We are big Sushi lovers and it was nice to have something different at The O2. Lots of selection, good price for Sushi, and very tasty and filling. Nice Surroundings, plenty of seats but you can also take out. Would definitely go here again

Unlike the Waterloo station Restaurent, this one puts the meals into containers in a display cabinet. The problem with this approach is that the meals lose their heat quickly and are barely warm. A very disappointing meal.

Se sirve buena comida fresca.Me encanta una buena de bento box ... y esto es mejor que la mayoría ... el curry de Katsu es sabroso, el sushi es fácil de comer y el personal es muy eficiente. Es de una relación calidad precio excelente ...Si quieres un almuerzo rápido en el 02, este es el lugar ... es sin duda va a ser mi sitio al que ir.

Un gran lugar para escoger entre todas las otras opciones restauarante en el O2 ya que es muy rápido así que no hay mucho tiempo formas.La comida era excelente, y las porciones son grandes. Tuve el katsu de pollo, pollo con algo de dinero extra.Sin duda probar otro de sus lugares de Londres.

Sono stato qui a gennaio, ero a Londra per un viaggio di lavoro.... Il locale non è grande ,è vero ... Ma sul cibo non si può dire nulla di negativo ... Pesce /carne veramente buono... Ho mangiato del riso con del curry che era uno spettacolo e del sushi che era veramente buono ... Il personale è stato molto gentile , educato e sempre disponibili a darti una mano o un consiglio su quello da prendere ... Poi , per chi avesse problemi con la lingua , nessun problema ..perché parlano anche italiano

While waiting for my concert to start I tried Wasabi and I must admit that I will use again with no issues at all. The sushi was very good quality and variety. Hot food option is also available. Not cheap but good quality is expensive.

I came here with my friends as normal on a weekly basis I love going here to have a simple lunch. I usually get chicken katsu and I always lives up to its standard Will definitely come back

La comida estaba bien, nada especial. En mi opinión esta tienda en particular de cadena tenía muchos personal que sirve comida y era un poco desagradable ya que algunos de ellos eran nuevos. En general, aún así disfrutamos de la comida, y yo diría que era agradable, pero he estado en mejores lugares.

Me dijeron que su curry era realmente bueno y tengo que decir que me decepcionó mucho. El curry era muy sosa y el sabor era aceptable. Tal vez la comida equivocada porque los fideos parecía decente. Espero que si tuviese que intentar que no te decepcionará. Otra vez.

I found a box of mixed sushi marked £7.99 went to the till told the server it was a takeout they put it in a carrier bag with fork and chop sticks and knapkins ,

overall nice restaurant with friendly staff - the place was kept very clean and really liked the seating area inside

Plenty of variety to choose from, tasted fresh. Very busy so hard to get a seat, but would recommend overall.

Quick service, and food pretty good. Not the most friendly of staff but they were super busy so they didn't have time for the niceties I suppose. Saying that, they were efficient and courteous so no complaints.

Went here on the way to the cinema and people were queueing out of the door to take food away but aside from one other chap we were the only ones that decided to sit in. I can see why. I wasn’t expecting much attention from the server but it was pretty poor. The juice was from concentrate which upset me too. Food was pretty good as it always is from Wasabi but it’s better to just order it at the counter and devour it elsewhere.

Pre- Concert Dinner at The O2. We just wanted something light to pick at so Sushi perfect. Waited a good 10mins for a table and when we were seated it became clear that the restaurant section was far too small. I sat on the outside of the table and kept having to lean in as not to be hit by passing waiters or fellow patrons. Food-wise both the choice and quality were great. I just think they can't execute a good experience in such a small confined space. Service was a tad slow, however it was very busy. My Sauv Blanc was also served warm but as it was so busy and service slow we just ate up, paid and left. I felt sorry for the staff having to run around and manoeuvre in such confined space. They all looked uncomfortable and stressed which made me feel the same. Not a great experience.

