Far far too long a wait for a collection. The meal itself carried next to no flavour in the noodles.

Food needed more flavour, very bland. First experience, so maybe try again.

Not great, the service from the start was very odd and my partner was told to hold a stack of drinks menus while they looked for a table. The service didn't improve. We were told that there would be a difference in the times the meals were brought out. This time difference was half an hour, this was very awkward because my partner had finished his meal before mine had arrived and he felt bad. At the end I went to the toilet where I saw a member of staff come out of a cubicle without washing their hands, this was very concerning.

We had a beautiful meal in Wagamama on Monday 4th March. The restaurant and it's facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have eaten in other Wagamama's but this one was certainly outstanding and we will definitely return on our next visit to Glasgow

Never coming here again!!! I personally love Japanese cuisines, but the ramen I’ve got here is the worst that I’ve ever had. Literally the blandest dish - I ordered the chilli chicken ramen (supposed to be quite good and spicy) just Incase the other ramens were bland, but this, it was awful. The ramen had absolutely no spices, tastes sweet (?) and has nothing that makes it look like a ramen.. it’s basically noodle soup with chopped vegetables on the side. This wasnt Japanese at all! The service wasn’t the best either, was asked for drinks after waiting for a good 15 minutes and it took them a further 10 mins at least to get a glass of water. A huge restaurant like this does not even have room temperature drinks. Nobody came to take our food order at all until after 30 minutes of waiting when we had to go and call someone to do so, and the waitress was standoffish as well. The food itself took a good 30 minutes to be served, more for my friend. Absolutely worst service and food, never coming here again.

Usually love this place this time however my steak came RAW We were both served food at different times as we went out to enjoy a meal together as a couple we wernt impressed by this at all by the time my good came he had finished his

I’ve never been to a Wagamama before and wanted to take my daughters out for a treat. We were seated quickly and greeted by a very positive polite waiter called Xander who was very helpful and good at keeping in touch with us throughout. I had a lovely experience and we will probably be back.

The beef teriyaki was very tasty and so was the katsu curry! Good size portions but the bao buns could have had a bit more filling.

Popped in here for a very quick bite. Food came out ever so swiftly and was up to the usual Wags standard. Service and atmosphere were both decent.

This was some of the worst service I've ever had in my life I ordered a water and chicken teriyaki donburi, the water came out right on time (which isn't hard) but I was waiting 40 minutes for my food and then when it did come the chicken was raw How anyone could have the gall to make someone wait 40 minutes to serve raw food is beyond me While waiting I was watching a show on my phone as I was dining alone, I believe that due to doing this my server Amy ignored me. I didn't make a fuss about the wait time and my plan was to finish my show then bring up the time, 35 minutes after ordering Amy came and said it would be another 5 mins When I questioned my food which was raw a supervisor came over, and explained that the order initially didn't go through on the system and asked if Amy has explained this to me, she said yes but that was a lie as she only ever spoke to me after ordering about the 5 minutes left. I was offered to order something else as substitute and the initial dish would be taken off my bill, but I didn't want to have to wait another 40 mins for raw food Do yourselves a favour and go to one of the many other Japanese restaurants that are in the city centre I know I will be in the future This has destroyed all trust in the establishment and I will never ever eat at any wagamama again

Food was hot, tasty and flavour rich. The manager was exceptional and helpful with our allergic son and his order. Did go at peak time so quute noisy, not a date nite time to eat but we've been out with peak and it would be fine.

I love Wagamama’s, it is in a convenient location in the city centre, inside decor and seating is perfect bench type stalls, lighting is great, easy to read menus, staff are really friendly and informative & the food and drinks are always delicious and excellent value for money. This is is a must for people who love to eat out

Love wagamamas, got the best food, always such friendly and helpful staff. I came in half an hour from closing to order some takeaway and they were so respectful! Isnt my first time here, wont be my last. Big fan!

