Wagamama in Hillingdon

I really like visit wagamama at uxbridge firstly its local secondly very cozy - very nice customer service. But food wise unfortunately little downside Portion get smaller every time I visit my katsu tin like paper and edamame beans wasent fresh. Sadly whole concept and originality of wagamama slowly vanish

Allergy order taken by the Manager only, which is really good practice but need few more people who can do so. Been several times now and tend to stick to dishes that we know. In this Digital Age it should be easy to recognise customer and able to show only items that are safe.

We received exceptional service from Pratap. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect, providing attentive service and amazing recommendations. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly elevated our meal. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for both the outstanding food and top-notch service!

I take my son here once a month and we love it. Service is always good and the food never disappoints

Service was pleasant, food abysmal. Do not order Karbosura, unless you like seeing what vomit and diarrhoea combined look like. Inedible left it to stew on the table, like a demented art piece. Maybe we got meals from an AI chef in training… that hasn’t had the correct prompts.

Asian fusion blend food. Great green tea which is free. Service was really good.

Went there last Friday the service was so terrible, the food was not up to scratch. Waiter got our order wrong and I was waiting for kimchi for 2 hours! No level of hospitality present that day. Even the rice tasted off.

Wife had the irecracker prawn was very spicy, next time will tell them to ease it up on the spices. I had the pad Thai prawn as the chicken is not halal. The desserts were nice too.

Consistently satisfying food. Firecracker chicken is my go to dish here when I need a spicy kick. Service was excellent. Our server was really accommodating and moved our table twice as we tried to dodge the many flies in this branch!

I would like to start off saying that the lady who served me was very good and nice. However, I have been ordering a certain dish from wagamama's for years now and ask for it with no chicken but just prawns, as the chicken is not Halal. This has never been an issue until today. I was told that management has changed and do not allow it anymore and that I have to choose a different dish. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever the management is, needs to rethink. I have never had a restaurant refuse adaptations.

My family went to Wagamama Uxbridge yesterday and I could say that I was very impressed by the taste of the food which was very tasty and perfect as well as the server Kay she was bare kind with us and so patient. We also tipped her £10 for her service.

Excellent experience - as always, tasty food and a nice atmosphere. However, the customer service at this branch is exemplary. Our food came out lukewarm but it was immediately replaced and the staff were apologetic. To our surprise, we received a discount on the bill (which we did not request) too. Thank you - will definitely be back soon.

We always enjoy visiting this particular Wagamama; first, for years as a couple and now with our daughter. She enjoys the kids menu and the staff are very attentive and flexible with our daughter’s preferences. The manager herself is absolutely lovely. She’s so welcoming and very kind; always stops to say ‘hello’ and to interact with our daughter. The staff too are wonderful. They regularly check to see how our food is, if we need any further drinks, etc We haven’t had a bad experience and would always return without question. The food is always hot and tasty, and the wait time is never too long.

Central location, nice bar area to eat at if you are dining alone. Friendly staff. The bang cauliflower is fab

Appealing to the eye on the inside, and the food was even better! A great, lively atmosphere, with a beautiful meal shared with my brother and mother, leaving us full and satisfied. We also very much appreciated our waitress, Bhavi, who was ever-so-kind towards us all, and was very responsive and professional. She was fantastic, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend eating at this place!

Very dirty and bad entrance and waste of space on top horribly slow and bad service where one has to wait 30 mins + for spoon/sauce :/ food is ok now but had gone quite tasteless a while back.. very crammed & alot of waiting…they should use the front space as part of restaurant & tidy up a bit aswell as wake up :/

Went with 2 friends on Sun 19th Feb. Had chicken and prawns pad tai again. My friends had teriyaki. Delicious. Hot and tasty. Reasonable price. Huge portion. Quick service. Very polite and smiley waitress. Definitely going again.

It’s just really flavourless most the time. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes you have to empty 3 sachets of chilli oil to make it taste of anything.

Just been to eat at wagamama Uxbridge. Haven't been for a while. Pad Thai with chicken and prawns. Delicious, hot and tasty. Big portion. Cannot fault the food. The service was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful and attentive. Did not have to wait long even though busy. The green tea Just right. Good value for money. Definitely go there again. Food is good but I have no idea why they have the room decor so that noise echoes and amplifies around the place. You literally can't hear the person sitting next to you when it's busy.

