Nice quick lunch decided to try wok and go enjoyed the food staff we're polite.not too expensive thank you

We had salt & pepper chicken with rice, teryaki chicken with noodles and veg (this was the tastiest) and tofu teryaki noodles. All of it was fresh, hot and tasty. You can can ask for extra sauce if required. The drinks selection were good and the place is clean as was the toilet. Really helpful, friendly staff and the offer of the day is good value. The small box is big enough for lunch or even dinner as the portions are bigger than they look! All in all a great place with really nice staff 5*

I went to get salt and pepper chicken and instead of puting all s&p chicken in they did rice in so i wasent even full of chicken and i dont like rice! Also went to get noodles with beef and blackbean sauce and there was no blackbean sauce there and the beef was very chewy

Wrong order! Ordered chicken in black bean to be delivered, however got beef delivered. Very unfortunate having paid £8 for a small box.

We ordered food and it took around 30 minutes to arrive - even the. it only arrived after we chased up. The toilet was locked so we had to request the staff to open it which was an odd system. We ordered nasi goreng noodles, duck and hoi sin noodles, indonesian fried rice, red curry rice and vegetable spring rolls. We hardly ate our food as it was that disgusting. We have had lovely nasi goreng noodles in other restaurants before but I couldn’t recognize what this was. All the food were saltless. The vegetable spring rolls were lovely. Food was cheap which was a good thing. We did complain in person.

Been here a few times in the past and never had a problem with the place but my recent visit wasnt the best, the place looks like it has no standards at all. Not sure if you have a set chef because 3 different people cooked food whilst they also took payments etc, one individual appeared to be eating over your prep section which i can understand if the kitchen wasnt visible but its the first thing that greets you when you walk in and im not put off a lot of things and i understand how hard it can be to get some time to actually feed yourself as i am a chef myself but i dont think its the best idea to be eating over the food that you serve cutomers, i seen multiple times that parts of the food that was being eaten was dropping down and it made me wonder where it was actually landing! The place looked like it needs someone to sort it out, like i said i been there a few times and nothing was wrong with the place but this time it was shocking, hygiene and organisation looks like a big issue at the moment.

Popped in for tea. First time visiting. Food was freshly cooked for you and absolutely delicious. So much better than the normal fast food chains. Lots to choose from and if you don’t like a certain ingredient they’ll just miss it out. Great menu with a wide variety of noodle dishes.

We'd failed to plan ahead so hadn't booked for a Saturday evening and ended up eating in here. It's more set up as a takeaway but it worked ok to eat in and the food was delicious. As we left, we also noticed that it was (just) past their closing time but the staff had not hassled us to leave and indeed had been very friendly throughout.

My girlfriend loves noodles, and tofu, and anything with with noodles and tofu. She’s vegan, if you hadn’t guessed that. It was a sad day when her favourite restaurant, NoodleOne burned down. So, to assuage her need for noodles, as she was passing WokandGo, she thought she’d get us some Tofu Hot and Spicy, Tofu Sticky Teriyaki and some Spring Rolls… My disappointment could not be hidden; my face said it all. There was a ridiculous amount of noodles for one person; almost enough for three people from one box. When McDonalds upped their sizes to appear to the customer like they we’re getting a bloody good deal, the portions were at least small enough to leave you wanting more. This could make you sick of the sight of noodles for a month! There were barely any veg or tofu in there. I really mean it, there was bugger all in the box. Obviously apart from the family portion of noodles. I mean, I fished about and found a few morsel’s, but I’d argue putting “mixed veg included” on the menu is questionable. The worst thing though, is it was really bland. I ate some of both dishes and I couldn’t taste the difference. Both bland, tasteless, void of vegetables and pointlessly massive. Sticky Teriyaki, my arse. If you want food that tastes good, go elsewhere. Tesco do these 14p packs of noodles, just add water and the sachet of MSG it comes with. Apologies, I had a little spare time on my hands and I guess trip advisor is where the disgruntled sanctimonious wannabe comics hangout. At least I didn’t review an ancient Castle as being a “pile of old garbage.”

