The barista Priyaa was excellent !! She brightened my day with her lovley smile and she was so kind to customers ! Would definitely come back as another pit stop - Bournemouth here I come!

Clean friendly efficient service at Starbucks Warwick south services. Didn't have to wait longer than about 5 minutes after ordering.

As a visiting coach drive to North and south warwick services I'm getting fed up of lorries and cars parked in our bays we bring 53 people in on our coaches as well change overs when we bring this to the mangers attention nobody seems bothered this problem needs to be sorted as we will start going somewhere else and you will lose trade

We always a welcome stop always use Welcome Break Services North and South at Warwick on the M40 when we go to the North as it about half way and a good time for a break (rest and comfort break). They are one of the best on the M40. Both are very pleasant, very well sign-posted, easy to park and easy entrance and exit. There are reasonable food options including KFC and Burger King, Chopstix, Subway, Starbucks and a very good Waitrose and W. H. Smiths. The communal seating is always clean although at busy times too small. Toilets are fine, clean and tidy.

Nice enough service station, however the service at The Good Breakfast was second to everyone. Staff couldn't be bothered to cook an extra egg, siting 'I have to clean it all down', with an emphasis to a fellow staff member, on getting off home as efficiently as possible...the eggs that were available proved to be edible just required some extra chewing. Enjoy my currency, it will be the last you receive from me...

Clean, plenty of parking and feels spacious inside. Toilets were spotless and lots of fast food choices (at motorway prices of course). We stopped going both south and north.

It's clean and has plenty of facilities but if you want a sandwich then you are looking at nearly a fiver a time... wanted a food break but drove on...

Staff here were very unhelpful. I bought some food and coffees and I was need a empty cup and the old lady wants to charge .50 cents. It was snow and I just went to put some water 💧 n the front sensors. All staff is not kindly at all. On my way out she smiles in my face. When I returned into to it and I asked for the name of the person she refused to give me.

The toilets were not really clean (OK there were a lot of people using the facilities but, even so, they could have been cleaner). The seating in the main area was overcrowded (again not big enough for the number of people on site). I appreciate that a lot more people are trying to cram in days away, etc but there should be sufficient staff to, at least, make sure the facilities are maintained.

Stopped here on the way home from a holiday up north and was very disappointed with the quality of the food we had. Admittedly I am not a big fan of motorway food, so basic and unappetising but beggars can’t be choosers. I had a burger and Chios and a cappuccino but when I received it the burger chips and coffee were all cold! The cappuccino did not have chocolate sprinkled over either. But the worse thing was having to eat in off of the paper around the burger!!! How low can you go? There was at the height of the lunch time crush, one young man serving, so to complain seemed a waste of time. My husbands meal had already been wrong and replaced, to complain to one so young and rushed off his feet seemed futile. Come on Burger King get your act together, this is atrocious.

Thank you to all the staff at the service station for setting up the big screen and the chairs for us to watch the funeral of the late queen. Very much appreciate this.

Toilets disgusting, wouldn't take my dog in there if I had one,asked about any hot food from the surly shop assistant, No was the abrupt reply. Would not recommend.

