An Italian Restaurant with firendly staff in a relaxed environment. We have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions and always enjoyed the food. A number of tables are on a plinth and there are a couple of booths. The staff are attentive, which go some way to making your visit an enjoyable one. Some very tasteful background music was playing not too loud so you could have a meaningful conversation without having the need to raise your voice in order to be heard. Their King Prawns in garlic was delicious especially the sauce which I soaked up with the dough balls. The staff were very willing to make some adjustments to our meals. We both enjoyed our meals, as well as the occasion and together decided that we would visit again. The bill for starters, main meals and drinks for 2 came to £61.00. On a Friday evening live music is played, and I am led to believe that booking a table is advisable, particularly if you would like to choose your seat. A place worth visiting. ****

Have visited this restaurant a couple of times - on each occasion the food has been of a high quality and the waiter service has been positive and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and on Friday evenings have live music which is average. This restaurant is providing a good service in difficult times. Highly recommended!

Pasé cinco horas en el restaurante. El servicio no podría ser más lento.Y cuando llegó fue decepcionante para el premio.El camarero aceleró tanto el ritmo que limpió la mesa antes de que algunos de nosotros tuviéramos tiempo de vaciar nuestros platos.Ordenar y recibir los cócteles tomó una eternidad. Es bueno que hayamos tenido buena compañía. Después de cinco horas el recibo llegó todo mal. setenta libras más de lo que debería haber sido. Algo impreso tres veces. Lección para aprender bebimos una botella esperando que lleguen los platos. comer comida sin segunda botella. después de que la comida haya terminado o que el camarero retire los platos sin terminar es cuando llega la segunda botella.

Quiéralo. Restaurante independiente sin cadena. Jazz en vivo y canto los viernes y sábados. No demasiado ruidoso, no demasiado ocupado y un ambiente relajante. El personal no te molesta en otros establecimientos.Especiales junta encantadora - salmón del Atlántico fue genial.Pizza muy buena también.El servicio es un poco lento pero no nos importó. Nos dio la oportunidad de conversar y relajarse escuchando la música.

Absolutely adore this place. Pizza is unreal. Service is wonderful. Music is great fun. Reasonably priced. Can not fault this place, they should have queues out the door.

Mi novio y yo fuimos a Trio un lunes por la noche para cenar, la decoración del lugar es encantadora y el servicio fue fantástico. La comida era deliciosa, tuvimos el Penne Pollo y Risotto de hongos. El Merlot también era muy bueno y la copa de vino en la que se servía era buena (hace la diferencia).En general, tuvimos una noche encantadora y relajada. Somos locales, así que volveremos pronto.

Took my mother and partner to this fantastic place , atmosphere was great and the staff really homely and welcoming, the food was prepared and served well , in fact just a wonderful experience, this is far more than a pizza restaurant

Visited this restaurant for the first time on Wed, 3rd July 2019. Although we had to wait half hour for our starter, it was well worth the wait. We opted for dough balls and bruchetta which was freshly made and it made all the difference to the taste. Our mains arrived half hour later and both were sumptuous, very generous in portion sizes. Dessert was home-made lemon cheesecake which had a sprinkling of lime zest on the top. We would have preferred it without the lime but that's just our personal preference. The bar wasn't very busy with only four other customers eating in. There was a group of people sitting outside enjoying the sunshine. The ambiance was good but the background music, mostly jazz, wasn't to our liking. Perhaps if the volume had been lower it would have been more tolerable. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

Trio tiene un menú completo y variado. Fui por una pizza, mi compañero tenía la lubina y los dos estábamos completamente satisfechos. El ambiente es espacioso y acogedor, el servicio es amable y atento y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.Definitivamente regresaré ya que hubo varios platos que llamaron mi atención. Tal vez sea el momento del viernes / sábado por la noche para escuchar algo de jazz en vivo. . . .

Accueil très agréable, pizzas et pâtes excellents, prix raisonnables, foncez!!!!!Le patron est très serviable et agréable abec les frenchies, serveur très gentil, un bon resto italien à faire absolument.

We visited as a group of 10 - older kids and adults on Friday evening. Nothing was too much trouble- liked the food, drinks cocktails, atmosphere and live music. Place was full and buzzing. Enjoyed.

