Yeti Nepalese Restaurant in Oxford

I went there with my friends last week. The food was very delicious. The staffs were friendly. I highly recommend Tilopia jhol!.

I have never tried nepalese food before but I can highly recommend Yeti. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave good advice on what dishes complemented each other. Gurkha beer was another first and very good. We had a mix of vegetarian and lamb dishes: the spicy red potato starter and momo (veggie and lamb filled) were delicious. I have eaten 100's of naan breads over the years but the peshwari naan served this evening was a revelation: buttery soft with a tasty coconut filling- simply divine! I would very happily have eaten just a plate of these naan. There is even a 10% discount for NHS staff. Give the place a try- you won't be disappointed.

Just called in for dinner whilst walking past heading for another restaurant. So pleased we did! Anthony, our waiter was so friendly and helpful. He suggested we try the house lamb curry (no 19 on the menu) which was superb - tender meat and a sauce that was aromatic and not too spicy. The naan breads and rice were very good too. The meal worked out at approx 25 pounds each with a drink which is a bargain these days. Busy early evening which is a good sign. I can recommend Yeti.

Excellent Nepali food. Too often it is difficult to find a really good lentil, rice and vegetables - the traditional Nepali dish. At the Yeti, order the Thali and you’ll get the real deal.

I didn't know Nepalese cuisine. The food was delicious, well presented, and the portions were very generous. Many vegetarians options. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us good recommendations. All the staff was genuinely lovely and myself and my friend had a very nice evening there. I highly recommend it

We had a delicious meal at Yetis. Anthony, our waiter, made some great menu suggestions. We particularly liked the lamb mommos and the khasi chhoyala lamb starter. The portions were very generous. We will definitely visit again.
