all good, food was great, delivered early but it was mid week and early evening.left instructions to phone when they arrived as I'm partial deaf and that's what they done. no complaints at all. thanks

Food was cold when it finally arrived about half hour after being flagged as on the way with driver. Never had a problem with this restaurant previously. Will visit again, hoping its just a one-off.

Food has gone downhill massively. That’s twice now I’ve ordered a lamb doner and it appears to have the texture of cardboard in it!?!

I had to ask for an update 20 minutes after it showed up on my screen the "enjoy your meal" message. I assume the order wasn't even processed till I didn't asked for update.

Order at 7.00pm delivered at 9.00pm and cold

Fast and efficient. Will definitely order again!

Incorrect/ missing items. Food was cold , I called and was told the food was ready just waiting for a driver, the food turned up 30 mins later. But the food wasn’t kept warm, or fresh had been sat there. Half of it was not edible.

I came in and the sexy worker came and took my order. The food was made with delight and with their heart the food was amazing and made me only want to eat their food.

For a pepperoni pizza it was seriously lacking pepperoni 😒 and was lukewarm at best

Great kebabs. We always buy the full house special. The meat is always delicious and not tough. Unfortunately on our last order, the pittas weren't included. This has happened before too. Not sure what you call a kebab without pitta - meat and salad?!

We really like this kebab place cause the food is always tasty. But lately our food was delivered after 1.5h of ordering and it was stone cold.

Very disapointed with today take away service Not only food arrived after an hour but it was cold. Called the shop after 40 min waiting been told food is ready waiting for driver but did not arrived with is for another 25 min. Driver tried to convice us the food is hot for sure. I dont mind waiting for food but not a cold one :( Dont care how good food is, its not worth when its cold.

Instead of ringing the door bell £43 worth of food was lift on the freezing cold driveway.

I called to complain about a food order delivered as it was inaccurate and the staff shouted at me at told me I had no right to complain and that they were the best Kebab shop in Wellingbrough. This is highly unacceptable and disappointing as whilst the food is usually good the customer service is disappointing. And the Hot wings were inedible and one still had a feather!!

Fish and chips for over 8 quid but the chips were plain and chewy and the fish batter was like rubber

Worst fish and chips I had in my life... fish was overcooked in lot of oil and was old as well. Chips weren't cooked properly... not even my dog will not touch it

Quality of food superb as ever but inaccurate on this occasion - the large donner came without salad, ended up sharing the one from the extra large which was not ideal. Also did not receive the extra garlic mayo.

I’ve had some very tasty meals from here but the last one I had purchased was not as good as normal. The kebab came with a small piece of naan bread, much smaller than what I have experienced before. If they want to remain competitive, they need to be consistent.

Always delivered quickly and in good condition. The food is always delicious. I have been buying from them for over 20years and have never had reason to complain.

It was abit cold when arrived and the BBq sauce was every where on one of the lamb wrap so made it difficult to eat

Ordered food, gave special instructions on the food, our whole order came wrong. Was given mayo in my burger when specifically asked for bbq as I get ill everytime I have mayo. My brothers burger was completely wrong and the food was cold.

I don't know why it was so late it was 30mins later then the latest est delivery time. The wrap was warm but not hot but chicken and chips was hot still. I will let them off because the food was still very good. I love their chilli sauce and the portion size is good.

Food was good and quick. The delivery driver and I had a bit of a clash at the door, but he probably didn't realise I couldn't let him in out of the rain as the flats don't have a remote release for the front door. Thank you

Awful! When I waited 15 minutes after the delivery time I called and was told “ 15 minutes isn’t long brother”? And then turned up freezing and stale! Had deliveries from this place before and been great but after that service! Never again!!!!!!!

The chicken in the chicken kebab was dry burnt and not chicken breast! The chips, frozen and not cooked properly. The meat kebab was ok! Not great, just ok! The only decent thing was the Pepsi max. Worst kebab experience ever.

With the exception of the Fudge cake, which according to the packaging has expired a month ago, the meal was just as good as always.

I ordered two 12" pizza's that tasted of wet dough you couldn't taste nothing else. May have been undercooked or something pizza dough shouldn't be like that. I feel like I've wasted money. I will not be ordering from here again.

Excellent quality food, quick delivery, everything was correct and nice and hot.

Delivery was fast and kebabs are always good. But the fish and chips were not nice. The chips were dry and the fish was cheap frozen stuff that was mushy when eaten and full of grease plus it tasted strange.

I didn’t leave work until 18.00 I asked for the delivery to be 18.10 for this reason. It turn up at 17.50 and I was left with a cold burger and chips not happy at all.

Food was cold and meat had a few bits of bones and also the delivery driver was rude.

food was late by 40 minutes, so when it got to me it was luke warm, chips were soggy, and the ice cream was soft. this is very unlike what there usual service

Not the first time... pretty much most of my order was wrong. Things were missing and then other things didn't meet the dietary requirements that I asked for.

Been using this place for a while now ! Pretty consistent with quality and delivery times aren’t bad ! Food is usually hot ! Worth the money if you fancy a treat.

The delivery came on time which I’m happy about however I live 3 minutes away ( drive ) from this restaurant and our food was stone cold when it arrived, that’s our kebab wraps, chips and mozzarella sticks. Even-though the mozzarella sticks were cold, they were overdone and so hard to bite into which was extremely disappointing as they over £6…We rung the restaurant to then which they agreed for us to have new food, we said no to that however they still sent us food which we thank you for but to our surprise that food was warm which then had to go into the oven to be headed up, so not half as hot as you’d expect from a place 3 minutes away. Not sure if the delivery drivers are using the bags to keep the food hot but very much disappointed.