Hubby and I stopped after a 2 1/2 hour drive, about 1.40pm, hoping to have a comfort break and lunch, never again! We travel quite a bit and I can honestly say, in over 40 years of travelling, this is the worst services we have ever encountered! For a start, the seating outside limited to about 7 tables, for hundreds of daily visitors, it’s pathetic. Most in full sun too! If you have a dog there’s nowhere available to sit to eat food outside, as half of the tables are taken by OAP’s just sat on them waiting rejoin their coaches (not even eating or drinking). There’s a couple of dog bowls outside the entrance with what looks like week old pond water in them, my dog was really thirsty, but still wouldn’t take a drink from these stinking bowls, fortunately. Glad we had a travel bowl a fresh water in the car. The toilets inside were out of service. You had to go through the whole building, outside (very narrow corridor) then go even further to the portable toilets in place. There wasn’t enough of them, even a queue for the gents! There’s 1 disabled/baby changing room toilet available. It’s up a steep ramp, and then has a high lip on the edge of the door. It was impossible for me to manage the steep ramp in a self propelled wheelchair, and just as impossible to get over the high lip in the doorway. As hubby was outside the entrance holding our dog on a lead, I had to rely on the kindness of a random stranger to help me. Once inside I discovered how disgusting it was, it looked like someone had thrown a bucket of water over the floor! I am hoping it was water, not human waste. Getting out was just as bad. Anyone in a self propelled wheelchair then faces a steep ramp downwards facing a lot of people and a fence! Totally humiliating. Getting food was just as bad, only 1 person manning the Subway stand (which I really wanted), with a queue of 20 people plus, I gave up. Hubby we in to get our food, found Burger King was quiet, so ordered from them, big mistake ! It was quiet for a reason. My chicken royale came covered in revolting plastic cheese, only half the bun had chicken in too. The onion rings were overcooked and revolting, he ate one, binned the rest. Definitely the worst Burger King we have ever used, no wonder it was quiet! Very poor planning in the car park too, nowhere at all with shade anywhere near the door. The disabled bays were all in full sun, we had nowhere else to eat, so ended up sat in the car with engine running and air conditioning on! I sincerely hope this place shuts down soon, and a decent services in the area replaces it. Overall, dreadful facilities, awful food, total lack of customer care, and appalling health and safety. Whoever manages this mess should be shot!

We stopped at Warwick services M40 northbound today. Our intention was to quickly nip to the toilets and continue our journey. The disabled parking is all along the front of the building, including a couple of tesla charging points that weren't restricted to disabled. They are currently having refurbishment work to the toilets so there are portable toilets outside at the back. With such a narrow path unsuitable to two way walking I witnessed a number of people turning their ankle on the edge of the path and lower DIRT. There was no evidence of any work being done today. Why not a 24/7 shift pattern to complete the work in a timely manner. The toilets were in a terrible state all of the ladies toilet cubicles had wet floors and wet seats, and overflowing rubbish bins with paper towels across the floor. Also the gents toilets. The walk from the parking to the temporary toilets was extremely long when we walked past our car the other side of a temporary barrier made to funnel us past the food franchises. I'm writing this review mainly because after asking at a franchise outlet to ask if they could contact the duty manager for me. They replied that the manager wasn't on site. No duty manager. They have 3 new cleaners who had not received sufficient training. Why was there not an attendant there at all times when there are such restricted facilities. The cleaner I found was cleaning the main concourse of non existent rubbish and couldn't hear or understand me when I asked when the toilets will be cleaned. THE WHOLE COMPLEX SHOULD NOT BE SELLING FOOD IF THERE ARE NO SANITARY FACILITIES. I tried to call customer services but the call was answered and cancelled three rings after selecting customer services.

I truly can’t speak enough good words about the member of staff who just served me at KFC. It was clearly short staffed (at least I hope that was short staffed) the ordering machines were breaking one by one and this female member of staff was taking orders at the till, helping to prepare food, bagging orders and then serving orders. There was easily at least 25 people waiting and she kept her cool the entire time, was polite and very kind to customers who certainly weren’t showing her the same curtesy. She was smily and very professional and I just can’t praise her enough for how she was handling it! Although we told her at the time, I would really appreciate it if management were able to make sure it’s recognised what an amazing job she was/is doing! She was fairly short, south Asian had dark hair, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name

