Food was said to be delivered in an hour but took 2 hours to be delivered. Delivery man was apologising for the delay but took too long. We then found a very long hair in one of the dishes that just put us off our food. Very hard to contact as the numbers were all out of service.

Spent £19 on a takeaway on 16/07/23 and never received it! No telephone numbers work! Can’t speak to anyone about the order! Terrible service, AVOID! There’s loads of other chinese restaurants out there who don’t take your money and not deliver food!

The food was dispatched quickly and perhaps a little too quickly as the quality was poor. The Chow Mein was bland and disgusting. The Chicken Curry was horrible. The chilli and honey, well it was more like chilli and sugar water, the sweet and sour sauce was more sweet and lacked the authentic taste. The Chicken Balls were bland and very greasy. Will not use these again!

I ordered through just eat - the order was accepted quickly enough - yes quick to snatch the money indeed! Order said delivery would be in about an hour do 20:30 food due, at 20:45 I message to say food is late- got apology message and food will be another 40minutes!!! If that wasn't bad enough the food didn't arrive for 21:10 either - still waiting and am very angry- please don't put a flyer through our door if you can't meet expectations!

Food was tasteless, some of the dishes were clearly reheated. Everything was cold on arrival, green peppers were cold and raw (as if they were thrown in as an afterthought). Square cubes of chicken tasted odd and had a rubbery texture. A large black hair was found in one of the dishes (nobody at home has black hair!)Spent over £60 here for a family meal and was sorely disappointed. Not even any free prawn crackers.We’ve gone here for years so felt apt to phone the restaurant to let them know. They denied any wrongdoing and said everything was fresh - not even an apology was offered.Won’t be going back. Avoid.

When you get the wrong order and a late order, don’t expect ANY apologies from the angry woman who works here. When you ring you get an angry woman screaming ‘Go else where!’ Stay away from this place unless you like playing Russian roulette with your order to whether you get what you want when you want or not. The food is not even that good either. My main advise: take your money else where!

I've tried all of the Chinese takeaways in South Wigston and found this is the most consistent.

Nice Chinese until I got hairy chicken wings and also found big black hairs in prawn crackers.. no one has black hair in my house and my dog is ginger.. also forgot my spring rolls which ruined my night..

Just placed a order and got told a hour after a hour and half still no food so tried to ring them 30 times before they finally ansrewed and the women had bad bad attitude on the phone refusing to give us discount and then said well cancel your order then so that’s what we did then she had the cheek to phone back 5 minutes later saying sorry sorry I’m stressed I can have a free bottle of coke how embarrassing this company should not even be open her customers service skills are appalling and disgraceful

Rang to place my order and asked how much and I asked if prawn crackers were included. I was told on orders over £20.00When I jokingly said how much for free prawn crackers I was told in an angry voice with a Chinese accent. “ Go somewhere else” and the phone was slammed down. I tried ringing back to say I was joking and they wouldn’t answer my number. Won’t bother again.

If there was a good rating I would have used it. My Vegetable Satay Chown Mein was very good but the carnivores thought it was good but not very good.

Come here quite often when visiting my friend. I've never reviewed but last night was particularly good and the lady who served us was very nice. Had the chef's special fried rice. Love the BBQ sauce that is on it!

Pedimos la comida en 18. 33 en un sábado por la noche me dijeron una hora, este está bien como siempre aquí. El tiempo es de 20. 35 y todavía no entrega así que voy a cancelar la orden. Llamó y le dijeron que la entrega se había ido hace 20 minutos así que esperamos y aún nada. Servicio muy pobre y me dijeron que lo descuento del 10%. Worst service ever recieved. Told order would be 50 minutes for delivery. 1 hour and 15 minutes later had to call to chase up on order. Recieved very rude response from who i believe was the owner. Shouting down the phone that it is busy. Told the driver had already left. 20 minutes later the order turned up, the food wasn't hot so i wasnt happy to pay full price but understood that the driver had no control over this ( driver very pleasant) got on the phone to the owner who said bring the order back. Gave it back straight the way as they would rather have no money and a wasted 30 pound order than take some discount off. No doubt that will be reheated for the next person. Terrible will never order from this establishment again.

