We ordered not long before they close which they were OK about. food arrived on time. The food was absolutely disgusting. The curry sauce had not been mixed properly and really thick with loads of powder which had not been mixed in the pots of curry sauce, the mixed beef and chicken curry was stupidly hot(spicy) which was only ment to be mild and has been mild every time we have ordered. When we complained we just had nothing but attitude, we were called a lier and said we should have rang them soon as we had a problem even though we did and they were closed then decided to offer £5 off our next order. I will never recommend this place again also will never eat from here again. Do your research about the rat problem they have i just found out off neighbours near to the restaurant

Don't bother. Got food from here for a celebration treat. Delivery was fast & driver lovely but that's the only positives. All chips had an off taste to them, the chicken balls were the slimiest I've ever tried. All in all a total waste of money & now I need to cook something anyway!

The food came within 20 minutes. We ordered lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken balls, duck samosas and fried rice. Everything arrived at a nice hot temperature. Found no fault whatsoever, a truly fabulous meal!

Ordered for collection here a couple of weeks ago and pre ordered at 6pm for a 8:15 pick up. I arrived and the gentleman behind counter went to the kitchen and came back empty handed and asking to relay my entire order. Was clearly forgotten and ended up waiting until 8:45 until order was given. Awful!!! Foolishly, I ordered a half duck last night and hoped it would be given on time as it was a small order. Order was given on time. However, when I arrived home I had far less than half a duck, infact I believe I was only able to fill 3 pancakes !!!!

Food 45 minute late. When I phoned and asked what was the delay i was told that it was out for delivery when the food arrived the delivery person told me that he had pick it up 10 minutes after I phoned. When the food arrived it wasnt very warm, I would have sent it back if we weren't so hungry. Won't be using them again.

Ordered a take away via just eat at 6.30pm. ETA 8.05pm, got to 8.20 called and they said the food is ready but no driver, shouldn’t be long. Arrived at 9.15 lukewarm. It’s a shame as the food is good and I don’t like to complain. But shoddy customer service, they need to go on a customer service course. If they can’t fulfil a service then don’t accept so many orders. Ordered the other week from a chippy in Llanelli, they called me to say it’s running 45 mins later and apologised plus added some extra items! Now that is customer service, I’m not after freebies but to get a phone call with an apology would be sufficient. I got to say Just Eat customer service is first class, as they gave me a full refund! The restaurant however, declined me a refund with the excuse of “our restaurant was busier than expected”, won’t order again!

Dinner 🥘 for two 🌺❤️😋 Chinese tonight from Yeung Shing House. I am not impressed at all with tonight's chef! 👉 One order the egg fried rice was meant to be plain egg no prawns 🍤- the order had prawns. 👉 I asked for the duck to be cut, I did not want a lot of bean sprouts and I wanted the duck cooked thick 🤷🏻‍♀️ It came in a seeet and sour sauce, not a plum sauce; and there was just slithers of Duck 🦆- not happy at all. 🧐 I'm not being funny, but your take away service should be the same as your restaurant service. Roast Duck is not served like this in PROPER Chinese restaurants. 👉 The crispy Beef was delicious though, it was the best thing about the order 🧐It's times like this I miss the authentic Chinese in China Town - proper duck, Ho fun and crispy seafood 🦞 noodles 😋👊🌺. I ordered a takeaway, it came on time, and the food was lovely. I ordered Singapore noodles and it was just how I like it. It was full of flavour. The soup was lovely full of flavour and the duck was amazing, succulent and meaty. There could have been a bit more duck and less beansprouts. Great food, will definitely order again.

Ordered food and it took over two and a half hours! When I phoned a woman said it would be there in 10 minutes... (although she ended up hanging up on me!.. RUDE!) 30 minutes later I phoned (lady was lovely that time and gave a free bottle of drink) but it still then it took another 20 minutes to arrive!! All in all not good service at all!

First time trying this for takeaway , the food was lovely ! The Chinese chicken was delicious and the spicy chips were my favourite . Will be 100% ordering again .

Visited this chinese restaurant based on good ratings, but found dirty floors and tables. A large patch of wall was in disrepair. We didnt sample the food. If its dirty in the public area, what's the kitchen like? We didnt chance it.

Ordered at 5:15pm for home delivery. We phoned back 2 hours later at 7:15pm to enquire whether an oversight had been made. The horrible guy on the phone abruptly spoke to my wife, barking excuses about their driver being on other calls and the chef being overworked. Sorry, two hours is too long I'm afraid. Rudeness just adds to the poor show. If I could leave minus 5 stars, I most certainly would. Shamefull.

