Tozi Restaurant & Bar in City of London, Westminster

Celebrated my engagement dinner here yesterday and the vibe and service was exceptional! I’d like to say a huge thanks to Filomena and the team for all their help. Thank you for making the evening so magical. Highly recommend ! :)

We reserved in advance for pre-theater food because we saw the zucchini fritti on the menu, it's plate sharing and high end and really delicious. Marco from the bar was an absolute star - great conversation about all Italian things we really appreciate. Thanks Marco for mixing the delicious chinotto cocktail and for redefining my view of vermouth =)

Great food, lovely staff, and cozy atmosphere

Everything was perfect: carpacio, bolognese from the kids menu, wine... but the raviolli was spectacular! We had an excellent experience and we recommend it! Angry!

Lovely menu (Made up of italian style sharer plates) incredibly helpful staff, great service. The bread was included for free, we weren’t hassled to leave and were there for over two hours. Would recommend and would go back!! Thank you PS The octopus and fennel and fava bean cream was amazing!!!

This Italian restaurant near Victoria Station is a great find. We went for lunch and were impressed with the value of the set menu. Although the concept is to share dishes tapas-style, we opted for the set menu. The coffee was excellent, the bread could be better, and the service was top-notch.

Absolutely love the baby chicken and the pork shoulder!! The cauliflower is a bit overpriced while the octopus is nicely done! This is an interesting tapa alike place which serves Italian cuisine? All in all, it was a great night with lovely foods!

TOZI specialises in Venetian cicchetti - tapas style small plates. The ambiance of the restaurant is cosy and lively - well laid out, with loads of space and stylish fixtures. The service was impeccable, the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The food here is genuinely excellent - everything was freshly prepared and you can taste the quality of ingredients. The pasta was perfectly al dente and I highly recommend their pistachio tiramisu, which was absolutely sublime. Bipin Chaudhari recommended this restaurant, and I'm so glad he did, will definitely be back.

Best dinner I had in London! Amazing service with our server Luigi! I have an allergy and Luigi was diligent about making sure my food was prepared properly. The food was sharable which made it easy to order so many things to try. Everything we got was 5/5. The ravioli are to die for & the affogato for dessert was something I dream of…. Must go!

This was a birthday meal and what a meal! The food was fantastic and had such attention to detail. Delicious truffle used very well, not overstated and a delight to eat. Really well put together menu and the staff knew their stuff, explaining patiently and recommending portions so you don’t over order food. The prices are mid range and well worth it. I would recommend this restaurant for a lunch or dinner. It has a modern feel and is open and spacious. Loved the food and the very high standard of service. Would definitely return to try different things on the menu.

Really good food and really good and engaging service

I was looking for a restaurant close to victoria station and found this italian restaurant. My parents were over the moon because they could speak italian here. And the sharing concept is something my dad really likes. Because he likes to taste everything. Good service, excellent dishes. Small portions you can share between two people. Its also good they have an open kitchen and seperate bar for cocktails. And funny thing is, you can learn italian on the toilets.

The menu is a small plates sharing style, would recommend the ricotta truffle ravioli (there were 3 mouthful size parcels). The cod with lentils dish wasn’t a favourite. Pistachio tiramisu was very tasty. Children’s menu is well portioned however the main menu portions are quite small so not ideal for sharing with more than 2 people. The service is very attentive and were very accommodating with children.

Highly recommended this place. The food was really tasty,and the service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, overpriced and not good value for money. The service was great and the place is lovely but the food was just a massive rip off. We ordered 5 little plates between the 2 of us (and I mean little!) and 2 glasses of fine. The total came to about £90. The quality of the food itself was average, nothing to rave about. The only dish I really enjoyed was the truffle ravioli, although it’s a shame that literally 3 ravioli were on the plate. I appreciate it’s a ‘cicchetti’ concept and yes we could have ordered more but I still think the portions were stingy. Glad I tried a new place but wont be a regular for sure

Incredible night at Tozi. The service was great and the food was fabulous, we had two pasta dishes and two “meat” dishes and a side and it was perfect for us each and to nibble at each others.

The food was exceptional. The atmosphere less so. Would come back for the food and wine.