Our table wasn’t wiped after the previous customers, the food was ok but the toilets were a disgrace, no toilet paper and mess including a tube toothpaste on the floor because the bin was overflowing.. we won’t return even though we live local and support our local restaurants.

Today I went to Wagamama and was pleasantly greeted by a nice member of staff and was sat right by a very cold breeze for the whole experience which was unpleasant, had to wait 30 minutes to order the food and had to wait longer than expected. Food is VERY overpriced and costs £4.00 for a small Orange Juice and £12.00 for a small Chicken Katsu. The Chicken Katsu was very small for the price and chicken was tasteless. Overall I didn't enjoy it there at all, Kokoro across the road is cheaper, higher quality, and you get a lot more food in it. Also forgot to mention the sauce poured all over the salad is toxic and it gave a taste of if Chernobyl blew up in your mouth. 2/10 don't reccommend.

Restaurant was busy with dining customers as well as Deliveroo orders. Service however was very slow. It took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. There were 4 of us and the food arrived at different times. Fairly chaotic atmosphere as the staff weee over worked and no-one seemed to be managing the situation. The food sadly was not up to the usual Wagamama standards. The katsu curry sauce was watery and undersalted. The breaded chicken was also notablly unseasoned.

Ordered takeaway Raman from here many times. The last 3 times the noodles have been terrible, so overcooked I don't imagine i'll order again. Basically mush and fall apart with bamboo chopsticks. The second to last time I complained and got a refund but there was no way to leave a comment so I thought id leave one here to warn others. Might be better in the shop but inedible soggy noodles with delivery.

Takeaway experience is not very flexible. There is no option to substitute white rice with brown rice. Very frustrating, I called to ask if they would change the rice to brown after placing order online and was told that would not be possible. However, I could order brown rice as a 'extra' when arriving to collect. Why would I want to spend another half an hour waiting to collect my food and paying for a substitution ?

Tasty as always. Freshly squeezed juices especially good. Service slightly slow for a business lunch. Fine if you aren't on a schedule.

I had a lovely time at Uxbridge branch of Wagamama with my sister. The restaurant allowed for social distance seating and with barriers. It was great apart being unable to book online or over the phone. You just had to turn up and hoped for the best that you will get seated. We went mid afternoon and it was busy. We waited about 15mins. They did turned around really quick. The menu and meals were great. But this is not a restaurant for cosy and romantic. It is a place for a quick meals and quick turnaround. Can’t complain about food or service. It was prompt and tasty.

I went here today with my sisters for some lunch and from the get go we had an amazing experience. I was very apprehensive about going at first because of a poor experience I had in the Ealing Broadway branch 5 years ago but today’s experience definitely changed my opinion around! The greeting we had was phenomenal, we were greeted with politeness, attentiveness & friendliness from the get go. We were instantly seated & got our order sorted promptly. We asked the waitress by the name of Purnima if she had any suggestions and she was very knowledgeable & enthusiastic about what was on the menu and tailored to our needs as we are all quite fussy eaters. The food came out within 15 minutes and was cooked to perfection. I got the teriyaki sirloin steak yoba with a lucky bhudda beer as a drink and it was ah-maz-ing! All ingredients were cooked from fresh, very good portion size, I couldn’t even finish it and got a takeaway bag which I shall enjoy later. This has definitely changed my previous opinion of Wagamama’s and that’s all thanks to the lovely Purnima who listened to my needs, made great suggestions & made me feel more than welcome. I will definitely be returning! 10/10 xx

Member of staff only wear face masks but not gloves and yet they were touching utensils the same time they were using their devices and personal mobile phones and it was clear and obvious they weren't following the government protocols! Don't recommend vulnerable people to visit!!!

