This is a fast food sushi and bento establishment. Their logo drew me in. I had a pre-rolled Dragon Roll and a Sweet Chili Chicken Bento. The roll and bento were both flavorful and satisfying. I wonder how much better they would taste if I could have them freshly made. It was a quick process to pick up the food and pay for it. If you want a fast, fresh and good meal, this is a good choice.

It was my third time when I ordered sweet chilli chicken, some of the pieces of the meat was good but someone adding some really old and hard to chew prices from day before. I'm really unhappy, no idea why some people selling this kind of food for people around!

The smell outside these restaurant / takeaways made me have high expectations. So I ordered Salmon Teriyaki. As a newbie, I was reliant on the staff to serve it properly and offer options as appropriate... The server asked if I wanted rice and teriyaki sauce which seemed strange as surely the dish will be integrated, cooked in a sauce..? What I got was luke warm plain stodgy rice with stale, dried-out salmon pieces and some sauce squirted out of an unlabelled plastic bottle. It wasn't an integrated dish, it was unappetizing, dry and really flavourless (apart from the squirted sauce). On further research, I think the Warren Street staff don't know how to serve their own food and it should have come with edemame beans, kale or salad - none of which was offered as an option. This cost £8.70. Perhaps another branch serves this better, but no excuse for the stale and dried-out salmon.

Come here for lunch on a regular, never been let down. When food has run out, they let you know how long it'll take for the next lot is ready. Good quality, quick food and good service.

How unsustainable & environmentally toxic can a company get??? Not much more than Wasabi wrapping individual pieces of small sushi in plastic. I was told by a member of staff that the plastic wrapping is 100% recyclable. What they totally fail to understand is even if it might, just, be recyclable doesn't actually mean that it does get recycled. Greenwashing like I've never heard. This company obviously adores single use plastics. This is a very stupid company with no environmental standards. Avoid if you do it's disgusting.

I have seen many of these eateries around London and I visited one for the first time this week. I bought some fresh avocado sushi and also some soup. It was packed up well for me and I ate it back at my hotel. I thought it was excellent value for money as well as being a healthy option the fact that it was vegan was a bonus too.

Popped in to have a nice sushi lunch and picked up a salmon sushi box. The rice in the Maki rolls was dense, glutinous and barely edible. The texture was like thick wall paper paste. I return the box to the staff at the counter who were unhelpful and offered me no response. Never will I visit a Wasabi Sushi chain again.

Här finns många rätter att välja på, och samtliga till fördelaktiga priser. Villa man ha sushi, tar man en färdig låda i vid ena väggen. Man kan även få rätter värmda. Man betalar i kassan och sätter sig sedan på en av de färgglada plaststolarna och äter. Enkelt, billigt, gott!

I had a take away from here and it was quite good. However, I have to wonder about my environmental footprint with the packaging

Llamado aquí como conveniente cuando se hospede en el hotel Radisson Blu de al lado. La camarera fue extremadamente educada y me aconsejó profesionalmente a una pareja delante de mí que las piezas de pollo para el curry de Katsu estaban un poco secas y les preguntaron si no les importaría esperar unos minutos para un nuevo lote. Ella me miró y le dije que también esperaría. El gerente (presumiblemente) luego se acercó a la camarera, le quitó las pinzas y buscó con el pollo seco mientras le decía que no había nada malo con el pollo y que lo sirviera de todos modos. La camarera hizo lo que le decían con una mirada de desesperación y procedió a servir a la pareja. Me fui en este punto por lo que no hay más comentarios.

Llamé a la tienda por la tarde para preguntar a qué hora cerraban y si se aplicaría el 50% de descuento habitual de 30 minutos antes del cierre. El gerente dijo que el 50% de descuento habitual estaba encendido para hoy.

Un sushi take away che offre anche possibilità di consumare il cibo all'interno. La scelta è ampia, sia di sushi che di zuppe o noodles, particolare anche il sushi con riso integrale. Naturalmente la qualità va al passo con un sushi take away, certo le pretese non erano alte. Il pesce non era male, il riso un po' gommoso.

Compré algo de sopa de fideos en este lugar solo para que la olla se partiera en el ascensor de regreso a la oficina. Intenté detener el flujo de líquido, pero solo logré quemarme la mano y sentirme bastante avergonzado.

This fast food Asian establishment was a pleasant surprise just next to our hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was fresh and very tasty and good. Definitely worth a visit for carry out.

