Wahaca in Hammersmith and Fulham

The best food experience during our London weekend trip! We asked the waiter and he picked 4 different courses for the two of us. Food was quickly served and the taste was really good, definitely authentic mexican flavors, well in class with good restaurants in USA. Price was reasonable, service was perfect, really worth visiting!

I waited 32 minutes for a burrito, after which I left.

Service here was dreadful. Waited a kong time to place order. Lady who came after us had to call the waiter and tell her we where waiting before. The environment and atmosohere of the restaurant was nice. The food was delicious we tried different varies of snacks. Woukd recommend fir the foid but wouldn't go back again myself tbh.

Wahaca Westfield was amazing. We were hungry after a long day of shopping and wanted some quick, tasty food - Ernest took our order within minutes of us taking a seat, and got everything lightning fast! He also brought some amazing hot sauce with him, and with the extra sauce every single dish we ordered was delicious! My favorites were the mushroom tacos and quesadilla, and the special for the day, a MASSIVE tetela full of yummy veg and greens. Also, the hot chocolate has just a hint of spice and I would recommend it to everyone and their mums.

Went on recommendation. Booked as knew it would be busy but not impressed that we seemed to have to queue with people who had not to get seated. We had the street food (3 each but 2 would have been enough). We are both meat eaters but enjoyed the veg ones more. The meat was greasy and bot to out taste.

I recently dined here and I would love to go back!! The food was so good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nachos were amazing and the chorizo quesadilla was delicious! I recommend!!!

The food was amazing. Shana served us during our visit here, her energy was so positive - she was super attentive, warm, and made our stay memorable.

Taste stood out and the atmosphere was vibing bubbly. We just popped in at 2045 and they found us a table and there was no rush to finish till 2300. Lot of vegetarian options and the Waiter Ernest was really happy to suggest various options.

If there was 10 I would choose it. The beef tacos sauce was like an avalanche from how juicy the beef is. Best taco I’ve ever had.

After passing by several Wahacas, I decided to give it a try. 3 weeks ago, after I finished checking out the stores in Westfield London, I went to Wahaca for dinner. I had the Beef Gringa Tacos and Strawberry & Mint Cooler. For dessert, I had the churros with the dulce de leche caramel sauce. They do provide tap water. The beef tacos were savory and full of flavor. The salsa fresca on the tacos adds more to the tacos. The beverage was refreshing. The churros were crispy and hot and eating them with the sauce was amazing. Overall, the food and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Good for eating solo or with family, co-workers, or group of friends.

Good food, great service and very cozy atmosphere. It was our first time in Wahaca, wasn’t sure what to expect, but when the food started coming one after another, each items were delicious. If you are in westfield and unsure where you wanna go garb good, give this place a shot.

Respecto al precio, acorde a una ciudad tan cara como es Londres Escribo para agradecer el servicio fundamentalmente.

Great food, although the service to get the bill was rather slow even if the place was empty.

Have been to Wahaca's many times and will say my visit today was the best. We shared the Classic sharing set menu and then a couple of extra dishes. Every one was delicious. Service was perfect and our server Ernest was amazing and gave perfect cocktail recommendations. Thanks to Ernest for making our evening so memorable and making us feel so welcome.

Went on a tuesday night and had Sara as a server who was a delight and very helpful in explaining the menu to us. Gave us a great recommendation to have the guacamole and glad we didn't miss it!

Great nachos. I had the pork taco, which was good, just a little bit too much grease. The soda drinks they do are amazing. I had a pomegranate one.

Everything about this place was pretty average, had to ask 3 times for a glass before we finally got one, the food was ok but quite overpriced I would say.

This place is a beautiful, warm, friendly service . The decorated was amazing, but the food was not too much and expensive for the things we ordered . Thanks for them, even if I'm not like the price for the food.

One of the original branches that consistently knocks out quality Wahaca fare. Always perfect guacamole, big rich flavours like the roasted serrano allioli and buttermilk fried Cauliflower.

Food still good but standards not what they used to be. The picante Margherita were too spicy, beef enchilada not great and churros arrived cold. Front desk staff were also a bit surly. Wahaca, you need to get your standards back to where they used to be!

While traveling in London, I had the pleasure of dining at Wahaca, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. My server went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations. The cuisine at Wahaca is truly outstanding. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the mouthwatering tacos to the flavorful guacamole, every bite was a delight. Highly recommend!!

Nice atmosphere and amazing food similar to Wahaca in Brighton. It was a little bit tricky to get attention of our waiter even though we visited during quite period. Service charge was added to our bill automatically which I find cheeky for just 2 people ( not a big group ) but maybe that's London??

Was many empty seats however even after setting up kept us waiting 30 mins. This was after telling us would be 2 mins. I pointed out all the empty set up tables and the waiter was incredibly rude and deliberately made us keep waiting so we left. We moved to Bills where we were greeted with a smile and immediately seated!! Never again!

Great food, very accommodating and have plenty of Vegan options, service could be improved as it did take some time to get the attention of staff sometimes, even if when were right in front of the food area. Were made to sit right near the entrance door even though there was plenty of space further in, and we had group of 8. Would visit again, but would request better seating arrangements.

Such a bad experience. It was my first time trying the restaurant for my mum’s birthday. From the person who gave us the table to the waiter they were all extremely brief and rude. I mentioned to the waiter that it’s our first time eating there and didn’t get much support. Also instead of mains I was served with starters although I ordered mains with sides! Never again….

Definitely one of my favourite places to eat while I am shopping at Westfield. Sometimes I just think about their delicious gluten-free food randomly during the day. Iris has been my waiter most of the times I went and she is always super helpful!