Haven’t been to this restaurant in years and visited for 1st time with our teenage sons this evening. I’m pleased to report food was amazing, sweet chilli crispy beef is the best we have ever eaten! One of my sons tried a very new dish to us crispy satay chicken and he was very happy with his choice completely his type of meal! Excellent value for money and it will definitely be our choice of takeaway or eat in on our next visit to Llanelli. Thank you for a very tasty and enjoyable meal.

Telephone order at 7.20 arrived at 10pm too late for me to eat and ruined our Saturday evening we will not be ordering from here again

I think this restaurant three occasions and every time the meal was absolutely perfect. I've never had a takeaway but can highly recommend it for a sit down meal. Look forward to my next visit

Disgusting place, disgusting service! Ordered on just eat and my family meal was 2.5 hours late. Phoned on several occasions and was told "tough, it's busy" food turned up at 20:45 and was cold and as disgusting as the service! Will never order from here or eat here again! Steer clear.

Mi esposa y yo pedimos comida para llevar desde aquí. Fue la peor que hemos tenido para llevar. Filete de ternera estofado era en efecto, ahumado y pollo chili chili o no contenía otras especias y era tan malo que era incomible. El plato de calamares cebolla fue 90% y no el sabor alguno. Cómo este lugar precio de 5 estrellas de más de 1000 comentarios en una popular app nunca se sabe, pero como no puedo confiar en los otros comentarios no usando ese particular app para pedir comida de nuevo. Una experiencia verdaderamente horrible y un desperdicio de dinero.

Please avoid this place. They sent wrong order and then when phone to tell they just turned around and abuse we had was unbelievable. Avoid avoid avoid.

Reservamos una mesa para 2 el sábado por la noche, aunque no era necesario, ya que sólo había una pareja de comedor. La mayoría de negocios parece ser llevar. Sin embargo, el menú es muy amplio y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Optamos por sopa, seguida de las costillas y luego de pollo en salsa de alubias y especial chow mein. Todo estaba recién preparado, caliente y delicioso. La camarera fue muy amable y ofrece un excelente servicio. La decoración es básica y pasadas de moda, pero la comida lo compensa. No barril embotellada Tsing Tao, pero Tigre o ambas opciones. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Siempre para envio a domicilio de shing yeung. Nunca tuvimos problemas, pero hace dos semanas, pedimos satay de pollo brochetas (con la salsa de maní satay de pollo) y salsa marrón (en el aguado). Hemos pedido el satay de pollo muchas veces antes, la primera vez por accidente pensando que era como las brochetas, pero lo probé y me gustó. Esta vez pedimos, abrí el cartón a un olor muy fuerte de lo que podría describirse como un aroma de orina. Olía como si tuviera algo ido, o las verduras o la salsa utilizada. Les peldaño inmediato y lo reemplazaron por otra cosa, ya que creemos que no como esa comida! Pasaron otros 40 minutos y el conductor entrega llegamos, me lo entregaron la comida vieja para el reemplazo. Él se preguntaba por qué pedimos que si no nos gustó? Le informamos que hemos tenido muchas veces antes y nunca olía a eso, a la que respondió "ye" y caminamos lo que sea. Digamos que han perdido nuestra a medida.

Si estamos teniendo un chino normalmente no venga aquí conseguir un llevar, y no hemos tenido problemas antes.

Me and my girlfriend went here for a nice evening meal, such a warming reception and seated straight away, The food was amazing and there was so much for the price, will defiantly be going again

Have never been in the restaurant to eat but does look nice. But have had many a take away from here and has always been super delicious. Highly recommend salt n pepper prawns and crispy chilli beef. Reasonable too 👍

Four people who like Chinese food and we all enjoyed it. A really good and varied meal which stood out from many we've experienced. We selected from a large menu and the scope of choice didn't detract from the quality. We ate in the place and the service was charming and friendly. Business was quite brisk on a Saturday night and people looked to be enjoying the food offering. It seems that many of the customers were known to the serving staff which is always an encouraging sign. One minor gripe is that the gents' toilet could do with a bit of tidying.