There is a lot of choice in South Wigston for Chinese takeaways, but I find this one to be the best. Nice and tasty food, quick turnaround.

Thai curry was fab. The only issue was i ordered for 7.30 and it arrived at 7.10. My husband wasnt home until 7.30 hense why i ordered for that time, so his was cold.

I ordered the take away for 7.45pm as I would be finished putting my kids to bed by then. It arrived at 7.10pm so by the time I got round to eating it, it was cold!

Took 1 hour and 20 mins to come! Had a Thai curry tasted like water! Absolutely horrible!

Food was great bu having ordered at 19:08 I did not receive my meal until 20:55 and had to complain by phone in order to get it dispatched, and was even told that the driver was not coming this way ... I live a 3 min drive from the take away! Not impressed!

Look I rate this takeaway, so far the food has always been great on every occasion, working shifts I rely on places like this. But the whole point of the app is that, if open, between consumer and supplier, they deliver what you want when you want it. They delivered my order very late nearly an hour. They did apologise when I rang to complain and they delivered fifteen minutes later, having promised to discount the order. I will wait to see if that happens. I've never had a bad meal and will use them again but get the delivery right. If they do discount my order.

After I paid my bill online they arrived with the food 60 mins later (which I didn't mind) but then proceeded to insist on an extra £2 for delivery... Not cool

I put my postcode in and this restaurant came up in the search results. I placed my order and due to a digit missing on my phone number they couldn't get through when they tried to call me to let me know that I would have to pay a further £2 for delivery as I lived over 10 miles away (actually 8.1 miles). This meant that the meal was delayed and it took about 1.5 hours to get here. The food when we did get it was delicious, but with £4 delivery charge it wasn't worth it!

The service was good but I marked it down a little as I requested a receipt under 'notes' and did not get one which I needed to claim this meal as it was a 'thank you' from my employer.

I already paid for delivery online then when they arrived they was asking for an extra two pound for delivery but I refused to pay it because I already paid on Just Eat. They got my order wrong as well as the didn't send the egg fried rice and the curry was cold and the chicken was tough and the rice was dry and hard.

Food wasn't very hot when it arrived. The king prawn balls were not king prawns and tiny! The fried rice was really dry and hard so I am sorry but I won't be ordering again......

Battered chicken balls were undercooked and really floury. Meat in the special fries rice was burnt. Delivery time was quick, but would have preferred them to spend longer time cooking the food.

sadly was awful food. and they forget to deliver one of meals so time it come other things where cold. prawn crackers where stale soup was bland. and mixed grill was little tiny bits of meal and bone noodles ok but beef mushroom wasn't nice either sad as we spent a lot. so wont be using them again.

Everything would of been fine apart from the fact that when it was delivered I was charged £16.00 instead of £14.70.

Delivery took 3 hours! It was another 90 after we rang them up at which point they said it'd be 20 minutes. Would have rather had a refund after an hour than wait.

So disappointed, ordered our food, an hour and 15 minutes later receive a phone call to tell me the food is going to be another half an hour and that I have to pay an extra £2 on top of the original delivery charge as the driver won't deliver the food unless it's paid! Cancelled the order in the end so can't comment on food but service was awful!

Sadly I hate to rate people low but the service was shocking....I ordered just 3 main meals.....only two arrived....I called immediately to tell them and they said sorry we shall send out your meal within 10 minutes...half an hour later I had to call again, to be told sorry we hadn't got your address, even though they had already been here!!....so the other food was cold....my daughter was tired and this was painful...order elsewhere if you can.

I called the Takeaway at 8pm and was told the driver had left "a while ago" and that food would be expected any minute. No apology made. The delivery driver turned up at 8:20pm again no apology. Food was OK just a shame about the lack of prompt delivery.