I created my own box and ordered noodles with tofu and broccoli with soy sauce and it came with no tofu

I really like this concept and I love the boxes they come in. But every time we have eaten from here, the dishes contain very few vegetables , even when I order extra veg! So essentially whatever we order, we are given a box of noodles and are left sifting through the noodles to see where the vegetable pieces are located. And when we do find the odd bit - it's very small with fading colour and doesnt look the freshest...On the plus side there was an average amount of tofu. We won't come here again.

Went for lunch today, food was really tasty I had the sweet chilli and it was so filling! Would definitely recommend :)

Called in at lunch time. Great noodle bar with lots of choices, we sat in the restaurant, but you can also take the food away.

Staff are amazing! Hence the two stars - other than that it would be 0/5 I ordered a prawn pad Thai to takeaway, and my girlfriend ordered an oyster sauce with tofu noodles - These both tasted like chow mein! And I literally had 3 prawns in my box, so I paid £6 for 3 prawns and a bit of carrot and noodle, in a below par sauce, won’t be back, much rather go to a cheap Chinese than here

I like to make the most of the 2 for 1 deal on tuesdays. Food is good and affordable but not great if you're looking for a nice atmosphere!

Nice and Clean. There is one nice guy that works there. Food was Hot and Lovely. Lots in a Small pot wad enough for me. Not much Chicken. Pork or Beef in the box. Abit more please next time. Abit over priced.

I have been here a few timss now and I cannot fault it. The service is next to none. My order is even remembered and tastes absolutely amazing when it arrives. This time I took a friend who was so very impressed and will go back again. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have ordered food from here before, the portion size was surprisingly big which I really enjoyed. The ways you can customise your food are varied and I enjoy that option. The food was tasty and filling. Just what the student ordered.

Came for lunch had the veg spring rolls lovely then had the child's box black bean sauce lovely exept to much noodles in the box more noodles than enything in the box frendly staff very clean

I come here once a month and buy a large hot box, I went yesterday and it's not as good as it was , the price has gone up but the amount of meat and veg in the box has gone down !!! Plus I was told student discount ends next week , such a shame I use to really enjoy coming here but not anymore!!

I'm a big Oyster Sauce fan. And I find it difficult to find anywhere that makes a meal with it. I found this place and it's amazing. I always go for one of the £5 combo box which has pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, broccoli, egg noodles and oyster sauce. Sooooooo nice. Never had any problems here. I've always had it to take-away but there are tables and chairs to eat inside.

Ate here twice whilst in the area 1 takeaway mix combo box which was fresh tasting and full of flavoursome bits and then we sat in as weather was poor the kids who are quite fussy had a chicken and beef noodle box which was demolished and then started on mine most of the reviews which are poor are mostly for there delivery service the food is spot on and as a chef I know my food would defo return when in area

I would recommend to avoid this place. There are much better alternatives in the area at a better price too. I've tried more than I should have to like it here but everytime it's a let down. The staff are fine, but the food is terrible.

I was apprehensive to going in here for some quick food with the kids because they are such fussy eaters, but the entire family enjoyed the food. There are kids meals and they are fantastic for £1 with the same fresh veg and meats you get in the standard adult meal.

Been here for the first time today, and ive got to say ive never tasted a better Chinese than this. It was lush. The food was hot and very good value. Will definitely be going back next time im in bangor.

Lovely noodle bar, fast, friendly and helpful service, generous portions, great choices, and very good value for money. So good, we visited again the following day.

I got a create your own box with assorted veggies. After opening the box, none of the extra veggies I ordered were in there, only the ones that come with it normally. They had to make it again for me, which they did with no issue. I got sweet and sour, and it was totally bland with barely any veggies, and I ended up throwing it out.

Save yourself some money buy noodles and add 1 or two pieces of meat and broccoli and a drop of oyster or chilli sauce.

