West End Kebab and Pizza in Eastleigh

Really nice comfort food never been disappointed

Whilst I will preface this with this being clearly more of a take away than anything dine in, just as Google likes to assume all eateries are dine in as well, I will say they do have at least one place to sit and wait/eat if you wanted to. With that said, myself and my partner order here a lot as we really enjoy a good Donner kebab, and finding a place that consistently does a good one has been something of a trial by stomach. This place does a consistently good kebab, with the fries (they're not chips) being well done as well 90% of the time. The salad is also good and always fresh tasting. Also, it's a kebab shop. You know what you're in for. It's not a fine dining establishment, not a world renowned chain. But they are great if you know you like a good kebab. The only down side is that now you are unable to pay by card on the website, which means making sure you've got enough cash, which no one carries anymore! You can order using card, but only by calling.

They forgot my chicken doner on my mixed doner and chips, but I still rate them 5 stars 🌟 best kebab I've had in a long time. Large portions, reasonably priced, fresh salad and arrived nice and quick. Will definitely be returning. Thank you 😊

Amazing kebab best I've had in a long time.

1st time visit to this kebab shop, having heard good reviews from friends & family over the years so thought I'd give it a try. Clean shop, good considerate pricing on the menu aswell. I had a mixed kebab with chips & cheese... lovleh... will recommend to others & will visit again in the near future

I always order from here and it’s lovely hot delivered on time but the last 3 occasions I’ve called no on answers the phone so haven’t to order elsewhere also online orders are not available it asks you to call the phone but again no answer

Always been a great place but prices have gone up considerably so we don't use as much now.

First time I’ve ordered from here, have tried many a kebab establishment and usually, would never bother to leave a review. BUT…. The Doner and special chicken kebab I’ve just eaten….Top Tier Would highly recommend

Tried this place after seeing some good reviews on a Facebook post. What a mistake!!! Worst kebab I have ever seen. Spent £60 and it wasn’t edible! The donor meat stunk and tasted horrendous. Have thrown it all away and orders a kfc would never try this place again!!!! Hedge end kebab blows this place away!!!

Absolutely horrendous. This place used to be amazing back in the day but I’d avoid it like the plague now. Ordered online 2 chicken burgers and 2 cheesy chips and it took over an hour to be delivered. When it turned up there was no cheese on the chips and they were inedible. It was blatantly obvious that the chips were old and had been reheated, I’ve had better microwave chips. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat them and I stopped my friend from eating his because I was worried about us getting sick. The chicken burgers were no better, they were cold and chewy and again, I couldn’t eat mine out of fear for the possible consequences. My friend felt rough for days afterwards. Avoid this place at all costs!

Amazing food and staff always friendly Chicken sandwich and Chicken kebab amazing along with the garlic mayonnaise that the make on the premises, always cooked fresh infront of customer's.

West End Kebabs is our go to takeaway. So much choice and very good pricing and delivery. Great quality food, huge portions and always generous on toppings. Delivery drivers and people on the phone are always very polite. We love West End Kebabs!

I was staying in a nearby property, but without cooking facilities. I asked a local if there was a good takeaway and she suggested this restaurant as others nearby didn't open for another hour!! I order via the phone and the man at the shop recommended several choices. I eventually settled on donna meat, chips, hot chilli sauce and salad. I collected the order 20 minutes later and was eating in under 30 minutes total. Absolutely loved the taste, everything was freshly cooked and the salad was crisp and fresh. Very friendly staff who work hard to give you the best experience. Highly recommended.

Popped in for a takeaway and everything was perfect. Got a doner and Kofte mixed kebab. Salad was fresh , everything cooked to perfection. Friendly staff as always and the place was very clean.

Awful! No flavour, just a super spicy sauce on cheap meat and bread. That's not how a Kebab should be.

Very tasty kebab’s, I am happy to report. Just a bit disappointed that the chips were a but cool and soggy. I prefer when chips in a bag rather than those polystyrene trays. Still, I am sure I’ll be back.

The one star reviews were right! Worst doner kebab ever, thick strips that are tasteless. Salad full of onions and hardly any lettuce. Pizza was soggy wet dough with a heavy load of cheese and again tomato chunks. Customer service wasn’t pleasant with a sarcastic attitude, they look annoyed to serve you! Pizza and kebab wasted just couldn’t eat it. Chilli sauce was like ketchup and lumps of carrots! Dirty taste. I thought I’d give the local business a try whilst I stayed at the hotel, but I KNOW I won’t be going back. People that rate this place really need to get out and try another kebab place!

Unlike some who cry about a lot of nonsense and should cook for themselves if the only money they have is spent on a takeaway, we have always over the last 3 years had nothing but what we expected. Quality, good service and price. There's another closer but for 3 years good service we stick to those who have served us well. Kebabs can also come with coleslaw rather than being forced into buying a pot which has always been a bonus.

Ordered for my dinner and I ordered a chicken kebab and git a donner and I am illergic to donner meet and I told them this and they told me there is nothing they can do about it if I want it I have to pay again! I’m a 15 year old girl who has spent the rest of her money of a kebab and they do this! The best kebab shop around. Never greasy, cooked fresh and cooked to order. The food portions are big and the food is delicious. Over the years I've not once had a bad expereince. The staff are friendly. Can't fault it.

We get food from these guys often.. The kebabs are really good, salad is fresh and really crunchy and chicken burgers and literally a flattened chicken breast battered and cooked to order, I tend not to venture elsewhere for this type of takeaway!

Best kebab shop in Southampton.

Although the food was very tasty and delivered hot there were few issues... I tried to order online and the option for chicken dinner and lamb shish was not available therefore decided to order over the phone. I placed my order (complicated I must admit, 4 different kebabs and chips in pita). The order came wrong with an extra kebab which I seem to have also paid for (thought it was a bit pricey). Asked for chicken donner with separate salad and separate pita... kebab was on top of the bread (this was for my brother who doesn't like his food to be mixed), one kebab had the wrong sauce. The order took longer that the suggested 60 minutes.. It was however all very tasty!

I had a mixed kebab chips and salad and the food was enough to feed a family well done guys the food was to a really good standard and there was loads. please keep up the quality of the food you are serving as I was really impressed.

After waiting around 20 mins for food at the counter which should of taken about 5 minutes the food was discusting ....is it too much to ask for a burger with American cheese I meen really who puts chedder in a burger at a kebab house ........if you order a meal you'll get our burger or kebab in a small box with a handful if that of chips which are anemic and under cooked ......my house stinks like microwave burgers at this point ...never again

Not having been a fan of greasy kebabs when living in London we tried this place 2.5 years ago after moving to the area and was amazed at how delicious the food is and great friendly staff too who now know us as regulars. The food is always fresh and not dripping in grease, lovely tasty food...it has become a regular Friday night takeaway.

If I could put no stars I really would, absolutely disgusted that after 4 years of coming here the way we were treated this evening was horrendous... we ordered got sent the wrong thing rung up and the brought out the correct one .. fine ... to only be asked for the wrong one so they could resell it later.. when I explained that was wrong I was then given abuse at my door, so that I felt I had to give it back to the man for him.to leave and disfuse the situation before he woke my sleeping children. Absolutely disgusted and will never go back after that.