I went to wasabi twice whilst at a 3 day event at the o2 and though busy we grabbed take away pretty quickly both times. The chicken katsu with rice was a hefty portion for £5 and then a rainbow sushi box for £9 was fresh and filling. I would really recommend wasabi and can't wait to go back!

The place gets very busy, we had pre-booked a table to avoid disappointment. The staff are very attentive and take your order swiftly. Not sure how, or what to select from menu or the conveyor line they are very able and willing to suggest items.

We decided to have something quick before a concert and went to this place, really wished we chose somewhere else.

This unit is part of a chain that serves fresh sushi to eat in or for take away. There are not fine dining sushis. The prices are relatively cheap, and you can add green tea beverages, and a few additional products.

We had a mixture of Sushi and warm food and really enjoyed it. Went here with my cousin who has lots of allergies and the service was great!

Salir del Museo de Historia Nacional, caminar hacia South Kensington Station y dar con Wasabi fue una gratisima experiencia. Oferta variada de sushi a y de comidas calientes. Noodles, sésamo, frisky chicken, pork, salsas múltiples, green beans, bitter sauce etc, sabroso y abundante. Buen precio. Es comida a la pasada. Pero quedas satisfecho y contento. ¿No eso lo que queremos cuando vamos a comer?

Dishes were good, made a change Yo-Sushi, not enough room to sit and chat - it was a case of 'eat and go' think we made of been charges a cheek service charge...! for what..? getting our own dishes...!!!

I went with my friend about two weeks ago to this branch at Hammersmith Broadway and the place was pretty much packed. Me and my friend both got the freshly made everyday mango bubble teas and custard doroyaki as well as the egg nigiri and the prawn tempura pot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although the food itself was quite expensive (about £2 for just one doroyaki).

I do like the sushi there but not the noodles at after hours. You should go there at lunch time when they're fresh. Wasabi is a bit pricey and I don't really miss going there.

Good food, more Varity that YoSushi - like Octopus, Cuttlefish, mackerel. only draw back was all the fly's on one side of the restaurant, flying in your face and that we were charged a service fee for only two people - cheeky -

Fantastic food!! Visited Wasabi a couple of days ago and just fell in love with it. My husband and I always are foodies and we enjoy trying dishes from around the world.. We have always wanted to try sushi but to our disappointment the places we had been previously always had very limited or no veggie options at all. So, we had almost given up our craving to try sushi !! and then we chanced upon Wasabi.. What caught our eye was the first item on the display board had a big "V" sign next to it and that got us hooked and we decided we'd try our luck and find out if they have any vegetarian options.

We ended up popping in here for Sushi - we came in before a few years back and really enjoyed it. I will add that it is a refreshing change from the wall of steak bars that you get at the O2. The menu had a good selection of veggie options, but as it was quiet there was not much to select from the conveyor belt so the variety was sparse. So we ended up ordering most of our dishes from the waiter. The food was very nice, but the Ebi Katsu only had 2 large prawns, and could have done with some more.

Been here plenty of times and visited yesterday for a quick bite. Their hot food is always fresh and tasty. Fantastic service.

Cuttlefish and octopus smelt distinctly unfresh and we refused to pay for them. Poor choice relative to yo sushi. They had very limited creativity in catering for 6 year old. Toilets have been foul for the past 2 visits.

Eaten here twice now when at the O2 Arena. Good choice of hot and cold Asian food. Good value for money and quick service. Adequate seating. When coming to an event a good place to eat.

I'd never been in a Wasabi restaurant before but the waitress was really helpful. My husband had the chicken noodles and I had the chicken curry which were really good. My husband doesn't like rice so asked for curry sauce on his noodles which they did!

We had a delicious meal here before we went to a gig.

The food is not bad, but the kaiten was almost empty and it was sad to watch the same dishes keeping traveling while we were sitting there waiting for something fresh to show up.

