Had a great time, we had a sever called Rhys, one of the best most pleasant severs I’ve ever had. Super friendly and accommodating.

Lovely food as always but the stand out best part of the meal was our waiter Lucas. So friendly and lovely thank you for making our evening! a true gem to your business.

It's Waga's what more is there to say, great food , good prices friendly staff. There a vey short queue when we arrived on Sat but by the time we left there was queue of about 10 people deep.

I went here for lunch without a reservation with a friend. This wasn’t a problem and we were seated at a table and two servers tended to us. Our drinks arrived quickly, our food came out at different times but my friend told me that’s how it works at Wagamama (this was my first experience). The chicken ramen was absolutely delicious, and I was pleased to see I could use a knife and fork because I wouldn’t have got any food in my mouth with the chopsticks! Once we had eaten our meal, it took a long time to get any server’s attention. We had wanted to look at the pudding menu but three members of staff were eating at the staff table on their break and the only server left was rushed off his feet and didn’t look around to see us. We got fed up of waiting, and got up to go and settle the bill without puddings. Would’ve rated it 5* if the service was quicker.

Today I try out new stores as always. I didn't see many customers outside the door, but I saw some Japanese dishes and decided to give it a try. I didn't expect to be able to eat such delicious Japanese food in the UK at a reasonable price. The environment in the store is very clean and the service attitude of the store clerk is also very good. Maybe today I came alone at 2:30, so the clerk was happy to chat with me, but in any case, my experience so far has been very good. I hope to have more customers in the future because I don’t want this place to close down and never be able to taste it.

We have visited many Wagamama in Milton Keynes and around the country. In this instance I thought I'd make a point of leaving a review for this branch because of the service and ambiance. You'd be surprised that not all branches follow Wagamama's formula when cooking I think. Some restaurants' meals can be quite bland and lack flavour especially at peak times. In this instance, I think someone was over zealous with the chilli. For this reason my daughter was slowly picking at her meal. I thought what a waste as Wagamama is a favourite for her. My meal was tasty. The service provided by our server Neve was lovely and on the ball. Walking by she observed that my daughter was not enjoying her meal. Neve promptly sorted tbe matter. Being a customer focused restaurant we were offered the meal to take home. I had the leftover and my goodness my mouth was on FIRE!! Poor child! Nebe being thoughtful and energetic on the day added to our eating experience as we had travelled over an hour from our usual haunts to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Besides this blip, I still will give this branch a five star. The atmosphere was lovely and not busy at the time we visited. We dined after watching a 15:50pm movie. There was ample parking available at the time we went. I would definitely recommend Wagamama Xscape.

Wonderful fast quality food with attentive staff

I found the dishes were disappointing. Firecracker chicken had very little chicken and the veg hadn't been chopped up very well! Katsu curry lacked taste. Took far too long to take our drinks orders, and when they brought the drinks they only brought half of them, with the rest coming in a 2nd batch (only 6 drinks!) Food got to us faster than some of our drinks. Dishes are over priced (edame beans especially) and drinks way too high a mark up. Wagamamas wants to be seen as "fast & friendly" with regard to everything except their prices!

Always enjoy eating here. Food is very good but alas it’s just very expensive for ramen, the cheapest of all the cheaps. I would visit more than twice a year if it was just a touch cheaper but £75 for 3 meals and 3 cokes is for special events only.

Wagamama xscape review Wagamama has become a go-to spot for me, having visited a couple of times with friends and family. Initially introduced to their fantastic starters by a friend, my last visit truly stood out due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The saying is true – great staff makes a great experience. On this particular occasion, my son was in the mood for noodles, so we headed to Wagamama, even though it's not typically at the top of my list. That day, we were fortunate to have Tony serving our table. His kindness and friendliness added a special touch to our dining experience. When we placed our order, Tony pleasantly surprised us by stating that the boys' noodles were on him. Despite my attempts to pay, he refused and continued to provide exceptional, joy-filled service throughout our meal. Tony's upbeat and active approach to his job truly made a difference. Aside from the service, Wagamama's cauliflower starter and other appetizers are a delight. The fresh juices complement the meal perfectly. However, I must note that for those who prefer bold flavors and aren't fans of low-salt and flavours options, the main course might not be the highlight. In summary, Wagamama is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. The staff, especially individuals like Tony, elevate the dining experience. Don't miss out on their fresh juices – they're a refreshing addition to your meal.

First of all, I really like Wagamamas and I have been to several different locations over the years, today might be the best I have ever had! It was busy but that did not affect the service or the food. Really well done to the kitchen….I sometimes find that Wagamamas food, whilst always fresh, is sometimes not quite cooked enough, you need that little bit of char from the hot plate to make the noodles sing, they got it spot on today, we were a party of 4 and every dish was great 👍

Good food, Lucas was very good and helpful. We showed up with a big group and he took it in his stride. Great service.

