I ordered my food at 5.25 it was delivered at 6.40, that was bad enough but it was cold, fish and chips don't taste the same after they have been in the microwave

Don’t order on scoffable if at all! Waited over two hours for delivery and when it did arrive we were disappointed to say the least. We got 2 sausages with about 5 chips ( I kid you not!) a small chicken kebab with a pitta bread and a smattering of salad, and one small portion of chips. All this cost £16 and was not what we ordered! What a disgrace! We were hungry and annoyed but it was too late by this point to do much about it and the takeaway weren’t answering our phone calls despite repeated attempts. Complete waste of time and won’t be lining their pockets again for such despicable device!!

Ordered mixed kebab it arrived after one hour very poor chicken was over cooked and dry no salad and no sauce whole thing a big let down paying good money to go in the bin think Valentino need to look at staff as used to be good

Ordered a fish supper, a white pudding supper, & a hamburger supper. All arrived swimming in grease ! Utterly disgusting £20.60 straight in the bin !!!

No bad fish supper but ordered red pudding when it arrived the pudding was cut long ways in have they do this to cook quicker it's all batter and no pudding not good at all

Fish, nice size, 2 bits with crispy batter, chip steak juicy with crispy batter and chippy pizza all cooked perfectly. Chips were nicely done too with a healthy helping in each portion. Servers were polite and well presented the food was served up quickly and was still piping hot when I got home.

We ordered a sausage and a cheese burger supper. The food came on time, in fact it was early. Except we were surprised as the burger came battered and deep fried. The rest of the food was good for a local chippy.

Decided to order a fish n chips cause kids love one. As fireworks were cancelled in dunfermline so next besr option was takeaway. Food took nearly 1hour to come, was only luke warm when delivered here and didnt send back cause kids were starving. The mushy peas weren't very mushy or peas, onion rings and fish batter was dry and wasn't very nice. Best thing about it was kids meals were free.

The pizza here is truly amazing, fresh dough and ingredients make all the difference. Order a pizza from here and you won’t be disappointed!

Great food. Best chippy by far. Lots of choice,reasonable delivery charge and usually delivery times are ok.

We dropped into here for a mixed take away, fish, haggis, smoked sausage, fritters and fried pizza, all the food was nicely cooked and tasted really nice, none of it was greasy. The staff were polite and well presented, they still do home deliveries and make fresh pizzas on-site.

Never had a bad supper out of here yet, the staff are always friendly and service is always quick. There is a home delivery service too. They can also make up pizzas of your choice.

I ordered a pizza and chips the wrong pizza 2as sent but I called the shop and a new one was sent out within 20 mins! Was defo worth the wait as it was delicious! Freshly made piping hot and really enjoyable. Will definitely be ordering again

waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and most of it went in the bin. The food had obviously been cooked when order was placed as it was completely dried out and the batter was in pieces as it was rock hard. Have used this chip shop for years as they were great but lately have went downhill, will not been using them again!

45 mins over and above the original delivery estimate. So about 2hours 35 mins in total!! Food arrived and fish was the very very dry and batter soggy. Chip steak was ok but hardly any batter as it was all stuck to wrapper what was on it was very soggy. Food was luke warm no where near eating temperature. Disappointed!

I order from here on occasions as I really enjoy their pasta dishes. I decided to try something new so order wrap. Very disappointed. The wrap was cover in black bits everywhere, I don’t know if it was previous burnt food or metal from oven tray either way should have been on my dinner and after 70 mins waiting on it I was gutted.

Food took almost 2 hours to come... called the shop to be told "it had left" tool another 20 minutes... pitta breads were also missing drom one off the munchy boxes, and food was warm bit not hot!!! Will not get a delivery again as i usually collect my order.

Food was late and was horrible and I had given them a 2nd chance and still haven't improved. The chips were so so bad and maybe they were busy but they still need quality control.

Cheese Omelette - Enjoyed but dripping through packaging. The lettuce in the salad was mostly brown. Deluxe Burger - Burger was over cooked leathery and tasteless Bacon was chewy Almost no cheese Dripping through packaging Onion Rings - Batter didn't hold the onions at all and tasted stale. Batter was over cooked Dripping through packaging Half Pizza - Enjoyed it. Pretty standard as you'd get from any chip shop but looked to be smaller than most i've seen. Chips & Cheese - Chips are standard chip shop chips. Reasonable quality. Cheese is almost like a cheap cheese sauce with a thickener in it. Almost looked pourable when hot but when cooled down looked rubbery. Also dripping through the packaging Unimpressed with how much fat/oil/grease was dripping from most of the food.

