Have been a customer here for many years and have always got a freshly cooked hot meal which is delicious. Delivery may take a while but I have always been given an accurate time when ordering and am prepared to wait. Best Grill bar for miles and great value.

We've had a few orders from here and feel it's really slipping in quality chips tasted weird burger was average had stomach ache after food, one of my kids didn't even eat it and same as they always have really disappointing don't think we'll be eating from again and cheesy garlic bread really look at it

We are regular victors from Somerset to the area so always try to visit Woody's when we have time Been going there since 1980s and always tasty good quality burgers and good chips..going to Farnborough soon so will compare the food

Meals are good but only if you collect, delivery time is ridiculously long resulting in cold soggy food, very disappointing

The service was absolutely disgusting ordered food waited for well over an HR which was fine but then the delivery man left the food on the wall by the time we got to it the food had gone !! Called them up to be told it was delivered what do you want me to do complain to Uber . Will not be using them ever again 15 quids worth of food gone and no refund DISGUSTING

Well I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from here and glad I collected We had ordered 7 burgers all different and half of these were doubles and the bill was £39 very good price and everyone was happy I ordered on the phone and went to collect in 20 minutes Great burgers and will be back 👍🏻

80 minutes for delivery no apology then driver decides to finish a five minute phone call outside property before bringing in food

Come here all the time never any issues until today 1st time I used delivery service waited about an hour and 30 min for the order to find out they put chilli sauce INSIDE THE BURGER not in a pot I called to tell them and he said come down and hw will see what he can do when I got there it wasn't the usual boss man some other idiot. He was being so rude and telling me it was my fault for not stating its a dip sauce yet I CLICKED THE SIP SAUCE BUTTON. He told me he would re do it but I HAD TO PAY AGAIN....NO! Once before they done me a wrong burger but was OK with it they said he would owe me well now is your chance and you don't bother I told him this and he told me I had to pay for it he was so rude talking over me the lot...not going to lie I lost my s**t and was shouting at the man I've not been made to feel this angry on years. We come here all the time always get 2 giant Disneys 2 garlic mayo dips 1 burger relish and another garlic mayo..this was the first time I got chili I thought I would try but this bloke didn't want to help at all they have no customer service there. You have lost 2 very loyal customers I will never ever use you again and neither will my partner or my family and I will be telling all my friends how disgraceful this place is...the sad thing about it is I really get on with the owner and he is a nice man, if he was in there it would been a different story I guarantee it but nope this a**hole just lost you customers!!

Not sure what’s happened but gone downhill. Food arrived cold and the vegetarian burger was awful. Food looked like it was chucked in the cartons or dropped while delivering it. This used to be a great take away option!

Called up to say food was cold on arrival to be given a barrage of abuse!! Shouldn’t of accepted it etc...how do we know if its cold until we take it out if the packaging.. refused to resend food or give refund!!

Re discovered Woody's last month, first went there 30 years ago and had to try the disney burger again, was not disappointed at all. It was still as good, very reasonably priced and they deliver.

had to ring to see where our food was after over an hour wait said it would be another 10 mins after 15 we had to ring again and said if it doesn't arrive in 5 mins we wanted a refund it finally did arrive one of the orders was wrong but couldn't be bothered to waste our time ringing again no apology for the wait or anything really disappointed

had an order for 4 people which took forever to get here and was only luke warm .i had a prawn chicken burger ,half the chicken was not there so bun was only partly covered and only 4 prawns ,the burger was that soggy with so much prawn sause that i had to use a knife and fork and cut it up to eat it

one of thebest take away food in the town, best ribs and coleslaw ever, always too much but always eaten

The once mighty Woodys is a poor shadow of its former self. The quality has gone steadily downhill with cheaper quality ingredients now making it a place to avoid. There is much better value and quality to be had on the same High Street.

Often have meals from this eatery. Good value and great food. It was recommended to me and have since had takeaways quite often. The portions are big so no need to order extras, unless of course you have a gigantic appetite.

Woodys is a Take out Restaurant which is well known in West Drayton because it is good, it does Burgers / Ribs & Chicken chargrilled fresh to order, you get a good portion size whatever you order and plenty of fries for some too many lol. You can choose to add cheese / bacon / fresh Onion / prawn sauce / Chilli sauce etc to your Burger or Chicken so something for everyone, there is also sides like Onion Rings or Corn on the Cob.

This place sells the best burgers for miles around. I have been going there for years and love the burgers and ribs.

I'm a regular so the gentleman on the phone always knows my order when I ring up. This makes me feel extremely values and he is very pleasant. Lovely chips and reasonably priced.

Me and my family have been ordering from.here for years. It is the best take away place in west drayton without a doubt lovely food lovely portions

Comida fría personal grosero y ningún concepto de servicio al cliente, no consiguió entregar a tiempo solicitó entonces no se disculpó - comida era malo especialmente una hora después cocinado. Pedimos comida para las 7 pm llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y bueno la mayoría de la gente quiere temprano! Muy bien por qué no me pide que se entregan en 7 ... Nunca más

Having ordered from Woodys for the past several years, I have always been overall happy with the service and food. Recently I placed an order, was confirmed it would arrive in a certain time via email as normal. I waited over 1 hour and 32 minutes. I called the local Woody's (West Drayton), high is less than five miles from my house and spoke with a manager who gave me the impression this is normal. When I explained this is the first instance this had happened, the manager offered no explanation. Even worse was when I unpacked my food to find it cold and rubbery to chew, with no flavour. No take out is worth 1 hour and 32 minute wait, so I strongly advise all potential customers to consider one of the other 30+ take away restaurants in the area.