GREAT SERVICE FROM TONY… Dropped in with a colleague today for lunch and really enjoyed the food and the service. Had a small blip with my order but really wasn’t a big deal so just left it but the razor sharp attention of server Tony spotted it, corrected it and removed it from the bill. A little bit of noise because of full house. Food is reasonable hot enough for such busy kitchen.

It was loud and busy when I visited. The ramen was good, but my order got a bit mixed up. I asked to remove the spicy oil, but still add the kimchi despite it being spicy. What I got was the opposite - the spicy oil seemed to be there, but the kimchi was missing. The taste was still good, but I can't help but feel a bit disappointed, since I was excited to try kimchi

Rhys has been brilliant. Very knowledgable and helpful. He made us feel at home. I gave Rhys the job of recommending something for me to eat and he was spot on.

Definitely something went wrong tonight with the staff. I only assume they were new so some allowance made. The chicken katso we ordered was missing the pickled veg, when we asked our server we were told the menu had changed which we excepted until the person on the next table ordered it and it came with the veg. It took 2 request for spoons and 3 server to get one green tea. We also asked for some water but were told by our server that we had to purchase a bottle of water ( we had all bought drinks so weren’t trying to be cheapskates) . Also one of the server was wearing leather dangling bracelets which dragged across plates, so they might need to remove the curry sauce from the tassels.

Unfortunately we were seated, given a drink and ignored by all staff for 30 minutes. Ended up walking out. Guy who was our server cleaned every table around us, took a personal phone call next to us and still refused to make eye contact with us to start an order. Rest of the staff didn't notice or come over/close enough for us to ask for service.

We have come here a couple of times. The food is always amazing service fast and speedy. Nico and Kat have been absolutely amazing looking after us. The whole team are freindly and never disappoint. My son loved practicing his chop sticks skills for his special treat dinner. Thank you everybody for making our day 😊

The food was really well prepared and cooked to a high standard but the service really let the place down - one of our servers was grumpy and didn't engage, the others were not very engaging either and were just going through the motions. A great shame - staff need to smile and go the extra mile - this shift need retraining.

I went here with work friends and it was so good! Food was delicious, atmosphere was great, staff were amazing and the place was clean. I had chilli squid, shirodashi pork belly ramen and dough-chi for dessert and they were all so delicious. Cost less than £35 including a large drink and an additional side. I cannot wait to go back!

Came here with my partner a few weeks ago and it was a good experience. Food was nice however there was no ramen or noodles available due to broken kitchen equipment however the food was still enjoyable. Lovely service from Tony.

Gyozas didn't turn up. Nightmare getting the waiting staff's attention. Waiter forgot to mention there was no ramen available until we were ready to order. Poor service in general and not the usual wagamamas standard.

Awesome service, my lads walked in with Anime T-Shirts, our Server acknowledged them from the start and they were chatting all things dragons and noodles! Food top drawer, defo the best Wagamama we have been to.

Reliable old wagas. Would be 5 stars but I'm the last few years the food quality has dropped a wee bit.

Great set up. There's a bit of a queue to get in, but it moves pretty fast. The service is fantastic: you're offered green tea while ypu wait, friendly, efficient, attentive and poite staff. Nice menu and the food looks and smells good. However, not very tasty. We were a party of 4 and we all ordered something different, and all 4 dishes were tasteless. The chef/ kitchen needs to work on that.

Very busy but understandable on a saturday evening, I've always loved wagamama, I get the same thing everytime, Kare Busuro ramen. I know that dish to a T. There was not enough greens, a table spoon of mushrooms little to know grated carrot and very few noodles. There was also no garnish in the soy sauce blend for the gyoza. I've been to this particular one before and it's been as normal however this time I was abit disappointed. The server was friendly and rushed off his feet bless him.

My son and I love a good Waga's. Even when it's busy you don't ever wait for too long... Service is usually pretty good, only had 2 worse experiences where wrong food was brought out and once an order never arrived....but the manager came over in both situs and discounted them off the menu for us without me even asking, so great customer service. Things aren't always 100% that's life. That aside, I can always recommend wagas and my son and I will continue to go back. The ramen's are my favourites, and the edamame beans with chilli salt are delicious. The power juices they do taste great - personal tip, get a glass of ice separate to the juice and add your juice to it, keeps it so fresh and cool tasting. This wagas is great, location is brilliant for an afternoon out. See you guys in a few weeks for sure..

Were told that they no longer offer actual chicken or rib ramen, a soya protein has replaced it. Shame. So we left and went to Akasaka instead.

Speedy service, good food. Good price. Diamond was our server, she kept it short and sweet which I liked personally. She was very polite and kept us happy.