The service station itself was fine - the ladies' toilets here are invariable clean and tidy, and this visit was no exception. It was a bit busy so I just bought a sandwich and drink from Waitrose and took it out to the van. Mad journey up from the south (really busy roads) and I had another four hours to drive in the dark, so thought I would have proper break - ate my food, read my book, had 40 winks then used the (still very clean) Ladies toilets before heading on my way refreshed. Unfortunately it appears that I was actually in the car park for 2 hours and 15 minutes - ie 15 minutes longer than the free parking allowed. I know this because I got a letter from Parking Eye (the company contracted by Welcome Break to manage the parking) telling me this and demanding a £100 charge, with they generously reduce to £60 if I pay within 14 days! I've paid the charge: although I could appeal against it life is too short and I did after all stay more than 2 hours. I understand the need to ensure that people don't bung up the car park, especially in busy periods, but this was 9pm on a Sunday and there were loads of spaces. I was tired, resting up so I didn't have an accident on the way back, and slept a bit longer than I intended. Parking Eye are required to give a 10 minute grace period, so it works out that I've actually been charged £60 for an extra 5 minutes. Really? I've paid the charge, as I said before, because I overstayed the 2 hours, but honestly, Welcome Break, is this really the way you want to treat people? It's left a nasty taste in my mouth to the point where I'm reluctant to use your services again.

The same as all other welcome break services. Plenty of places to eat- dearer than the high street. A Waitrose and WHSmith to look around and plenty of toilets for everyone.

Starbucks overly busy staff had no idea what was going on, customers confused what drinks was theirs, a lot of flys in and around the counter and ceiling area

We arrived at the services after having a long journey expecting clean toilets, hot coffee and a hot meal. The noodle bar was closed. The order machines at KFC were off. The queue for both KFC and burger king was long. We ordered burger king on the machine. Waited 10 minutes for our food. We left the indoor area to sit outside and realised that our order was all wrong. Even the milkshakes were wrong. All on all very disappointing service

Took my son to use the parent and child toilet........ absolutely horrific!The smell hit me when I first walked in but carried on anyway.However, upon getting close to the toilet I could see there was poo ALL OVER the toilet! It had clearly been there a while as on the seat it had dried......Had to take him into the ladies with me instead as there was no way I was letting him use that one and they were also filthy! Overflowing sanitary bins (3 out of 3 toilets we tried to use), pee on the seats and all around the bottom of the toilet spreading out to be walked in.Had we not been so desperate after a long journey I would just walked out completely. Didn't end up buying anything in the shops as we just wanted to get out of there! Kind of puts you off eating somewhere anyway when the toilets are that bad! If you can, carry on further down the motorway to another services.Thank me later

I was on my way up to Cumbria on a Coach @ we stopped off at the Welcome Break.Waitrose was operating there. Clean & Tidy. Got myself a Coffee & a Sandwich. O the Coffee, you will be Charged by the Size of your Cup, not the amount of Coffee in it, so be Careful. Toilets, Clean & Tidy. Worth Stopping Off at.

A toilet stop, and we both found clean and tidy facilities awaiting us. There was also a Waitrose shop, which we bought some quality biscuits in, from a nice choice.

A strategic location at the top of the M40 to help avoid Birmingham traffic, the services are small but tastefully done and feel airy. Grounds are nice. Toilets ok and decent range of shops - Smiths and Waitrose, and then Starbucks, BK and Subway for food. Harry Ramsden’s used to be there which is a shame as I thought it was the premier option for food, especially as the Subway closes at 4pm.

Everything was clean and tidy however no Covid rules were followed . A very compact loo but really needed somebody at the entrance the to allow people in and out . People were actually bumping into one another . Disappointing during a pandemic

Small but compact m40 services,range of shops including waitrose, Starbucks burger king et ak. Toilets acceptable, but have seen cleaner.

Terrible service just now. Man told me that I wasn't allowed salad with my sub and the girl didn't even look up from what she was doing on her phone, let alone acknowledge a customer...... needs sorting

A toilet stop on a busy Sunday afternoon at Warwick Services. As of last time the place was busy,but the toilets were clean, A good choice of food and drink,and ample parking.

First visit to chopstix at the m40 services south bound after a longgggg wait we were greeted with a very bad mannered small vile pixie woman who had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen as a manager of a reputable pub I have had staff sacked for better behaviour than what she had, when I said to her that it took forever to get served because she was slow and slopped the food in boxes and kept flicking her hair before touching the scoops she looked at me like I was a cretin, unacceptable when I tackled the blonde girl on the till she was no help either won’t be returning and £7.50 for the food no thanks should’ve just got a pack of crisps from Waitrose customer shake up needed as the chef looked a drip as well ! No good at all !!!