Awful never never again.. arrogant service.I went out after 45 minutes without food and they made me pay the service. Never never again. I asked to check my order a awful woman stopped her colleague. Plus the menu is not terrible there are only carbs in the options

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night and was warned before being seated that there would be at least a 30 minute wait for food as the kitchen was so busy. This was much appreciated as it would have given us the option to eat somewhere else if we had been in a rush. Our server was the lovely Sam who was so attentive and friendly even during what i'm sure could have been a very stressful dinner service. Sam went above and beyond checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed! This was a much more personal experience than can usually be expected from dining at a chain. Would definitely return :)

We came in for dinner this evening , we are greeted by Patrick , our friends son is Aurtistic and without mentioning anything , patrick was so Accommodating and helpful , he gave us a quiet table , reduced the volume of music , it’s very rare to find great service these days but having great staff like Patrick makes the customer visit again and again . WAGAMAMA you are very lucky to have great ppl like him in your team . Never loose him or we will hier him straight away .

Ordered a takeaway chicken katsu and I’m really sorry but it was the worst I’ve ever had. Chicken is hard and/or chewy in some parts, rice is stodgy and the sauce completely lacked any flavour.

Always reliable. The food is consistently good. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was a bit noisy, but that's to be expected.

First time at Wagamama's (tend to avoid chains). Was impressed by the quality of the food served. The noodles were lacking a bit of flavour but edible, the squid and bao buns were unexpectedly good. Staff were really friendly and service was quick!

Honestly, low quality food that you could easily cook yourself, but for ridiculous prices. Busy and crowded place. Vegans, be advised to go somewhere else.

Our server amando was really helpful in picking out food for my mum, who doesn't like spice and even gave her prawns on him, so that was very kind of him also was very persuasive when it came to pudding 😂 and the pudding was very nice so all in all 100% would recommend here also there was another server but we didn't catch his name but he was also nice and helpful.

Strange service approach. Offered 2/3 of our group a choice of drink but not the third, we had to alert the staff twice over about this. We were also told that they didn’t have three of their juice drinks before they u-turned and informed us that in fact the options were available.

The food is OK but is expensive for what it is. The service is friendly but had to send a dish back because it was cold, it waited at the pass for over 5 minutes, that's not how a restaurant like this should work. Won't be back.

As always Wagamama is a great choice for delicious healthy food. We had this delivered while staying in Glasgow and would certainly recommend it. Great Burberry store. Handy location amongst other high end tashion shops. Very helpful staff who don’t rush you and are happy to spend a lot of time with you. Also ganz einfach: Geht bloß nicht dahin, wenn ihr eine Ramen essen wollt und spart euch das Geld. Hipper lauter laden, hat aber mit japanischem überhaupt nichts mehr zu tun. Wir waren zu zweit und meine „Suppe“ wurde 10 min später gebracht. Die goyza waren iwie steinhart und hatten noch Abdrücke von der Verpackung.(wie schafft man das?) und die Nudeln total mehlig.Der Pino Grigio war gut, den mussten die aber auch nicht selber machen.

It was my first time here but the food had not flavour, I don’t know if the quality of the food or it is my taste just doesn’t match that kind of food. I won’t be back

Amazing! Staff were friendly, attentive and made sure to ask about allergies. Food was delicious. Tried their vegan 'squid' for the first time and I'll definitely have again, was very tasty and super crispy, great dunking in the dipping sauce provided. Love that when you eat at waggamammas you know you are getting fresh food, cooked to order, that doesn't sit heavy in your stomach. So you feel great and fully satisfied.

Really enjoyed the food, really well sized portions of food for the prize and great taste, friendly environment, yet, when my drink arrived, a fly had come with it and taken a bath in it.

What an amazing place to eat, second time here and just as good as the last staff were very friendly and polite. we had the katsu curry and the chicken ramin, super tasty.. highly recommended. Definitely be back.

Been here multiple times and the food was always very good. Not a big fan of the seating though and the staff makes you feel a bit rushed, as if they want you to eat quickly so that new people could take your spot. Overall, the food is really nice! Would recommend the curry and giyoza starters :)

We had a fantastic meal just before Christmas and our waitress Joanne Szuta was really helpful and lovely, which considering it was busy was very much appreciated. We will be back thanks to her and the yummy food. Have recommended this restaurant to all my colleagues, family and friends.

