Welling Express Kebab in Bexley

Called up around half 8 to check if I could order parts of my meal in separate containers, they gave me quick answers, were very kind and informative. My partner and I popped round at 9:42 to order, received our food within ten minutes, everything was fresh and warm. Amazing customer service! I have been here a couple times before and every time gets better than the last aha

Over 50 minutes wait for a delivery, got told it had been delivered but we never answered, until I said we had Ring, Guy in the phone then starts shouting and saying we need to collect, then says 2 minutes then 5 minutes, 10 minutes later it turns up and it’s not hot, no way paying £18.50 for a SMALL meat and chips and a SMALL chicken shish that’s not even hot, sent it back

This kebab house is out of this world, me and my friend harry has been visiting the local kebab houses and you are ranked very highly in the area, the portion sizes are amazing you also get much more than you pay for i hope to be coming back for more football

Recently moved to the area, thought we'd try this place to see if it would become a regular. Food arrived cold, called them, the guy was adamant it shouldn't be cold because they'd just made it. Sent the driver back to check, food is cold, driver complains about having to come back (they should have just sent a replacement of course) so we just asked for a refund which he provided.

Waited 20minutes to be served,ordered waited and waited gave up .

I was using this kebab show for at least 1 year.Orders on delivery stayed worse and worse. Delivering wrong orders and not fresh food.The lady who is taking the orders, totally doesn't understand what she doing.I have spoken with the manager or in charge of this kebab shop after few times wrong delivered orders and all he done just apologized. After my order today I can say to everyone that this is still the worst kebab shop in this area. Rubbish food, rubbish service. Good luck to staff taking down this kebab shop

Great Lamb Doner Meat cut nice and thin and tasty. Chicken kebab is also tasty. The only thing that lets this kebab shop down is the chips. If they changed the chips for the better then it most certainly would be 5 Stars.

They sell the worst kebabs ever ! Salad not fresh funny tasting meat just thought maybe different marinade turned out it was rotten because My whole family was sick so far 3 days avoid!

Ordered my family wraps and kebabs and must sadly say we all ended up il and had to complain. The manager said it is not their fault their food made my family il. I will definitely not use again and would never recommend Welling Express Kebabs to anyone.

Had someone get me a hummus kebab. Well it was more like a salad kebab with about a tea spoon of hummus in it. Not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

I love ordering from this place, great kebabs always full of flavour. Friendly people in the shop and same goes for the drivers that deliver for them. Only negative is sometimes the chips are not that hot. But they still have a better track record compared to McDonald's on fries which are always cold if you get them delivered.

They do the best chilli sauce and the kebabs and chips are good as well.

The food is really good, never really had a bad meal. But as of tonight the prices have shot up, at least £1.50 on a kebab which is quite a substantial increase. So if your buying a few thing's then its getting expensive. Not impressed

Really bad phone service manners. I switched to this kebab shop after recommendations. When they over charged me for the order on the phone , I explained that this is not the price you have charged me previously...on many times. No explanation? they just said stop annoying me and put the phone down! The prices vary day by day..and the service on the phone was hostile and shocking. I have now located a shop near by that understands their employees have to give the right customer service levels to retain business.

Best lamb and chicken shish in welling... Would definitely recommend... Only thing not keen on chicken Donner and the fact they dontbdo white cabbage... But over the that its bloody lovely... Only kebab shop that has yummy lamb shish the others iv ordered from are chewy so cant enjoy it but this lamb is lovely and juicy 👌 and the chicken shish 👌

Been using this place for years always loved it but last few orders have been awful, donner meat cut way to thick, very greasy and the kofte is different, maybe new chef who knows but really haven't enjoyed last few takeaways, also forgetting drinks with kids meals and salads etc

Lovely food, but the man with the glasses behind the counter needs sacking! It’s got to the point where I actually feel uncomfortable coming into the shop to order my food. He is very unprofessional, asking personal intrusive questions about my “love life” and telling me he wants more wives, could I marry him!! The final straw was the other night when I came in and held my hand out for change... instead of putting the money in my hand like any normal person would he purposely went palm to palm and stroked my hand!! This is NOT acceptable. So much so I am actually considering reporting him to the police if this nonsey behaviour continues. You ought to sack him!

First few times ok with box of doner meat but last night was awful lots of small bone in it not nice to eat ended up in bin. Wont be going anymore.

If you fancy a chicken Shish salad then look no further, I must admit the chicken is marinated really well and the salad goes very well with it. Order some mushrooms in breadcrumbs and chicken wings too. BTW avoid any beef burgers... They were rubbish

After hour and 30 mins still no food. Contact them system is down. But yet they could find my order faster enough when I asked for refund Not sure. All I was being told truth let see if I get my refund. Sure foods find but be carful when ordering

Normally use this place on a regular basis as a takeaway. Used to deliver to our address , then decided we were outside of the delivery area. Last night my missus phoned and asked for an order to be delivered, and said that she would pay a charge for delivery. She explained that she has recently come out of hospital after 3 months and cannot drive as yet. Their response was to put the phone down. She called again, explained the situation again, and again they put the phone down on her. We use this as a takeaway normally a couple of times a month but won't be bothering them again!

Excellent customer service, always friendly and recognise their customers. Food is always fresh and tasty, whether delivered or collected it's piping hot. I recommend their wraps with some garlic sauce. The only kebab shop in the area that I'll order from now!