Walked there around 8pm on my way back from meeting some friends, had no card and only £5 cash. Saw I could get a “small” box and ordered a small veggie box. Sat and waited maybe 5 mins, happy chippy, walked home. Opened the box to find chicken not tofu!! Was shocked considering it’s literally called a veggie curry box that they even put meat in.. called the place and the girl on the phone said sorry and that the driver would contact me when he was back from a 20 min delivery and they’d sort it. Delivery driver called to fine address (it is a tricky house) and i met him at the end of the street. Driver apologised, said is not the first time this has happened and that he’s extremely sorry. Props to him for delivering though it was originally a pick up. Driver wasn’t the problem, just the chefs have to be a lot more careful. Not only would I have been upset if I’d have eaten the meat without realising but I’d have been sick too after not eating meat for over a year your body doesn’t process it as well!!

Went there for the first time last week with a friend... With an empty stomach, we had an amazing time eating our chosen box meals there... Freshly cooked Chinese foods in a medium box, tasty, plenty of meat, vegetables and noodles in hand with another box of chosen starters good for two persons, what more to ask.... quite affordable price as well...

We ordered online for a take-away delivery and estimated time of delivery was 40 minutes after placing the order.

Been here a few times, always amazing! They’ve even started doing small boxes so my 3 year daughter had a sweet and sour box tonight. She loved it too!

Ordered 4 different dishes and veggie spring rolls and everything was superb. Food was piping hot, and there was SO much of it. Great selection of vegan options too, where you can have egg removed and choose tofu and veggies over meat. Customer service was excellent; management went above and beyond. I will be sending all the Vodafone staff there for lunch from now on.

been to this place several times, as you would eat fish and chips out of news paper, here you eat oriental food out of a carton, its good tasty food, value for money, and is time saving if you are in a rush but want to eat well.

The place was dirty and the unisex toilet was disgusting and obviously had not been cleaned for days. The walls had food stains all over and obviously the place is not cleaned on a daily, weekly or monthly!!! will not be visiting again!

Sorry, but 3 hrs for food, very disappointed, all they had to do was ring us and say they had issues! I was very hungry by this time, and ate my warm food! If under staffed, ring people up and tell them. Had a delivery before with no problem. So issues need to be addressed. Food was acceptable, under the circumstances,but could of been hotter, will not be ordering again in a hurry.

Order from here on just eat phoned when my order was 40 minutes late the manager was amazing gave full refund and said 8f food was cold he would make a fresh order the driver arrived 60 minuets after my order should of been here food was stone cold so I said the manager would re send he told me its hot it stays hot I'm. Not bringing more full of attitude and very angry young man I would never let my staff act like that the manager called his friend to bring the food instead he is an amazing man stuck with a terabyte driver I am grateful to him for going the extra mile

I love coming here with my girlfriend after a lengthy day of shopping, as it's cheap and cheerful. The staff are very efficient and great at cooking/preparing the food - you can watch in mouth-watering anticipation as your food is sizzling in a giant wok. I personally would recommend the hot box - a sublime combination of pork, beef and chcken all mixed together with vegetables and noodles. To compliment it, have some spring rolls! the only downside to all this, is that the sweet chilli dipping sauce is a little bit too acidic for my taste! all-in-all visit this place! you won't regret it.

Ordered a vegetarian create your own, was informed that they didn't have any mixed peppers which is fair enough as stock can run out. But when I got round to eating my meal, I found a portion size of beef bits in my noodles (which i hadn't ordered) and only beansprouts and mushrooms? I was under the impression that the asian mixed veg consisted more than beansprouts and mushrooms. A little disgusting when you're veggie to find meat in your meal. The noodles were so overcooked and dry and the sauce definitely wasn't mild singapore curry. Pretty disappointed.

I went in looking to eat and quite excited to visit, my friend popped to the bathroom and said it was covered in piss, dust and grease and made her feel uneasy. While I was waiting outside I was disgusted by the grease and general dirt about the place. Dirty facilities and surroundings, I worry about your food and I'm glad we left!!

Getting decent food here depends on which chef is cooking for you. At times it can be pretty delicious and at then the next time bland and tasteless. They should ensure everyone that cooks for their establishment has some idea of what Asian food is. For example, after ordering tom yum soup I received a while box of glass noodles with no soup.