Visited here on a Sunday evening with a group of family members ranging from 5 to 52 years. The food was amazing and love by all members, I had the lasagna and it was the best lasagna that I’ve ever tasted. The service was also amazing, we are already planning our next trip back.

Not only was the customer service great, the food was well cooked and actually had good flavours in. We called the chef to commend him on his fine cooking.

The food was great although it did take a while to come. I recommend the calzone as this was yummy!!

Este lugar es genial, un retiro fantástico. La cómoda decoración promueve un ambiente relajante acompañado por los talentosos músicos que adornan el escenario, brindando tonos orientados al jazz para las cenas de la noche durante los fines de semana. Todo esto es acentuado por la actitud más acogedora del anfitrión para todos. El menú es deliciosamente completo y variado para toda la familia. Visited here with a friend for dinner. I tried the American hot which wasn’t hot at all. The pizza was just average. The staff were very friendly and it had a great atmosphere with live music. I’d try it again but avoid the pizza.

We love this restaurant. It’s personal and friendly with great attention to detail and care for customers. The food is delicious and many customers are regulars. If you are concerned the jazz might be intrusive - don’t be - the music is loud enough to hear but never drowns out the ability to continue conversation. There’s always a lively buzz here. Buena comida, excelente servicio, el restaurante es precioso, y música en vivo, que era excelente, pero no intrusiva de conversación diners. One of the best pizza’s I have ever had in London. Great atmosphere, excellent service and fresh top quality ingredients! A very pleasant surprise at Streatham’s high street, very authentic and hard to compare. We had the calamari and garlic mushrooms for starters. Then the Capricciosa and American hot. We are very hard to please when it comes to pizzas, but honestly they were both so good. No doubt the best in the area and really good value for money. We also found out they have live music nights on Fridays and Saturdays so we’ll definitely visit again with our friends.

Pizza was bad, but the service was worse. Indecent, poor ingredients, very high regard - to be avoided. you can find better and truly Italian.

We had starters, very average and they forgot the olives, and then a pizza each. Both pizzas were on the small side and mine was overdone which, given it had an egg on it, was really disappointing. To be honest, the pizzas weren't that different to upmarket frozen pizza. That said, the ambiance and service was great. Next time I'll try the pasta.

Fuimos como una familia en una noche de sábado para la cena después de haber asistido a un espectáculo en la pista de patinaje local. Teníamos una maravilla los tres de nosotros en el Trio. En primer lugar, es bastante raro encontrar una pizzería que sirve el menú completo italiano y no sólo pizza y ensalada como la mayoría de las cadenas. Al menos en la zona entre Herne Hill donde vivimos y Streatham no he visto ninguna. Entonces, nunca tienes música en vivo en un sábado, y especialmente en los lugares donde los niños están permitidos! Había un guitarrista bastante bueno el repertorio de jazz y había gente cantando cantar. El camarero era muy amable y el dueño nos hizo sentir como invitados especiales. Había un grupo celebrando un cumpleaños y nos divertimos juntos. Incluso bailó en nuestro camino, como muchas de las personas eran oscilantes y divertirse. Eso es un excelente lugar en un mundo donde las familias están condenados a comer en restaurantes de cadena.

Went with a friend to catch up and chat one evening menu looked ok but the pasta was dry no sauce and way too much chilli for an Italian dish.

Reservamos nuestras hijas fiesta del Bautismo, el 11 de junio aquí. El restaurante atendido por 60 personas. La comida era deliciosa y se sirve, y el personal fue increíble. Andreas era especialmente servicial con todas la planificación de la comida y la mesa. también amablemente abrió a principios en el domingo del bautismo, así que podíamos ir y decorar. No puedo esperar a volver (en un música de jazz en vivo). No podemos quejarnos de este lugar, muy atentos a un gran evento y nosotros dos y nuestros clientes tenían un fantástico día.

Visited for lunch with my hubby. Delicious food (risotto and pasta) with pleasant, friendly and attentive staff - thank you.Comfy seating, much enjoyed the background music. Will definitely come again.

Made to feel very welcome even though between us we had two buggies. Two very happy Mamas with Bubbas after a leisurely lunch here. Really comfortable setting, great service and most importantly, yummy food!!!!

Someone call the police because I've been robbed . Was served a pizza which resembled a pizza express microwave pizza to the point of being identical. For £9 75 this was a 2/10.

