Service with a smile but the place was pretty dead and felt very out of place here as a visitor.

Expensive drinks- £15 for double JD and coke and single rum and coke. DJ useless at queuing up tracks so loads of people didn't get to sing. As other reviews have noted its a bit of a dump too so best avoided.

Was okay. Nothing special. Atmosphere great due to crowd on the night.

Although the scene wasn't for me, I personally wasn't in the right mood nor had enough energy to keep up with the crowd in this pub. It was a Saturday night when I went there. The bodies on the dance floor were popping, jumping up and down to the sound of the music blaring out the speakers. Karaoke was playing in between tracks. People were having a good time. The missus wasn't happy her karaoke song kept getting bumped down the list. Think the DJ had his favourites. The other staff behind the bar were pleasant and very helpful. The door staff had their work cut out with some of the drunken souls it was a rugby International day after all. If you're looking for karaoke night and a late night, then this would be the perfect night out in Tenby for you.

My boyfriend red reviews about customers (tourists) being ripped off in the bar so wether it was a good idea or not he put on an accent on to sound like a local and still over charged us 16 for 2 double vodka and cokes !!!! (Tbf it was an awful accent) but it is a Shame because door staff were laid back and the music was great would have stayed longer just not for them prices and was even served in a plastic glasses, we walked around the corner and into another little pub we got to talking about the shamrock and the prices and we were told that they are known for it and that it happens all the time.

The most expensive place in tenby now The toilets are awful the prices are high and the measures are only 25 mil where others are 35 mil Staff well where do I start as most there are casual labour unfriendly and aggressive Laminate floors are splitting and sticking up in places it is now rough and not somewhere to go for a good time

Great fun to be had here, karaoke on a Friday and Saturday, heaving but good atmosphere. Reasonably priced drinks and a lovely young lady serving. Toilets are a hazard though - dirty, unwelcoming and pretty horrid! If you can hold it in, best to try!!

Visited the shamrock , great vibes when got into the pub and very friendly people but if your an outsider the barstaff will overcharge you for drinks so wasn't very happy

Over charged by the bar staff ,when we approached them about the prices we were very angrily told that that's how it is ,if they know you they charge cheaper prices and then were ignored by all the bar staff. Even the door man when we left was amazed by the treatment we received. Hopefully trading standards will visit soon!

We had a great few hours here, sadly the evening was spoilt by a very rude, vulgar speaking older woman who worked behind the bar, she shouted at some younger girls who were stood happily chatting, 'to move out of her way or no one would be getting a f***** drink' very uncalled for, maybe she should think of working somewhere other than hospitality!!! also wouldn't allow a friend of mine to have a glass of water along with her alcoholic drink! All other staff were lovely.

We were told about this bar so thought we would try it. It is positioned down a alley way so wasn't easy to find. Not much to this place , 1 room with a few fruit machines, few tvs and seating. We ordered drinks at bar and were served by a very friendly bar person. We sat and watched some rugby. I chose to use the ladies, I really wish I hadn't what horrible toilets!!! Cracked toilet cistern very outdated needs some improvements before I would go back.

Went for the karaoke but the sound system and microphones were poor. Beer prices high compared to other local pubs we had visited. Left after one pint.

Stumbled across this great hidden bar whilst walking around Tenby, fantastic variety of drinks and they even sold Moonshine ! Definitely recommend !

Great little hidden gem in Tenby. Great music, fun, friendly atmosphere and the bar staff are superb, Louise is the nicest person, loves the bar/people and couldn't do more to make people feel welcome. Wholeheartedly recommend to all and sundry...

Barmaid Sunday afternoon was lovely, friendly and chatty.

Not really a pub, more like a converted shop but the prices were good and so was the beer. Host was friendly and there was good music playing in the background. Tables set far enough apart to feel safe but close enough to chat with the other customers who were very friendly. Basic place but clean and welcoming

A good laugh and a proper local pub with great service and good craic

Absolutely a top place, We are there about 3 times a year. Would definitely recommend it. Karaoke at the weekends. It's so much fun with a friendly atmosphere. Can't beat it.