Needed to stop off to use the toilet facilities at Warwick Services on the M40 southbound, and I was ‘pleasantly’ surprised at the facilities offered by Welcome Break.After ‘dropping of my load’, I noticed a service not normally encountered at this facility. I felt instantly uplifted as I typed in the number and was greeted by a friendly guy from Manchester called Karl, who was able to offer a range of services, but more so the 'blast my ass' range. I made a reservation to try this, and only time will tell if this is any good.I've uploaded the picture for anyone who wishes to try this out, therefore could anyone else who gives this a go post their experiences please. Handy place to pick up food/drinks if you want to stay on site or are assing through. Had some healthy food options.

I was appalled by the service me and my partner received today. Three young girls were serving and I could hear them chatting loudly between themselves. They didn’t really acknowledge the customers. I heard them start to swear. Loud enough to hear them over the coffee machine. A girl came to take my partners order, but there was no hello, no thank you when she handed back the change. I addressed them on their swearing and she completely ignored me. One girl still continued swearing whilst going on about some kind of lads holiday. Children were waiting with their parents. One lady looked at me as if to say “Yeah I know.” Totally unacceptable. Not only rude, but extremely unprofessional. There seemed to be no manager present, unless one of these young ladies was a shift manager? People don’t want to hear girlish gibberish, swearing, and receive poor service when they have been driving long distances. Save your small talk and chatting for when no customers are around ladies. Customer service is not hard, if you don’t like it, don’t do it.

This is not just better than, but far better than most service stations. Much improved decor and general environment. Service from staff in Starbucks was good. How good to go to a service station that staff can be proud of.0

Stopped in the evening when travelling. The services is quiet a small services compared to lots of others. Visited the starbucks for a drink which was ok. Coffee is pretty much always the same at any starbucks so you know what you're getting. Staff were pleasant here.Went to KFC and ordered some food at the till. The lady that served us seemed to have had a bad attitude with us and other customers, like it was a problem that we went up to the till to order. very brash with people, even told some customers to hurry up. Me being me made a loud comment about how her attitude was "unacceptable" and what i was going to do if she carried on, and the next minute, she was all nice and friendly to us when i went to use my service discount card, as her daughter had just started to train at where i worked! Amazing that isn't it!

I had a breakfast sub from the Subway - sausage, scrambled egg, etc. Nice enough, and a tea from the Starbucks (but it tasted the same as the cardboard container - urggh).

stopped off here for a coffee and toilet break and used the drive through starbucks. It Served it's purpose and was a relaxing chilled out atmosphere inside however i the door to go into starbucks wasn't accessible and was manual pull for a new building i think this isn't good and should be automatic.

Driving down south early on a Saturday and on the M40 for a change. This has the advantage of better service stations as they were built after their M1 counterparts.Parked near the entrance, nice environment, fauna and flora around.Clean and bright inside with good options; Waitrose not M&S and Burger King not McDonalds.Toilets in great condition.A welcome break indeed.

We were completely exhausted from our road trip so stopped for food. We ordered on Tossed’s self serve quick serving tills, I had a pesto balance pot with halloumi - the flavours were incredible! All ordered and ready within a couple of minutes! A perfect quick healthier option which I would have all over again. Wish there were more closer to us back home!

Had a Stop here as the weather was getting roughDo not even bother to stop if you have a caravan motor home or car and trailer. We followed the signs for caravans but only found an area where HGVS were parked everywhere, drove around twice. Found somewhere and just parked no idea if we were in the right place. Really need to sort out parking and signage it is s nightmare if you are in something other than a carWe will cross this one off from ever visiting againKFC was clean and quick as well as Starbucks. Toilets were clean.

A toilet stop after a large breakfast,and we were quite happy. Clean toilets,the sit down male ones especially good and clean standard. Starbucks suited dor a pleasant Cortado style coffee to fill us up before taking the long drive back to Kent.

