Could be better in taste and place is a bit colder specially for older people . We didn’t like the atmosphere.could be better as the prices are higher

We had made a reservation for 7:30 pm and couldn't make it till 8pm due to traffic conditions. When we entered, the guy looked at the watch and made a dissatisfied face even though the restaurant was half empty. The moment we sat down, he scowled and ordered us to order quickly as the kitchen closed at 10pm, which was in 2 hours' time. The atmosphere and the conduct was abysmal, and the people working on the floor were just unpleasant and untrained to a standard we are accustomed to. Pitiful. With businesses champing at the bit for any customers they can get, you are better off going anywhere but here.

Staff are very friendly. There are SriLankan Lion lager and stout bottles. They use real banana leaf on the dish. Taste might be changed to too salty in general which is a shame.

This is the place for srilankans. Try it at least once definitely will go again. Thanks chef!!

One of my favourite restaurants, but the quality of food is not what used to be nowadays, so much oil in the foods, chicken 65 not worth £11, they have a special biryani pot that seems big outside and only you can fill very little biryani.. so much improvement is required in terms of quality and healthy options.

Actually has elephant house drinks. Food is exceptional. Mild is hot enough. Aubergine and devilled chicken amazing. Stringhoppers fantastic. Updated photo attached as Google maps has a picture of the previous place.

We love this place it’s got amazing food lots of choice and we never come away disappointed. We’ve taken so many friends and family there and they’ve always enjoyed it. The only thing they could do better. Would be have an online booking system again to book dinner.

Already the setting and decoration of the restaurant left us stunned! Its beautiful decribed through images how the south indian/tamil culture looks like. it took us a while to decide which food we should order as it had so many tasty varieties! If possible, we would have tasted everything! Already the starter we orderd was awesome. Our main dishes were prepared freshly. We cant describe how tasty the food was. It was just delicious. Dont miss their yummy mutton curry. It was so juicy and the smell attracts you!! You cant get enough of that. We also tried some appam - a sweet one and a salty one! I can only recommend them!! Go and enjoy 😉

Coming alredy many times in Trinco Bay . Food is delicious , chesy Kothu its my Favourite dish . But when i try cookies in milk Appam , its been so amazing . Drinks they have nice classic cocktails , and they have own Cocktail one of the best is Smokey rosemary Old Fashioned , and Nelly Punch. If you want to try exotic Food , just come to this place !

Food was not great & the service was not it. Came here before and the environment was lovely and the staff was so nice. This time wasn’t great in terms of customer service.

I came here with my friend, we dined in and we ordered plain dosa kottu. The dosa was cripsy and small portion.

Chilled out, great attentive service and most importantly....THE BEST tamil food in London. If you crave a real authentic taste of Eelam with some added class, you won't regret it. Great drinks so good for a boys night but also so relaxed you can bring the family too. Love love love it!!!

Really good food. I had the mutton appam, cheese kothu and oreo appams and everything was top notch. Im from Australia but a big fan of Trinco Bay. Cocktails are super as well. Would recommend

I visited Trinco Bay restaurant with my family today, and I must say the food was truly delicious. The flavors and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, I can't say the same about the service. There was only one person, who appeared to be the manager and waiter, attending to all the tables. Unfortunately, his attitude and demeanor left much to be desired. He came across as rude and had a bad attitude when interacting with us. While I would definitely recommend the food at Trinco Bay, I can't overlook the disappointing service experience we had.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday 17th September for lunch. The service was good and the ambiance was excellent, however what we found was that the pol sambol looked like it had been made from desiccated coconut and was burnt. The mutton curry and Godamba (Veechu) Rotis were delicious how ever the chicken curry did not taste Srilankan. The crab curry is highly recommendable but, as the waiter when asked is they were mud crabs, he did not seem to know. What turned up was not mud crabs but more like spider crabs with the thorns, They were delicious :) We had to return a plain hopper as it was not cooked properly but the egg hoppers were perfect. I hope the owners see this and take note as this is a lovely restaurant with great potential.

Phenomenal. The king fish curry is still a craving weeks later.

Great Sri Lankan food near Rayners Lane. Very popular and busy when we visited. Although we were told the dishes were hot, they are not as hot as you would find in other Sri Lankan restaurants. Reason for not giving 5 star is because portion sizes could be bigger... Nonetheless good quality and tasty food.

It’s not expected as it, order starters all chicken, seafood and Venison are look same and Teast are smiler, they didn’t give enough time to finish our food. They sent us out in the middle of the food. We spoiled our evening

Such a great family run restaurant! The food was incredible make sure you save space for dessert though. The drinks were also fantastic with an awesome happy hour! Must try!

My entire family is sick after been there. So much spicy even though we did say we want medium spicy. Plus very expensive. Same amount of food we always get at wings in Preston Road Wembley almost half the price !! Won't go again.

