I like Tortilla i come with my friend and the staff and of course the food, so nice, have a good selection of fresh flavours. all restaurant is so clean, just, perfect guys.

Absolutely empty not worthwhile money for the food it has they don't hardly want to give you any food it's almost I want to put a free plate in front of you but if you ask for more they look at you know weed way the prices have gone really up not as cheap as it's used to be highly anyone in there when I stop coming here soon because it's Holly any people on in here like I see this going down this business going proper down because they increased their prices twice in a week so I can just reading in about two weeks time we'll just be expensive McDonald's I feels for more rice to end up giving you horrible evil eye look I just don't know what the catches did this place but I will definitely even stop coming here now because the prices have gone up not working for the food they put on plate for you so yeah not many choices variety displayed so we'll have to I could see this going down the business Alley fall staff then start to stare at you as you've asked for what the price gone up feel awkward can't relax even though empty

t'hat restaurant is perfect go to friends, easy, faster and delicious, burrito Johnny beef big one beef, so really good to fight my hole in the stomach. Nice staff and polite, thanks your service

Seriously overpriced. Smallest burrito i've ever had at a seriously high price. Compared to other mexican restaurants the value is just not there. I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality (pizza express etc.) but the taste is bland, rice is usually hard. Nothing good to say about the food, I feel ripped off after a few visits and will not return. On another note, the interior is decorated nicely and staff are friendly (albeit slow/forget orders). Mission burrito and Zambrero are well ahead in all areas.

My daughter got a free birthday burrito voucher on email, asked the lady behind the counter how to use it and before I even finished the sentance she was shaking her head saying no! So bottom line is, dont bother trying to use your birthday voucher if you get one on email!

Good food. Surprisingly better than I thought it would be. Essentially, it’s a take away with seating if you want to eat in. Portion was a good size. No need to comment non service as not relevant but the person taking and making the order was polite and efficient.

It is the best place to get off work, hard work is setting up scaffolding, and the tortilla gives me food with a lot of protein, very healthy and varied, while the service is friendly and fast, everything is perfect. Today, with everything, only two people in the line have taken all of us and many deliveroo forward, I am very happy to work together with a tortilla like the one in Windsor

Whilst the food is tasty, if you order a burrito or worse still, a burrito bowl without meat or vegan curry, you get two or three pieces of pepper and onion - barely any! Whereas the meat is piled high for those who choose it! It’s such a shame vegetarians are disadvantaged. This has happened on multiple occasions and it is so disappointing. If we don’t want meat or vegan chilli, please ensure we have enough grilled veg and beans! We don’t want to be left out!

They barely serve anything, they are vety stingy with their servings. I ordered a large naked burrito and it was half full…

Really enjoyed food, had never had a burrito before and I'm hooked. Ordered chips with cheese sauce, guacamole and salsa also didn't like the salsa at all which is why I only gave 4 stars.

We had never been in before and I can probably say we won’t be repeating the experience any time soon I had an open burrito and the food was served cold which made it vey un appealing Especially when it’s beef We ordered a cheese nacho queso box on the side which was full of what I can only describe as juice in the bottom which made it all soggy and no cheese

One of the managers (who you can miss as he is that fat) was very rude! Seemed as if he didn’t want to be there working! (so went and had a cigarette then went and brought himself a coffee) Asked for the quesadilla only to be told very rudely that they weren’t doing them, didn’t even ask in we were eating in and taking away, my friend ordered a burrito and asked if she wanted any beans and she didn’t want any, and he took tut about that and he was basically saying she should of had the beans, he then slapped the wraps on the grill to be warmed! Very poor customer service! But food was good!

I was in a rush and needed a quick snack. I popped into Tortilla and ordered a medium rice bowl. I was very pleased with the guacamole, the types of vegetables available and the customer service. The bowl was filling and flavorful. Medium veg rice bowl 6.60£

Me and my best friend we were in Windsor we didn’t know what to eat as soon we saw tortilla we started running. My best friend loves tortilla. The best food and the best service too , Marcos was really chatty and really lovely. Will be back soon!

Nice quick cheap family lunch. Good flavours, well wrapped, nice range of toppings for the burritos. Some vegan options too which was great.

The service is great here and the place is decorated really well, nice place to eat - delicious tortillas and quasadillos - recommend eating here.

It’s a burrito, it should be simple. New establishment in Windsor. Nice decor and layout with seating outdoors Limited range of alcoholic drinks which is a nice touch. The big downside is the execution. The burritos are not wrapped correctly which means they fall apart....

I love tex mex food and The US do it brilliantly. This place was clean, the staff nice, and decked out nicely. Some of the flavours were good. The cheese sauce on the nachos were cold and they had no quesadillas despite them being on the menu. It was fine - but needs to improve if a regular town bite for us.