Came in one evening as we were hungry when we walked past. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming even though it was close to closing time and we were some of the last customers - not once did we feel as though we were being rushed. The pizzas here were delicious - so much nicer that we had been expecting. We will definitely return here.

We booked a party of 10 (including 2 young chidren under 3) for our daughters 28th birthday. The party were very complimentary about the cuisine and the service was excellent friendly and reassuringly attentive to detail. There were four vegans in the party and the manager and chef put themselves out to cater for these diets which were thoroughly enjoyed.The children were catered for very well. Our every need was met. They have jazz music on some nights. I cannot recommend Trio's enough, it is one of Steathams undiscovered gems...go before it gets too busy which it surely will.

As a local, I regularly visit Trio. The concept of a Pizza / Italian restaurant doubling up as a Jazz music venue is one of SW London's wonderful oxymora, but they make it work.There is live music about 3 times weekly, which is a great accompaniment to the pleasant family environment. Food is very good and reasonably priced, although the drinks menu, even bottled water, does raise the bill incongruously.The service is high class as befits a family owned independent restaurant. From Quasi and Andreas through their team of staff, everyone is welcoming and generous. I highly recommend.

Great place to eat pre-Cinema. Booked in advanced.Really good service. We eat a Margarita Pizza with Mushrooms and Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni with Dough Balls.Both were delicious and filling. Really good value for money.The waitress (the one with the glasses) was very attentive and engaging. Will eat there again. So should you.

From my point this was surprisingly good pizza for what's offered in London. Enough tomato sauce, proper dough and standard ingredients are what this place is offering. I will be back for sure

The pizza is so delicious, and reasonable! Lots of options. There were 9 of us however and no others in the restaurant and it did take a while.... around 35 mins for our pizzas. They were worth the wait but for sure it was a bit too long. The service from the guy was great and he was very kind and accommodated our dog which is always so appreciated.

Ok maybe you can get better pizza nearbye - we are spoilt here in Streatham with great pizza places as all locals know - however the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. And included in the price is live music. The family love it and we often return

My wife and I enjoyed our pizzas here - there is a good variety at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxed with people welcome to come in just for a drink and snacks as well. We did hear some live music, although it was just a test of the equipment it was still entertaining and not intrusive (come on Thursday to Saturday for the live music). Service was friendly and helpful.

Really love every trip to Trio - even though we've left the area we still come back! The food is delicious, both the Pizza's & Pasta's and the staff are always so friendly. The owner is really sweet and polite and there is nothing that seems to much for him to do for you! The music has always been excellent when we've been there and its at a good volume - loud enough to enjoy but not too loud to over power your conversations or be a nuisance - really recommended restaurant!

Had the African Neptune + prawns, the topping was excellent but the pizza Base was not crispy enough & too soft ie not cooked enough. The tiramasu was very poor & looked bought in & had the usual spray cream, which I dislike. It could be that the pizza oven was not warm enough as I was the first person there. The service & staff were very friendly & efficient.

I absolutely love this restaurant, and pop in occasionally after work for a glass of wine and live jazz music. I've ordered food to deliver, and it's never disappointed. The lasagne and prawns linguini were absolutely divine and fresh! Very glad it's my local.

We arrived on a Thursday evening around 7:15pm for a pre-cinema meal. We were the only customers, and moved to the back as the jazz pianist was a little loud. Having ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad Nicoise to share it came as a disappointment when we were asked if a 10 inch pizza was OK, 10 minutes later. The pizza did arrive, they forgot the salad and only half a glass of wine was served instead of 250ml. I believe it was the waiter's second day however given the fancy surroundings, the music and ambience you kind of expect a lot more than this, even in Streatham.

Atmosphere was great with the live music. The service was also good and the food was reasonably priced. Big bonus for the gluten free pizza bases!!

My boyfriend and I often visit here and bought his parents this time as it is always 100%! The prawns to start are completely delicious! But the stars of the show have to be the pizzas! Cooked fresh with a variety of excellent toppings! If you don't like pizza don't worry the lasagna doesn't disappoint! Fresh, hot and yummy!What really makes this place though is the owner....he is wonderful. Nothing is too much and with live jazz and ice cold beer on tap it really should be tried by all!This place deserves to be the extremely busy all the time but rarely is.....get in there soon to support this fantastic local restaurant!!