We were staying in Milton Keynes for one night and looking for somewhere to eat, I’d heard the hype about Wagamamas but never been myself, so this was my first time. The restaurant was very quiet, but looked nice and staff were very friendly and welcoming. To drink we had cherry blossom lemonade, which I LOVED. It was unlike anything I’d ever had before, it was sweet and refreshing and you could definitely taste the cherry. To eat we both had Katsu Curry. I decided to pay the extra 30p to make mine hot, however I think it was a bit too hot for me! A slightly less spicy heat would have been preferable but it was still a great meal. Great portion sizes and food tasted very fresh and was really good. Overall I would definitely return and left the restaurant happy and satisfied.

I popped in to eat here with a friend as a spur of the moment thing. We were feeling a little hungry and happened to be passing by. Wagamama’s is a favourite of ours so it made sense. We stuck with our favourite Katsu Curry and ordered some sides to go with it. The Katsu came out in standard time which was fine but the sides took around 30 minutes after. We had to remind them about our sides twice and had long finished the mains before the sides even arrived. That was a bit of a shame as our server was really nice and we went later in the evening when it was quieter so can’t fathom why the kitchen would be this backed up or the sides so delayed. The food was good so that was the main thing but the wait and having to chase the sides was quite a downer. Still recommend the brand though.

As with all Wagamama's the food is excellent and cooked to order. Great selection of drinks. Their katsu curry is one of the best.

Really slow service waiting in the queue. The first time, we had to wait for over 30 minutes. We gave up 2nd time waiting in the queue. Stay clear of this restaurant!

We came to Wagamama for my birthday , and it was amazing ! Fresh food good size portions . All in all we were very impressed with the service we had all very friendly and efficient . even Manager made an effort to engage with the children . 10/10

I love me a Wagamama. I go to different ones all the however this one just stands out! I had the ginger chicken udon, Tama Squid and Vegetable gyoza. Food came out pretty much all together and nice and hot (considering how busy it was)....

Food was bad - the rice was undercooked and hard, yasai katsu was overcooked to the point where I was just eating fried breadcrumbs, and the tofu was just bad. Service was good.

One of my favourite wagamamas to go to, we have had Kat serve us a few times and she is the best! Always make the experience more personal and makes sure that my order is thoroughly checked through as I have an allergy! The staff are excellent and the food is amazing! Would reccomend coming here to anyone.

Amazing! Food is always great and service is fast. Our waiter Chris was the perfect example of professional and friendly. He seemed to be in charge of the whole restaurant and he did amazingly! Extremely attentive and honest throughout.

Service was dreadfully slow, they forgot to make one of our meals leaving one member of our group sitting there with nothing. It eventually arrived after 15mins, they did at least take their meal off the bill. This didn't seem uncommon in the restaurant, the party next to us also had someone without a plate for a significant amount of time. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced.

Amazing service made my Birthday meal very special! We had huge allergies and all were taken 5* serious thank you so much! We eat at Wagamumma often and this was by far the best yet.

The store was quite quiet when we arrived. Took us 15 mins to be seated and staff didn’t acknowledge we were there. When we got seated the order was taken quickly, 30 mins waiting for the first meal to arrive then 10 mins for the second; I waited for over an hour for my meal to arrive. My whole family had eaten and were ready to leave. The food arrived as we were leaving getting ready to leave and I sent it back. Awful service, staff faffed about instead of serving customers. The head chef was wandering about outside the kitchen instead of getting food on the tables. Avoid this restaurant, just wait a few more minutes in the queue in CMK, they have much better service.

Worst Wagamama ever. The service is awful and the food is not as good as other Wagamama restaurants. I’m disappointed with this place.

Poor service, utensils chucked on the table. Plates being served across me while I’m eating ( instead of serving from behind). Everything was an effort for the staff and not one of them looked happy to be working there! Not a nice feeling for us...

I've been to many Wagamama's this was the worst experience. Service was extremely slow and almost non existent. We had to wait at least 15 mins to even order drinks and then came the long wait for a manager to take the order given we had an allergy on our table. Understand and appreciate the care they go through with allergies but any other waiter just seemed frightened to take starters order for others on the table without an allergy as the person with allergy didn't want a starter. Eventually the meals were ordered and everyone other than the person with allergy received their food. I understand a manager makes this, however we were not informed at the beginning of how short staff the restaurant was. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere for dinner. Receiving your meal when almost everyone else on the table is finished is unacceptable. When we spoke to the manager they did take this off the bill so thank you for that. I would not return to Wagamama in Xscape again and wouldn't recommend to anyone either.

As ever, food was excellent. However in line with other reviews the service was extremely poor. Waited ages, had to keep asking to be served. Plenty of staff but not interested in the customers

Meals were very tasty and staff friendly enough. The chilli squid was especially good. The only issue we had was that every second item on the menu seemed to be out of stock! I don’t think that anyone in our group of 7 was able to get all they asked for - would expect better from a large chain like Wagamama