We went for a celebration meal and it didn't disappoint, the staff are so nice and welcoming, the food quality was first class, we will be back soon

Tozi is one of our favorite restaurants in London. From the wine list to the food, everything is wonderful. Do not miss the ravioli (you may want to order your own, or two).

We were staying the hotel and the restaurant was an easy choice as it is in the same building. We have ordered a number of dishes and all were very tasty. The atmosphere was lively, for my tired daughter a bit loud, but overall experience was very good. Happy to recommend, but keep in mind that prices are not low.

Cute touch having Italian lessons in the toilets. Prices are however extortionate. £60 for an average steak. Despite being "authentically Italian" in the way we were greeted and told all about Italy, our waiter wasn't Italian at all.

Definitely on my recommended list, friendly welcome immediately on arrival, great menu, top notch food - we had the meats and cheese platter, calamari, carparchio and tuna. Go there and enjoy!

Unfortunately the staff and service is very disappointing. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my drinks and I went in and asked politely and the was met with a rude unapologetic response with the staff member saying “this is not a pub” - what a shame for such a special occasion to be met with such poor manners

Very relaxed atmosphere with great service. Food was superb and would recommend the courgette starter. We had a business lunch with colleagues and all enjoyed the food and the variety.

Shared plates were very, very good. And my Negroni was delicious!

Farah is great, but service has one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered, especially male Italian waiters. Food is okay. London is full of good Italian restaurants, veer away! Cacio e Pepe is just around the corner.

Cinque stelle. Una garanzia. Ho mangiato meglio da Tozi che in qualche ristorante italiano. Ottimi i salumi e i formaggi. Ottimo il vino. E' possibile trovare un ottimo passito di qualità a fine pasto. Andando con ordine, posso dire di aver trascorso da Tozi due sere ( su tre) con la mia famiglia ( eravamo io mia moglie e i miei figli). Abbiamo ordinato salumi e formaggi ed erano di ottima qualità. I ravioli fantastici ( abbiamo fatto il bis). Vino al calice e dolce. Ai Ai bimbi pasta in bianco e pasta al pomodoro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Gentilissimi e dolci anche con i bimbi. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

We were really surprised such a great restaurant in a hotel not famed for anything except a comfortable stay. No Great Dame, no fame, no iconic history. We love the Victoria Park Plaza, but didn’t expect this gem of an Italian, which we now go to even if not staying at the hotel. It’s based on the growing, grown, style of small plates, sharing plates, and tasty plates in the Venetian style.. The room is bright and large. A mezzanine floor by huge windows and banquette seating and not crowded. This is where I sit alone, when I go with my wife and/or friends, as well as tables below with plenty of space where I take my adult children, young children and their babies. Plenty of room for a pram so I can sit next to my grandchild who the staff adore. So friendly to a lively diverse grouping. The managers are exceptional, the chefs who you see are creative, and all the staff well trained and destined for good careers . The ingredients fresh and therefore plenty of fish crewdo, red prawn carpaccio, tartars, YUMMY. Everyone has diverse tastes. Meat lovers, shellfish lovers, pasta lovers, fishermen, wine Bon viveurs sit, enjoy, and leave happy and smiling. We eat slowly and order in a gaggle, The food comes as ready so we order frequently and often, not all at once, no one cares . They never say like many “The kitchen need starters, mains, deserts ordered at the same time”. Always thought that’s stupid. Charcuterie in abundance, pastas all different from the usual never had a bad dish. Usually start with old faves crispy zucchini, Frito misto, grilled cauliflower, softshelled crab cooked especially without chilli for me, extra chilli for my son. Meat pastas ragus my fave. Large steaks my kids delights, low calorie plates for my wife always on a diet, saving room to have double ice creams and sorbets. Italian cheese well served and in great condition. Wines reasonably priced and across the spectrum of types. No sommelier is rude when I do my slightly unusual request for a jug of sparkling water, iced to the brim with a whole sliced orange in it, with extra lemon for my misses. And young reds chilled and then chambred in frequent alteration to keep it at 16 degrees approx . Breast feeding allowed, well it’s Italian init . Three plates of focaccia bread with great selection of others for a growing lad with good olive oil and balsamic to dip. Spoil your taste buds, chatter like you are sitting under olive trees in Puglia and forget that the train from nearby Victoria station won’t run, be held up by a cow outside haywards heath or southern rail to its wisdom puts your fast Gatwick Express to brighton behind a slow running freight train. Enjoy the moments Don Coeleonis.

