We ordered tofu with basil stir fry, yellow curry, whole fried tilapia, and fried ribs. The curry was really good. My 7yr old throughly enjoyed the tilapia. The flavor on the krapao was good, but the vegetables were all uncooked. The bitterness of the mostly raw carrots wasn't good. The ribs were inarguably the worst part of the meal. They were too fatty and had an offputting taste. Needless to say, we did not eat them, we were not even able to finish the ones we did try. Not worth the $70+ price tag. UPDATE: I went back for some sticky rice with mango, it was hard, barely had any coconut milk in it and the mango was ROTTEN.

Bomb Thai food! Close to authentic food from the streets of Bangkok. Half grocery shop half restaurant. Huge variety. Service is great. Prices are fair. Highly recommend!

Great place, amazing food, service is sub par. Asked if I could sit at a table, it was ideal because I can't have my back to people and need to sit against a wall. Right before I could enjoy my appetizer he asked me to move, from the table he said I could sit at, because of a bigger party. I had finished walking 15 minutes to this place after leaving the farmers market town the road. Was trying to eat and enjoy like everyone else but I got my stuff to go instead.

Food is great my favorites are the pad see ew and the red curry.

Chive cakes are better than some in Thailand. Beef noodle is very tasty.

Best thai food I have had in town so far. We have tried several different dishes, and all of them are incredible. They can be spicy at times, so just adjust your own spice level accordingly.

This place will give you enough food portion for a toddler. Check out the pics, $15 for each dish in this quantity? You can literally count the chicken in one of our orders. We used to be frequent customers but lately the quality, service and quantity has gone down the drain. I also didn’t have any basil in my dish which it comes with. Complain and they’ll just apologize, money down the drain here.

Went here a few times and thought we found a reliable Thai place but severely went down in quality and service. The To-go containers are illogical especially for something soupy that it spilled all over while being upright when I got home. I had to clean my car and my home from the spillage that dropped till I was able to set it down. The worker Nick promised another order next time since he didn’t want to do a refund and when inquired about it “next time” they said they cannot honor it. Not only that, the food has gotten mid and now the portion size is so small it’s embarrassing and won’t even serve a protein amount for one meal. They just stuff it with a mound of rice instead. So cheap of them. Unacceptable.

Try their Tom yam soup. Too much lemon. Will try again something else. Let's see.

This place is a hidden gem! Its food is very genuine, and tasty (almost Thailand street level). It’s actually one of my favorite Thai place in the US. They have all the classics, and they are very well portioned. Shareable for sure. The place is on the small size, so if you have a party bigger than 4 you may need to wait, they have only about 10 tables, and it gets super busy in peak hours. The service was very prompt and attentive. They have a small store right by the seating area, and you can get specialties from Thailand. Parking is limited about 10 cars or so at the time.

You know food is gonna be good when you see the bars on the windows! Great thai food. tons of options, very casual but with fantastic flavor. loved everything I tried but most of all the khao soi gai (coconut based creamy spicy soup with chicken and noodles) (I've never had it before so it was super new and unique. The tilapia was also a standout. maybe my only complaint is that the Thai Tea was slightly too sweet.

Solid Thai/Lao but not as spicy or as well prepared as other nearby options. I’ll stick with the place on N Main.

Food is good, but lady at the reception should learn customer service and greet customers. She wants us to leave when we arrived there at 8:25 pm.

The food was good! I wouldn’t say it’s better than any other Thai place, but worth a try. I think the store atmosphere gives it a “hole in the wall vibe”, however all of Houston knows about it. Great service, limited parking.

Bussin’ food. This place has an interesting store-meets-restaurant setup. They have grocery store aisles right next to the seating area with tables and chairs. We were seated right away when we arrived and ordered the chicken drunken noodles with a spice level of 2. Incredibly delicious flavors. Spicy and umami with a touch of sweet - just perfect. You could also tell the noodles were so fresh, almost as if they were homemade. Highly recommend this spot. I regret only being able to order one dish.

It's a small space that houses a small market & Thai food restaurant. It gets very busy during lunch, so if you don't want to wait in a line then arrive before the lunch rush. The food is always served up hot and delicious. You will not be disappointed.