had food hear on 7 february 2016 with friends. the food was piping hot. we had a buffet for £7 per person. prawn cocktails followed by chinese snacks. special curry chipsa large variety of chinese dishes.The food was superb and the service by the staff wasoutstanding. for those who did not turn up they missed a treat to see in the chinese new year and learn about chinese culture.What a meal and I want to congratulate ma and lee for the wonderful time had by all.Photos were taken and will be used to recommend this place to other people great stuff and credit to your family for such a wonderful evening

i ordered food from here, when it was delivered i had a wrong dish. i rung up to tell them, after the attitude i received they agreed to bring me my dish. to my surprised they asked for the wrong dish back even though i started to eat it, she then gave me more attitude and said that that dish was for someone else like it was my fault. she offered to wait for me to scoop it back into the box and take it to the right customer. i ordered with them again because i just thought it was a mix up but the exact same thing happened again!!!! despite all this the food is ok. but because of the terrible service i would not order from here again

Amazing Food weather you eat in or take away, always the friendliest staff and a clean restaurant, walked past it a few times not realising it was there But now i found it i always order food from there.

We have only ever had takeaway from yeung shing and I have to say it is always lovely food! Plenty of meat in the dishes which keeps the hubby happy! The spicy salted chips are our new fave as they have lovely chilli bite! The only Chinese we will have delivered as we have been struggling to find one that we like in the area. Food is food quality and not greasy, the prices are a little more than some places in town but the dishes are always a generous and tasty!

My wife and I have been coming here for many years. The place is like a tardis, appears small from the front. I can reccommend the set menus which are fantastic value for money. I would even go as far as saying that the food is the best Chinese we've ever had. We've reccommended friends and family go here and they also agree. The poor reviews on this website appear to be about the time taken for the delivery on take away which I've personally never used, which I feel is an unfair reflection on this fantastic place.

Staff were extremely rude with a mix up due to just eat, had to wait over an hour and a half for food! Customer service was extremely disappointing and on the phone were passed to several members of staff, and we were shouted out!!!

Ordered food on just eat website and they declined the order and then started making it but wouldn't deliver ecause they apparently didn't have the payment. Eventually when the payment was sorted out the rude Chinese woman said we were at the back of the queue now and we had to wait over an hour! She was very rude on the phone and I certainly will not be ordering there again. Terrible customer service!

We went here on the Saturday before Christmas. 6 adults and 3 little ones. We had booked our table and arrived at 6pm. The place was empty of other diners. We eventually managed to get out of the place at 8.30pm!! It was still empty of other diners - on the Saturday before Christmas! And no wonder. I have never experienced such dreadful service ever, anywhere!!Priority in this so called restaurant is given entirely to takeaways. While we sat and waited for our meal take away after take away was ordered over the 'phone and despatched. Even when we asked about our order they still concentrated on take aways. And when our main meal eventually arrived we had to send it back as they seemed to be unable to differentiate between chicken and beef!! Amazing.If you're thinking of going here then I suggest that you reserve a table then order a take away 20 minutes earlier, pick it up and take it to your table. It's the only way you'll get your meal at your table.Close your restaurant side of the business Yeung Shing House and stick to take aways. Your food is quite good - not the best but good take away fare.

Restaurant was clean well presented, service was very reliable and quick. The food was to a very good standard and the price for the sit in special will not be beaten - soup, selection of starters, 2 mains, a side dish then tea coffee or ice cream for just over £10.00! Lovely meal.

Went to this restaurant last night. Waited a while to be served as the waitress forgot that she han't taken our order. Waited another while for our drinks! However, when everything came, it was lovely. Good value too.

The food here is really, really good. Takeaway can be a little disappointing, however to eat in it really is top quality. Very good deal available as well (weeknights only perhaps?). £13.95 for a special menu thing.Anyway you should try here.

had a splendid meal with wife and friends at this restruaraunt. the food was deleciouse and tasty. followed by chinese beer and wine a must for anybody yum yum yum

I mainly get takeaways from this restaurant, and think it is the best Chinese restaurant in Llanelli - admittedly there's not much competition as the Golden Dragon is pretty poor. The takeaways are occasionally variable, but nevertheless generally tasty and generous portions.I've also eaten here a few times, most recently at a charity fundraising event which I helped organise, and the staff could not have been more accommodating, and everyone was delighted with the banquet they served - which isn't bad as there were 60+ of us. The decor is understated and pleasant, and while service is sometimes a little slow, the staff make up for it with charm. Prices are reasonable and you won't go hungry. Definitely worth a try for a pleasant evening meal.

The food in the restraunt is beautiful, I have eaten hear on many occassions and attended many functions at this venue. The staff speak mandarin and english, very socialble and very pleasing to all their customes. A must to visit when you are in llanelli, well loved by locals for its food and takeaways. The food is beautifully prepared by its chef and the staff need to be complemented on its excellence.