I must start by saying this is a really really special spot and whenever I come here I have a smile on my face from beginning to end. The staff are the most friendly and warm people and the owner (Quasi) has endless love Trio Pizzeria and puts his absolute heart and soul in to the running of it with his primary focus being on ensuring you are happy and looked after with the best of care. They have live jazz artists playing every single evening! The pizzas are AMAZING! If you don't know what to order just ask and you will be in very safe hands! They do an amazing deal on Sunday's for a glass of wine, starter and pizza for £10! I honestly don't know why Trio hasn't had more traction as it's a winning combination of good food, impeccable service and great atmosphere. This isn't your average pizzeria and I really want to spread the word as I feel it's still too much of a hidden secret! Go and see Quasi and the team and share your thoughts too!

We have visited Trio several times, as a couple, with family and in a large group and Trio has always delivered great food. Their pizza is exceptional quality (every time), very tasty and great value for money. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Every night they have live Jazz and they attract very talented musicians and singers - it creates a romantic, relaxed and friendly environment. Highly recommended

I didn't think it possible that Streatham would ever have it's own jazz pizzeria able to compete with the well known jazz pizzerias across London.....but we do! This isn't that in-your-face, overbearing, can't hear yourself speak type live music but just the perfect accompaniment to eating out with friends. The musicians are accomplished (and friendly!) and with a little digging you'll find out that Kwazi (kway-zee) the owner has been in this business all his life. He knows his musicians and his standards are high so even if jazz isn't your thing, I'd still recommend it because a great pianist or guitarist is still a great musician whatever they're play. So if you are a music lover, jazz lover, pizza lover this is your kind of place. I'd forgotten how nice it is to be eating to live music.

We spent a lovely evening at Trio Pizzeria. The food was excellent with an amazing desert of Semifreddo torroncino. The thing which made the evening extra special was the Jazz pianist who entertained us all evening.

Had a good meal here, nothing unexpected on the menu but everything was cooked well and the ingredients were good quality. In addition to the Pizza/pasta there is a small dailies menu with fish etc - we didn't try anything from it but might do next time. Service was lovely and attentive. Pianist playing in background was a nice touch. There are lots of good Pizza options in Streatham but would definitely recommend this one. (Pizza is more 'Pizza Express' than Naples). Will go back.

Having eaten here now more than a few times, I can safely say it's one of our favourite places to go. It is a cosy restaurant - around 15 tables and bar space inside, and a corner at the front with a piano set aside for live music which is different every night.The menu has a wide range of choice, with popular starters such as calamari - a personal favourite. There a few pasta dishes (spaghetti bolognese and lasagna amongst others), and salads - the bacon, spinach and avocado is very tasty, and also good for a table of 3-4 to share as a side dish alongside a pizza.The pizzas are thin and crispy, and something to suit everyone. I tend to go for the Picante, my partner likes the Trio.There is also a small but good selection of wines and beers to accompany food choices.The staff... The service is terrific. Kwasi, the manager, is a fantastic host, and the waitressing staff, Lyn and Alina are attentive, friendly and always smiling.Will keep coming here again and again!

Booked trio pizzeria for my husbands 60th birthday. The manager went out of his way to help with the arrangements for a surprise party. Food was marvellous and we had a fantastic evening. We will be back not necessarily with 40 guests next time.

My husband and I went for dinner here today before we went to the cinema. The food was fresh, hot and we did not wait forever. Although we were the only people in the restaurant. The waitress was attentive and efficient. The food was tasty and very reasonably priced.We would recommend and we would definitely go back and will do soon.

I was expecting alot of taste in the food from reading the menu - but was left abit dissapointed - very very bland food, boring pizza, and music was good though. service was qite poor too.

Great service, really delicious pizza, a whole gluten free menu (great for my visiting friend). The decor is a bit old fashioned - I'd probably use it for takeaway again, but it was a nice, friendly atmosphere.