It’s one of the best Mexican restaurants we have visited. The food was delicious. The drinks were prepared so well. Everyone has their heart in pleasing customers with good food and excellent service. Mr Carlos was specially extremely friendly, hospitable and very helpful in selecting the right items.

The food was awesome. We had Guacomole with Nachos, Buttermilk Chicken Tacos, Battered Fish Tacos & crispy cauliflower bites... Each and every dish was very tasty. Mr Carlos and Mr Emanuelle were very friendly and helpful in selecting the dishes and overall hospitality. A place worth visiting 👌👍

Evening meal after a day in London. Had high expectations but these were not met. I expected authentic Mexican food but it’s the same stuff as other mainstream Mexican restaurants. Quesadillas 1 portion of one wrap folded over for £6.75 were not worth the price. Food was slightly spicy. We got given a courtesy free quesadillas for my daughter’s taco meal coming late. They charge 12.5% for service, which got added to the bill. Only realised after I saw the bill it was added. For the 6 of us the price came to £76.61 including service charge. We probably won’t go back.

The food was very good and reasonable price. Fresh ingredients and good combinations. We were served by Veronica who was absolutely incredible and very attentive throughout, and although one of our bean and cheese quesadilla was late, she was generous enough to offer us a dessert to apologise. We had a wonderful experience.

Such a vibrant menu with vegan and non vegan options. An easy payment method where you can split the bill without getting up, an introverts dream!!

The vegan nachos were good but the rest of our food (mushroom tacos, vegan chicken, and mushroom quesadillas) was completely tasteless and overpriced. There were also three tiny dead snails on my lettuce, which grossed me out (especially as a vegan) - I couldn't actually finish my meal. Won't be coming back, ever.

Wahaca serves the finest tacos I've ever tasted, offering an authentic Mexican dining experience. The pricing is reasonable, especially for its location in Westfield.

I put 2 stars instead of 1 only because my visit last year was pleasant, staff 1 year ago were nice and they had many veggie options, however yesterday I came with my daughter who was looking forward to trying Mexican food for the first time, but we left after 30 min as nobody came to take our order. In first place, the manger was unwelcoming and when I complained he seemed to be unbothered, and he did not apologise. Guests who came after us have been brought water and have been served before us, after 5 min they sat at the table. Very sad as this supposed to be a special meal with my daughter, and this experience has spoiled our day.

We would strongly recommend this place if you have trained your pallet for spicy delicacies and are happy to wait a bit to be seated. We were served by lovely Veronica who had a talent for multi tasking of serving food , preparing tables, advising customers and dealing with anything the customers are not fully satisfied with. Food tastes fresh and aromatic. The prices are affordable even for students. So definitely pay a visit to this place on your next visit to Westfield !

The worst waiters in the world , i Didn't feel welcome , he is mad at me with no reason , i think just because i order a drink , I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and the waiters are very bad

We had a good time and enjoy very much our foods for our last week friends gathering in wahacca. Good food tasty and good quality We have ordered tacos, nachos, salad, bites and burritos 🌯 with drinks of course. They food always delicious and good control. Newly they have chicken wings too. Have eaten at this location many times, and food wise I always think the food at Westfield is better than other locations. Has a vegan and GF menu (though GF can be for low GF diet and those who cannot eat gluten at all, so please check the menu). The food was lovely- we all enjoyed our food which included small dishes and enchiladas. The service was good. I will be returning.

Westfields shepherds bush Wahaca has a nice location with outdoor seating. However not so welcoming there. We were ignored by two staff members though they had attended to the couple next to us. Despite trying to catch their eye for a menu they seemed to be unaware and not taking much notice as they really should have been. Eventually.. Food and drinks were nice if a little overpriced. We were told when we got our drinks and food, to use the qr code at the table, to pay. Got the impression the waiting and serving staff wanted the minimum of communication and contact with customers Not very friendly there

If you want outstanding service, this is the place for you. Our waitress was one of the most attentive and caring servers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had a small dog with our group of four and we quickly had some tables outside put together by our server to better accommodate us. Now to the food. Simply put, it was delicious! Crab tostadas, levelled up burritos, and nachos to share. All fresh, tastey and in my opinion very reasonably priced. Scanning a qr code that's on your table allows groups to effortlessly individually pay. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing. Delicious food, my favourite wahaca so far, every dish was very well prepared. The service was also very good, nice atmosphere as this restaurant receives a lot of natural lighting.

Horrible service at White City. I have emailed feedback and tried to speak to manager. She hung up on me. The other manager kept putting me on hold. Didn't want to listen or help. The cctv and recording is proof. The server walked past me and ignored me when I said excuse me. I even waved my hand to get their attention. It wasn't busy. My food was cold when waiting for the sauces and salt pepper. We spent alot too. I rather have gone somewhere else where they would look after you.

Satisfactory food, better than most restaurants (if not all) in the vicinity with price and taste balance. Easy and well service, not too much time spent. 1 thing missing was the beef bowl, so I had the pork. It was delicious, no complaints, but my friend had to have a burrito cause there was no bowl.

Poor service. You pay by qr code. They demand your address. I am not sure how to enter a reply to the response of Team White City so I am adding to the original review. We did not know that paying by QR code was optional. The waitress told us to pay this way. She also talked fast, in an accent and quietly so we struggled to hear all that she said. She scribbled on our menu but we did not know why. We wanted all the food together but she did not respond to this request to say either yes or no. The food all came separately. The good news is that the tenderstem broccoli was the best combination of tender and firm I have ever tasted. I wish I knew how you did it.