Un enorme plato de comida y sushi solo tenía 6 años, en Londres. ! El tofu de chile dulce vegetariano fue amontonado generosamente (posiblemente una de las mejores 10 cosas más calientes que jamás hayamos comido, me encanta) y la aprendiz Tamara fue muy amable y servicial al hablar de las opciones. Giovanni, Tamara y Lee formaron un equipo fabuloso, definitivamente pasarán mucho más a menudo (¡no puedo esperar la mitad del precio de las noches!)

Great for a quick take-away bowl/bucket of tasty and filling hot Asian food at good prices. Also small sections of cold sushi products and drinks. I think the food is great value, bags of flavour and have now been numerous times.

During our short stay in London, this place has been our regular visit. Sushi slightly cold but very soft and fresh. Price very affodable, got an 18 piece sushi for £7+. Enjoyed the red bean mochi.

What a depressing experience. The food (chicken with noodles) described as some sort of katsu don type dish, bore no resemblance to any decent Asian food I've ever eaten. Where was the garlic, the chillies, the soya sauce? How they managed to get it to...

Girlfriend was introduced to sushi in London here years ago so we went there on a recent visit. The sushi is ok for a fast food place. I had the teriyaki chicken which was passable. Comes with rice and was filling, which is good for the price as London isn't cheap.

If you love Japanese food but you don't want to spend a lot of money while in London go to Wasabi. It's everywhere. It's cheap but its food is fresh and good. I've been there a lot.

These places are mushrooming and it's not hard to see why. You feel like you're on some kind of therapy although you'll just end up buying decent Japanese (sque) food. Susshi and condiments entirely satisfactory and service prompt. But you knew that already.

I had a tofu katsu craving and normally Wasabi is ok. This is not the best Wasabi but it serves a purpose and is most local to my office.I started eating my katsu and found some plastic inside - see picture. They need to up their standards in this outlet as it really lets the side down. Will be tempted to walk to another outlet from now on.I sent the pictures to Wasabi HQ and await their response.

Nice sushi, however, I prefer restaurant sushi, this one is a little better than supermarket ones. Lunch time and after 5pm always packed so come early.

We have tried 2 different easy meals. 1 noodles with tempura and spicy chicken with rice. My noodle was tasteless with overcooked vegie. My husband meal was good because it was just from the cooking pan... so make sure you get your fresh meal. Afterall... its ok.

I'm probably a bit behind the times having only eaten here for the first time last week but in general I do not eat a lot of fast food.What I will say about this place is that the food is cheap, tasty and ready to eat. So, if you are in a hurry, like I was, then this place is great. The restaurant was also very clean which was a big plus for me. I'll eat here again.

First of all I want to mention that this this is no restaurant. There are no seats to sit down. But the food is delicous. Many choices and fresh food.

We walked over from the British Museum for a light, affordable lunch and the Spicy Chicken Tanmen was perfect -- nicely spicy, with lots of chicken, and just 5.45 GBP for a serving large enough for my husband and I share. In addition, though busy, the restaurant was incredibly clean.

Wasabi is conveniently located for me to have lunch, and on the whole the food is ok. The stock for the soups in particular lacks consistency in preparation, as I have had stock right from horribly sweet to horribly salty, and occasionally perfectly balanced. Also, generally the noodles in the soups remain uncooked. I think just a tad more care in preparation would make the food go from ok to excellent.

It was my first visit to the place, I my bus got delayed so thought of having dinner here, ordered for chicken curry and rice, served with salad consisting of shredded carrots, broad beans..... It was just amazing , right amount of spices in it, rice well cooked, the chicken pieces were tender and let me say the quantity was perfect :) would love to visit soon again.. The japanese server was really kind and helped for perfect selection of the meal...Ambiance- 3/5food- 4/5costumer service / staff - 4/5

The food was too sweet for my taste, but it was pretty popular among locals. I guess it's made to fit their taste. I ordered salmon in teriyaki sauce with rice. You can control how much teriyaki sauce you want with this order.

Not just for those who enjoy sushi. I had one of the curries from the hot menu which was delicious and the portion size was huge. Good choice for vegetarians and the service is incredibly quick.

The have really helpful staff. Their teriyaki and rice is delicious!!! I prefer my food without chill and they helped me through the order.

Self serve sushi bar. Very modern look. There could have been more attention to cleaning the tables. Overall it was a fun, inexpensive, healthy snack for our family.