Had Lunch with my little son. He loved the sushi. Tempura was ok some parts of the vegatable were used like the end of a paprika which you usually don't use. Food was fresh and tasty.

Visited here with my sister as we are big sushi lovers. I wouldnt recommend this restaraunt chain if you are unfamiliar with sushi as the menu was basic and just had dishes listed no real in depth description. The conveyor had lots of colourful intriguing dishes rotating so you could pick off what looked tasty to eat. This could be a nice surprise or quite hazardous as some dishes you had no clue waht they were and as i have a shellfish allergy this made me slightly hesitant to do so. The dishes are colour coded with corresponding prices like at Yo Suhi, but they lack pictures so sometimes its difficult to recognise which dish is which. When i asked a waitress she unhelpfully said just pick a dish its a suprise what you get. Despite this it was a lovely ambience in the restaraunt and the overall price is fantatsic value for money with plentiful portions on each dish! The takeaway section looked superb with fresh sushi bento boxes-very impressive with a great selection of japanese hot dishes to take away too such as katsu curry! Would visit again but not to sit in, perhaps next time just a takeaway then i know for sure what i am getting :)

Wasabi est une excellente chaîne de sushis et plats chauds d'inspiration asiatique. Certains restaurants ne permettent que d'emporter la nourriture, d'autres ont des tables pour pouvoir manger sur place. Les sushis sont très frais et goûteux, préparés sur place sous le regard des clients, enveloppés individuellement et proposés sur les présentoirs, ce qui permet de faire la propre sélection. C'est un excellent concept que je n'ai jamais retrouvé à l'identique en France jusqu'à présent. De plus, les prix sont très raisonnables (par exemple 1.50€ pour 2 nigiri saumon), contrairement à ceux pratiqués par beaucoup d'enseignes françaises.

Le O2 est un endroit regroupant une salle de concert et de nombreux restaurant à "North Greenwich". Nous avons dîné au WASABI avec nos grands enfants et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Tout était de qualité Makis, Sushis, California, Tempura sans oublier le Saké.

Had an early dinner in Wasabi at the O2 before the Robbie Williams gig.

Perfeito pra quem gosta de comida asiática. O preço é justo e os pratos são de muita qualidade. Eu recomendo.

des sushi pas cher, frais et sans prétention à emporter...que demander de plus ? on les trouve dans les gares ce qui nous change des traditionnels sandwiches avant de sauter dans notre train !

I go to the University nearby this branch therefore I am a regular at Wasabi, mainly due to the lack of quick eats in the area other than Tesco or Subway. I guess it serves its purpose. However, one thing I have constantly said and has become more apparent recently is the rudeness and lack of interest by the staff and lack of variety.

Went here for a quick bite to eat before a concert and it was really fast service. Had the take away chicken katsu curry, not the best I've had but for the price I thought it was really good!

Should one get the timing wrong and fond that there are long queues for the serviced restaurants Wasabi offers a reasonable alternatives.

We visited as part of the C2C music festival. The quality of food was poor, Tempura prawns like over cooked rubber. We also ordered sashimi, three of the smallest pieces of tuna ever seen, hidden in a bowl of green salad, poor poor value. The floor was dirty and the staff sullen. We gave this feedback to a member of staff who just said thanks and shrugged his shoulders. I know the O2 is all about fast food, but this was a sad excuse. I cite Byron the restaurant next door as a prime example of getting it right for the owners to visit and experience.

I ate at this restaurant with family and we all enjoyed it very much. due to our different tastes (and having a few fussy eaters) the restaurant supplied food for all of us which we were able to help ourselves in any normal buffet restaurant.

This is the right place for sushi lovers but prices almost match restaurat prices even though it is take away.

I've been to Wasabi before but I must say this has put me off EVER going back! If it's late and you're closing and your food is not good enough to eat PLEASE DONT SERVE IT! I've been to many dodgy restaurants all over the world but I must say the food I tried to eat here was BAD!

