Turkish Delight Takeaway in Hinckley and Bosworth

Easily the worst take aways I've ever been to chips were hard almost like they had been fried multiple times asked for a large kebab it might have well been a kids meal. Customer service was terrible no customer value I'd rather go hungry next time

ordered 3 meals last night, 2 of the chicken kebabs with salad and a chicken wrap. both chicken kebabs were overcooked and horrific and small, only good thing was the fresh salad. chicken wrap was greasy and tasteless. PLEASE AVOID, never again

waiting my order 3 hours answer the phone

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, took one bite and instantly tasted the chicken on it! Was so upset and even threw up! Rang up explaining what had happened and they were hesitant in believing me. Gave me another pizza as can’t give refunds!! Please be careful if you’re veggie and thinking of ordering from here.

Ordered online chicken doner chips and cheese and a tray of chicken doner meat plus garlic baguette with cheese The baguette was dry and burnt and got doner meat it was foul never again will I be ordering from there

This place uses to be the best in Hinckley and have used them for years, now its a gamble, just had my latest and the last order from them. The chicken was cremated.

Ordered from Turkish Delight last night and our burgers had mold on top of the burger. I don't understand how you can miss it for one.

First time is not satisfied bad

First time, food was lovely, second time most went into the bin. Chicken Donna just fat, skin and grissle. Garlic mushrooms lacking any garlic, chicken wings over cooked and unedible.what a shame and a waste of money.

We ordered today, though we have ordered in the past and as usual got terrible service. My father always orders a doner tray and always asks for their free extra pitta, which they constantly forget and as a result we have to call back up and request they bring us one, which results in his food being cold by the time he eats it. I was just eating my burger only to discover they put SALAD CREAM on it instead of ketchup which we clearly asked for and it is now as a result inedible to me. When we called before to ask where the pitta was the phone handler was extremely rude and condescending and actually hung up on us. Not at all happy, as neither of us can actually eat our meals properly.

Ordered by phone, told 30 mins, after 45 minutes called said 5 minutes, delivered, all luke warm so refused, should of been hot, not happy, 1st time of trying them, but not what expected, so disappointed, had to cook !!!

I never leave reviews but this place is fantastic. Quick delivery...3 times in last few weeks as my son is staying with us. Hot fresh food and huge portions for the price. We are new regulars !!!

I quite often visit this place after work on a Saturday night (1am ish), they know I want something ready ASAP and can't be more accommodating, even if I only want cheesy chips. Delicious food and lovely staff

Best kabab in Hinckley hands down doner and chicken are both as nice, the salad is fresh and not sweaty. best in-house and takeaway service, I will never go anywhere else now

Very delicious and good amount of food. The guys are quick, polite, respecting covid laws, the place is clean. Small down side.. they only accept cash. It's very easy to find and there some parking places right next to it. There are benches outside just good for a meal. Sorry the food photos aren't the best. I wanted to take the pictures as soon as I opened the box, but was to hungry 😄 and almost half way I realised I forgotten to take the photos.

Customer service isn't great and food absolutely massive let down. Stick to a chippy next time

ordered donner meal,shish meal and nuggets. arrived late and with no shish kebab.absolutely fuming spoilt the meal as the mrs had to wait for them to cook it and deliver again.second time we have had from here first time was nice and this time the quality was rank.undercooked chunks of donner meat.soggy chips,soggy garlic bread.just not acceptable avoid at all costs.should have known better their hygene rating is 3 out of 5 and i think thats being generous.

left a previous bad review that apparently got deleted. think this is a new listing with hardly any reviews! this place has been open for 20+ years but only 10 reviews? its where the drunks go for food before they go home. staff are indifferent or not bothered about customer service. chips were over cooked. meat was very fatty from a cheap cut. if you are pissed and want food then its great otherwise avoid

Honestly the worst take I’ve had in my life, kebab wasn’t cooked, chicken was burnt and the chips must’ve been reheated at least 5 x..... honestly I wouldn’t feed the food to my dog

Always has been and always will be my go to when out in Hinckley at night! Staff are really lovely, which is surprising for a takeaway restaurant... especially on a Saturday nighy!

The food from Turkish delight is by far the best in Hinckley ... Burgers ... Pizza ... Kebabs ... We do not order from anywhere else as none can match the quality , taste and of course value for money ... I always have the garlic mayo instead of the free dip provided ... Generally arrives within 20 minute but always advised it could be half hour ... Delivery drivers courteous and always have change ( many other takeaways don't and expect a tip !) would definitely recommend .. Nothing is too much trouble 😀

Carbonara was just cheese grated over bland pasta, burger was okay, curly fries were cold and hard. Not impressed at all. To top it off the bag the pasta came in was dripping with oil

Love the burgers here. Last delivery was a bit slower than usual as it was a very busy night. Usually much better but I understood and will order from there again.

This is a great little central takeaway, right in the middle of town that also deliver. When we are out in town we always stp in on the way home for a kebab and some onion rings and the staff are friendly and the kebabs are just lovely, cooked fresh, great cuts of meat, salad packaged separately, onion rings are crunchy and are a great "way home" snack.

Very fast delivery within 5mins of ordering and gorgeous food as always :)