Fonebiitz at Warwick services. These guys really know their stuff. I came in asking for some simple headphones, but with my severe tinnitus, I have struggled to find something. They allowed me to demo a set of bone conductor headphones and I am so happy with the salesman “ Lee” who showed me how to charge , care for and even properly use them. Thank you so much.

Travelled down to Heathrow very early to take my Son to airport. Came back and pulled in to Welcome Break Starbucks M40 North. For a coffee. The assistants behind the counter were busy having a chat with each other as I was the only customer there 7-15 am. I interrupted them to ask for a coffee £3-10 small, and sat at the table to find it covered in congealed tomato sauce and the remains of a bread roll. Abso crap, I left and drank my coffee in the car. Wont go there again, "Rui" was so busy!!!Not.

Always mental busy, and this time I struggled to find a parking space so I parked in the petrol station. Had a KFC as usual. Bar the usual staff attitude, the food was as you would expect. Perfectly acceptable.

Nice place but there should be a cold tap to refil with water for a dog. Also wouldn't it be nice for pet owners to sit in a dry place with their animal to have a cuppa. With muzzles of course.

2nd September 2019 - Popped in for petrol and coffee. Toilets absolute disgrace. You can smell them from the main shop and just disgusting. Lady in front of me complained and assistant not bothered. Not good enough, must be a health risk. Also 3 out of 4 coffee machines out of service.

What can you say these places offer lots of not very healthy options and at high prices with often poor service or slow service. I used the toilets here and they were okay...not great but ok.

Travelling home to Kent, this was a good "Welcome Break" from driving. There are sufficient outlets to satisfy both food and drink needs and sufficient seating . There are also shopes for those last minute purchases before arriving home or for those items you forgot to pack. The staff are friendly and helpful and, more importantly, the toilets are clean

On the way back from Reading to the Midlands needed a break and car driver swap over. Nice services. Clean and quiet when we were here on a Wednesday evening. Nice milkshake and coffee at burger king. £5.19

A welcome break from driving after a two and a half hour drive and the same to go. Plenty of food outlets and shops. I noticed the cash machines charge two pounds to take out money which is a huge rip off. I had a Burger King which was satisfying but I think it was more expensive than regular branches but I guess they charge a premium for a captive market.

I stopped at these services this morning for a quick bite, but the breakfast I unfortunately purchased, made school dinners from the 1960s seam an attractive offer. The food was greasy, burnt, sparse and tasting of fat, and overpriced.

Would definitely not recommend this Burger King to anyone. The burger was cold, chips colder, onion rings even colder! As for the drink – it was supposed to be a chocolate milkshake but I think they just threw anything to hand in there. A real disappointment and as it was meant to be a treat, very annoyed.

Has a number of facilities including Burger King, Harry Ramsden's, KFC, Starbucks, Subway, Costa Express, Krispy Kreme, Yorkshire Tea and a Starbucks Drive Thru.

I stopped here for a break the services were alright except for the toilets which were dirty as usual the staff were alright but nothing more

I’m sorry but even though the main services are quite nice, the toilets are a disgrace and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. A clean establishment should have clean toilets and for this it’s 2 out of 5 I’m afraid.

Good choice of Sandwiches from Waitrose as well as several food outlets (KFC, Harry Ramsdens, tossed, Burger King etc) Starbucks for coffee. The tables were cleared quickly and the whole place was brightly lit, hence the 4th star.

Easy access off the motorway and easy to park if you want a quick coffee and toilet break. Usual Starbucks cakes and sandwiches plus drinks. Would recommend.

Stopped here recently en-route to Manchester.

Never ever have a Harry Ramsden breakfast. The last time I was involved with that much oil running around was when I serviced my car. The rest of the site is standard motorway expectations, don’t expect anything healthy to eat, even the oatmeal in the coffee shop is loaded with sugar.

Lovely services, nicely laid out and very clean, choice of shops and eating places. We shopped in Waitrose which had some reduced stuff and ate in subway which wasn't as good as others I been it but was ok. Plenty of other choices for food.

Visited during a weekday evening managed to get parking with ease, toilets were clean, Burger King service was fast and friendly.