If you go to the O2 arena don´t bother going to this restaurant, we ordered some hot food to take away and we had to came back two minutes later as my partner was choking with a big piece of bone in his terayaki chicken with noodles. They offered to exchange it for any other hot dishes but not for sushi despite the awful incident and the horrible taste in general. We did not finish our meals. what a waste of money and time.

I generally am a lover of this brand, however this store is the worst of visited. I once kicked myself after I got some hot food to take away after looking at the food on display and seeing a thick unappealing crust, still went ahead with it.

As an alternative to the other options at the O2 Wasabi is OK, but not outstanding. The restaurant is cleverly laid out around a 2 tier belt and they squeeze in a surprising number of diners. Unfortunately this means that the belt can sometimes be swamped and choices of plate are then limited until refills arrive. The sushi is priced according to the colour of the plate, there are also items to order from a menu. The sushi lacked flavour and seemed to have rather too much sweet sauce for my liking. The salmon teriyaki was over cooked and dry served on top of a large portion of rice. The green tea I ordered was tepid. The veggie gyoza were the worst I've eaten, greasy and soggy. I would advise sticking to the choices on the belt, these seemed to be much better than the ones we ordered from the menu.

Always love Wasabi, their food is always great (despite me not eating fish) they have a great selection and the different menus are always surprising. This one is obviously abit more expensive than the rest given the location but the food & service was great. Every one of us enjoyed it and i'd be more than happy to go again. I was really impressed with the quality of the food on the night, full of flavour and left you wanting more.The waitress was very nice, attentive but not overly annoying, all in all very good.

So my husband and i revisited Wasabi at the 02 yesterday.When we arrived the que was long but it was a concert day , so we expected it.But before we knew it,we were the next up and the gentle man at the door offered us drinks and sits near the door.Amazing!we were thensited by a lady who smile was ever so warming and she took the time to explain to us how it worked there without even asking.thumbs up,not all waitress go out there way to help but this really made us feel so comfortable.we were so happy with the service we received last night.We have visited this branch a few times and have always had a ok time but yesterday was different as the staff seemed more relaxed ,service was faster,food was nice and hot,waiters were more willing to answer any queries and the atmosphere was calm.It was just so different from what we were use to when we come there .But there a few downfalls/things that need improvement.Toilets,a better uniform for staff as they looked faded and washed out,team leader to be visible in smart tops with badges,variety of drinks,taking reservations ,better card reader eg contact-less and proper cutlery.

This is the first time we have seemed the Wasabi with sit down facility... so we can't resist the temptation to try it out but we were truly disappointed and disgusted with the standard of the food that we've received on the day.

a bit unsure of the kind/quality of sushi that was served here.I asked a young lady to guide me , to my surprise,she seemed unsure herself but called her another lady who introduced herself as the team leader.I made up my mind that i was going but this young lady was full of life and vibrant and took the time to explain to me how wasabi worked and what the sushi was like.More stafff like her need to be hired.She even went as far as recommending some dishes to me,in which i fully enjoyed but came to me a good few minutes later due to the kitchen staff talking a lot. I found this very annoying and i noticed that other people were snapping at staff due to this ,which in my opinion isnt far at all.But to my surprise,a lady who appeared to be a manager started floating around the restaurant almost having a go at staff and i think that is inappropriate as most of the staff look fed up at the sight of this lady.Her dress code was definitely inappropriate for a manager.

Not enough to live, but enough to survive. If you have not enough money to travel, you can easily save some money here.

The food was ok, nothing to get excited about, at this sushi bar. The service was slow, we got our own soy sauce and wasabi from fellow diners after giving up waiting for the waitress. We asked the waitress what the fish was on a particular dish. She didn't know and didn't try to find out.

Three of us had lunch here. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the food great. We ordered some hot dishes as well as taking some of the cold dishes from the conveyor. A great place for some casual eating.

