Absolutely delicious food. Friendly staff, and great atmosphere.

Extremely disappointed with this pizza place. Ordered a 9 inch pizza and a garlic chip. Firstly the pizza wasn't cut, the base was rubbish, like a cheap value base. No flavour on the actual pizza, would even debate whether there was sauce on it. Needless to say it went into the bin. The garlic chip was literally drowning in sauce. I'm baffled how the reviews are actually so good after what I just got. Needless to say I won't be ordering again. 15 pound down the drain and no dinner. Cheers

Great sit in Pizza with some Ballyclare natives, they had been singing the praises of Valentinos for years so after a trip to Italy, we met up for a Ballyclare Pizza, delicious, generous and great value

Since this restaurant reopened after the lockdown and I heard it was now under new management I have to admit I was a little concerned. However, I needn't have worried. The new owners have kept the original menu and the pizzas taste as great as they ever did. Valentinos is still my go to place for excellent properly made and prepared pizzas in Ballyclare!!! My other half and I really love the food there!!! Nowhere else locally comes close!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Great pizza and for a very reasonable price - much preferred to the Domino's next door! They do 16" pizzas for cheaper than 13" pizzas in Dominos and they taste better - the only downside is Domino's garlic and herb dip is hard to beat...all round great place to get pizza and would highly recommend! It has a small family feel and you can sit in or take out. The sides on offer are also good though we only tried the chicken wings. They were crispy and flavourful, maybe a little overcooked but still tasty!

Decided that rather than have a dominoes for dinner on Saturday night we would try Valentinos and support local business. Sadly - never again. Ordered 3 pizzas, a garlic bread and chicken wings. £36 was the bill. Given that 2 of the 3 of us had to go to work we asked how long we would have to wait. The girl behind the counter assured us that it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes ended up being 50 minutes. There was confusion regarding our chicken wings which from over hearing the staff argue would, it would appear they had been used for another order. I approached the counter and explained we were told 20 minutes and we had been waiting over 45 minutes...the initial response of the girl was to ask what else did I expect on a busy Saturday night. I explained that having spent £36 on this I would have expected slightly better service. Although the girl did say sorry, her attitude was awful and she told me that although she said 20 minutes that it was not her problem it was busy and that phone orders came in for delivery that needed prioritised. I explained again that this wasn't good enough and that my pizza's were no longer really fresh as they had been sitting on top of the oven while the order was finished. I asked for a proportion of the money back but was told that this is not the store policy. I then asked to speak to a manger or someone in charge. the girl told me she was the most senior person in that night as the stores owners don't work Saturday nights. I asked when I could contact them but I was told there is no point as they will always back up there staff so I would be wasting my time. Finally we left the restaurant after over 50 minutes. Sadly only one of the pizzas was hot as this was the once sitting directly on the oven top. The other 2 were only warm but not hot. the flavour was good but sadly with the attitude of the staff I will not return here again and revert back to my regular dominoes. Also, maybe the policy of having no senior staff working on a Saturday and likely the busiest night of the week needs addressed. Confused, disorganised, under pressure and then rude would apply to the staff on shift that evening.

Had to change my 5 Star review, as a long time customer of Valentinos, I've noticed a change on taste and quality. Quite simply something is changed. I don't know what it is, but it's missing the magic Valentinos taste that it use to have. If they have changed suppliers then please go back to where you were before.

We had our holiday in Ballyclare and there was a menu in our accommodation for Valentinos Pizzeria, we had pizza delivered and it was delicious, the best pizza I've had for a long time! They do a 16inch Garlic Pizza Bread which not many pizza places do. The base of the pizza was stonebaked and crispy, the toppings were just right, it was delivered quickly and was reasonable priced. We liked the pizza so much we went and ate at the Pizzeria, it was a very basic restaurant but the staff were friendly and the pizza again was delicious! My husband had the calzone and said it was really tasty. Would throughly reccomend. Unfortunatley no desserts but the pizza was very filling.

Valentinos is great and copes well against their neighbours dominios. Food is reasonably priced - their family meal deal mid week is a great deal. Great delivery drivers too!

Local family run business has been in Ballyclare for many years and never fails to disappoint. Pizzas are completely made from fresh ingredients and their curly fries are to die for. Forget Domino's this place continues to be THE REAL DEAL. Accept no substitutes!

Valentino's does the best pizza around. You can pre order for pick up or delivery. There is a small sit in area they do a great platter for starters. It's a lovely place for a relaxed easy meal. The owner & staff are all very eager to serve & make sure you enjoy your visit. There is plenty of parking at the car park across the road.

Even though I Have known about Valentino's Pizzeria for quite some time, I had never visited until my Son told me that their Pizzas were extra special. So tonight I made that visit & I have to say those Pizzas were excellent!! The young Girl who took my order was very helpful as it was my first occasion to see their extensive menu.. I ordered 2 large & 1 small Vegetarian One slight criticism was the length of time taken to put my order together.. I was told it would be about 15 minutes, it was more like 30 minutes!! 😳 Perhaps Guys if there is a bit of a backlog or delay, just tell it like it is !! Please !!

A local business that never disappoints on quality or service. We got delivery and the driver who has done it for years is great. Secret tip- go for the taco chip.

stopped off here on the way home from work and got a large pizza, pictures off Valentino Rossi all over the place. These kept me busy until my pizza was ready. The pizza was great and would recommend this place and will be going back

Pizza and curly fries were delicious, however they phoned is to confirm our house number but did not call us to say the chicken wings were unavailable - simply brought a £2 refund (we would've accepted an alternative) Order took longer than prescribed 40-60 minutes.

Have eaten here a few times and it is such a good pizza. The cajun chicken pizza is brilliant. Sides are great as well. Delivery is always quick and arrives still warm and tastes just cooked.Right next to Dominoes and It doesnt even require any thought to head straight to Valentinos.

Valentino's is a typical pizza takeaway with a small but adequate sit in area. The price is in the pizza though. These are the best pizzas in the area and far beat dominos or other food chains. The pizzas are great quality and taste lovely. It can be difficult to get a decent pizza sometimes with almost everywhere offering their version. Look no further than Valentino's for great tasting down to earth food.

Pizza would not be my first choice of meal, but when the family want pizza, theres no where else to go !.. locally owned, and managed, the home made pizza s are fantastic. My favourite is the extra hot rossifume, which is a feast of meat cheese, and chilli that would not be out of place being served in Dantes inferno. I can honestly say i have never been disappointed when using Valentinos. There is a separated area for sitting in, and a take away or delivery service. I appreciate the effort it takes with personal touches the staff and owners do unlike the usual high street chains who mass produce identical alternatives. keep up the great work guys..

This is a lovely family-run pizza place in the center of Ballyclare. The owner is a bit of a fan of the Motorcyclist Valentino apparently - hence the name. It is sit-in or takeaway.I have only been a couple of times since recently discovering them. But I come back because everything is full of flavour and well cooked. And they do an amazing garlic pizza base, which so far is unique to them. I highly recommend it. I always choose the vegetarian or the dolphin-friendly tuna option.Compared to Dominos, Pizza Hut or Pizza Express, Valentinos wins hands down for flavour and well-cooked, fresh tasting pizza for take away.
