Tron Cafe in Clackmannanshire

I had been using this chippy for 30+ years.. pull up today to grab some lunch..walk in ,stand in the cue ..for people in front to be served then some person walks in from outside and stands with a small girl to get served in front of me. .and the server just takes her order..if you are not related etc ..you are better just going somewhere else...I was more regular than the workers in the shop... basic menu and below standard food..... backwards inbreed atmosphere...... working man can't get feed ...

The best takeaway fish supper in Clackmannanshire, in my opinion. The batter on the haddock is always light and crispy ( I wish I knew their secret), and the chips are proper chippy chips. Their prices are very reasonable too. Delicious 😋

Some of the food from this place is disappointing, to call that good food would be a stretch, dry cold, stale would be more accurate. I can only edit I can't see another way to reply I did re edit my original post as I could not comment on your normal fare (fish chips ect) I was in approx 3 weeks ago in the morning and ordered two rolls on black pudding it was well undercooked and cold I ate less that a quarter of the first roll before binning it, the rolls were not fresh either, it was too early to try chips or some of the other things on the menu so I can't comment on them, but a roll on anything should be hot and cooked through.

Best avoided. Overpriced small portions. Very rude staff that spend more time talking with their friends than serving waiting customers. Fish is greasy batter is soggy and chips are like wood shavings.

Had the fish supper. Didn't smell too great but ate it. Was hot to trot the next day! Won't be back!

One of the best chip shops I ate. Inside is not the modern look, but the fish was so fresh and good that next time happily stop in for a meal. Staff very friendly and smiley. Loved my meal in 100000%

Friendly staff, only stopped here for a coffee but made welcome would return if in the area again. Seems to be a valued fixture in the community from my observations in the time we were there.

Had 2 scrambled egg rolls on Tuesday morning at 8 am, absolutely perfect. And the man working was very good he used his mask and gloves at all times, thank you.

Quite expensive, Scrambled egg was falling out the roll(very watery) plus the wait was twice as long as other places.

Love this chippy great take out always very busy especially on a Friday night

Staff amazing and I have never had a bad meal a credit to their industry which is hard going at the moment.

Nice wee place for a bite to eat and a blether. Sat outside on a lovely, sunny day and it was ideal. Would eat there again.

Wow Donald would be proud of his wee girl..Gemma is a credit to the community. Gemma is open on her own cleaning between customers when handling cash. Please be patient when visiting tron cafe as Grmma will not risk staff being in for work but is trying to serve the community....When Gemma closes she has to do a food shop for 2 sets of family members and do a chemist run and we all know how hard that is right now. Gemma is my hero and this is the people and small business we need to support guys when these big takeaway places are closing. Gemma will be open without a doubt. To top that off it was the best bag of chips I've had in a long time. Thank you Gemma and 5 stars isn't enough but it wouldnt allow anymore.

Where can I start. First of all I have to say the staff are the most kindest and warm welcomed people you can meet, always there with open arms. I recently started my own trend and deep fried every piece of chocolate in the shop. DIDNT END WELL.

A staple in the community, great selection and the munchie box is brilliant when you fancy a bit of everything. Don't think I've ever had a bad meal or service from here. The best chippy in town.

With ample parking and a level entrance you'll feel quite at easee in this quaint little café, good lighting, pleasant staff and comfortable seating helps you relax, in better weather there is seating outside. There is a coffee machine for those wishing so and breakfast, lunch and dinners can be served to takeaway or dine in with table service. To the outside above front door there is a large canopy to shelter from the rain or shelter large buggies, pushchairs etc if it's a little busy.

Live in Kincardine but originally from Tullibody. Phoned café and ordered a fish supper - arrived and received friendly service. Fish supper was a good portion and very tasty. Well done guys - will certainly be happy to make the journey again in future.

Friendly chatty staff. Very light and airy feel inside. Offers a sit in or takeaway. Easy to read menu. Prices are reasonable. Nice clean seats and tables.

Hola, recientemente he tenido el placer de una cena para llevar. Patatas fritas son las mejores y las cenas son buenas porciones. El personal era amable y simpático y las horas son muy práctico después de noche larga en el trabajo. Gran café tron comida.

We came here with friends and we were extremley pleased with the food we were served. Excellent choice of traditional cafe food and all cooked fresh to a high standard. We finished it off with icecream and lovely homemade cakes. This is a family run cafe and staff working that day were friendly and welcoming. We will be back when next visiting again.

Great for sit in "greasy spoon" type hot rolls or breakfast, take out rolls are also marvellous. Ice cream and sweets available too.