Really attentive staff, food is really tasty.

Nice enough restaurant - some of the courses didn’t particularly work for me but they were kind enough to refund me when I didn’t eat them. Good service with modern surroundings. Not sure that I will visit again but it’s worth a go if you fancy Italian in the area.

Ristorante collocato all’interno di un grande albergo del centro di Londra. Sebbene non ci sia nulla da dire sulla qualità della materia prima utilizzata e sul servizio (attento e premuroso), mi chiedo se la formula utilizzata sia quella vincente. I piccoli assaggini possono essere giusti in un menù degustazione di un ristorante stellato, ma se accogli una famiglia che vuole cenare offrile anche la possibilità di ordinare alla carta un piatto che sia completo. Attenzione alla cottura del pollo.

The only bad thing to say is the baby chicken. This was our honeymoon dinner and it was Honestly not worth the money we paid for it..otherwise decent meal.

Pretty much everything was great. Also I was outstounded by the quality of the food for such a low price!

Went here for lunch after my daughter graduated at Westminster Cathedral. Sharing plates is a great touch, and we tried crab, pork belly & roast chicken. As well as their signature ravioli dish. All lovely. Service was attentive but not overly fussy. They are not huge portions and you need quite a few share plates to all have a good feed, so it’s not a cheap lunch. Good classic Italian food.

We were seated in the bar area bc we did not have reservations. It was almost behind the bar so very hidden. Our server was wonderful and the food was good. Zucchini Frite was so thin and way too salty. Calamari was excellent but it would have been nice to have some kind of dipping sauce. Eggplant Parm was okay. More like eggplant lasagna and no side of pasta. Chicken was excellent.

Accueil peu agréable, le serveur nous a laissé 5 min pour choisir nos plats… personne ne nous a informé du menu enfant malgré la présence de nos 2 enfants. Plats cher vu la quantité, certe bon mais peu et cher… très déçu surtout par l’accueil et le service…on dérangeait très clairement et il était pressé que nous partions ! Nous avons mangé en 15 min…il est venu deux fois voir s’il pouvait débarrasser il était 21h30…

Absolutely delicious! I had the asparagus, endive and quail salad, along with the lamb ragout and a watermelon Aperol spritzer. My friend and I also shared a pistachio tiramisu, which was absolutely mouthwatering. The service was fantastic, prices are absolutely on point for the quality of food, and I can't wait until I can come back again!

Was looking for somewhere on Victoria to meet some girlfriends for dinner and Tozi had great reviews. Food and service did not disappoint, was a little noisy for considering it wasn’t quite full but we managed. But the smell! Every 30 mins or so we got a waft of something that smelt like pure sewerage - it was revolting and put us off our food. We couldn’t figure out if it was the kitchen, the street or the bathrooms. Could not recommend for this reason.

Ottimo ristorante italiano, tappa fissa nei miei viaggi a Londra, cucina composta dai tipici “cicchetti” veneti, servizio gentile e veloce, cucina a vista, con l’utilizzo di materie prime di qualità, rapporto qualità prezzo in linea per una città costosa come Londra, consigliatissimo!

Great food and service - authentic Italian experience, except for the atmosphere which wasn’t „Italian style noisy/lively“ but a bit more „non-authentic“ loud. But still overall an absolute recommendation.

This place!!! Went there for a business dinner with a big group and liked it so much went the next night for dinner again with friends. The buffalo ricotta ravioli with black truffles was divine. Recommended it to the people at the table next to us and they made a point to tell us how much they enjoyed that dish. The sea bream and carpaccio appetizer were also very good. And Angela was super accommodating. Wish I could have fit it in my schedule a third time!

The place is very nice, my friend and I opted for the pre-theatre menu which was very good. It was the right amount of food and it arrived quite quickly. When I arrived at the restaurant, I mentioned that we were going to see a musical. My friend and I overran slightly, and the waiter was very nice in reminding us that it was time for us to go. Would definitely go back.