The food is outstanding we got the green curry and the kai soup both were filled with flavor and yummy vegetables, easily some of the most tasty thai food iv had!

The service is poor. They left out some ingredients in my Khao soi gha, and instead of giving them to me after i called and drove down They tried to charge me and kept me waiting for 10 minutes just to tell me so.

We heard good things about this place so we invited out of town friends to dinner here. It was the first Saturday night in December and the food failed expectation. We love Thai food and have tried many regions’ so we can understand there are differences but the food was just so bland! We ordered so many dishes and with each new dish that came out our group of four decided this place was not for us. The waiters were accommodating and their market was fun to look around. Parking is tight.

Came to this hole in a wall gem after a few hours of shopping nearby, and I have never had better Thai food in my life. We decided to eat family style, and all 3 dishes we ordered were in a class of their own - I do not think I can eat Thai food from anywhere else other than going to Thailand! We ordered soft she'll crab, pad see ew, and panang curry. The meal was very afforable, high quality, large quantities! Cannot ask for a better or more authentic experience.

i was a HUGE fan (I ate here at least 1-2x/month for the last 6 months). food was really good - pad kee mao and tom yum were always go-to's. but recently the taste has just went downhill, and I found THIS in my to-go order.. quality is just not what it used to be, truly disappointing. update: just ate the tom yum soup and found small piece of bone in the chicken. again, quality just isn’t the same unfortunately

Delicious Thai food. I tried to be a tough guy and ordered Pad Kra Pao with a spice level of 4/5 despite our server's warning. We'll definitely be back, and I'll definitely be staying in my lane with a 2 or 3 spice level.

This has been my favorite Thai restaurant for the longest time but unfortunately, due to a bad experience recently, I have to leave this review. I had always been very impressed with the quality of their food. Yesterday, I had ordered a Thai basil fried rice with beef and it was extremely poor quality. The meat they put in their fried rice wasn't even meat. It was just lumps of fat that were so overcooked that it couldn't be chewed. At first I thought it was just one or two pieces that were like that but nope. They intentionally used the worst batch of "meat" to put into their fried rice. I felt ripped off paying $20 for a fried rice that didn't even have actual meat in it. I must say, I never expected this from this restaurant because it has been my go-to for so long but unfortunately, this will be the last time I will be ordering from here. If you are charging your customers $20 for a fried rice, at least make sure they are getting what they're paying for.

What a great place! This is a restaurant that delivers every single time. Service is great, and if you catch the family that owns it, you will have an amazing time. Their curry is the real deal. They deliver on portion size, flavor, and spice! The Panang Curry is my go to. When you are done eating, be sure to visit the back of the restaurant that serves as a store for some Asian foods.

The atmosphere is super basic. Not knocking it at all; it’s just like a spot you’d eat at in Thailand. Great food at a fair price.

This place has been on my list to try for a while and we finally tried it. Came here on a Thursday night and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We had pork pad kee mao, crispy pork with rice, roti with curry sauce, and Tom kha gai. Our favorite is pad kee mao. The rice noodle was flavorful with chewiness and it comes with a good amount of veggies that makes you feel healthy eating it. The roti was also very delicious with the curry sauce. The Tom kha gai was a little different than we had before but still refreshing. Will come back to try other dishes. Update: chives cake and pad see ew are delicious and must try!

Great food, small location, limited parking and tables

Wow. This place is amazing. Not only is it well priced, but the food is amazing. The staff was so kind and friendly, they brought our food out very quickly. There wasn’t a single dish we tried that we didn’t like, everyone had a different favorite. The basil fried rice was so herby and spicy! The pad thai had an amazing texture and the lime was an essential, it was so good. The pad broccoli was tender with big pieces of well seasoned broccoli. The pad se ew was covered in the delicious sauce that we couldn’t get enough of. Get any of these dishes and you won’t regret it.

Great little spot - half market half restaurant. Only a few items, all authentic Thai. Restaurant selections are delicious, large portions and reasonably priced. They are serious about their genuine spicing and “2”will make you sweat and maybe even cry. Heard some whimpers from a neighboring table that ordered 4-hot! 5 is only for natives!

