Vadi in Enfield

I ordered 2 donner kebabs, and I specified to have my donners well done. As to when I received them it was raw and cold. I am really disappointed with ur service and I am proud to say I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone .

We went to Vadi Restaurant with friends who visited us yesterday. As for the layout and atmosphere, I prefer Vadi Restaurant in Palmers Green. They had a wide selection of mezes but we preferred to stick with just the kebabs this time. The lamb doner and adana kebab were both particularly delicious, beautifully presented and the service was excellent. I liked the way they served the wine, especially the use of a decanter for red wine. The premises were noticeably clean and the atmosphere was appealing.

Visited the restaurant on Sunday with a large group of friends. We had a warm welcome and a really delicious meal. The service was good and all the food was very fresh and well cooked.We will definitely come again.

I have been to this restaurant several times over the years. The food is tasty. I usually get lamb chops or chicken and lamb mixed shish with either chips or bulgur. The prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. They also prefer if you have cash rather than card.

Went there today. Food was really good and the service was great. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with nice music. Meat is of very good standard. Kalamari was yummy!

We chose to have a family dinner at this restaurant, it's not the first time, I've been before, but this time it was different (unpleasant..the food was ok..., the service was quite foggy and they were not paying attention to the orders, except when I asked for dessert, they brought the menus (specifically I had a child at the table and I was pregnant to..) they didn't tell us what they had on the menu before checking, I asked for baklava they said they didn't have it, I asked for cheesecake, I waited 15 minutes, it came frozen, I told them it was frozen, they took it to heat it in the microwave, he brought the dessert for my sister, for her husband, even for my father, it never arrived for me I repeat, I'm pregnant and I didn't order without paying it, I was paying it logically, when I asked after another 10 minutes, they said they would bring it, we were already ready to leave,It seemed disrespectful to me, without even apologizing, they said ok, if I don't want it anymore, they won't bring it, I don't recommend it! It's the first time I've heard that the cheesecake must be heated (and now on Sunday at 8 o'clock it must to go find my cheesecake to eat because in the place where I paid including service, I didn't receive even an apology..........

I was extremely pleased with my visit to your restaurant. The dishes were fantastic, especially the flavors recommended by the chef. Additionally, I encountered a very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food for meat eaters and vegetarians alike, generous appetisers and friendly, thoughtful and professional service. Ayten, our wait person brightened our visit with her warm and helpful manner. We had the King Prawn Casserole and the Veg Moussaka! all fantastic, as was the rice pudding!

I took one of my oldest school friends to Vadi for a catch up and a belated birthday treat. We ordered one starter but were treated to 3 other lovely cold starters with the usual lovely Turkish bread and plentiful salad. I ordered my favourite, the lamb shish and my friend the fillet of sea bass which as well as being beautifully grilled came with not one but 2 fillets and some lovely side of vegetables as well as the usual couscous and for me rice. We thought that we would push the boat out and share a baklava. But even that came with cream and a free rice pudding on the house which my friend nearly demolished on his own before I got a look in! We had this with lovely Turkish tea and fresh lemon slices which the smart and friendly waiter was happy to bring us. Overall a very successful evening. The food was plentiful and delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

We went in for breakfast, staff was helpful but in experienced. Food was very mediocre. I don't think they are turkish, probably bulgerian managed. Totally subq-par level of hospitality. The music was extremely loud hip hop r&b. After requesting couple of times still wasn't turned down. It was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. This place was quite good few years ago looks like lost the motivation now 🤔

I visited this restaurant with one of my friend for dinner. We ordered mixed special for 2. The service was very quick and food was delicious. The restaurant’s atmosphere was very nice. It is a place you can go solo, with friends or family. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated.

I have been getting delicious Turkish food from Vadi Restaurant for years. My favourites are -Chicken shish kebab with rice -Lahmacun (Turkish pizza) I brought many of my friends here in the past. Always left happy and full. Everybody is friendly here. 5 stars

I came in to the restaurant on a late Saturday night and had a meal alone , all the staff were so kind and intensive. Making sure I was happy with the food and needing anything extra. Food was lovely and on point as usual. Always leaving Vadi happy and full. Thanks to all the staff

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered this meal which was on offer (would have been more) on Uber Eats for £14. Called them to complain and the person on the phone was so rude and hung up on me. I have been instore they are expensive but usually nicer. Do you think this is worth it?

