We thought we'd have a quick bite to eat before heading to the theatre. We were greeted soon after walking in and seated within 5 minutes. The service was excellent. The waitress and manager were super friendly and professional. I opted for the Tofu Pad Thai which was delicious! A great Wagamama!

From the outside, it looks to be a small space but it opens out into a much larger area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is very nice and well presented. The price for it is a little high but overall worth a visit and will go back.

Quite disappointed with the food, ordered the chicken yaki udon and was sadly flavourless. Glad to see they still offer the free green teas 🍵 Atmosphere was okay, but went quite late at night so was quiet. Service was excellent, waitress was lovely and super attentive.

It started out great, with kids food that was stylish and kids appealing. But went down hill rapidly. First off it was loud . Even after we requested it be turned down it got louder and louder. We couldn't hear the kids when they asked questions. Then one meal was still not served 20 minutes after the other plates arrived. But the worst was trying to order desert for the kids. "We're out of that topping " so we had to renegotiate with over stimulated kids. At this point let me remind you that the muzak was at a volume that required shouting. And every time we got the kids to settle for their second (then third, and fourth)choice, the waitstaff would return with the news that this choice was not available. At this point management should have brought the two kids some ice cream on the house with apologies.

The food was good, but I can't understand how, by being the first to arrive and order, we had to wait 1 hour before getting served. That's definitely not a place I would recommend if I were to be on a time-limited lunch break

Just had a lovely Ramen here with warm and welcoming service from Kay I believe his name is? (Just going by what he wrote on the paper when seated) An asset to your company right there. All staff very attentive and well organised. Lovely relaxed atmosphere :)

Waiting 1h for noodles is ludicrous. This was very poorly organized although decent food.

I've been here twice now, both times we waited over an hour for our food and some times one person was left waiting even longer. I don't recommend coming to this branch. There's better branches with better customer service!

Despite being pretty busy, we were shown to a table quickly and cheerfully. The food was excellent Wagamama fare, and arrived before long. We took advantage of checking out via their website which was quick and easy. All in all, a good meal in London for a reasonable price which was just what we needed before the theatre.

Lovely staff and amazing tofu and chicken ramen. The service is exceptionally high, those people work hard.

Service was good. Attentive and polite. Food was standard Wagamama. Any issues we had were dealt with and they were nice about it. The guy who I presume was the manager was great. Guy who served us was good as well.

Ramen can be better as it was tasteless.

Worst Wagamama I’ve been to as a regular Waga’s customer. 3 adults and 2 children, after getting a table we waited a long time for the highchair to be brought to the table. Ordered some wine which arrived warm, asked for it to be changed and when it returned there was less wine in the glass than what was returned. The waitress seemed somewhat inefficient and clueless sadly. Food arrived, 3 plates of cold gyoza. Sent them back, a very long wait for replacements which were also cold and one plate was warm but not hot. Terriyaki Soba arrived with over cooked noodles and a chemical detergent type taste, unclear how this happened. Complained and was offered a fresh one which I agreed. Again, by the time it arrived the rest of my party had all eaten as it took around 30 minutes to arrive. It was the same food heated up and put back on the plate and tasted exactly the same so I couldn’t eat it. Not one staff member came to check food was ok. Upon complaining we were overcharged by almost double of what was due. One member of the party paid for her food which was meant to taken off of the bill but they tried to charge again. One member of the party was charged £45 instead of £21 and had to wait for some considerable time with the baby now screaming due to long waits to get things sorted so we could pay the correct amount and leave the restaurant. Absolutely horrendous service and food which is very disappointing. I have been to this location previously and been served cold food so it is clearly a service issue that has not been resolved. Whilst complaining we were told that ‘the head chef is the one cooking today’ and that ‘nobody else has complained’ which clearly was not the case as the table next to us were so complaining about their food being cold. I love Waga’s and it is often our ‘go to’ place to eat when out and about, especially with the kids but todays experience was extremely disappointing although we didn’t let it spoil our special Christmas trip out for the day.

They're open until 11pm. We walked in at 10:40pm and were only allowed to order for takeaway despite people still being served and eating in the restaurant. The staff member offered excuses of health and safety after 11pm, the staff wanted to go home etc. All pretty unacceptable. We ordered food to takeaway anyway and it was very good

Food was cold when it arrived. My husband and children"s food turned up 20 minutes after mine so we all ate separately. The toilets were disgusting, they were blocked and had no toilet paper. Won't be going back there again.

It was a wholesome experience, service was extraordinary and taste is tops notch, the best dish to try s gyoza and ramen bowl.

Ecstatic experience in wagamama holborn. The service provided was excellent. The quality of food is a 10. We had the chicken gyoza and beef brisket ramen which was pure explosion of flavour. We even tried their new hot pot (steak) which was packed with flavour and had our taste buds singing. Definitely a restaurant we would like to come back in.