Been eating here since it opened, good tasty burgers...delivery a little slow, quicker to collect yourself (or is that because they have SO many deliveries to do?)

I ordered 2 number 9 burgers (prawn burgers) when they arrived there was no prawns very little sauce and the chips were very rubbery to the point of being unedable, I called the store and was told next time they would give me prawns, not happy that they would not refund or amend my food I emailed head office this was on the 26th of September ive still not had any reply, I spend £19 on food I could not eat and feel thoughly ripped off

Tried this place for the first time and I have to say the quality and size of portions was very good. My Son had an 8oz Burger with Cheese and Bacon and loved it. I went for the extravaganza, Chicken in fresh bloomer sandwich which came with a huge portion of fries. It was very good and recommended if you are hungry. We also ordered a Kids popcorn chicken meal and it was again of a good quality. My wife had a chicken burger which she also thought was very good. Delivery was about 55 minutes which was 10 mins later then they stated. But the food arrived hot and was good value.

I used to live near by this place and it was a teenage / early twenties memory of going here for a great burger.Visited for the first time in over 20 years a day or so ago and although it still has the same menu with the addition of chicken wings and ribs.The quality however did not match up to the food of my youth with substandard meat, buns and relish ingredients.Its now just another very cheap and nasty take away and not a quality american burger bar that it once was.

If you fancy a burger with different varieties here is the place. The people are always really friendly and the food always arrives within 45 minutes. Have been eating here about 4/5 times a year for the past three years and no complaints. Excellent :-)

I started going here years ago after a night on the tiles, back in the days when they applied to have a 'Topless Staff' licence ! Honestly no joke, read the framed wallpaper clippings on the walls if you ever go in ! FYI - Sadly, they decided not to go ahead with this gimmick, as it was too controversial !This independent and original place does some very nice burgers, with my pick being a "Giant Disney" - Half pound burger with cheese, onions and bacon... YUM YUM ! They also do chicken burgers, lovely racks of ribs and even cater for Vegetarians, too. A few years back I think this place went into decline, but fortunately it has been given a re-vamp and change of management. They have taken down the horrid iron bars across the counter, that always made it look like a prison ! The menu has been expanded, and it always seems a busy place in the evening, with countless local deliveries taking place.Prices are reasonable, and counter staff are friendly. OK, we may be talking about a humble burger, but Woody's is still far better than the mass processed tasteless alternatives from the big burger restaurant chains we know all too well.

Good choice of burgers and is a decent size and comes with loads of chips. Everytime I have been its always been cooked very well. Friendly staff, quick service will be going back here very soon

woodys is best in england best burger and good ribs with proper bbq sauce i wondered i am in states for a minute like big meals for good value.will recommend to everyone. tony

I had read the reviews and had almost gone here a few times. Then fially last week I decided to give it a go.I had the Disney burger which was very good and came with chips. Not sure you have the option to have it without chips.Service was fast and the staff were friendly. I will be back here again soon.

had ribs and a burger from woodys but didnt realise that both came with chips so had enough food for about 3ppl ! the ribs were amazing cooked to perfection! ordered a burger was just a little disappointed with it the meat was good and the bun fresh just it had no sauce so it was a little bland but all in all it was good food ! fresh and cooked well! awesome service just make sure you order a burger with sauce

Forget Macdonalds Burger King and all the others, twice the portion smaller price, and better taste, used for years and will do for years to come, the original and still the best.

Woodys has been around for years but i'd never actually tried it before, i was not let down!.Amazing burgers and ribs and plenty of it - so much food and the ribs really were lovely.Good value and quick service too.Would be great if you could order online or see an online menu somewhere though!

This was my favourite takeaway burger place in the early 1980's. Good basic flame grilled burgers, cooked to order, with lots of chips. In 2011 they still serve the same nine basic burgers (cluffie, cheese job, hot stuff, daytona, kon-tiki, rocky, ardmore, disney, No9), and obviously haven't seen the need to change. In a nod to the 2000s there is now a veggie burger option and they do chicken and ribs.The burgers are as good as ever, the staff are friendly and this placeis still worth a detour off the M4.

Atmosphere is irrelevant as this is a takeaway/delivery place but everything else top notch recommended this place to so many people, I should be on commission :)

Woodys has been around for years, with its assortment of big burgers to fill any appetite, its Disney burger is one of the best but ask for extra cheese and some sauce it tops it off nicely. The ribs are the best get a full rack which comes with chips, slice of garlic bread and coleslaw, always ask for extra bbq sauce it keeps them moist whilst they are being delivered but they are the mutts if you know what i mean, and everything is priced well. Better than the usual burger van or that Mcdonalds rubbish!
