Good selection of beers , pleasant staff Food left alot to be desired steak sandwich more gristle than steak and fish finger sandwich very greasy all in all will go back for the beer not for the food

We had a lovely Sunday roast and were lucky to land space, as the pub was practically fully booked. We finished off with a delightful crumble. I would recommend it and will come back ourself.

Had a great time at the White Horse last night! Came in for the beer but was pleasantly surprised by the food that was delicious! They have a great team here and I was served by two wonderful young gentleman, Seb and Archie. Cannot wait to return!

Our visit was booked for Mother’s Day especially and we had a table for 6 Including a child of 5. Whilst I couldn’t fault the service and attentiveness of the staff serving us, we had a long wait which resulted in our table all eating at different times. I felt this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for on Mothering Sunday 😞 The last lunch to come out was for my 5 year old. The food was good generally despite one roast diner coming out without roast potatoes. As a regular visitor of the white horse I was a left a little disappointed by some of the above and although we were offered a round of drinks as an apology and the staff working were amazing as usual, we did leave hoping for a better experience I hope this constructive feedback helps 👍🏼

Went here for a drink and snack. Very overpriced pub especially for the PG it should have been super nice but it was not. Our wine was served in a plastic beer pub. Even in cheap pubs, you will get a glass, not a plastic pub. We did 4 times for staff to come and clear our table. Then the food arrived the table still was dirty. Zero cutlery or little side plates as we had baked bread with cheese. The lady behind the bar was not the most friendly. It's a shame as the our door seats they look nice but we will not go back there. We did find nicer pubs around PG.

Great atmosphere and great pints

Had a lovely time here with friends on Sunday. Large group of us but we were all able to sit together and food was all bought out at the same time . Staff were accommodating when people asked for additional items , extra gravey , salad dressing . A fantastic afternoon. I would go here again . Thank you to all the staff.

I had dinner booked today. Right from entry I was made to feel as if the staff couldn’t be bothered. Was escorted to table outside and left without explaining how to order. When finally I placed order for food it was very bad. The scallops and calamari were cold and chewy. Steak was bad. Not sure if it’s match day but ur review of 4.4 is way too overrated. Won’t be visiting this place again for food

It's been 25 years since I was last in the Sloany Pony. Nothing had changed. The vibe was great, food awesome,.service brilliant, and everyone was wearing the same clothes. I'm sure I recognised some people too.

We had a large family gathering over Christmas in the large dining room at the back of the pub. There were 22 of us and everything was handled in an efficient and friendly manner by the staff. The food was excellent.

The White Horse is a fantastic vibe. Servers were wonderful and food was what you would expect from a Pub. They have a number of beers on tap, and in the bottle and some unexpected surprise beers.

The food was really delish, but for pub food e.g. fish snd chips way over priced. Also seriously surprised by prices for wines. The Ivy doesn't even charge up to £14 for a large glass of wine. Returning to the UK was shocked by this price in z middle of the road pub that's not even in zone 1. Defo room for a price review here.

The incorrect wine was given (I didn't complain about this at the time as, independenly, it could have been forgiven); The smoked salmon starter was forgotten (I was very much looking forward to it!); My friend's calamari starter was virtually inedible. The service was friendly and fine by the young staff members, one of whom was clearly new. The older man who collected our plates, however, was brusque and uninterested in the issues I'd raised. He was fundamentally unfriendly and unhelpful. We would have given a tip but, as we had to pay for the awful starter (you'd have thought it would have been removed from the bill, when we ate a fraction of the rubbish!), this rendered a tip a laughable prospect. This was my eighth or ninth time here. I'll never return. The pub at the other end of the green will be my new SW6 'go-to'. Thank you.

The Christmas menu was not the best I have had. It could be just my taste but I didn't enjoy the food very much although the presentation of the food was fairly good. The soup could definitely have been more creamy. The service was good but could have been better comparing to the price of the set menu.

Good service and friendly staff. The food was mixed. The steak sandwich I ordered was well cooked but fairly tasteless and half of it was gristle. However the chips were excellent.

We had a fantastic Christmas Party in the Stable Room upstairs. From the pre-order process, to service and food quality we all had an excellent evening. Would recommend to any group looking for a group function - and we may be back! Thank you for a great evening

A great pub. The White Horse on the edge of Parson's Green is a deceptively large pub with loads of seating including a large dining area to the rear. Great selection of beers, both cask and keg. Swift efficient service and a friendly feeling about the place. Dog friendly too!

Went here for a Sunday roast and was very impressed, we shared the sharing platter and really enjoyed. Went again on a Friday and very different boozy atmosphere so wouldn't recommend Friday evening but Sunday was fab!

This place is just magical! I came with my team from work as we took part in the Halloween quiz and we had the best time. Our host was wonderful, the drinks were strong and came quickly. Couldn’t ask for anymore, truly amazing service.

Standard London pub. Good beer selection, nice outdoor area overlooking the green.

Good food. Staff not v helpful, despite their being loads of them during a football game lull. Had to have plastic glasses due to football and licensing, which is fine, understandable, but wine bottles were handed out freely. Apply rules evenly, my dude.

Whole team were excellent, really charming, friendly, made for a very relaxed environment for my dad's 80th birthday, when one dish wasn't quite right, offered a replacement and refund. Can't thank them enough for a lovely level of service.

Ordered the burger last night and it was surprisingly excellent! Would definitely come back for the burger alone. £7.20 a pint is fairly steep though.....

We booked a memorial Sunday lunch in the board room. The tables were dressed beautifully with fresh white linen, the large screen and technology worked first time with no glitches so the presentation could be delivered, the service was attentive and the food was great. Flowers in the window boxes. Exceeded expectations. All guests gave it the thumbs up and said they would like a reunion next year. Things to improve: it was a hot and humid day and the windows were closed - maybe a fan when for when temperatures rise with open windows.

Friendly environment with great service and a wonderful pub quiz - but a real “two faced” host. Only complaint is that fellow pub goers didn’t know Fergie’s “My Humps”.

It has improved since dining there Christmas a few years ago. My fish and chips just hit the spot, and the bangers and mash were also appreciated.

Working in London I’d heard about this quaint pub in Parsons Green and thought I’d check it out. We were welcomed by Ethan, then he looked after me and my work colleague very well. The food was awesome, Sri is served with a smile in quick order and offered puddings, but just could t manage after the ample steak and gorgeous triple cooked chips. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a lovely meal at the white horse. The roast was delicious… top marks and washed down with a great pint. The service was quick and efficient despite it being busy and Charlotte looked after us charmingly while working her socks off

Food was really good, well cooked, great menu, great service and good sized portions…in fact the fish in fish and chips was too much for me!

Went to The White Horse last Saturday and was served by a fab young man called Thomas! Very knowledgable regarding both the food menu and drinks menu and made our visit to the pub so much more enjoyable! I regularly come to this pub and last Saturday (2nd Sep)was as good as always - Tom behind the bar was exceptional with advising my friends of what to drink especially those who wanted non alcoholic beverages- Ricky also followed on this level of service by checking everything was ok and went above and beyond we will come again