Whilst our delicious smelling and looking food was being prepared, the lad behind the counter emptied the bin in the restaurant which was leaking bin juice. After emptying the bin he neither changed his gloves nor washed his hands before going back to handling food. I was so shocked I was speechless. I waited for my food, left, and put it in the nearest bin. This is no reflection on the quality of the food which smelled delicious and looked really good. We went here on a friend's recommendation and have heard great things. Some hygiene training is necessary for the staff.

A young friend was excited about this place so I tried it. They had to improvise what we asked for and the menu was limited. It was busy and clean to be honest. It's a fast food oriental joint. It's not fine dining but the food was hot. If you don't mind eating out of a carton then it's ok. These places are popular but not a big deal for me.

The food is nice, quick and with good portions. It's not bad for fast food. I'd eat there again. Worth a try.

Went on a Saturday with the wife. Didn't have one option I wanted. My noodles were edible but my wife's were so oily as to be unpleasant. Tables weren't clean aside from the one we sat at. A cheap eat but expensive for what it was.

Its ok food - its really good that they deliver. Doesn't taste authentic, tasted really oily. Only got three pieces of tofu which is a bit tight! Probably won't be returning, much prefer noodle one.

The food isn't the best. They don't cook the right ingredients to what the menu says. Been twice and had to be corrected twice. Seems quiet however always seem to have dirty tables..

Have always been curious to try here but some negative reviews have put me off in the past. Glad I have finally ignored them as I thought it was great! Takeaway box was full to the brim of egg noodles, vegetables and loads of meat (I opted for the hot box), good value for money and very flavoursome! Service was friendly too and the place looked very clean to me as well. Looking forward to trying something else as there was also a great menu choice.

Ordered delivery after long day in lab - couldn't be happier! Food was half an hour EARLY and arrived fresh, and hot, and tasty. Udon sweet and sour pork was lovely, very yummy, very surprised after reading lots of negative reviews but would order again I think as there was lots of food and meat and now I have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch! Pleasantly surprised, not bad value, free delivery, yummy food - what more could you ask for?

Had nice noodles made my own box, regukar size. Had large before and it is too big. Daughter had free kids cimbo box but with iut sauce. She loved it all fresh ingredients and the meet was nice in mine. Reasonably priced friendly staff. If you are eating in their chairs are very high and may be unsuitable for older people or very young kids.

I am a regular here , I love the hot box ,I would love to try the others but I'm worried I may not enjoy them ,Francis is lovely behind the counter , I think that's his name , I always have a pleasant experience here . Food is cooked fresh and tasty I would recommend .i always have a take away and warm it up later for supper :)

Went to this restaurant couple times. It serves mostly take-away noodles with Asian or Chinese taste.The price is really cheap for a dish that could make you feel full. A good choice for Asian students who cannot eat much Western foods or fast food.

Ordered a chicken dish to take away and got served a tofu dish instead. Haha, seriously? What?The servers are all students who couldn't at least pretend to care about anything but the pay check. Eyes looked dead.Only plus was that the service was fast, albeit inaccurate and sarcastic.There's a better Noodle restaurant 5 mins down the road. Slightly more expensive, but at least the servers know the difference between tofu and chicken.

Walked in Approx 3pm with my family. Place was almost empty and only one employee idley stirring a pot of noodles. The male employee picked up the phone and proceeded to play with it (changing the ring tone). I stood at the till for ages watching him play with the phone. Walked out in the end and when I got to the door he put the phone down and returned to stirring the pot. He blatantly ignored us.

I absolutely love the food here. The staff are really friendly and polite. The service is quick without having an affect on their standard of produce. (an impressive balance) Even writing this I'm considering going back asap!! Definitely my favourite place to stop on the high street.

Be aware if you order the black bean it can be MEGA SALTY. I've had it a few times and it varies in saltiness, but I'll never go again after last time. It was so salty I couldn't eat half of it and I was starving.Afterwards I couldn't stop drinking water all day. Very sloppy and careless by the so called chefs.

