Wonderful Chinese in Kirklees

poor. I orders a Kung po king prawn. my other half ordered a sechaun pork. we basically got the same sauce but just a different meat. and it was late. Everything tasted stale and reheated. really poor considering we spent £40

Have ordered from here a lot, won’t be ordering again. Portion size smaller, price higher and quality lower. Also very salty, not as good as it used to be.

Am not gonna rate this due to the order being 1 hour late after the estimated delivery time food arrived cold so had to reheat, egg fried rice was clumpy and am not impressed with £5 delivery especially when other takeaways only charge between £2.50 to £3

food was stone cold on arrival. it had been marked out for delivery for half an hour before it got here and was in a carrier bag on the passenger seat of the delivery car with no insulation.

Order was late but was advised it would be and it’s a Saturday so was expected . Food was really good as usual

The food was absolutely atrocious. Couldn't eat the thai green curry because of a funny smell (chemically, slightly off smell), the spare ribs had barely any meat ont hem and were deep fried in loads of old, soggy batter. With the exception of the curry which smelt off, all of the dishes tasted exactly the same - bland. Even the fried rice tasted exactly the same as the boiled rice. It had no other ingredients in it, the only things different being that it was coloured brown. Really the worst takeaway I've had in a very long time.

When I placed the order the delivery detail was 7.05-7.25 pm (I placed my order at 6.25pm on a Monday night) my delivery arrived at 8pm. The food was nice although Luke warm by the time it arrived. They were very apologetic when I rang and also when they delivered

Food was not it usual standard. All starts where massively over cooked the ribs where dry and prawn toast was burnt just a massive let down use to be so good

Food was excellent. The chow mein and with good quality duck, chicken and char sui! & the soup was delicious! We Would definitely order again. Thank you!

Arrived quickly and some of it was fine....however the 'Thai style' penang curry was not like any Thai dish I've ever had before, it looked and tasted like a Chinese sweet and sour dish.

Delivery took 8 minutes from ordering. Although unfortunately this quick delivery meant my food was awful. Chips were massively overcooked. Won't be going here again which is a shame because I enjoy the meal boxes.

it was late by an hour, they dillivered it to the wrong address then got angry at us when we asked them where our food was, the dilivary driver was a c-u-n-t on the phone with me, and they told us that we can’t just complain at get more food, when the food actually did arrive after i had to walk behind the house to the neighbours behind us to tell the driver he had the wrong house we got it, the food was cold and gelatonus, the one good thing to happen was the person from the takeaway admitted i

Got delivered the wrong order, late. Had to call to correct. Right delivery then arrived and the old one taken away. No idea if that was then taken to the right customer. We had opened it to see what it was then kept it warm in the oven whilst sorting out the error.

The order was 25 minutes late, but the option reverts back to 5 minutes late. Was supposed to arrive at 7.15 latest. I rang the takeaway at 7.15 to ask where it was and they said the order was still being prepared and would be ready in 10 mins. I offered to collect as it would be quicker, got to the takeaway to be told the delivery driver had taken the order. It was delivered at 7.40pm (25 mins late) and all dishes were cold!!!

The ribs had no meat on them. Just fat and grizzly. And the shreaded beef was basicly just a stong vinger source on some strange chewie sticks. I will not be eating from there again

The curry was so sweet it was inedible I contacted the takeaway to tell them direct and was told it was done from same recipe. I will not use them again.

Worst Chinese food I've had to be honest,Thai curry tasted funny and had to be thrown away,both the noodle dishes where over cooked to but had to feed my children them because they hadn't had there tea.waste of £30 will never go there again

Absolutely disgusting service, food just left on doorstep Meals were cold, salty and overcooked, fried rice was sticky - how can you manage to do that? This was wrong on so many levels Wonderful Chinese I think not Avoid this place

We have always had great food from this place but the quality of our order tonight was awful. We threw most of it away and we all feel a bit nauseous now.

Second time we’ve ordered. The first being two years ago. I can safely say things haven’t improved. The food was really bland, lacked any flavour at all, had a very strange after taste and texture and was generally poor overall. The food was luke warm and had to be reheated. Not at all value for money, in fact I’d go as far to say, overpriced. Disappointing, won’t bother again and I urge anyone with half a brain and couple of tastebuds to rub together not to bother either. Looking forward to a night of indigestion and disappointment

No negatives, lovely food, food has gone up in price. Chips and rice used to be included.. This is general and not a reflection on your restuaruant. However, you would maybe be a restaurant to start including chips and rice as part of the meal, as it used to be. How much can it be to not charge thise 0 a few potatoes or a bag of rice.

Lots of meat in the chicken chow mein. Curry sauce was small considering the price. 4.5 out if 5. Always come back. Beautiful food

Had a delivery today. The mixed starter was shocking no meat on the ribs and massively over cooked. Prawn toast (no prawn in it) over cooked and chicken wings also bone dry. We couldn’t eat them. We have ordered from these guys on average at least once a month for over 5 years. I spoke with the takeaway who at first offered to replace it to which I agreed. He then went off to speak with the kitchen staff who were screaming at him. He came back and offered a portion of wings next time we order. Needless to say we won’t be ordering again. Shocking customer service.

The food was not great, but the worst part was opening up the chicken balls to find alot of uncooked batter inside and the tiniest amount of chicken. They were for my four year old, and she couldn't eat them. I am blown away, considering the price in addition to the £5 delivery charge. We haven't had this problem before, but I won't be risking it again.

First time ordering from here. It was lovely but we would have preferred 3 small sauces to one large curry sauce as it made it a bit samey. Maybe a curry, a sweet and sour and a bbq or sweet chilli? That would have made it! Lovely food though…just a suggestion. 🙂

The food prices seem to have really shot up! For an appitiser and two main meals £26.50 wow!! No free prawn crackers like you do when you pick up. £5 delivery charge to delivery 5 streets away and a 50p service charge!! Definitely won't be ordering through just eat again which is a shame 🙄

Fried rice way overcooked, sweet n sour pork balls meat was hard chewwy not impressed at all

But disappointed esp for 20 odd quid lol pineapple in honey and garlic shredded beef is a first quite dry to no sauce with wonton never had that before xx starchy rice to xx not the best iv had from this Chinese tbh xx 🤔

Food was not as good a normal everything tasted like vinegar especially the sweet-and-sour sauce not worth the money at all
