DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Food hygiene rating of 1. Food is absolutely vile. Staff are so so rude. Extremely bad manners. Asked for a refund due to the food being so poor, stone cold and revolting. This was an online order. States on the bottom of the paper menu unrefundable so clearly they know how poor it is. Staff also said I only wanted a refund because I was young and had no money? Also said she wanted to keep a percentage of my money to help her? And would only give me a slight refund because of the inconvenience it caused her. Her boss was shouting at her even though she dictated her self and told me it was her business she ran for 20 years. 20 years of ripping people off and giving them food poisoning. She was crying to me then shouting and arguing. Not actually finding a solution. It was all about her no way to help the customers. The area were they cook the food is absolutely diabolical, looks like a landfill site. Only go here if you want to put into an early grave 😂🫣 needs shutting down!!!!!

Don’t waste your money. £32 for the following rubbish… Chicken Fried Rice - basically a large portion of Egg Fried Rice, no chicken. Chicken Black Bean - Loads of Veg and about 3 pieces of chicken. Salt and Pepper Chicken Pieces - The worst portion I’ve ever seen, tiny pieces overloaded with onion. Stale Prawn Crackers. Honestly, I’m not one to complain, but we want to say this is appalling compared to other local Chineses (we only ordered from here so we could do it online) and they asked us to cb in 15 mins, too busy. Please don’t waste your money on this place, you’ll be as angry as we are and you can see that via all the other reviews, I just wish I’d have checked them before hand!

This is the worst take away ever, delivery service is awful waiting way over the delivery time they say. Food is so salty you are drinking for the rest of the night to quench your thirst. When you call to ask where order is you are either fobbed off with it’s on its way. I will strongly recommend you look else where for a Chinese, I certainly won’t be going back.

Just had chilly chicken crispy noodle box, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls and prawn toast😘 Not been here for years so was really impressed. Will try again soon and if it drops the standard then I will be reviewing again.

First time trying this place and would not recommend, I had ordered two noodle boxes which arrived different to what I had ordered. When I phoned back to complain I was told that they were what I had ordered, also delivery time I was told 45 minutes then when I called back nearly an hour later I was told it would be 1 hour 20 minutes. Not to mention being charged for delivery when it was suppose to have been free with spending over a certain amount, didn’t even eat the food in the end and couldn’t even get a refund because the boxes had been opened.

Orderd over 31 pound of food to have it turn up cold and tastless phoned to complain and was met with well we dont usually have complaints really!!!!????? Never again total waste of money kids didnt eat the food and the driver turned up with a portion of salt and pepper chips doesnt even meet quarter of the bill fumin!

Very good food, not cheap though but if you want good chineese try it. I recommed the quarter duck, its delicious and also the rice bosex.

I read the reviews which where very mixed so decided to give it a go, bizzarly the chips do appear to be oven chips and unevenly cooked some very mushy and some under cooked, the chicken was over cooked and very dry and the salt and pepper ribs where BBQ ribs mixed with salt and pepper seasoning, all of it had a slightly burnt tinge as if the wok had been burnt and not cleaned. On the whole the food was edible but left me with no desire to return any time soon. The service was great very friendly and food served pretty fast even though they where busy. Get the food right guys and your onto a winner, I'll be back in a month to check as I always give a second try in case I called on a bad day.

This was the first time I have ordered from this perticular Chinese as my usual was closed. How a restraunt can get it so badly wrong is beyond me. Prawn crackers wafer thin and oily Vegatble spring rolls, thin and dry Egg fried rice, so stodgy and salty Quarter crispy duck, (off the bone) fatty, loads of skin and cremated, you can't run a restaurant like this and last. £20 straight in the bin! I highly recommend anyone considering using this takeaway, dont! You will be disappointed. You can get a far more superior Chinese from your local supermarket. Come on Win Kitchen you REALLY need to sort your food out!!! Wont be using again...