Ordered for home delivery for the first time and it's great ! Considering nearly nobody else will deliver to Beaumaris we were curious as to whether it would be hot and fresh having travelled from Bangor - a trip I do daily and I'm never fresh by the end of it ;-) The food was awesome. Hot, fresh and tasty and the delivery person was really nice and friendly - Ellie I believe. Thanks all for feeding a poorly household.

Takeaway for 2 was £12. Big portions with fresh ingredients, would have liked more spice in mine. Come in cardboard pots which you can eat out of. Handy for a filling quick takeaway

Called in just after 12 said I was in a hurry had appointment at 1 lady said no problem 12.40 no sign of food said I had to go ! Food appeared was meant to be seafood noodles squid prawns etc. No squid and 2 prawns. No time to eat it so left most of it , it wasn't nice anyway !!!

First time in today, and wasn't sure what to expect. I read the menu then went to order. The guy behind the counter acted as I wasn't there and seemed more interested in his phone and laptop. Was he above the rest and did not take orders. If he was the manager he's a bad one!! I've works years in the hospitality industry in various roles and I ensured even as manager no job was beneath me and ensured every one worked as a team! His attitude was bang out of order and rude! I was about to walk out. After what felt like a lifetime another staff member (possibly Australian) who was polite and friendly took my order. The other staff still never lifted his head. Went to sit down but couldn't find a clean table so cleaned one myself! I was called to get my food and noticed another girl cleaning her own table and the guy was still on his phone being important! Sat down, had my first taste of the food and it was great. The reason I'm not giving you one star here. As I enjoyed my lunch the important guy came out from the counter still on hi phone, walked out pass all the dirty tables looking at his phone outside like he was a customer.The importance of team work or customer service does not apply to him. It's a shame as the food was too and the other guy was pleasant and friendly, even made sure he said thank you and have a good day to me as I left. Shame about the important one!

Had a Combo Box with beef, chicken, pork and prawns with vermicelli with chicken spring rolls and a large lemonade.Good value at £8.50 cooked fresh and the meat was tasty.Cooked individually before your eyes.Staff friendly.Toilets clean.We enjoyed our lunch ab everyone else their seemed to enjoy their lunches.

Was led to believe by a colleague that this place was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the normal UK-Friendly chinese take-away,We went early on Friday lunch i.e. 12 to discover that there was apparently only one person cooking and already a long and static Queue.. I though that the menu was disappointing i.e. just a normal UK takeaway menu. We ordered three main dishes and some rice. After over 30 mins (it took us nearly 15 mins to put our order in) we received only 2 items and our rice. The only positive out of this was that we saved money. Thought that the food was reasonable but in no way brilliant, thought that it was overpriced and ultimately that the service levels were shocking. Will not be returning =

This is one of the worst places I have visited. The majority of the staff are rude and the manager doesn't seem to own a belt and always has his underwear on display. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Ordered online as no answer on the phone. Says to collect for 5:45.Get there at 5:44 theres a sign on the door saying closed till 5:30 due to staff break. Walk in then have a member of staff shout at me to get out they are on a break. I tell them the sign says 5:30, reply oh we were late going on our break.My food is not cooked for collection. Finally get my food at 6pm. No apology for the rudeness or delay.Get home to find the large prawn crackers for £1.50 is actually 6 in a plastic cup marked 80p. So not only late with order, rude but also overcharged. My sister also found a bone in her food.I shall not be wasting my time or money here again. Avoid!

A lovely place to get a takeaway Noodle meal but we find that during the busy student time the quality of the food quality drops. Although its still lovely it seems to be missing something!.Many times we have ordered items on the menu and were told that they were out of stock of those items and it happens to be the same items all the time. We now do not tend to go there just because of the fact that when we order, there is usually at least one item which is out of stock. Mainly the rice dishes and the spring rolls. Only once they had apparently run out of a particular noodle, not good really for noodle shop

Food took a long time to be made, I had nearly finished before hubby got his and the spring rolls we ordered came well after we had finished eating and were still frozen inside, given a refund & a full loyalty card no questions asked. Otherwise food was AMAZING, medium boxes are extremely filling. We will definitely go again!