Yesterday I went to Trinco Bay for dinner with my little brother, I don't know where to start, the food, the service is just wow. You gave us such a warm welcome. The food was just amazing better than I could ever imagine. I can only recommend Trinco bay. I'm sure it will be one of our first choices on our next trip to London

This is a nice little srilanka place. The food was nothing special. The service was really poor as I think they were understaffed. But overall would go there again. ;)

Words can’t describe how banging this food is, I never write reviews like that but I had to for this restaurant. The mutton biryani was cooked to perfection and they ask you how spicy you would like it. Other restaurants need to take notes, the mutton rolls? Crispy, spicy all you could ask for tbh, I always get my biryani from here

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’accueil est très rapide. Nous n’avons pas réservé de table mais malgré le booking complet ils ont réussi à trouver une table, j’apprécie ce geste. La qualité de la nourriture est vraiment top vis a vis des autres restaurants locaux. Des petites attentions qui attire bien évidemment. Tout est bien assaisonné et différent de ce que l’on mange d’habitude. Des créations de plats/desserts juste incroyable par exemple le cheese kottu ou les appam oreo vraiment une tuerie. Tout le personnel était super sympa et s’occupait très bien des tables. Special mention pour notre serveur Magesh qui était cool, souriant et très sympa.

Tried this place following rebrand from Veechu hoping for a better experience. Turned out I was wrong. Asked for mild chicken curry and got medium, verging on hot, which burnt my mouth such that I could taste only heat not curry. The amount of chicken in the curry was also much reduced so it was 70% sauce and 30% chicken. The kothu roti was okay and was actually mild as requested. Even with the temporary discount being offered, I don't think l will be going back any time soon

Good stuff. I go here all the time. Nice people too. The mutton rolls, mutton kothu, paratha, devil chicken are all good. The veg stuff is also good.

Authentic srilankan and South Indian foods.

I call trinco bay my second home because I am literally there that often! If you are looking for good food, drinks and desserts you cannot go wrong, basically everything on their menu tastes amazing (believe me I have tried it all). Authentic tamil food at it's finest and tastiest. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, it's a great dine in experience especially with all the deco, bamboo plates and cutlery. Definitely a place to check out ;)

Had a amazing experience at this restaurant. Mageesh our waiter looked after us very well and made sure we got our drinks as ordered. The food quality was exquisite one of the best Tamil restaurants around London. Keep it up Mageesh and team 👍🏽

We have always been so disappointed with SriLankan restaurants in London until we found this hidden gem in Rayners Lane. So real so authentic. Honestly! The best SriLankan restaurant I've been to. The hoppers are to die for and the sweet hoppers alone is 5 stars! Spicy and tasty food however I found an egg shell in my dish and the waiters response was to change the plate I was eating from rather than anything else. Other than this the food and drinks are great and enjoyable atmosphere too

The place looks good but Food wise, the chicken 65 was done God knows when and seemed to have been reheated in the microwave as it wasn't fresh or hot at all. We ordered the Coconut roti but instead ended up getting a roti that had no coconut in it. Won't be coming back here again.

Visited TrincoBay for a local birthday meal - we were super impressed with the quality of the food; fresh, really flavorful and seasoned to perfection! I wouldn't class myself as a connoisseur of Sri Lankan cuisine so perhaps not the best to comment however it did feel quite authentic. This is a great local eatery for those looking for either Sri lankan food or something a little different to the multiple Indian restaurants in and around the area. Not a huge restaurant however it's a decent size with enough tables for a few groups. I was also impressed with their selection and quality of drinks/cocktails which were prepared with skill and a little magic - definitely a differentiator compared to other local restaurants. Overall, great food, great service and great value - nothing negative to say, I'll be visiting again!

Tried the fried idiappam dish (not kothu) for the first time and was blown away. The Chicken 65 never fails to impress, and their Prawn fry is exceptional. Also, having the option for curry gravy to be ordered as a side is a game-changer. Will be coming back soon!

I went to this restaurant seeing the name 😂 no connection to the food and name. Very limited menu Fried dishes was filled half with onions and it seems pre cooked food served reheated. It was small portion and hard to find meat in mutton kothu. This is not a place to visit again.

Food was amazing, especially the paneer dosa and the chicken devil. New management have really transformed the food and the cocktails are SUPERB. Staff were extremely friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food at all. Was amazing and can't wait to go back.

I ordered chicken noodles it was average, fried chicken string hopper it was very poor and very salty I can easily say pathetic but masala dosa and appam mutton was nice. Falooda also not that much great....

One of dirtiest restaurants I have ever eaten in chicken 65 was cooked day before and then re heated in microwave disgusting even cookies and cream appam was heated in microwave . Never going to eat there again even order takeaway never

I am a regular customer at Trinco Bay and they have never let me down. The food is excellent quality and ready on time. The staff are also polite. I recently asked them to cater at a wedding and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.

Dined here last night and already can't wait to go back. Wish we lived closer. The food was amazing and the front of house staff were super super friendly. We ordered the mutton rolls, kool, chicken 65, mutton cheesy kothu, king fish curry, cookies & milk appam. Everything was very tasty and authentic. The restaurant is also very clean and great ambience. The food is also very affordable!!
