Tubalicious in North Lanarkshire

If I could give it zero I would, im so very disappointed I ordered at 8:10pm and it said it would only take 20mins about two hours late is still hasn’t arrived!, I phoned the shop and no one answered. I do not recommend 👎

My Sister won a munchy box from there which I collected on her behalf but she wasn't impressed with it.

Very disappointed Grandchildren and one little boy who was from Jersey and staying with his Gran. Went down for some lovely Ice cream shop closed....not great at all. Was advertised it was open on website.

Tubalicious is always lovely. Their stuff is great but they have put their prices way up since they were took over by new management. I paid 6 pounds for two tiny tubs of ice cream. Also the crepe has gone up from 2.70 with no ice cream or cream on it to 4 00. Too pricy now. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Had a long wait last night for order 2 hrs was not happy but today the owner has contacted me apologies for last night's fiasco and would like to give me my money back and a free fresh order this is please t surprise and what I call good customer service thank you for acknowledgement and look forward to using you again and hopefully this was a one off 5/5tho for realising mistake and rectifying

Tesco/Asda's Ice cream taste better than here

Ice cream and waffle was really good but can’t say the same for the customer service , talk about rude staff 😳 if you don’t like your job I am sure there is a lot there that would like it .... no need to talk to people they way you do

Went to the shop with my daughter to order ice cream. Sign in window said to wait outside so I did. The staff just looked at me never acknowledged us just looked wearing no ppe during this current pandemic. 3 workers and 1 delivery driver. No one offered to take an order or ask if we knew what we were looking to get. Customer service not at its best, have been before and service was far more superior back then.

'Treat Box' is a complete rip off. 12.50 including delivery for a 9"box containing 1 crepe 3 tiny tubs of ice cream and a handful of cheap sweets. 2 cans and 3 packs of 25p crisps (which they had to send separate) lucky if it is worth a fiver, and the fact they put a HOT crepe in the box with marshmallow and gummy sweets. Would strongly suggest not buying.

They got my order wrong, when I phoned to let them know that they had mixed it up the response I was met with a very unhelpful and obnoxious customer service. I had ordered a Nutella milkshake with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. It was changed to a toffee milkshake which only stuck to the side of the cup. When I phoned the establishment, I was told that I would have to pay for both a new milkshake and the delivery fee. I find this unacceptable considering me and my friends waited over an hour for it to arrive and I was being very reasonable over the phone. To top it off the ice cream wasn’t nice and the “toffee” milkshake was just melted whipped cream, it tasted like it had gone off. Overall I am very unhappy with the quality of the food and the customer service I received tonight.

LOVE THIS ICE CREAM SHOP ! Recently discovered this little gem in Cumbernauld Village , so great to see different shops appearing . Their sundaes are amazing and the staff are fun too . Will deffo come back with my little nephews very soon .

Horrible ordered a hot cookie dough came to the door not hot , and tinny so un happy i ordered strawberries to with it and am lucky if i got 6 half of one shocking so not happy wont be ordering again