Always guaranteed a seat and a delicious meal at Wagamamas. But this one was especially fabulous. Really great staff, top notch management and super friendly. Coeliacs are well looked after with a separate menu and the head chef cooking all the dishes. Kids love it too!

We eat here very very regularly. Great with kids, amazing choice, a bit of a higher price than other places but we are happy as we love the food

OK, this pains me to write as, I have been coming to Wagamamas since they opened their very first flagship. I am a long time customer and have never had a bad meal. But boy oh boy today's meal was not acceptable at all. I would like to point out however that the FOH team, and our server was an absolute star and he alone deserves a five star rating. So the food. We ordered the wok fried veg, which was broccoli and pak choi. Conpletely over cooked, and soaking wet on the plate. The yakitori was nice. The edammme beans, the usual can't go wrong. Next we ordered the tempeh salad, and the tempeh was overcooked and the salad leafs were wilted and blackened as they were clearly out of date. Not good at all. the salad was thrown onto the plate with no care. I also ordered the raisukaree curry with tofu. The tofu was completely overcooked. The rice wasn't even cooked properly. Overall extremely disappointed, judging by the pass and chefs sections in the kitchen I'm not really surprised. Maybe I'm just used to a london standard for wagamamas as this shocking, and honestly it wasnt even busy...yes i can say that...im a chef and have worked far busier with a smaller team. That kitchen team needs to pull their socks up and the head chef or sous really needs to start checking the quality of the food leaving the pass. I wouldnt recommend unless they can get a team of chefs in who care or can cook. But seeing as the majority of the menu comes in pretty much done from a central kitchen it's amazing a simple task like cooking rice properly wasnt executed. If the whole menu was cooked from scratch inhouse I'd be sympathetic but we all know its not..so..yeah.

Got it delivered on deliveroo. Food was inedible. The gyoza had a kind of spam meat in it and the ramen had a horrible aftertaste. There is many better places selling japanese food in glasgow.

This place used to be better, the noodles in the chicken ramen were undercooke in texture. The pad Thai had too many spring onions, in some point I got sick of them also It only had 4 prawns, 2 pieces of chicken thighs and no peanuts on it for the price you pay Wasn't worth the price. Lemonade made with no natural limes. Just the service was good.

Service was fast, food was brought out in the usual style of, "as it's ready". Food was delicious, and the extras were all brought out toot sweet. Love the ability to split the bill using the app and deal with paying when you're ready.

A good and easy place to eat! Food is always decent however the restaurant is always very busy. Because of this it can be a bit hard to hold a conversation here. Apart from that, the food is always of good quality and served quickly.

Got an order worth £130 between 7 of us and I had the chicken Ramen then there was metal in it? Food was nice other than that. Just off the phone with the branch manager Dominic and I was offered a £50 Wagamama voucher? Why would I want that. What a joke. I’m not using it first and last time using Wagamamas. Any of the Glasgow branches.

We got seated pretty fast, and our wait staff, whilst new, and quite good with our orders and offering suggestions. Food was made quickly and was quite tasty

The experience was great. The meal prep time and the food is lovely. The toilets was not bad either.

Went there a couple times, never left disappointed. Very good food, served pretty quick. I have one thing to complain about - staff writes on sheets of thin paper placed on your table with a red sharpie. I guess because the sharpie gets through or sometimes they miss there’s markings all over the table, which makes the place look dirty and unhygienic… That doesn’t increase your appetite. Also, food comes at different times: you WILL be waiting for your food while watching someone eat theirs and vice versa. You can say it has a “bar” atmosphere, but the prices aren’t very “bar”-ish.

Sin duda uno de mis lugares favoritos en Glasgow. La primera vez que comí ramen en toda mi vida fué allí y me encantó. El ambiente y ubicación del lugar es genial. Siempre que vaya volveré a recordar viejos tiempos de cuando vivía allí.
