The food was totally cold poorly topped with few pieces of chicken, will never order again from here price wise so expensive for what I get potato salad was missing

It was very disappointed I had given the time 20.00 and the delivery driver came 19.15 and after words when I call town pizza he said to me that the delivery driver came and gone so afterwards 20.20 I got my pizza

Town pizza has been all time favourite for the whole family and they have plenty of choices to choose from. Customer service is great and last but not the least, pizzas are amazing. Kids and grown ups all like it.

Been going there for some time because of convenience but the service has gone down to shambles. The prices vary depending on the day time person and mood. Price on the menu will never match the prices you are asked to pay. Try questioning about the prices and you’ll hear the most greedy sounding owner telling you off. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

This pizza restaurant has been here ever since I can remember...and in some cases where I have been on a session and can't remember. The choices of food are great. The double pepperoni is unreal, let it cool before you dive into the box. If your passing by shopping or on the last. Call in, the food is affordable and a good quality.

I have been having their pizza for at least 25 years maybe 30 ... when it was Herbies Pizza ... definitely my favourite pizza place in Hayes... possibly favourite pizza full stop... The pizza is deep pan and tastes amazing.

My 1st delivery order working on Deliveroo.

we had ordered a deal for my family to enjoy which was 3 large pizzas for i think £23 and it was going okay the ordering system was alright and once i had gotten them i had them opened them and had gotten my order completely wrong. we were very upset so we called them and they had blamed it on us that we ordered them wrong. which is very rude because it was very easy to explain on what we wanted on the pizzas so i don't see how hard it is to get three pizzas right. we were very mad and upset we did not end up eating our food because from the fact that it was wrong and that we got blamed for getting our own order wrong. also which doesn't make any sense.this review is meant to be a zero star but i can't do that

pizza was okay. tasted decent, but the prices were ballistic! 16 pounds for pizzas smaller than a plate! ridiculous! Nachos to cheese and salsa ratio was just crazy. 75 percent nachos 20 percent cheese and 5 percent salsa. Improvement needed.

I can't fault as the Pizzs was really cheap, £7.50 for the maximum size, four toppings (two meat), dough was fresh, although chicken was no where to be found and two slices were sharing one pepperoni but I can't fault. Good service and quality stuff.

Compared to local pizza shops such as super perfect pizza there was far less meat on the kebab pizza. Also the wedges were burnt and inedible. Why weren’t these checked before being sent out! Why are you sending out burnt food? It had to go in the bin. You could smell the burnt wedges before even opening the box.

Was expecting it to be late like other delieveries but on time, possibly even a little early. Driver very polite.

Pizzas are absolutely good with the nicest crusts I have ever tasted in my life. Once you taste you’ll come again and again. It’s located in Hayes town and the price is also good. If you are looking for amazing food with a reasonable price, then Town Pizza is the best option. The best thing is they different type of pizza and the sauce is just wow. You can add more or can do different toppings. Highly recommended.

This experience has happened to us 2 times. When we ordered our pizza we tasted that is was raw. So we thought to look in the pizza slices and we found out that some dough was uncooked. The garlic bread was also uncooked and the cheese was not properly melted on it, there were strings!!!🍕🧀 Advice/Suggestion: Don't buy pizza from Town Pizza.😡😡😡

Had an order to pick today, when reached home opened the box, either they forgot my order or had given someone else's order. Asked for no chilli no spicy, they added chili, the worst part is that they forgot to add a garlic sauce. Disappointed customer. Called them to check.... answered to give us two minutes will call back yet, been more than 45mins no call back.

Food was dry and cold , items missing and rude when i called.

Disgraceful. The food arrived and was so cold the pizza was like leather. The BBQ chicken pieces were also unbelievably tiny. We then called them and instead of compensating they just hung up on us. We used to buy from these guys for years but now apparently they're hot garbage.

Just bought a large pizza which they called extra large with fillet burger meal and some chicken wings for take away , pizza was alright but the burger , fries and wings was cold , there was no drink with burger meal as well which i was charged for . No sauces no receipt totally unprofessional I would say will not recommend to anyone at all.

Chips were cold, and had been stale for a while. Wings, were cold and slimy. They got all of our drinks wrong . The lettuce was no longer green, but brown. It was obvious it was past the sell by date. Overall abysmal food. We only ate the burger, everything else was thrown away. A waste of money. I’ll be seeking a refund

The customer care from town pizza is very disappointing, especially when you make an order over the phone, the 1st line of contact doesn't communicate English very well, which leads to the order being inaccurate on several occasions. The lady on the phone has a very rude tone whilst taking orders over the phone and in person. Clearly something has to be done or they'll suffer losses immensely!!

The staff do not wear protective clothing and no gloves, the pizza makers appeared to be very hairy to me, so it was such a coincidence that I found some hair on the pizza I was served... I do not recommend this Hayes, "Town pizza" due to a luck of hygiene.

The staff members of this establishment do not have good customer service skills and are very rude to little kids if the they appear to be playful within their shop... They shout at the children to intimidate them and make them sit down forcefully. It's a shame they mistreated my children given that they probably have children and wouldn't do the same their own children. Avoid this place by all means Sincerely yours, A concerned parent..

I arrived at a nearby hotel. About 1am I hadn’t eaten all dat and this place was literally the only option I had. I was hoping for the best but I wasn’t expecting EVERYTHING to be completely awful. The pizza was cold. It was supposed to me a Margherita pizza....it was a cold plain pizza. Wing....cold and no type of seasoning. I think it came with ranch but it was watered down, drippy ranch. I ordered a Diet Pepsi but they didn’t have that, so I got regular Pepsi. If I had to do it over again I would hv gone to a vending machine before calling this place again. Read the other reviews. I’m not the only one. Garlic bread was edible. Better if it wasn’t cold

I am regular customer but today I had a terrible experience, pizza arrived as cold and not much cheese on it or even other toppings just few chicken pieces. I was very hungry so I eaton few slices but in spite of being angry I wasn't able to finish the rest of the slices as it was very cold dry hard and tasteless. That's it I'm not going to order any more from them

The food is edible, I guess, but the staff are so horrible to customers, they’re so rude when you ask questions or whatever.. like why would you expect the customer to know every little detail already?😂 The woman that works the till gives off a mean vibe sometimes, too. One time the driver left the bottle of Pepsi at the pizza place and still charged me for it. Another time I gave my mum the notes to pay him cause I wasn’t dressed well and he left without giving change.. she didn’t stop him because she wasn’t aware she should be expecting change, but he shouldn’t have taken it to begin with. They’re also very stingy with sauce, lol. If I bought an extra large pizza and some burger meals to feed 5 for example, we’re not going to be crouched around the same pot of garlic lmao. Don’t charge me for sauce. Wyd? That’s just deliveries, the dining experience there isn’t the best either. Always a lot of flies. You have to touch the front side of the bin to open it; very unsanitary and you almost always see more flies flying out. The tables are always dirty with sauce or crumbs. The chairs aren’t comfortable either. There’s only enough space for 2 groups of 4 max. I like the mirror, though. TLDR - Learn what etiquette is. Let your driver know what the prices are. Don’t be so stingy with the sauce. Pop down to the Wilkinson’s five minutes away and invest in some cleaning products.