Great place with authentic Thai food. Last time we went we had the Yum Woon Sen and Pad Krapow Moo Krob. Order Thai spicy if you enjoy heat!

I don’t know if they changed owners or chef recently but the food is lackluster compare to before. The Pad Thai is too wet and the papaya salad is cut too thin so there’s no crunch to it.

Not your southern or Bangkok Thai food. My mom is from the Northeastern region of Thailand near Laos and this is the most authentic Thai place I have ever been to for that region. Delicious food!

Walked in to eat and immediately turned around because it just smells like straight up fabuloso. Why food places think it's okay to use obnoxiously scented cleaning products is beyond me. Didn't even smell like food inside.

It was one of our favorite places to eat. We would travel 30mins to get here. Food used to be really good. I usually have the basil fried rice and wife have pad Thai but the last few times I have eaten there we both agreed that the food was really bland. Absolutely no flavor. I had to try adding a whole bunch of condiments to add flavor. This was never the case before. Its on the decline and definitely not worth the trip.

I’ve only ordered off of Uber eats from here, but consistently they’re amazing. So I can only imagine fine in is top tier!

Use to come here before it got sold and under new owners I tried it again to me it’s not as good as it use to be I am Thai the good reviews must be from American people who think all Thai food is good. Haven’t tried any other dishes but I ordered pad Thai and it was dry and lacking flavor

Hands down one of my favorite Thai spot in town. Quick service, full flavor, small spot in a market setting but definitely worth checking out. I get the pad ki mao and panag curry.

This place is a bit out of the way for when I visit Houston but wanted to try something new, and this was on the list. Well worth the drive. Service was great, and the food was amazing. Had to get roti and curry for an appetizer. I got the soft shell crab which was a rather generous serving. I took most of it to go even though the cashier warned it doesn’t taste as good when it’s not fresh. If you have an air fryer, just pop it in there, and it turns out great.

Excellent food. But spicy is SPICY here. Subtract 2 levels from what you thinknyou can handle and just ask for extra spicy on the side to add if you like it hotter. I got a 3, and I like spicy, but it almost burned me out.

One of the best and authentic Thai restaurant in Houston! It is pretty hard to find a Thai restaurant in Houston since many of them change the flavor/ dont know the authentic Thai flavor. This restaurant is an opposite. The food here is really tasty, and it gives the taste of Thailand. I really like the deep-fried fish because its dipping sauce is very delicious. I strong recommend the fried fish and the son-in-law eggs.

I love this place. Our go to for quick takeout and done in dinner. No frills needed. The food is delicious. Mostly seems like Northern Thai and Laotian. Wish they had fresh squid like in the Thai islands. Everything on menu is good. The whole fried fish is so good! Egg rolls great. Mango sticky rice great, Larb is great, curries are delicious. Soups are amazing especially Tom yum.

Went here on a whim while craving Thai food. Service was great and the food was good. My only complaint is that it wasn’t spicy and I wasn’t asked my preferred spice level like normally. Could be my fault but I would give it another go.

Be careful, Thai spice can temporarily stunt your taste buds. I had a zero spice and it still had more than I like. My wife had a one and guests a two. OMG, no way. To be fair, the vegetables were crisp, the sticky rice nicely sticky, and the noodles perfectly cooked.

Food is good BUT..first time I got the fried rice to go, my chicken was half raw..I got scared and refused to eat it even though my sister cooked it again. I ordered to go again..its better but Im still scared to eat all the chicken.I hope they take their time with cooking. Someone can get sick.

The tallest roach I ever saw in my life came to the table and asked us what we wanted to drink. Not really, but the roach was so large he could have worked there. We ordered drinks at that point so I took my family of 4 and immediately left. Bummer because we were excited to potentially find an authentic spot!

Got the red curry with chicken. Was incredible, but too spicy for me. My nose was running throughout the whole meal. I didn’t stop, of course. That good. Worth it.

I been a customer over ten years , when previous establishment was here but now this restaurant no comparison to the previous owners hands down without a doubt . I'm 100 percent sure of that .
