The food was lovely, decently priced and arrived really quickly. My hostess Raquel was wonderful and friendly! The place is highly recommended.

I recommend this place.Good food, quick service (Raquel is very efficient and professional), reasonable prices, friendly staff . Moreover, it has windows overlooking the airplanes, that is always nice, in particular for claustrophobic people such as me.

For an airport bar, this is as cosy as it gets. The staff are very friendly and smiling.

Did not eat here. Left after rude service from a blonde waitress, who berated me for not being reading to order mere seconds after taking my seat.

Had a starter portion of Korean Calamari - not calamari as we know it - no batter or covering - just squid. Very tasty sauce but only 6 bits of squid and loads of baby corn (that I dislike) to fill up the plate. Felt rather undernourished and ripped off to be honest. They could have at least given a small piece of bread to soak up the sauce! £10 or so. The picture is after I ate the squid and drank the sauce.

A wonderful atmosphere with kind friendly staff especially Dino who was wonderful entertaining our son and providing great information about exciting plane arrivals making our delay much more fun! Selecting drinks for us to make my bad decision making much easier to order!! Really wonderful!! 😊

Excellent service - very quick. Scrambled eggs with truffle could do with a bit more truffle powder to be honest! But good eggs all the same. My server Elisa was very attentive and smiley as was everyone so it seems like they make an effort with customer service. I would come back here next time.

A great spot pre flight for a bite to eat. Nice size portions. Our server Raquel was great, super friendly, helpful and a real star.

Great for Airport food (if this were downtown it’d be a solid 2.5) but the service, atmosphere, and cocktails were fantastic!!!! Olga was our server and she was an absolute delight. She was incredibly kind and engaging with our exhausted and cranky travel-weary kids, made us all laugh and smile, and made a long travel day a whole lot nicer.

Such a friendly atmosphere absolutely amazing service we were served by Olga most friendliest and helpful workers. Food came in impeccable speed would definitely come again

Astonishing service from Olga, great food, might have wanted a bit more spice but otherwise it was amazing. She is quite funny with her jokes, really recommend asking for her as a server. Had fun, if I ever visit London will come here again!

We had breakfast and the service was great! The food was really good. We have had porridge, pancakes and English breakfast. All was very tasty and Pavel, our waitress, was very kind. Good service and great for a quick meal before our flight.

My daughter and I ate here before our flight to Bilbao. We have eaten very well, the portions are not very large but sufficient. We have to highlight the service of our waitress Olga. What a wonderful experience, Raquel was a star! She was friendly from the word go, she could tell I was up for a chat and thankfully the restaurant wasn’t busy so we had a little chin wag. She was funny, polite, quick with the service and when I asked if they served olives she said they didn’t as a small dish itself, which of course was all fine, but two minutes later out of the corner of my eye I saw she’d bought me a small condiment sized bowl of some olives they usually use in the dishes, free of charge. Honestly a really great experience and, if every waitress/waiter was like Raquel I think I’d be out of pocket tipping so much ;) great experience. Thanks Raquel!

What a fun and friendly place this is to eat. I travel quite a lot and had to pinch myself to remind me that I was still in the U.K. and that I hadn’t arrived overseas already. The staff are very friendly and seem very happy to be doing what they do, even at 4:30am. They are also very good at what they do. Efficient, attentive and just great at what they do. Whoever is in charge of recruitment and training, well done! Nailed it. As I said, it didn’t feel like I was still in the U.K……. Just goes to show what attitude can do. The food and drinks arrived quickly and was cooked and presented very well. So the kitchen is equally well run. Normally I would go straight to the BA lounge but for some reason the lounge doesn’t open until 5am despite having a dozen flights leaving between 6am and 7am. Anyway, it’s BA’s loss because going forward I might fly another Simone and come straight to Wondertree for my pre-flight bite to eat and drink. Excellent on every level!!