Even though my meal was delivered earlier than stated time I would of rather waited the extra time and have a meal I could enjoy rather than the horrible meal I received! The pizza wasn't cut right, cheese was looking like it wanted to escape from the pizza, oozing out one side, when I tried to take a slice most of the cheese just slid off and clumped together. when i bit into it, it was eating a bit of rubber and was not tasty or appetising, the chips were also stodgy and quite cold and tasted like they'd been sitting for ages!! Very very disappointed as this is usually my favourite pizza and chips but definitely was the worst tonight!!!

Dissapointed as I asked to have it delivered to the back door to avoid my child being woken up. The driver parked at the back then walked round to the front. Food was good though and delivery was early if a tad inconveniencing.

Don't eat takeaway a lot but when we do we come to Valentinos! Great chips & fritters, fresh homemade pizza and brilliant service all the time 👍🏼🍕🍟🐠

Have had a few meals from here always great service and good choice would recommend to feiends and family

ordered 2 meals, they never paid attention to the extra comments about salt etc on one of them and it was clearly stated. 2nd time this has happened, think easier to go and collect as it will at least be right.

really disappointed on the delivery time! I ordered just before 9.30 a ten inch pizza .. came at 10.40!! surely it doesn't take an hour and ten minutes to make a ten inch pizza! put me off delivering again.

best donner pizza we've had from anywhere! All of the family loves it and the two free meals for the kids are a bonus and more filling than a happy meal

Norma I'd give 6 stars all the way but my order wasn't what I usually receive, I order an cheese omelette with extra cheese but there was no cheese in it at all. tasted bland. usually a great service.

Placed an order waited an hour and a half for delivery nothing came so I phoned up and got told they don't deliver to my area but still took money out my account

Pizza's were good. Food arrived 30mins after the restaurant added 20 mins, so nearly an hour late in total.

A good range of food on sale at this chip shop i ni it well as its the safer option in our area unlike Caspions. I love the king rib and the fish here its very tasty been opened 4 years so says quality

Everything els was ok but I asked for a veggie burger and you gave me a ham burger instead ! I don't eat meat !!!!

The restaurant change time by ten minutes later and was still late. I called to see where my order was and the girl wasn't very telephone manner. When my order came I found the delivery guy quiet impolite and did not even apologise for being late

Best pizza i have ever eaten in Scotland. It breaks my heart knowing i will never eat it again, since they did not deliver part of my order so i will be taking my bussiness elsewhere...

The food seemed re-heated, the fish batter was chewy, the fish itself was dry and I didn't even eat the chips

Was good. Some of the food was really good and other parts were terrible. The pakora batter was over cooked and inedible but everything else was good.

Valentinos were up to the usual high standards

Great food! Traditional home made pizza base with good toppings. Proper fresh Chip Shop chips, not frozen ones.

Impressed with the delivery time, as they usually add on 30 mins, but this time just 5 mins and it was even earlier. Disappointed with garlic bread though, couldn't taste the garlic at all, so ended up binning it.

Chicken was a bit over cooked, but not inedible. I'd like it if I could order a separate portion of curry sauce. And also a bottle of star chip sauce. If you could add these to the menu, that would be awesome.

We nearly drowned in the amount of grease that came off the fritters and hamburgers. You used to be really good but what happened. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered a hot and spicy pizza which was to be topped with spicy chicken, onion and jalapeños, I selected an additional two toppings of pepperoni and peppers, when the pizza came the crust was charcoal black and only topped with the extra topping, I was 3 toppings off! Complaint sent, brutal.

The smoked sausage was not to bad, but the Macaroni was the worst I have tasted in my life + I did not get the 25% discount that Just Eat promised when I placed my order. The Spaggeti Bolougnase was equaly rubbish. I would really need a complete refund. as the seagulls did not even look at it, never mind eating it.

Usaly order from here but was very let down first of all was ment to get a drink with my meal was there got kids meals without a straw and phoned up wasnt really friendly service and never even apologise for the inconvenience but they did out the juice but would of like it with ny meal and all the meal were eat before it came back and the phone service was shocking and needs to improve on customer service and the food was okay but burger was a bit dry and kebab as well not much chilli sauce on the burger either and will be trying elsewhere from now on