Not the usual Wagamama This Wagamama gives off village hall vibes ; more atmosphere dentist waiting room. Food not up to usual wonderful Wagamama standards - seemed to be assembled downstairs in hidden kitchen - then arrived not fully hot and missing some ingredients. The best entertainment was when Veolia arrived with two wheelie bins and walked them the full length of the restaurant - past diners. We had a bottle of wine and a laugh despite the place.

been coming here for several years . Food is tasty and delicious . However since capable , hard working manager left recently the service is now shambolic , atmosphere is unwelcoming Unless you arrive in a group of 4 + people expect a lengthy wait for your order to be taken by ' newbe ' staff ( the old team have all left but one ) You will wait even longer for your order to ARRIVE if it ever does : (

Tasty pork belly ramen but pricey

Ramen is always great in all Wagamamas. This venue had a friendly staff however atmosphere felt a little off compared to other branches. Too bright, music didn’t match the time. Good experience overall.

First a starter wasn't available which we were informed after the mains arrived and then dessert wasn't available, is this branch shutting down? 4 stars is for only the guy dealt with our issues and actually cared to inform us that food we were waiting for weren't going to come and gave us a discount. Good, service and atmosphere are all amazing, why I'm giving 3 star is because of the added tax on top of my bill. I didn't expect the amount it was going to come to as most wagamamas I go to dont do that. I won't be coming here again. I'm insulted.

Had a fantastic experience yesterday at Wagamama was seated by a friendly host and directed to our table efficiently. Our server Renugan was extremely polite and took into consideration our sons dietary requirements. The food was served piping hot and was delicious. We would definitely come back!

For fast food quality it was good, but don't expect handmade noodles. Place is a bit Spartan, nothing like a Japanese restaurant. Was clean enough and we were served quickly, but the staff looked unprofessional.

The food I ordered is firecracker, so delicious and yummy with spiciness and rich taste of different spices and sauces... I would definitely recommend everyone to have a taste of it. The yaki soba, pad thai is also a must try..

A keen goer of Wagamama’s, we were excited for our dinner out in the Holborn branch. That’s where the kind words end. I’ve seen more enthusiasm from corpses in a morgue than the staff here. When the food did finally arrive, it was lukewarm at best, flavourless and the noodles were as limp as the staff’s attitude. After asking the manager for the bill, it appeared he was as memorable as a goldfish as the bill did not appear. When asking another member of staff for the bill, they decided a catch-up with colleagues was more important than doing their job. The one enjoyment I did gain from attending Wagamama Holborn, was the face of the server when I declined a tip of the card machine. Meal, expensive. Face, priceless. Avoid.

No milk so couldn't make any drinks containing milk. Was one of only 6 people in the place but couldn't get served when I wanted it. Sad really, Wagamama is one of my favorite places to go when visiting London.

We’re visiting from the US and our tour guide recommended this restaurant for a simple dinner. Food was wonderful! Even my picky aunt appreciated the ramen. We actually had an issue where one of our meals was not delivered to us and we ended up having to wait for more chicken to be cooked but the staff handled it perfectly. The manager came out and told us directly about the mistake. The meal was comped but it was still worth the wait!

The service was slow, even though the restaurant was not busy. The restaurant was very cold, and the food was cold when it finally arrived.

Worst and most expensive bowl of noodles I have had in my life. And they have the pretences to call it ramen, which should not be allowed. The noodles were gloopy and overcooked. The soup base was thin and non-descriptive, except for the lime accent. Nothing to do with a ramen broth except for its liquid state. I had the spicy chicken ones, which I finished out of hunger but should be avoided at all cost. WARNING! VAT not included in their inflated menu prices.

I am a huge fan of Wagamama, I recommended to my work friends who had yet to try it. We ordered and the delivery came on time however only half the food was still warm. I don’t know why but the food was very flavourless and I have been ordering the same dish for years. I was strangely dissatisfied and my work friends were equally annoyed, they will probably not take my recommendation again anytime soon. I would suggest going in store rather than getting a take away as I feel the food would be of a higher quality and any issues could have been told you a member of staff.

Ordered my usual yaki soba before a show. It was as expected fast and delicious. Tried a new item from the sides menu but didn't like it so left it. Instantly the server took it off the bill for me. Customer service here was brilliant. I didn't even complain just said it wasn't to my taste. I will definitely return the next time I have a show booked in the West End. Very short walk to the theatres

Had an amazing ramen that was so huge I could not even finish it. The service was amazing, the staff were kind and the food was quick, although I've got one complaint and that is that it was slightly colder in there

Went to wagamamas on a night out, not really expecting too much. But the food was amazing and a good service. Was 100% worth the prices.

Been to a couple other branches before but this one was the best by far. Food, service and atmosphere were all perfect. Would definitely visit again.