Empty restaurant, hardly any food on belt and the food that was on there did not look fresh. My partners chicken yakitori skewers were cold and it just was not a pleasant experience! Shame because I love Liverpool St Station Wasabi takeaway - always fresh sushi and good service.

Compared to other restaurants, Wasabi is reasonable even if it is not the best. Good for something to bite quickly.

I went with two friends for lunch, one had never had sushi and one was a regular sushi eater. I had heard wasabi was good so wanted to try it. We went at 1245 on a Friday and the place was empty. Plenty of people queued for takeaway but we were the only ones dining the whole time we were there. The place looked clean but all the menus had food on them. Wasabi is not so good for amateur sushi eaters - the explanations of the food are extremely limited, and there is none of the assistance from the staff that you get elsewhere.

I have tried different sushi restaurants but wasabi is one of the best sushi restaurants . The sushi is always fresh .

wasabi i have been to before in other parts of london and i found it ok but the one in the 02 was somewhere i wont go again the food was cold and bland and it was cold in and out of the restaurant.

We went back to Wasabi at the O2 for another concert. The food is still as nice as it was last time with the same extended choice which puts Yo Sushi to shame.

Oh if ONLY we had WASABI in the South of England my life would be perfect ! My daughter and I NEVER come to London without visiting Wasabi opposite Harrods - we were staying at Wembley and STILL went to Knightsbirdge for lunch ! Fantastic assortment of cold dishes to try at VERY reasonable prices plus fantastic portions of hot food again all very tasty and filling. One thing - the store opposite Harrods is quite small and you may have to wait for a table and dart to one as soon as you see if becoming available. Even if you don't think you would like Japanese food you just HAVE to try Wasabi Restaurants - absolutely mouth watering fare and at a very reasonable price. ENJOY !!!!!

Loved this sushi bar. Just like Yo! Sushi but with more choice. You still have the conveyor belt concept which is great so you can just grab what you want when it comes round. we asked for some extra noodles which were fantastic. Best sushi i've ever had, and i've been to a lot! I live in Leeds so went there on a visit to London. Will be back again on my next trip down. The only downside i can think of is if you went in a large group, as it would be quite difficult to get enough room round the conveyor belt. They do have booths you can sit in (would probably fit about 8 at a squeeze), but you would need to keep getting up to get your food.

I love the "Yo" sushis concept so we went to its competitor, Wasabi, before watching a show in the O2.The service was quick-even considering we had to remind one of the waitress for one dish we ordered-the food is nice and fresh and it is cheaper than the competition ;-) Good all round if you look for something light and quick.

If you want a good pre-concert meal without having to wait or sit down for too long then this is a good choice. The portions are of good size, twice as much as Yo Sushi for the same price and the dishes are more appealing and inventive. The wait at the door in busy periods is minimal (10 minutes at worst) because of fast turnover. Overall an excellent option.

I'm used to Yo Sushi, this was different for me. The portions are larger, prices about the same. Chicken Katsu curry had a lot of veg, wasn't expecting that. Don't remember being given a menu. Chicken was quite tough as well. Very small area to sit on. Large selection from their dual conveyors and seemed slightly strange.

We arrived at O2 about 90 minutes before a show thinking we'd have plenty of time for a quick meal. The long queues everywhere soon made us realise this wasn't going to be possible! We came across Wasabi and decided to try the 'take away' service - there are tables outside the main restaurant you can use and we found one. The food is great and excellent value. Two main portions and drinks was £12. We had both a noodle and rice dish and they were of a good standard. Despite being very busy the service was efficient and effective. When we left the other restaurant queues were even bigger so we made a good choice all round.

We called in at this branch of the Wasabi chain after having done the 'walk over theO2'.

Called in here for a late night snack and had the “all you can eat offer”. There were only a few other customers eating and it felt very empty. We ordered a few dishes which were served within 10 minutes, they were not that good. The cold prepared food on the conveyors was better but, since we had arrived late the best stuff had already been consumed. We had a couple of beers which were expensive.