Hidden Gem, always stop here while in Tenby. It's a proper pub not a bar so if that's not your vibe then would avoid but it's got the cheapest pints in Tenby and the staff are always very friendly

This is Tenby's best kept secret, hidden away down a dark alley. We were drawn in by the sound of 1980s music, the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. If you are looking for an authentic Pembrokeshire night out, then this is the place to go. Warning, this is not a place for those looking for a wine bar or a gentile evening. This is a proper olde fashioned 1980 pub experience with modern upgrades. Fun is definately on the menu along with great service and choice of drinks!

we popped in for a quick drink and spent most of our nights here. The locals made us feel very much at home and were great company. Beware the moonshine. A fantastic bar that is definitely worth a visit

Came with a friend for 5 days and came across this bar so thought we would give it a go, when walked in all signs and sanitizer for COVID in place Friendly welcome by Adam the bar man who we met the first night and he accommodated us with drinks and his speciality shots. The next time we went in we were greeted by billy who knew that we had been in the night before and we were so keen to try the cocktails which were £5. I think 8 hours or so later we left after a full day day of drinking cocktails which were well presented with sparklers and fresh fruit! Will definetly recommend this bar and hopefully come again to visit you again Keep up the good work boys!!! 👏👏👏

Found this lil gem down a alley, nice and cheap and great if your just wanting a beer and not food in this currant climate. Really great and friendly staff, had a great few nights in here

We had a weekend in Tenby 15/26th March, we went to a few pubs in Tenby, then came across The Twisted shamrock Irish Bar, as soon as we walked in the atmosphere was brilliant, everyone enjoying them selfs to the great music, they had Karaoke there as well, the DJ there is great, his name is Adam Dmarko, what a lovely guy, he defenatly make the Twisted shamrock Irish Bar a great night out. Go there and see for yourself 👍👍🍻🎶🎤😎

I like the simplicity of this place. Beer, people and a pool table. Met some interesting folks from Cross Hands and had a good craic. It's just like a good pub should be.

Awful karaoke streaming down the alleyway leading to the shabby shamrock. It helps to be visiting after a good few drinks but great fun and laughs with lots of interesting characters and banter .. Cash only but cheap drinks. Can’t comment on food.

A pub in a arcade in tenby which is cheap and looks not much in the day, we visited it in the day first on a pub crawl after stumbling upon it. What a surprise when we returned later at night, they had karaoke and half of tenby in there dancing in a small area with the best karaoke singers I ever heard, the tunes were old classics the atmosphere was amazing, can't wait to return. Not for the faint hearted

This place is an absolute Gem , it’s cheap as chips and after 8pm on a Friday and Saturday it’s absolute carnage!!! Karaoke both night with classic disco tunes blasting out in between the karaoke singers. The place is tiny and everyone is crammed in like sardines but personally I think this makes the place more fun as it stops no one dancing. My favourite pub in Tenby , it’s not for the light hearted

The sons decided that to see a WC football match it was worth ignoring any warning. Actually it was more a sports bar than others, so rated 'good'. The barmaid was welcoming, the beer was good, & we enjoyed our visit, early evening.

We went on a Saturday night...the atmosphere after 8pm is amazing...great prices to ..double vodka and coke £3..it's also open till 3,am...the kareok e was really funny as guests were coming and going..and it's little dance floor was chokker...really enjoyed

Nice little bar located halfway up an arcade. Called in here with a couple of mates, granted we were on a bit of a pup crawl but still welcome. Cheaper than some other Tenby pubs but its a great pint. Busy on sports days so get your seat early.

If you’re looking for suave and sophisticated then this probably isn’t the place for you.Spent a couple of hours here on a Saturday night, had quite a few beers and a really good laugh. Bouts of karaoke spread between classic disco and other well know tunes you can sing a long to mean it’s a lively atmosphere and great fun. Not much room to dance but that didn’t stop anyone. Drinks were decently priced and will be a must visit bar next time I’m in Tenby.
