First time visiting this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. It was cosy and warm. Great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. The food was fab and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommend a visit.

A fantastic place to eat. I have been eating out of here for nearly 9 years but unfortunately I have had a terrible meal now the first since I started eating here. Please sort this as it’s probably in the top 3 places to eat consistently.

Very disappointing vegetable korma.The vegetables consisted of some frozen mixed vegetables.Peas tiny pieces of diced carrots and some green beans.Certainly not value for money and was tastless

Food was absolutely amazing I used to go to a similar restaurant in Edinburgh many years ago ,so to find such a nice restaurant on my door step was great the only thing that spoiled my experience slightly was a foursome at a nearby table who were a bit loud but other than that fantastic food and service you won't be disappointed 👍

2.15 hour wait. Called said driver was around the corner. Waited another 45 minutes for said driver to drive 'round the corner'. Requested cancellation but as soon as I did the driver knocked on door with our cold order. They said that they would collect the order and refund. Waited and they did not collect the cold order nor did I get my refund. Joke.

Ohhhh mega yum! One of the finest "Indian" meals I've ever had... Even though it was Nepalese and not Indian. Khasi Ko Masu! Goat curry. I realise goat will split the crowd but seriously... This was amazing! My wife wouldn't touch the meat (scarred by the great honeymoon goat incident of 1991) but absolutely loved the sauce. Me? Plate mopped clean. Before anyone complains about the naan being burnt... Wee Gurkha Curry House knows exactly what I like and baked this exactly as per my request. Perfect. Crisp and charred on the outside, still fluffy on the inside. Possibly my favourite ever. My wife had her usual... Chicken tikka chasni and rated it the best she has had in ages! Cannot recommend the Wee Gurkha in the Village, EK highly enough. ♥️♥️♥️

We went to have dinner at this restaurant with friends. We went there around 7.30 in the evening and they were friendly and we had our table ready. They were quite friendly. We started with a lamb gorkhali kebab some chicken sekuwa and aloo saadeko. The winner of the starters was surprisingly the aloo saadeko. It was delicious with the right amount of spices and very smooth. The meat was ok. For the mains we ordered a khasi ka masu goat curry some chicken dish, a biriyani and some naans. The goat meat was not very tender. The chicken was good and naans were upto the mark. All in all it was a nice dinner with friends - highly recommend the aloo saadeko. Maybe worth trying the more typical Nepali dishes.

Lovely place where you will be made to feel welcome (the most vegan friendly place in East Kilbride too). Made a great name for itself and rightly so; food is at an excellent standard. Interior is lovely; warmly lit, lovely lamps and beautiful mural. Staff are great. I would dare-say that this is my favourite non-vegan restaurant (heck; my favourite restaurant over all)

Have also picked up food from here before as we we live outside delivery area! Worth while a visit! It was quiet inside the restaurant but it was a Tuesday evening, bad weather! This is the best friendly neighbourhood restaurant with lovely food and pleasant vibes. We can’t express how happy we were with this dining experience. Everything was so simple but unique. You will never order anything wrong. The service was excellent and Yugal (the waiter)was very polite. It’s our new favourite in town.

Lamb bhuna takeaway was one of the worst I have had, eight small pieces of lamb swamped with curry sauce, never a bhuna sauce.

Visited Glasgow and searched for restaurants and this popped up, we decided to go and eat in , it was a great experience, great taste, service and good value, they customised the dish as per our requirement too, would recommend to anyone who wants to eat a good curry
