Food was served very quickly. Staff are wonderful and Gemma was amazing!!

First time eating at this place was amazing! The service me and my friend received from Emilia was a 10/10 very kind and helpful as she took us through the process of ordering step by step, making it a pleasant and stress free journey . Definitely recommend!

The chips where lovely, felt like they just needed some salt or some spice, not too much, the burrito was excellent just really big 👌

I visited here with a friend around 6pm on a Friday evening. We both had burritos with various fillings. There was plenty of choice and the server was very helpful in explaining our options. When eating the burrito, the flavours were lovely and the meat was tender. However, it was all very lukewarm. It did not feel as it had been hot held at the minimum 64C. This is concerning given the high risk food going into a burrito (rice and meat). I would have liked the burrito to be hotter. I won’t be in a hurry to come back here but it was good to have a tasty fast meal that wasn’t typical fast food for a change.

Some of the best tacos and quesadillas ever! Ordered my usual pulled beef with guac and cheese topping, always a really good meal. They’ve got loads of toppings and fillings to choose from, freshly made right in front of you. Tortillas sauces are also available for free when you dine in. Huge open space, great option for a quick bite, lunch or dinner

Amazing place with amazing service!!

Burritos were thrown together and collapsed when eating (we are seasoned Tortilla customers/burrito eaters!) but these were a mess. Staff couldn’t cope with the 4 people (2 pairs) in the queue and had to call for a third person to come and help them out. No serviettes were provided with the food.

Ordered delivery food for a birthday treat. No sides delivered, no drinks, no churros sauce, half the beef burrito was devoid of meat, none of the requested (and paid for) extra toppings were added. Ifood was cold too. Utter disaster.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Have been once before in person and had no issues. Order notes were not followed and I received an essentially plain chicken wrap with rice. I was very disappointed as I had paid £15 in total for my order to arrive wrong. However, I would recommend the brownies, they are incredible.

Believe it or not I specifically come to this Tortilla because they can wrap their burritos really well! No more worrying over spilled ingredients because the wrap is falling apart from how much you wanted to eat. After all, the burritos here are very tasty and fantastic for the price. If anyone at all likes burritos… this. is. your. place!

I've always loved tortilla since the first one came to Nottingham Victoria centre, the only downside now is that they've stopped doing coriander or tomato rice and just gone for mexican rice. I loved the coriander rice, but I don't mind the Mexican rice. They brought me some free churros on my visit today too, staff are always so lovely here

staff was rude, burrito was falling apart and i asked for beans but she put hardly any in. i asked for a bowl to put the atrocity of a burrito in - to which she handed me a dirty one. the tortilla in birmingham is miles better and actually knows how to make a burrito.

Rip off. Everything's a pound extra. And they're always out of chilli.

Fast service and lovely filling burrito!

Love the food and the team. Can't pass that place without getting something. Could improve on washing trays as we had grease on them. 5 stars on pork, chicken was not a favourite. Fresh, you can choose what you like and get the same most of the time.
