Highly recommended sandwich shop! I really enjoyed the chicken wrap and the rice pudding was fantastic! Service was lovely.

So tasty, everything is cooked fresh... always have the chicken meal deal and I think its good value for money.. staff are really friendly...

Delicious, healthy and extremely addictive. Staff couldn't be nicer if they tried either. This had opened long after I moved out of the town but I can see why the younger generations love this place. Cant wait to come back!

This place is amazing! Always a delight coming here for my lunch. The owner is incredibly friendly and cheerful, and the food which is cooked fresh to order right in front is always healthy and full of great flavours.

My partner and I went here for lunch and was utterly disappointed. The Manager was a rude tall man who was consistently shouting at his staff. Poor girls didn’t know what to do. He just continued to shout at them. After waiting over 20 minutes for our wraps we were very disappointed. He had got the salads completely wrong and the wrap was soaking wet. Way to much oil was used. Maybe If he spent as much time making his food a good standard for customers as he does shouting at his staff then maybe we would of enjoyed our food. Never eating there again. So much for being a healthy food place , the amount of sunflower I saw going into the salad was ridiculous. Utterly disgusting!! Don’t know which was worse , the manager or the disgusting food. Definitely would not recommend anyone eating here. What a shambles

Lamb is so nice in the wrap and roll with salad and spicey sauce. Its so tasty and just makes you want more. Will definitely come back.

This place is excellent. Fresh, perfectly cooked, healthy, tasty food. Fast and really polite service. We always get a wrap here when in town. By far the best option in town if you're not looking for a sit down meal. Cannot recommend enough.

Wrap N Roll is by far the best place to get your lunch time meal in Merthyr. Been visiting this place since it opened and I can honestly say I have never been let down by their food. The menu may not be massive but what that means is the chef cooks what he cooks to perfection. Also try the rice pudding with a bit of nutmeg. You will not be disappointed.

Fresh and tasty Mediterranean style wraps or meals. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is freshly prepared and made in front of you while you wait. The meats are chicken, lamb or beef and you can choose which salad and sauces you want too. It can get busy at lunch times but that shows how popular it is. You can always phone up to place you order before you arrive.

This place is our go to place for our friday lunch! Fantastic value, freshly made every order. Owner is a wonderfully friendly guy and makes you feel welcomed and a valued customer. Couldn't recommend this place high enough!

Can't get enough of the food from here, its fresh, delicious and most importantly really healthy! Can't beat a beef wrap, all salad (plus jalapeño's) and both sauces 😍!! Funnily enough, I'm heading there as soon as I finish typing this! Also, the rice pudding is stunning... not too great if you're on a diet though!! 😅

Yesterday chosen randomly, got terrible food. Today went by tripadvisor, really liked this place. Owner really friendly, good size wrap, fresh, I loved the hint of lemon.

Always have a wrap n roll at dinner times in college!! Best place to go, its cheap, the food is delicioussssss and the staff are FAB!! Love it!!

Excellent service,the rolls are freshly made on the spot,the choice of ingredients is really good and there is no problem if you ask for extra sauces etc good prices too

Great wraps and meals for lunch we go there regularly for lunch for a healthier option and the prices are good .

These wraps are so fresh tasty and authentic, the menu is small but he has perfected his dishes and the owner who cooks them is really friendly and so are the staff, a great place to get a quick lunch

I go here quite regularly and I've tried all the meats in the wraps. Beef is my favourite but they're all delicious. They are very healthy, all cooked in a little olive oil and water. The rice pudding is amazing (don't eat if you're on a diet )Last but not least the owner is always smiling and makes you feel welcome every time. He's a ray of sunshine.

The gentleman who owns Wrap n Roll is a delight. He's very welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and outstanding for the price. The wrap meals are plentiful and tasty. It is nice to have something different in the town for a change and it really is lovely.

The owner (can't remember name sorry!) was one of the kindest shop owners I've come across in Merthyr and served up some really fresh ingredients, and the proof is in the pudding. We had a nice chat while he cooked my food (I had the chicken wrap which was delightful!) and he even threw in a turkish rice pudding for free. That was gorgeous too! I love that Merthyr gets to experience different cultured food, especially when its fresh every time!

I was really pleased with the quality of the Turkish food, which is freshly made. The owner us very friendly and we received a free sample of his homemade soup.Will definitely return

the taste and flavours transport me back to my backpacking days in turkey / greece... this is a great find in a town with a LOT of processed food on offer.. its all fresh ingredients cooked right in front of you... with a lot of "how are you my friend" chat included.. my only issue is that i have to ration my visits to keep it really special.... great simple small menu LOVE it !

Really pleased I've found this place. It makes a nice change from the ubiquitous Greggs / chip shops that dominate Merthyr. Great fresh food, reasonable prices. I had a beef wrap this time. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu!
