This takeaway is let down by the horrifically ill mannered staff. 2 weeks on a row, the apparent 'manager' has taken the order incorrectly and when we phoned, politely to ask that they correct their mistake, the answer was, 'I don't know what you want me to do, it's with you.' There were no apologies, no offer to correct their mistake but instead, she was heard to snigger about our complaint. I genuinely never complain about anything but when people are rude when you are paying for a service, I think the very least that should be offered is an apology. If the actual owner of 'Twice the Spice' reads this, please please re-think you management structure. Your current manager 'who refused to provide her name' is nothing shy of hostile, rude, and not someone you should have representing your business.

This is the best takeaway I have found in the area. Have not been disappointed with my choices so far and staff know my order and preference giving the best of service. My favourites are small donner kebab, 12" garlic and cheese pizza bread and vegetable pakora. All foods taste fresh and are hot to serve. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will keep coming back.

We have been using this shop for years but they have changed haha and the food is not good. I just spent £16.50 on a pizza meal and most of it went in the bin. The Donner meat was tasteless, the chicken tikka was red - that is all. No flavour. There was so much cheese on the top of both pizzas it was inedible. The chicken pizza - three chicken was dry and covered in so much cheese. The pastry tasted oily from the cheese. Not enjoyable. We definitely won't be back.