This restaurant looked at the first glance like a nice one, and we were quite hungry for lunch. The service was like the one you could expect from a sausage kiosk. After buying the paper containers with food and spending additional money for small soya-bags for the nigiri, we found a table. But this, as other tables, were covered with a layer of old food smear. We had to address the employees to help us clean. And hid did hastily.The salmon did not taste like the real thing, we were not quite sure how to categorize it. Both the spicy and the sweet chicken were a bit on the chewy side. The South Korean Aloe Vera drink tasted quite well.On the positiv side this fast food restaurant was well located and the food came ... fast.

It's a good place for takeaway, then go home and eat your sushis with a glass of wine. Or go and eat them in a park in the sun!The food is really good and cheap, but not a cozy ambiance at all, it's a real fastfood kind of place.

The hot plates (Salmon, Chicken Curry) are very reasonably priced and the Sushi as well. I particularly enjoyed the Rainbow Sushi Set. The ingredients seem fresh and they are very consistent in taste. Probably the number one fast food Japanese chain in London! The service is prompt and friendly. Also, the lighting in all outlets is fantastic due to the large windows!

This place is great on the go food very well appointed and has good selection my only concern is that the food lacked flavour and could have been a lot warmer but that's each to there own but great for quickness and good portions

This was my first time trying Wasabi and I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the spicy chicken with rice which was actually spicy (yay!) and the portions were really generous for the price - very filling. There was no queue and the service was fast and friendly. Not sure it's very Japanese but who cares - it was really tasty, decent quality food. Will definitely be back.

Établissement paraissant propre... Je rentre dans l'établissement et achète mes plats proprement et joliment placés.Lorsque je veux m'installer à une des tables, je constate qu'elles sont sales mais vraiment très sales, le pire c'est qu'il n'y avait qu'une dizaine de personnes attablés. Tant pis, je m'installe en prenant soin de placer des serviettes sur la table pour manger.Les makis étaient vraiment délicieux!Après avoir mangé, j'avais besoin de soulager ma vessie. Je me dirige vers la seule toilette de l'établissement, j'y rentre et là c'était vraiment dégueulasse! (Voir la photo posté qui atteste mon expérience) Au final je dirais qu'il vaut mieux acheter les plats et les manger ailleurs pour en garder un bon souvenir.

Fui em vários restaurantes da rede em diferentes lugares de Londres, pois eu tinha certeza de que a comida era gostosa e barata. Provei somente pratos quentes, pois com o frio de novembro o mais gostoso era saborear uma comida quentinha. É muito limpo, então pode confiar.

O Wasabi é uma rede de comida japonesa espalhada por toda a cidade. É tipo um fast food, então você escolhe e pega sua comida (que fica à mostra) e se dirige ao balcão para pagar. Para quem não gosta de sushi, há opções de pratos quentes também, que são ótimos! Recomendo o chicken curry.

Tried sushi - but you need to have a love for them if you wish to enjoy. They do have varieties and staff is very helpful - so should give them a try.

We stayed nearby and wandered past this place on a little walk of the area. We grabbed a box of sushi on our way back to the hotel just to try. We weren't disappointed! The next day, on our way to the station we stopped here again and got a mixed bento box each to eat on the train home. I had sweet chilli chicken and chicken teryaki and the husband had teryaki chicken and chicken curry. The only disappointing thing was the rice was not ready and we were in a hurry but the noodles were just fine. The portions were huge and though we'd picked up some sushi too we ended up saving that for when we were home.

Worst shop i have ever been...all other shops in london are ok but this one very poor..the quantity of food is very less compare to any other shop

Wasabi is to Japanese food what a soggy cheeseburger is to an expertly prepared filet steak. Somehow they ruin simple tasty food. Gross soft rice. Horrible sauce. Microwaved in house to make any near chewy and they charge quite high for it too. Just don't do it to yourself. Even a sandwich from the local corner shop will leave you feeling better fed. It's quite shameful to ruin something that even I can cook better.

La catena wasabi è sparsa in tutta londra, l'albergo dove ho soggiornato era proprio di fronte, essendo amante del giapponese ho dovuto provarlo! Pensavo non fosse nulla di che dato che è una catena, che il cibo è già pronto ecc.. invece.. ne sono rimasta veramente colpita! Sushi ottimo, pesce veramente di qualità, puoi acquistare delle scatole con sushi oppure pezzi singoli o addirittura scatole di cibo caldo, con pasta, carne ecc puoi gustarlo li oppure portarlo via, il costo non è per niente elevato, e senza molte pretese si mangia dell'ottimo sushi.. ora che ho scoperto Wasabi non vedo l'ora di ritornare a Londra per fare rifornimento!Consiglio a tutti quelli che amano il sushi !!
