Uk Pizza And Kebab in Chesterfield

Driver Basically threw the food at my girlfriend.which then turned out to be wrong.had one bite of burger which was just a lump of gristle.when my girlfriend phoned up to speak to them was just met with abuse.what a waste of £15.would even feed this to my dogs

Cold pizza and kebabs & cheesy chips. Sent cheese bites instead of chicken nuggets, ordered large cheesy chips got a small portion, when phoned up to say order was wrong and cold, Was told cause you live 3 mile away the food may well be cold………. We live 1 mile away at wingerworth….. never again I’ll use this place

We ordered he 2 days ago it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted a takeaway so we chosen uk pizza… It was absolutely disgusting I ordered a kebab on a nann bread it was NOT a nann bread it was a tortilla wrap and it was so hard it kept breaking up into pieces… The chicken didn’t taste like chicken at all it was rubbery and dry… the donner kebab meat wasn’t dry but tasteless & also rubbery & I ordered large kebabs & they was so small and they wasn’t cheap… I ordered large fries & it wasn’t large at all & the container was only half full… UK PIZZA you can keep your food because you will NEVER have any of my money again… ABSOLUTELY DISTGUTING…

Orded chips cheese and beans ants running around when opened it soon as left shop and black soft wormy things in it too walk straight back in shop showed him and he tried to say it was the cheese the blacks soft wormy bits and was very rude to me telling me not to order again !! Don't worrie was ordering again anyways !!! Avoid the takeaway not good at all

Not usually one to post reviews and I haven’t even ever ordered from this takeaway. However have ordered at the Chinese next door. When collecting my food from the Chinese next door, and literally just waiting for my change, a staff member who I can only presume was the owner came into the Chinese shouting at me to move my car as his delivery driver couldn’t get out. I politely said I’m just putting my change in my purse and then I’ll be out. To where he abruptly told me it needs moving now, I told him I’d be one second and he stormed off muttering under his breath. After this experience and not even tasting the food I wouldn’t order from them. It’s a shame that the member of staff who approached me wasn’t polite as this would’ve been a whole different experience. I will now be staying clear of this takeaway. Politeness goes a long way!

Having read the previous reviews I see everyone is having the same experience. The new manager is horrible, and unprofessional. This place has gone down the drain. Soggy chips, and undercooked grey doner meat YUK.

Worst behavior with the customer, donno how to take orders clearly on phone. Don't have basic common sense. Instead of taking orders he is asking me to order food from somewhere else.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store yesterday and today while ordering on phone.. He was rude on phone and showed no respect for customers. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Even though it was his fault at the end instead of apologizing, he is asking me to order food from somewhere else . 1 Star ⭐

Totally the best pizzas by far and delivery was spot on, the food arrived hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the delivery driver! So miserable, didn’t speak at all. A simple “enjoy your food” would have been nice.

Chicken kebab and chips with bbq sauce. Spot on, already reordered from 1st time last week. Big pieces of chicken, better than average chips. Quick delivery, nice find!

Shocking, ordered through just eat. After 1 hour it had not arrived, rang them to confirm they had recieved the order and was told yes its on its way! After another 45 minutes we rang back up, the guy said they had never received the order and asked why they confirmed they did and it was on its way! The guy replied ‘well i didnt check and just guessed’... absolute disgrace of a business and rude staff, will never use again!

Over priced really it was £17 for a 12 inch pizza and cheesy chips, pizza was greasy and bland. We ordered food for a certain time as we have a small baby to get bathed and changed but it came 30 mins early! Which was not good as it ended up being cold because we wasn't ready. If you want a proper pizza go to pizza hut or domino's, won't be re visiting this rip off.

My partner and I live next door to this shop The owner and the employees are very rude,abusive and arrogant. Always threatening us with violence. We found this out first hand last night when two of them confronted us, then after a few words both ways they attack me wrestling me to the ground. The police were called and in their hands now....

I am unsure why people are giving UK Pizza bad reviews as every time I have ordered whether in shop or for delivery, the food has always been top quality. Delivery driver seems a little rude but the food is great, always delivered fast and hot on arrival.

Never had an issue here. Food is always tasty, well cooked and always gets delivered warm. Only reason I haven’t given it 5 rating is because I’ve had a few occasions where they have forgotten to deliver cans of pop I ordered including the last time I ordered food.

Brilliant place. Been coming here regularly for years, never had bad service or food always met with a happy welcome great service and great food. Would recommend to anyone.

Food was tasty but was tepid by the time it arrived. Restaurant confirmed original delivery time but then blamed the weather for being half an hour late. Surely this would have been taken into account when confirming original delivery time!!? Took an hour and a half in total.

I ordered chips and cheese, a cheesy garlic bread and chocolate cake. Food was cold, they forgot the cheese from my chips, the restaurant phone isn’t going through. I get it’s snowing but they gave an hour and 20 minutes to make the food and then was 10 minute late, I live literally across the road. Won’t order again.

Food was delivered late and delivery driver was rude and barely spoke just glared like he didn’t know why he was meant to be at my door. phoned shop and was told would get a free pizza this week called for free pizza and told yes it’s free with on top of our normal order why we would want an extra pizza is beyond me this was not stipulated in the phone we were just told it would be free next time. the staff are rude beyond belief the driver unbelievable and the food has gone severely down hill where we used to order weekly will not be using again would not recommend anyone use avoid if as much as possible

Couldn't work out how to leave a review for a separate occasion. So last night, as you do some people have a few drinks with their friends, in this case it was neighbours. We made our order and phoned up to make sure they bring it to the right house, apparently we were messing them about and could only collect and pay on card, we had cash in hand and was unable to collect. I have never been so insulted in my life, apparently the address had been completely blacklisted at the houses we earlier asked to be delivered too. So, this place quite clearly needs to go under some training on how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely appalling. A £40 order went to McDonald's instead.
