Summer was a brilliant waitress!

Banutella crepe was lovely and service was very fast

had a great experience with summer

Food was so good had to hotbox toilets 😈

Poppy served us with great enthusiasm, one was amazed by such magnificence as the waiter gracefully handed the cookie supply over to us. Also the mother was punctured via the optical region by such “triangular show material”, therefore requiring a lifetime cookie dough supply. Thanks pal, see ya next time.

Fast and effective and great service with great manners

Just popped into Sutton Coldfield Treatz for a quick ice cream after a meal. We only ordered a one scoop of bubblegum but Emily treated us like rockstars. We had a table in seconds and Emily offered water too or anything else I needed. We love it at treatz, massive thanks to Emily for making our experience so lovely. We will be back!!

Treatz always deliver good quality desserts Their staff are approachable and friendly. Tonight Sara provided good service to our table. Went again, Aimee provided good service to our table. Zaf provide great service. Provided complementary milk cake. Which was great

First time visiting this place. And we were very pleased. A large assortment of sweets, and by the way, I have a sweet tooth 😂 Calm atmosphere, good personal, excellent and fast service, thanks to Summer. I recommend it to everyone 😋

What can say Treatz is the place the dessert are delis would defo be visiting again.

First time visit today - we will be coming back. The first waitress was quick to seat us with menus, which are pretty extensive. The second waitress was a little too eager to take our order; we had only just started looking through the menu, but was happy to wait. We eventually settled on the choc chip cookie dough with salted caramel ice cream (of which there is a vast choice of flavours), a strawberry gelato milkshake, and the Brookie. We were also given a taster plate of 4 macarons. These were far less favourable than our order. The waitress wasn't sure of the flavours, but we guessed at 2 x coffee, which we didnt try as we dislike coffee, 1 x pistachio, which didnt taste of anything, and 1 x strawberry, which was quite nondescript, just sweet. As they were complimentary it didnt matter much but if we had paid £9.99 for a box of them, we would be disappointed, from what we tried. All of them were prepared quickly and were delicious, the Brookie being a particular favourite. Although parking is a bit of an issue, particularly for those who are less able, we are looking forward to coming back again, and will likely recommend it.
