Where's are food! Delivered to the wrong address.. No culpabilty... But someone ate well.. No money back... Never again avoid at all costs

Friendly service and warm welcome but the food I'm afraid is average, wings were very dry and not much flavour at all. Burger was okay. Great food if you are drunk after a night out in town but sadly nothing special

One of the best burgers in cardiff, I enjoy the blue cheese burger, the milkshakes are to die for, the portions are big! I remember this place when it was on Broadway, really enjoyed going there as a kid and I still enjoy it. 👍

Ordered a large order through Foodhub to collect (too far out for delivery) when we got there the order hadn't arrived from Foodhub, food was freshly prepared in 20 minutes (family of 7)all spot on, owner was amazing and super apologetic, got half way home and had a call apologising that some of our order was still there, they did offer to deliver but we are outside of their delivery area so we went back. Very apologetic and gave us some free bits (which he didn't have to as he bent over backwards to get our order sorted) we all thoroughly enjoyed our fresh burgers, fries and pizzas, my hubby and I are looking forward to a slice of cake with a cuppa later! Thank you guys! If you haven't tried Uncle Sam's definitely give it a go, we'll worth the money

It has really great burgers and it has a great charcoal taste. My friends from Manchester, Liverpool and Germany were in Cardiff for a few days and they all have fond memories of these burgers as well as the pizza.

Normally very good unfortunately onthis occasion had requested 2 x double cheeseburger meals to find on arriving home that they had only given 2 single burgers.

It's a great place for burgers without a doubt, but I have 1 small problem and that is the chips were way too salty... They're nice and crispy but the amount of salt ruined the meal to be honest! PLEASE don't salt too much or have a option when ordering whether to have the chips salted/not salted. Thanks :)

Maybe not the most photogenic burgers but hellish good value for what you get, amazing taste and you can see why they've been operating for so many years. Will definitely be back (although glad we didn't get a meal or added chicken with our burgers!). Very satisfied pair, usually big eaters 🤣

Not been to Cardiff for 10 years so came back here when visiting, just how I remember Blue cheese burger fantastic, hash browns great Eat fresh and hot, couldn't fault it.

I’ve been going here for about 30 years and the burgers are consistently excellent, big ones in proper giant buns- not the pathetic ones you’ll have at Macdonalds or BK. Friendly staff too and they deliver and it’s not expensive.

We don’t live in Cardiff but whenever we can, we combine a trip to Cardiff with a visit to this place...the burgers are really good and the meal deal is good value!

Every single time we go to uncle sams for our supper, the burgers and service are excellent. Fresh fast and very pplite staff. Would highly recommend if you want a take away burger.

Even though the food wasn’t late I had a text at 5.35 to say it was on the way and it arrived 6.15. The food was barely warm. The chips were chewy. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The burger was burnt. And it was much more expensive than other places so I’m disappointed that it was so bad.

Uncle Sam's are the best at getting your food to you on time, nice and hot and very tasty. I've never had a bad burger, chips are the best around plus the pizzas are lovely.

I have been ordering from this place for many years although I have been noticing a lack of organization items missing ingredients missing so j pay for extra mushroom sauce in one of my burgers called the restaurant to confirm and still the burgers comes without the mushroom sauce some might say it's only 20p extra but it's still a service not well done so I try not to leave reviews but this has to stop staff needs to pay attention to what they are doing.laat time I had an issue with the delivery man who called me with attitude cos was not at my address a d yet I had to go around meet him even tho I had written in the comment box what he had to do to get to my flat.Its not on us. Not happy.

Always enjoyed Uncle Sam's, haven't had it in years but this one was very disappointing, lettuce in the burger had clearly gone off with plenty of brown pieces which ruined the taste and texture.

Food was supposed to be delivered at 9:20pm, was delivered at 8:45pm, only 30 minutes after ordering. For me, this is good, for others, it's not. I left in my notes for them to call my mobile instead of knocking, they didn't do this, that's why I cannot give 5/5. Chicken burger was excellent. Onion rings were onion rings. Pizza was lovely.

I’ll be honest this place has been somewhere I have order from for many years - but today will be the last, the food was dreadful, over cooked, dry and quiet frankly disgusting - the pizza smelt like the cheese was off and the taste was no better, this is heightened as a negative review because there must be something drastic to have caused this absolute lack of care taken in their products. I would expect much better especially on a Friday night when you would expect the food to be turned over that much quicker. One very unhappy customer.

Food was delicious, South fried chicken is the best I've ever tasted! Chocolate thick shake was really yummy too, plus, it was early on delivery! Bonus.

Pizza,chips and hash browns were cold. Chips soggy as if they had been sat for a while. Good service but 30 minutes early meant it arrived before I was ready.

Food came early, thats the only good point. Haven't been here for a while, but it's really gone downhill! My partners food was ok, my burger was burnt and the bacon was so overcooked and singed it tasted horrible and bitter, in the bin it went. I ordered a milkshake and was shocked to find 2 FRUIT FLIES in the shake half way through drinking it!!! Never again!

I love uncle sams but I can’t believe you have changed the burger buns . they are not the same anymore. those original toasted buns made the burgers . these taste mostly like any other burger place now .

Both adults and kids smashed the meal. Will defo use again and highly recommend.

Haven't had an uncle sams for years and was worried the memory of their fab burgers was going to cause disappointment but they absolutely lived up to the memories and more. Will be back!