Came here with a friend. Neither of us had been to wagamama before but we’d heard positive things about it. Really nice food. My friend had the chicken katsu curry and I had the chicken raisukaree. She’s a picky eater but both of us enjoyed our meals. However, before ordering I had to check with a staff member that my dish was free of dairy since I am intolerant. None of the staff, the manager included, seemed to have a clue of what being ‘lactose intolerant’ means which was disappointing. Think they may have been confusing it with being vegan. They were very kind mannered though, I just think they need to increase their clarity of different diets. Managed to choose a dish free of dairy by my own intuition and it was tasty. Would go again.

Wow! I am not sure how but this wagamama has been the best tasting Wagamama food I’ve ever come across.... the food was so incredibly hot and fresh with sensational flavours! The service was immaculate from start to finish and the staff were so attentive, welcoming and friendly. Service was efficient and food arrived quickly. We were very impressed with our overall visit today from food to service! Highly recommended

Came with my friends for the second time and as a vegetarian I do appreciate the amount of options they have on their menu. Ordered the kare burosu ramen which was very filling although overly spicy and lacking actual taste. Also got the mixed mushroom hirata buns which were super yummy though. Happy with the amount of thought put into social distancing. All restaurants should follow suit.

Ordered food for take out and my car had broke down when I was meant to collect it,I called to tell them what happened and they were so friendly and helpful and recooked all my food when I was able to get it and even asked if everything was ok with my car.Brilliant service and food is always good.

Visited Wagamama's yesterday, as you know the food is already so good but the service was absolutely fantastic yesterday. We could not complain at all about the service. They were extremely busy and had a queue outside for about an hour but yet were so efficient with their service. One of the best services I've seen in a long time from a franchise company.

Two friends and I stopped by Wagamama for lunch at midday on Thursday 6th August. When we arrived, we had to wait outside for a few minutes before we were allowed inside the restaurant – presumably while they prepared our table. We were directed to a table near the centre of the restaurant and perched ourselves on bar stools. Sitting on stools with no back to them was fine for the hour we spent there, however it could get uncomfortable if you spend longer at the restaurant because there will come a point where you will naturally want to recline in your seat. A waitress came to take our drinks order immediately and gave us a bit more time to decide what we wanted to eat. She returned a few minutes later and we each ordered a starter and a main. We were advised that our dishes could arrive at different times but we must’ve got lucky because all our starters arrived pretty much simultaneously. Later, the same happened with our mains so no one had to wait awkwardly for their food to arrive while the others tucked in. My meal was really good. I ordered the Bang Bang Cauliflower to start, which is wok-fried in a hot chilli sauce. For my main I had the Tantanmen Beef Brisket Ramen, which was really tasty, especially the Korean barbecue beef that sits atop the broth and noodles. I washed it all down with peach-flavour iced tea. My friends were pleased with their dishes too – one ordered the Udon noodles and the other had a different ramen dish. We had the same waitress throughout the dining experience. She was very attentive and twice came to ask if everything was ok while we were eating. She also brought us knives and forks to eat with when my friend requested them as an alternative to the chopsticks. There wasn’t much atmosphere in the restaurant, however there was only a handful of diners in there, probably because it was early in the day and also not long since restaurants reopened after the coronavirus lockdown. My friend generously picked up the tab so I didn’t have to put my hand in my pocket, but I saw the bill came to £62. This worked out to just over £20 each for the three of us, which I think was quite reasonable for a starter, a main and a drink, especially considering the quality of the food was good. Uxbridge is lacking in decent East Asian cuisine, with the high street favouring Italian and South Asian restaurants, therefore Wagamama is a welcome presence and I recommend you pay it a visit.

We ordered wagamama for a fathers day treat, however everything was spilled everywhere in the bag and everything was open. I do no recommend and to top it all off its over priced and didnt taste nice. Please do not waste your money

Really did not not enjoy the food at this restaurant. It’s very expensive for what you get and the food comes out at different times. I ordered a curry and found it flavourless. We spent £40 altogether and left hungry. Really not great value at all. Friendly staff though.

They have got a hosts of Japanese and asian cuisines. Their ramens are amazing and spicy prawn rice are pretty as well. I had a tropical drink and wish the fruits used were not stale. Overall, a good place to shake up your taste buds and try out something new for a change. We did not have to wait as the weather wasn't really pleasant, but you must generally counter a wait time of around 15-20 minutes.