We visited here as we have visited wok and walk in Barcelona well this is wok and run! We waited 35 minutes for our order then it was wrong, they forgot to add sauce to teriyaki noodle order so it was bone dry! Had to go back another 7 min wait. This was a joke. Nearly £30 for 4 medium noodles and sodas. I wouldn't Return here if it was the last place on earth - terrible avoids. Also charged us for the kids orders which should of been free.

I have visited wok and go on 4 occasions now and I have had very good food the only thing that let's it down is the waiting, today was the fourth time I've been there and had to wait 30 min for my order, I also noticed that people came in after us ordered and ten minutes later had there food and not only that they also got my order wrong, I'd orderd the combo box but got the hot box instead to which I couldn't complain cos I didn't want to wait another 30 min!!!

Great value noodles in a box, express service & fast food. You get exactly what you pay for. The medium sized box was a more than ample supply for me! Well full afterwards! Vegetarian options too. Good selection of type of noodles & menu option for contents. Loyalty system. Check out special offer nights. Fab & clean rest room at rear of the building, cleanliness as with the rest of the premise. Very friendly staff. Recommend.

My friends and I had ordered a delivery one night having eaten here before and been satisfied. We waited over an hour for our delivery and when it finally showed the food was very salty and dry. We were very disappointed and haven't returned since.

They cook various noodle, soup and rice dishes which are served in a box, which we enjoyed. Good deals with kids eating free. They give a complimentary loyalty stamp card which entitles you to a free meal and side when filled. Plenty of room to sitVery clean. Worth a visit

I won't go overboard in my review. They cook noodles and rice dishes and they're nice. Good deals with kids eating free which gives the firm kudos. They did mess up my order when I asked for rice and they gave me noodles. However as I complained after I ate so that food is not wasted, they gave me a full complimentary loyalty stamp card which entitled me to a free meal and side the next time I visited.

Juciy, and the best original noodles ever. The bedt thing is... FREE REFILS! Wellvas for today . A bit noisy but free wifi or a nearby 4g and youll have the best day ecer!!

Amazing food, love eating here. Loads of variety if the suggested options aren't to your taste.A little pricey, but always worth it. They even deliver in the evenings!

As I have a takaway once a week this has become one I use regularly now as they also do delivery. The food is cooked from fresh and the boxes are very filling plenty of meat I would recommend people try it.

Overall I have been very impressed with the food and the service here. I have had 2 excellent deliveries and I would love to eat out there with my 8 year old, so going to plan it soon and I dont think I will be dissapointed. The delivery was excellent- arrived quickly and the food was lovely and hot and very reasonable priced. :-)

Ordered the Singa Box and it was truly delightful! Very good value for money, as a small is only £5 something and it was more than enough! The spring rolls are the best I've had, and the customer service is always amazing! A very great experience and I would definitely recommend:D

Attended with a couple of friends. Food was good and was great value for money! Wasn't horrendously busy so food was served quickly.

We had to wait over 15 mins for food which is not the sort of time you expect to wait for fast food. The noodles were beyond spicy, two of us ordered the same thing and could barely eat any of it!

We have ordered from Wok and Go several times in the past and have had a mixed experience - on a few occasions the food has taken a considerable amount of time to arrive, and as a result we have had discounts, free sides etc. Tonight, we ordered food and were given a delivery time. It is now 2 hours after the estimated delivery time, and 2 hours 40 minutes after we placed the order. We gave tried phoning the restaurant solidly for well over an hour, but with no response. On Wok and Go's website, it is stated that they shut at 11pm and delivery finishes at 10. That means that unless our food arrives within the next 3 minutes, it won't be arriving at all, despite payment being taken from our card and account already. Very rarely do we complain about this sort of thing, but anyone would agree that payment being taken, without delivery of food is truly shocking.

I cant fault this place, yea sometimes there's a wait but nipped in yesterday and in and out within 6 mins is quiet impressive. Only complaint I would have is that the store is absolutely freezing! I'm glad I was taking away as people where eating still wearing coats. Other than that clean, staff are lovely, food is fantastic :-D very happy

cooked fresh to order comes in the little boxes and you can eat in or take away. I now order a small box as anything else is just too big