Amazing food, the small plates and sharing concept was lovely. Really fantastic service and very accommodating for my allergy considering not pre booked. My only feedback and it really is the only critique they really need to provide a desert for dairy free and vegan, sorbet is a palette cleanser not a desert..

Booked last minute for an early pre-show dinner. We shared the sea bass with various sides, drinks and dessert. We thought the whole experience was outstanding. Superb service, attentive, accommodating. We will return if in the area again. Five star.

Have to say, having stayed at the hotel for a week, wasn't expecting much from Tozi give the less than average breakfast but I have to admit that their food is better than expected beyond that. Fully recommend the aubergine pharma which was great and prompted me to take the photo despite having dug in already. Apols for the gruesome sight...

We had an absolutely marvelous first night in London at Tozi! Our waiter was assisted by Carlo, who came over and offered us advice on wine as well as dining choices ! This restaurant has many tapas -sized choices which were great starters. We tried fried calamari and the burrata cheese/tomato/pesto appetizer.. both fabulous! Then we had the rib of beef and broccoli which was superb! Carlo recommended a Sardinian wine which went perfectly with our food. Overall it was a perfect start to our UK vacation. Thank you!!!

Dinner yesterday with the family, the ambiance is lovely, the food and the wine were great, maybe serving is going a bit too fast but very enjoyable overall.

Organised a birthday dinner for a friend and had the set menu which did not disappoint. The ambiance of the restaurant is cosy and intimate and the dishes were generous and delicious. Our personal favourite was the truffle ravioli!

This is by far the best resturant we have eaten in in years, everything was freshly prepared and you can taste the quality of ingredients and the expertise of the chef. We would highly recommend Tozi, great service, drinks and ambiance.

Food wasn't the greatest Italian. Food felt quite chain like such as the pasta not tasting hand made. The small chicken we had was bleeding and very undercooked and not taken off our bill when we said we couldn't eat it. Service was excellent though and desserts delicious. Great interiors and large airy restaurant

The experience at Tozi was definitely amazing. The staffs were quintessentially Italian (very welcoming and slightly pushy), always on the ball and always ready to serve our needs. We ordered zucchini fritti and ham crochette which were amazing. The tuna tartare and lobster linguini were also highly recommended. Very happy experience indeed 😄😄

A bit expensive for what you get but the food is lovely and the staff helpful.

Fantastic service, divine food (try the truffle pasta), great cocktails and a cool ambience! The waiters even kindly took a picture of us on the Vespa in the foyer…

I have heaps of good memories here: have been here around 10x over the last 15 years. The restaurant is gorgeous- smart, spacious, sexy, buzzy enough for a friends dinner but smart enough for a business lunch, with enough well spaced tables. Service and food are impeccable too. My only complaint is what they've done to the bar - looks a bit downmarket compared to the restaurant now. It looks more like a bar from an ordinary chain not the bar of somewhere special (which the restaurant is). Lacks atmosphere, but maybe its better when full?

A truly nice experience. Went with two friends on a Saturday evening, booked in advance ( imperative to do so since the place is usually packed with people waiting outside). Staff is peppy and chatty, food is absolutely first class and true Italian from many different regions. It’s missing the 5 stars for a few main flaws in my opinion: the portions are tiny even for a gourmet restaurant (and ridiculously small for an Italian restaurant), this means one needs to order multiple portions of the same dish. This means the bill is hefty in any case even if you don’t order the extra portions. This almost makes it not great in terms of value for money. In the end we all felt we had eaten well but something was missing. The venue could not be better also, it’s quiet but not silent with just the right amount of light. In summary I would recommend this restaurant if you like genuine Italian food and need a very nice and relaxing ambiance.

Absolutely first class experience. Couldn't be more helpful as we had arrived late and had theatre tickets. The most prompt and attentive service with outstanding food and wine. Its probably the quickest I've spent that much money, but it was so worth it! Going back next time to hopefully enjoy a bit more time in the restaurant! Thank you for salvaging our evening!

Beautiful food and great service

February 2023 Delicious spot in Victoria. Tapas like restaurant. We didn’t have much time to eat, but would definitely recommend to try again. Everything was so delicious!