Standing here for the past 30min on the 23rd of February waiting in queue and have had people in groups of 2,3 and 4 be sat before us only because they cannot accommodate my daughter in her wheelchair despite me explaining to the lad and Amrit the manager on duty that my daughter will not need a chair as she will be sitting in her own wheelchair yet we are left standing here. Why is this restaurant so wheelchair unfriendly????!Manager Amrit is a rubbish manager who has clearly discriminated against us and then told us to sit in a empty corner which had been available since the beginning of our wait. We left because he got loud and rude and told us we could leave if we wanted. We WILL NEVER GO TO A WAGAMAMA’s AGAIN! Avoid if you are disabled or in a wheelchair! Also voted 1 because no option for zero

Always great service with a smile. Food is relatively pricey but never fails to taste fresh and delicious. Unlike other restaurants *cough*nandos*cough* Wagamamas only gets better with every visit.

The food arrives very quickly and as always starters can arrive either before or after the main course. Food is great but you do get a feeling that they want you in and out as quick as possible. So as a dining experience it sucks, but if you want something quick and easy then this is the place. Service is good

Visited tonight with my 2 sons and a friend with her 2 children. The manager took our order due to allergies. All taken quickly and efficiently. Lovely Greek waitress looked after us - sorry we didn't ask your name! All meals were perfect and arrived quickly. Will be back soon. Thank you.

I went with my family on a weekend. Service was good and quick even though the restaurant was full. They are constantly adding or changing new dishes according to the season. My family had noodles and curries for mains. We all had prawns, tempura vegetables and calamari for starters. These were delicious. Our mains were tasteful and very enjoyable. The coconut ice cream is very good. You can see how they are preparing your meals. All looks clean and professional. We love this restaurant.

Love the food there but if you are looking for something to eat halal then it's not for you, if you want seafood then you will be fine, they also sell alcohol

Visit here with some girlfriends as it’s such an indulgent treat without any of the guilt. Actually tried some of the Vegan items as they make it so tasty

I received good, friendly and fast service. I had Gyozas followed by Steak Bulgogi, which was very tasty and just the right level of spicy. For dessert, coffee ice cream and strawberry and yuzu ice cream with raspberry compote, all very good. Drinks were the cherry blossom G&T and the Sakura Spritz, both subtle, floral flavours, thumbs up as well. Lastly a decent Americans and a very reasonable price for the quality and quantity.

Decided to visit this restaurant for the first time last night. Found the entrance confusing but once we had gained access the staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose a duck dish, my partner opted for a lamb dish and we decided to share a chicken dish. The food was not delivered all at once but it was delicious. We will be visiting this restaurant again.

I'm visiting and staying at a local hotel and used delivery to deliver pad Thai. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to this dish as it had been a while. The portion was tiny (compare to eating in) and the noodles were very moist and slimey. By the time the delivery arrived, it was rather cool.

Food was really nice, service was even better, waiter was really friendly and happy to help with any request. I used to work for Wagamama so I know the demands on waiting staff to provide steps of service, timing etc as well as be genuine and efficient, this waiter was really excellent and it was the first meal all weekend that my toddler actually sat down and ate because it was beautifully presented. She really enjoyed the chopsticks and colouring provided. Thank you so much for a really pleasant meal.

Come here a lot, normally 5 stars but today was freezing cold from the Aircon. Also sadly the prawn and chicken pad Thai was not great. Prawns tasted frozen. Will stick to the ramen next time

Went here yesterday with some friends for a catch up dinner. Had Akash (I think) as our waiter, who was brilliant! I was unsure of what to order as I always go for the same (Katsu Curry or Ginger Chicken Udon), but he took that, suggested a mix of a few other dishes - Teryaki Soba but with the Katsu Chicken. This was a GREAT recommendation and I loved it. Equally a friend of mine was debating between a few things, he recommended the naked Katsu Curry which she loved too.

I visited yesterday with my son on a school trip. Absolutely brilliant. The kids loved it. Sam is Coeliac and dairy intolerant. He was so well catered for. We went back tonight with our family. Again brilliant service and knowledgeable staff regarding allergies/intolerances. Will def be back. Thanks so much xx
