Foned our dinner and waited 45 mins and then when opened it wrong order , foned her up and she was not pleasant on fone she says I got your number I fone bk, 30 mins later nothing , so we fonebknagain she says he gonna replace your meal but u have to wait , this took over 2and a half hours to get our meal ,terrible

The Wok Inn Rosyth, is the only Chinese takeaway I will use. The food is delicious and you get good portions. Their delivery service is good. Always friendly driver. They let you know how long it will take to get to you, if you ask, and they are usually within that time limit.

Amazing Chinese, went and picked up. Were really quick, food was roasting hot so was still nice and warm once home. Couldn't fault it for quality, the meat used was perfect. Honestly the best Chinese I've had.

Totally useless. Gave my order to someone else not once but TWICE! Spent just under two hours to give me my food instead of giving it to someone else. Merry Christmas.

A Chinese takeaway could often be described as something to very much look forward to however, the catastrophe of events that unfolded was nothing to be excited about. A simple order, a few staples of any Chinese took longer than expected. As I waited initially in my car and then in Restaurants waiting area I took time to think about how excited my partner would be that I have picked up a surprise mid week treat. 25 minutes past with little foot traffic in or out of the shop I finally got my bag of food. I raced home opened the bag and to my disappointment there was only a suggestion of curry sauce sprinkled onto my chips and rice. As I sat and angrily forked dry rice into my mouth the only comfort I had is that I would be able bring my trip advisor account out of retirement and share my disappointments. Overall an unsatisfactory meal and I forgot to mention that my rice and curry sauce came in a polystyrene package - perhaps the packaging had absorbed all the sauce, what were they thinking!

My first visit to this superb takeaway Peking Ribs Singapore Noodles, walking past on the way home decided to pop in, great service banter with a smile watched them cook items didn't have to wait long, food Red hot when we got home delicious and not expensive. Thanks a lot.

Amazing chinese food and generous portions

Excellent food best Chinese take away in the area by far. Can’t recommend it highly enough. They even do half portions if that suits for you.

I ordered "Hot and Spicy Chips" & a "Singapore Chow Mein". I got a bag of chips (no onion/peppers/chillies/salt/pepper/spices of any kind), and the Chow Mein was almost tasteless, all I could really taste were watery noodles. Sadly, I can no longer the person who recommended this place to me.

I have been going to the wok inn for years for a Chinese but tonight after the disgusting customer service I received over the phone I will never be back. They really need to take a hard look at who ever is managing the phones and taking orders. She was so unbelievably rude called us liars and I said we wouldn’t be ordering from them ever again she said “ok then. Bye” and hung up. My daughter went without dinner tonight because they wouldn’t send out the correct order and said we would get it free with our next order. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable. One bad experience has now completely outweighed the years of ordering from here.

Normally I have no gripes with the ordering and delivery of our takeaway however, I had the unfortunate experience of getting a very abrupt woman on the phone. Gave my order which she didn’t repeat back and talked over me a couple of times. Went to ask how much the total cost would be but she hung up on me. Food arrived with an item missing. Had to call back again she was very abrupt,rude and argued with me! Got my missing item eventually. Placed a couple orders since and glad to say she has changed her attitude and not had any problems since.

Visited this establishment on recommendation but will not return. Food very over cooked and dried out. Very disappointing and on this experience I certainly would not recommend it.

Phoned up for a delivery and was charged an extra £1:50 on my main dish, said it was £4:70 in menu to be told it was wrong. Waited over 3 hours for my delivery before this but it was good food. Recorded the second phone call and will try again see if they have sorted this then it's going to trading standards

I live in Crossgates and nothing compares to the Wok Inn in Rosyth. Really lovely and friendly staff and the food is cooked and ready within minutes. The food is very tasty. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Chinese food.

The "Malay Style Beef fried rice" was awesome, almost felt like I'm back in SG already. They were very generous with the food portion too! The other food are also very nice. Very friendly and lovely owner too :)

Went to this Chinese for years. Never had any complaints. Tonight after ordering I received my delivery within 10mins. When I opened the meal the chicken was uncooked and the food was not up to standard. I phoned for them to come back for their food with my money! I was refused a refund as they said they don't do refunds! Won't be back and the women on the phone didn't seem concerned! Nice way to treat a customer that has used them for years! Well done you've kept £16 instead of looking at the long term future! Won't be back! Phoenix and camdean are far the best!

Cuando abrí la comida estaba sin cocer el pollo y la comida no estaba al nivel. Llamé para que vuelvan a su comida con mi dinero! Me negaron un reembolso como nos dijeron que no las restituciones. No volveré y las mujeres en el teléfono no parece preocupado. Una buena manera de tratar a un cliente que les ha utilizado por años! Bien hecho lo he mantenido 16 libras en vez de mirar el largo plazo futuro! No volveré! Phoenix y están lejos el mejor camdean!

I always call for a delivery and the staff are always very pleasant on the phone, the food is delivered in around 30/45 minutes which is the norm for Rosyth. The food is always hot and tastes very good. I would recommend this takeaway to...

I have been going to this Take Away for years.The staff in this spotless Take Away are warm and welcoming and there is an extensive,reasonably priced menu.It is very tasty food though it can be a bit stodgy.The fried rice should have individual grains of rice but this is not always the case.The portions are large and fill you up on a cold day!

I have enjoyed many meals from this take away and they have always been good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spicy chips are really good. I like that they do sweet and sour chicken and prawn in batter (u get 4 of each).

Was told about this wee place , decided to give it a try and been back twice , I love seafood so the king prawn chow mein was in order for me , delish, taste was fresh and hubby had chicken curry , fussy eaters who enjoyed so it's a DEFFO FR going back , give it a try it's really good

Dreadful, greasy, not good. I'm not a great fan of Chinese food in the uk, but this was particularly bad. Just round the corner from where I used to live so used once out of convenience.