We have often stopped here to use the facilities. Adequate parking, and toilets are clean. Majority of the stores in here overpriced as per usual, this is to be expected.

The Welcome Break Services is a good place to stop for a bathroom and food break. The toilets are clean and there are loads of food options to chose from. Burger King opens at 1000. Starbucks, Subway, Waitrose, and Harry Ramsden’s open earlier.

They have removed a number of disabled bays for electric cars - non in use - makes life very difficult for disabled

Use the Welcome Break, north and southbound, at Warwick a good amount as travel on the M40 a lot. Good Waitrose on site, with good food options for a service station. Yes it is expensive, but then all motorway services are!

Stayed at Days Inn Warwick North last week. No adequate parking, nearest has been taken up with electric charging points and disabled bays.Nearest we got was two bays away from charging area.That was nearest to hotel!!. We did enquire but its just the old shrug of shoulders attitude! Awoke the next morning to find my secure car had been robbed. Funeral flowers!! (yes funeral flowers) and food taken amongst other things, also our clothes for funeral had been trampled over. What a great added mess to an already miserable time in our lives!! There is no security unless you count the ANPR camera to record you coming in! Don't forget folks you get fined if you stay to long!! After service and investigation has been appalling as there has been no help from anybody up on this site. Will say though Warwickshire Police are good, there within the hour. So watch this site at Warwick Services North for theft.

Went to Burger King at Warwick Services. I told the staff member that I wanted two Chicken Royale meals. He pointed to the ones I wanted on the board which was the regular meals. When we looked at our change we realised it was wrong and we queried this and the staff member replied “thought you would like the larger meal so I changed it”. I did not order the large one. He said he could not change this.

We always stop here when in the area as it’s a handy halfway point from home to the south east.

Motorway services are becoming more impersonal as the years roll by and this stop off is no different. Order screens are everywhere if you want fresh hot food, Waitrose sandwiches and Starbucks. As the lack of service diminishes the cost increases and don’t talk about the extortionate price of fuel! I would not have stopped but our dog needed a break. Unable to score the rating on my I Pad but would have given it average throughout. A licence for the owners of Welcome Break to print money.

We popped in to the services after dropping family off in Sratford. We found Waitrose and headed towards the shop to purchase a quick sandwich, so we thought. It was busy but it was the services so to be expected. After queing for what seemed a lifetime, we finally arrived at the checkout to be told, "Sorry no Cards" Cash only. The guy then pointed to the sign that had been obsured by the queue. Why do they not put a sign at the entrance to the shop. "Cash Only" Sorry for the inconvenience. Poor management>

So none of us expect anything much of services, right? I don't suppose these are any worse than any others. The toilets were clean and the central area is bright but we had the most disgusting Burger King- a congealed mess and half cold.

For a disabled travellor Welcome Break fail to support the disabled parking spaces, they are always occupied by at least some cars not displaying a blue badge. I've never seen any action taken and there are no staff to inform

Ordered at a terminal. No she still took over 10 minutes to get 2 hot wings and a mini fillet. People who ordered after us received bags full of food. When we approached the manager he said the system goes that.

Food not particularly tasty. Wish we had found somewhere else to eat. Will avoid this place in the future. Ordered a croque monsieur which just looked like runny mustard instead of cheese. Sandwiches were not tasty either. Will not be back.

Toilets are rightt up front. They’re clean and well stocked. Lots of choice for eating. The drive through Starbucks is super handy although service was a tiny bit slow.

This was indeed a welcome break - it is light and airy with a good variety of places to find something to eat and spend some time out of the car. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of space to sit as a family.

After visiting many dirty services it was a pleasant change to go to some lovely clean ones. The toilets were spotless and being cleaned when I went in. We used Starbucks the service was quick and efficient the food was good coffee lukewarm. I would recommend these services to other travellers.