I've seen this place turn hands a couple of times, so was interesting to see this new take on the venue. I've been here a few times now and I'm happy to say the experience has been always positive.Firstly the food. Pizza is something you'd think was easy, but seems to be notoriously difficult to get right. At Trio, I've had the american hot, calzone, four season , rucola & vegetarian that I can recall, I've been delighted with each one. I'm a crispy base guy and have been 100% satisfied with my topping and base every time. None of the dreaded "pizza soggyness" anywhere to date.On the starter side, I've tried goats cheese ciabatta and the antipasto, I enjoyed the antipasto, the ciabatta was as you'd expect. I'm a fine of the ice cream as well, it's rich and creamy and Irate the chocolate fudge cake too.The vino is also noteworthy, good quality and reasonably priced. I can recommend the montelpuciano house, the merlot and the valpolicellla. I can definitely say I've paid more for worse in so called salubrious settings. I'm not on first name terms with the staff yet, but the guvnor seems to be the chap with braces, a thoroughly pleasant and attentive man and he seems to have a passion for the music. The musicians I've talked to that have palyed there all speak highly of him. There's another young lady there too who is just so nice, she's pleasant and engages with you.And the music....I love the ambition of trying to stage music every night and hope it goes well. i'm not sure if it's themed or just some regulars. I seem to have seen someone different every time. It's actually really niie to see a piano in a place and one that is being used, normally by first class musicians in my experience.So what critique can I offer.. not much really, a pizza place is a pizza place and it delivers well. I think it's up there. I've eaten at Franco Manca in Brixton, Adomme and the Brava Rigazza which everyone seems to like. I personally prefer the base here to Brava's, but that's just a personal choice i think Perhaps one thing is the pace is not sure if it's a bar or a restaurant, which doesn't really matter, but maybe if you're trying to retain the crowd that has dinner, the layout could be possibly different to keep people there as a music venue. Other than that, fair play to the owners for trying something new in Streatham, if you don't try, you won't know what's achievable. best of luck folks

The welcome i receive on entering any restaurant or any establishment for that matter,sets me up for either enjoying the visit or in the case of a restaurant,Eating and Leaving because I was hungryThe owner and his staff makes me want to sit down in this thoughtfully set out place, and sip on my large Scotch,while my food is being prepared,and the combo serenading us in the background.Recent visit was Spaghetti Bolognese...the menu is (well, u have to visit to experience)I had the good fortune to catch Kwasi doing a tasting of shrimp and dough ball starter..Which became my starter on this occasion...A little piece of West-End style and Italian class has arrived in Streatham....

We've just arrived home after dinner at this pizzeria and I just had to share how good it was.The service was very nice and welcoming, the waitress is one of the nicest and most efficient I have ever encountered.Everything that we ordered was good, but to be fair, not outstanding, except the antipasti mixto (?), the aubergine was delicious!Anyway, the best was the atmosphere, they had live jazz (a pianist called Adrian Reid) and it was LOVELY. I wish all the restaurants had this type of music and service.Will be returning.

So far I have tried a few pizzas and the lasagne, all of which were first class. With live music, great cocktails and probably the friendliest service in Streatham, this is a place that shouldn't be missed. Why queue at Pizza Express or get ignored and wrong orders at Brava Ragazzi when you can have such a nice experience at Trio Pizzeria? They do a lunch time deal too, pizza salad and a drink for under £10 - unbeatable.I'm trying to work through the menu but the American Hot pizza keeps getting re-ordered from me..;))

A delicious, crispy pizza with thin base & loads of rucola on top-with proper buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad. Very impressed by the quality of ingredients & charming service.

We were warmly welcomed into this new pizza place on the high street and started with some cocktails - however, my Kir Royale tasted a bit watered down. Starter of squid seemed like it might have been from a bag in the freezer, a bit tasteless, but the doughballs were fresh and came with a nice garlicky butter. Both our pizzas were a bit bland and I felt they had poor ingredients, for example the cheese being the pre-grated cheap kind which hardly resembles mozzarella. With so many great pizzerias to choose from in South London, we unfortunately will not be returning soon. One plus throughout the evening was the pleasant live jazz music and the warm, good service.

Music, food and company was great. Warm and personal service and wonderful music made for a terrific evening. We came for the food but just couldn't leave, the place was so inviting. Hope to have a chance to go back soon.

Fabulous food - the calamari delicious as are the pizzas. The staff are really friendly even though we have only been twice in months, the waitress remembered our previous orders! The live jazz just adds to a lovely evening. Great place - highly recommend

Was excited to have another pizzeria in Streatham but was very disappointed. Onion rings were full of water and bland. Waiter/ manager/ only person working was very cold and unfriendly and ordered us the wrong pizza, which tasted frozen.Do not waste your money. Bravi Rigazza is soo much better.