The staff here are incredibly attentive. I travel from south east London specifically to dine here. Green lanes has many restaurants of this type but this is by far one of the best in terms of food and service. As a chef I’m not easily impressed but Vadi is definitely worth a visit. The mixed platter is so good and so huge I’m always able to enjoy it for lunch the next day! Speak to manager Denis who will look after you well.

Denis was our server for the night. 10/10. Exceptional manager. It's been my third time coming yet this one stood out. Recommend this location for gatherings and get togethers, had a wonderful time.

Nice place, Great Food and service

Not usually one to leave negative reviews. Would usually not leave any review. But after receiving my delivery I couldn’t hold myself. I ordered a CHICKEN DONER with rice. What I received instead was RICE with a garnish of chicken doner. I’m not sure if it’s acceptable to sell rice for £15+ plus and call it a chicken doner with rice but I was very disappointed in the lack of chicken doner in my chicken doner. Won’t be eating from here again.

Just finished eating at Vadi palmers Green, food exceptional service too as always. After speaking to Denis The manager, have found out vadi palmers Green is not part of Vadi ponders End, this explains the difference in food quality. Keep up the good work Palmers Green Vadi.

Food is very overpriced for quite poor quality and meagre portion sizes. Just really isn’t worth it.

The decor could be improved as it affects the atmosphere of the restaurant. However the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are the best and would highly recommend !

I haven't been to Vadi's for many years, but tonight I did with a few cousins, and I highly recommend the food , we all had something different and everyone praised the food. Must try this restaurant.

Delicious food, great service and reasonably priced. Food is fresh and filling and the staff accommodating. Meze, fresh hot bread and salad are complimentary as is the baklava at the end of meal too. Will definitely be returning again soon.

We had a late dinner here. The soup was on point and the Chicken Shish very good.

Not your usual Turkish restaurant. The decor looks very dated and needs improvement. Customer service is ok. Food portion sizes are adequate at most - the mixed grill had barely any chicken/lamb Shish and was just loaded with rice, to give the deception that you’re getting value for money. I’d personally not visit here again unless I was starving and there wasn’t an alternative. If this isn’t the case, then I’d go to one of the well-established Turkish restaurants around green lanes / Wood Green, which has much better food portion sizes, price to quality and overall decor and ambience.

Popped in to get a takeout. Had a shawarma wrap and a mixed shish wrap. Very nice, decent garlic and chilli sauces. Nice place to have nearby when you want something a, bit better than an elephant leg basic option

Starters very expensive and not presented very well. Main course ok but very pricey for what we had., nothing special. We felt quite rushed even though they were not busy. Bread very hard and cold. Drinks were standard prices.

This place used to be great and i still think it has potential. The menu has a good selection on it, the staff are friendly and the actual quality of the meat was tasty and good. However the negatives are there's too many staff attending to your table which can confusing things for themselves. The bread was cold and dense. The cold starters felt room temperature, and on a hot day it wasn't that great to be at that temperature. The lahmacun wasn't tasty in comparison to other places, the bulgur/couscous was cold, the calamari wasn't nice, tasted like it was cooked from frozen and the price was very expensive we felt for what we had. I would get a takeaway from here saying that, with some sort of meat and side (rice/chips/bulgur etc) with a salad, we liked their chili and garlic sauce. Overall with a few improvements this place could be fixed to a great place so I wouldn't rule this place out completely in the future.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have just received. I paid £17.50 for a lamb doner wrap and it is literally the size of a bounty chocolate bar. Something should be done about these restaurants charging ridiculous amounts of money and thinking it’s absolutely acceptable to respond “Our wraps come in one size” this is a child’s portion size not an adult size and to charge nearly £20 I am lost for words! Must I add I’ve asked for Lahmacun along with this order and every restaurant I know in north London provides salad along with this bar Vadi Palmers Green. This is unacceptable it’s basically daylight robbery! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN, and I will make sure my family and friends don’t either! Only if I can give 0 stars!

Not the same Vadi of the past. The salad was poorly copped in a bowl. I found the food very greasy. The chips were not freshly made. I don't think the platter was worth the money. The tea did not taste like proper Turkish loose leaf tea.