We stopped northbound on the M40 for Saturday lunch. Service with a smile from Jadwiga. She explained about a short delay for food to be cooked fresh to order before serving the plated food and coffee on two trays. She saw I had some difficulty with my tray and immediately came to my assistance carrying it to a table for me. So incredibly thoughtful.Better service than some restaurants. Oh and the fish, chips and peas were were cooked to perfection

Food was what you expect from a motorway service stop BUT who these days has toilets without hot water? Think this should be an offence!

I popped in to take a break and a rest as part of my trip back from Edinburgh (see Tebay review) and so wish I hadn't!!

Stopped off here on the way down to Heathrow.......2 Delicious Breakfasts and 2 reasonable cups of tea for £20.00. So a bit pricey but thats the same with all motorway services....... and after all no one makes you buy it...... so if you need food you gotta pay the price :-)

just had the nicest experience at your service station on christmas eve with the nicest and most polite subway staff, or any hospitality worker i have ever come across. His name was khurami and he made the best subway sandwich, as well as my friends we've had in our lifes! on top of that, because it was christmas he said, he gave us one of the raisin cookies for free! needs a pay rise lol. i walked out thinking i must make a trip advisor account to commend his service:-) merry christmas.

Everything is overpriced here. After spending some time in Spain, I am horrified by "rip-off Britain". Its a wonder it doesnt impact on tourism. Its just greed.

Kept clean and tidy but everything is overpriced .. facilities include Waitrose, Harry Ramsdens, Burger King, KFC, Costa and WH Smiths.

I’m writing this at the Welcome break as I am shocked at the state of the main pathways in the car park. It’s 13:15 and only just are there staff out clearing compressed. Ice from the footpaths. Complete lack of care for all customers shown so far into the day. As the snow fall has not happened today!!! An accident waiting to happen. Clean and tidy in public areas.

Stopped here on the way home and this is one of the better service areas. Coffee and cake at Starbucks were decent, but overpriced, though no more than other outlets. Staff were quick efficient and smily.....

Another trip to Airport - needed a break, so stopped here as it last services before Airport. The selection on offer is ok, but the seating area is bleak and very cold so not very welcome on a November morning.

Stopped off at the services, two of us had KFC which was awful, but being the supposedly intelligent one (allegedly) I opted for fish and chips with mushy peas at Harry Ramsden's to take out. Prompt service and let me tell you guys who were on duty Saturday 28th October at about 2pm - that fish and chips is right up there alongside the best I ever tasted. I went large for £9 and the cod, the chips, the mushy peas were brilliant. Fish and chip heaven and ample portion. Service was quicker than any of the other places and there was salt and malt vinegar at the counter. My travelling companions were green with envy as they made comparisons. I was in fish and chip heaven. Thanks gang. That was orgasmic! This is also a genuine review and the enthusiasm I'm trying to convey is genuine. I understand fully that these things are very hit and miss options and people all have different ideas but at the time stated in my review you guys were as good as any chippy on earth!

Over priced disgusting fish and chips ever, called for a ‘welcome break’ after a very long drive and thought fish and chips, We were appalled really by the quality of the fish, I don’t think it had seen a deep fat fryer, it looked like a fish but tasted like rubber, I think it had been warmed up in a microwave, even the dog wouldn’t eat it. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the place the staff were pleasant enough, just wish I had gone to Burger King next door. The best thing about my meal was the coffee from a push button generic machine. Will not go to them again.

Travelling down from Lancashire on a very wet and windy day, we stopped off at Welcome Break which was like a haven from the storm. Bright And cheerful with a good selection of shops and clean toilets. We continued on the road, duly renewed.

We stopped for a quick bite to eat. It had American fast food like Subway, Burger King, etc. I was pleasantly surprised that the Big King sandwich was available in England. These stops are real nice for travelers on motorways. Has all entities a travelers needs including Krispy Kreme donuts!!

North bound. Harry Ramsden's fish and chips lovely - great service from Jedwiga (spelling might be wrong sorry) fish was freshly cooked - crisp light batter, nice chips and good cuppa.Foot long steak and cheese from Subway also good. Like the idea of different options of food but all party can eat together.Plenty of staff available to keep eating area clean and tidy.W/Cs, car park, public areas all tidy.
