend this place for delivery

It wasn't so bad not but the disgusting thing about everything its that a found a hair in my sweet and sour . Really gross ! I didn't eat anything them ! Really disgusting ! I would ask the refund cause it's not acceptable .

We have Chinese quite often and have to say this is the worst we've ever had, Can easily say that we will not be ordering from there again. Ordered online where it is clearly stated that delivery is free - upon delivery, the driver asked for money and said "you should know there is a fee as it tells you online"

Waiting 2 hours for food and still nothing! When I called second time round they said they do not have my duck spring rolls! Overall a terrible service. If your that busy you should not accept orders.

The food was tasteless and undercooked, also they forgot to give us the free prawn crackers we were supposed to get.

Excellent food, great flavours, definitely taste better than most Chinese takeaways around. Only problem- TOO MUCH OIL in rice and noodles! Hope the restaurant read this, other than that all is great!

Nice. Cheap and convenient. Good value for money as it's literally in front of my place and does the job. 2 feedback issues - not a fan of being charged for small pots of extra chilli oil sauce and minimum delivery amount is too high in my mind as if I'm going to spend at least £15 I'd opt for one of the many higher end chinese/Thai restaurants that deliver.

Very tasty. Reminds me of that scene in Rush Hour! Would highly recommend, great choice of vegetarian options and helpful staff. Only thing that could be improved is side sauce tubs are a bit on the big size for one person, so maybe doing a smaller tub size of sauces would be cool too. Overall, very happy! Look forward to ordering again!

RUBBISH! Arrived an hours AFTER the delivery time agreed - so 2 hours after ordering. Receptionist was so rude over the phoen, "Its not my problem" was her answer for everything. Food arrived cold and Swapped a bottle of Coke for Prawn Crackers...ridiculous. If i was in a restaurant i would have walked out without paying! Disgusting how they treat customers!

Usually we enjoy the food from here. However, 2 hours after placing the order the food still hadn't arrived and when I called the person at the other end of the line was, at least for me, unintelligible. Hopefully it's a one-off but still very disappointing. Just Eat customer service were excellent.

Always enjoy our food from YMT. It is beautifully cooked, fresh and lovely. We try the new kids when they turn up on the block, but always seem to come back to Yi Man Tang.