First time we have ordered from this takeaway. Lady who took the order was polite and efficient. Food delivered within half an hour. It was hot, tasty and delicious

The Parrys, The Farrows and The Garrys all gathered around; xmas had been eventful and busy... as well as pissie at times thanks to Jazzy. We were all exhausted after heavy partying and the Win Kitch was recommended to fill our holes. We ordered a banquet to feed the five thousand... it was delicious! A word of warns- if you order a hot box.. be prepared for your tonsils to be firing off like a shooting star. The salt n pepper chips were divine. I sat all the guests in the living room after and offered to tidy away, knowing full well i'd have access to the left overs... well i went at it like the Tasmanian devil. Upon my entering back into the lounge all eyes were on my lips- the evidence was there to see- peking sauce smothered all over my mouth and chin- i looked like Heath Ledger in Batman. I looked like i was nine months gone and believe me i went into labour the following morn; i had to break its back with a wooden spoon so it'll flush down. I will be ordering again X

Looked at a different review site that highly recommended this take away. The service was very friendly and food tasted okay but was a bit bland. The choices were English, Thai or Chinese, I had a dish I have never tried before but wasn't sure if it was Thai or Chinese. Medium rice bowl was a large portion which my husband enjoyed but couldn't finish.

We ordered for the first time tonight and I'm afraid it will be our last time.. took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive some food was warm other was cold . The ribs were revolting! Like I said first and last time we'll use.

Noodle boxes from this place are amazing, the satay noodle box especially. Favourite place in the old town by far absolutely love it

Frozen chips black eyed peas what was dry don't go here dirty and cost me £7.20 for 2 chips and peas and 2 cans of pop every think is cooked at back of shop

Una pizzería oriental tener un menú gigantesca de más de 300 artículos situado en una estrecha calle de un solo sentido en Runcorn. Teníamos los aperitivos encontrados para dos, ternera con setas chinas y arroz, huevo frito. En general, la comida era sosa, insípida, y no muy comestible.

Best Noodle box in the town, available in different sizes and price. The small box is enough for one unless you are really hungry then go large..

I very often order from Win Kitchen purely because of the friendliness of the lady who always answers the phone. Win Kitchen is 2nd best chippy in Runcorn in my opinion.

Mi pareja y yo pedimos patatas fritas y un cartón de curry el curry no estaba a la altura y no se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que esté dispuesto a pedir desde aquí. Es una decepción que lo conseguimos y fue sacudido por la falta de esfuerzos en la comida. También quiero que señalan que el chico de entrega que entregó nuestra comida su actitud fue mala

This takeaway has to be amongst the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Loads of mistakes were made with our order and it was delivered to the wrong house. Poor quality ingredients too.

This was first time ordering and we was very impressed, Would recommend combi box was perfect plenty to share, the Pad Thai noodle box and malaysian curry was very impressive. Good service have used again since😊

The food is nice. And they deliver to widnes quite quickly. But I hate the chips. Chippys should always have chippy chips not frozen chips.

Esperamos las edades para nuestra comida y Wen llegó era alguien otro's. Tuvimos que llamar y luego el conductor volvimos con la nuestra. Cuando nos desempaquetar una de nuestras comidas faltaba. Cuando llamamos al asistente estaba riendo y estaba muy nervioso. Nunca use otra vez!

Chinese Food may be good, but this chippy on Regent St uses frozen chips, so you dont get your usual 'chippy' chips made from fresh chipped potatoes - yuck!

He estado a todos llevar en Runcorn, una mano llena son siempre estaba ocupado pero éste nunca es ... en lo que se refiere a comida es una joyita, tiene un variado menú, cordero, comida vegetariana falsa carne opciones así como todos los clientes habituales se vería en chino. Las porciones son grandes y el lugar es un poco más barato que en muchos otros lugares, no puedo entender por qué no ganar es mejor soportados por los clientes.

Tasty chaines take away food, staff are really friendly and always ready to suggest new dishes for you to try.. they offer a delivery service. Food is reasonably price too.

This is a decidedly average Chinese takeaway and you never see many customers inside, its a place I visit on rare occasions now but went recently, service fast (well it should be with no one else there), portions OK and range of meals but food not quite at the mark of its local rivals.
